本发明涉及物联网领域,具体涉及一种基于物联网的洗车系统及洗车方法。
背景技术
随着汽车保有量的提高,洗车行业也从传统的人工洗车转变至洗车机洗车,这不仅是消费方式的转变,更是一个标志着洗车自动化的新里程。目前,大部分的洗车机洗车方案都包括停车、洗车、缴费以及车辆离场等流程,这些流程的执行仍然大量依靠人工辅助,难以实现真正的自动洗车,洗车效率较低,用户体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种基于物联网的洗车系统及洗车方法,能够提高洗车效率,改善用户体验。
本发明实施例第一方面公开一种基于物联网的洗车系统,包括:
装设于任一车辆的车载终端、洗车机以及服务器;其中:
所述服务器,用于获取所述车辆对应的用户账号,向与所述用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息;
所述车载终端,用于根据所述服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;

洗车机检测所述车辆是否已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,向所述服务器发送车辆停入成功消息;

通过服务器、车载终端以及洗车机三者之间的交互,可以自动完成停车到位检测和车辆硬件设备检测等操作,用户只需要对服务进行授权,即可完成整个洗车流程,可以解放用户的注意力,降低用户的操作复杂度和操作风险。

请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例公开的一种基于物联网的洗车系统的结构示意图。该洗车系统可以包括洗车机101、服务器102以及装设有车载终端103;其中,洗车机、服务器以及车载终端之间可以通过5G网络、4G网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Networks,WLAN)、广域网(Wide Area Network,WAN)或者蓝牙等无线通信连接进行数据传输。
进一步地,请一并参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的另一种基于物联网的洗车系统的结构示意图。如图2所示,该洗车系统可以包括洗车机、服务器以及装设有车载终端的车辆。其中,服务器可以包括洗车机后台的洗车机服务器、智能洗车平台的智能洗车云服务器、辅助系统云服务器等;其中,辅助系统云服务器可以包括:存储有车辆信息的车辆管理平台的车管平台服务器、用于收发消息的消息中心服务器、用于交易支付的支付中心服务器中的一种或多种。此外,洗车机以及洗车机后台的洗车机服务器可以分属不同的洗车机运营商。分属同一洗车机运营商的洗车机服务器和洗车机之间可以通信连接,不同运营商的洗车机服务器可以通过统一接口接入至洗车平台的智能洗车云服务器。
更进一步地,请一并参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例公开的又一种基于物联网的洗车系统的结构示意图。如图3所示,该洗车系统还可以包括物联网消息服务平台(EMQ),车载终端可以通过EMQ与与消息中心服务器建立消息通道,从而可以接收智能洗车云服务器下发至消息中心服务器的各类消息。
基于图1、图2及图3所示的系统架构,本发明实施例公开的基于物联网的洗车系统具体可以执行以下操作:
服务器102,用于获取车辆对应的用户账号,向与用户账号对应的车载终端103发送服务授权消息;
本发明实施例中,服务器102可以通过车载终端103获取车辆对应的用户账号,也可以通过洗车机101获取车辆对应的用户账号。具体地,服务器102可以获取用户在车载终端103显示的登录页面中输入的用户账号,也可以通过洗车机101发送的车牌照片识别车辆的车牌号,从而获取到与车牌号对应的用户账号作为车辆对应的用户账号。洗车机101可以设置有车牌识别区域,可以通过红外检测设备或地感设备检测汽车是否进入车牌识别区域,如果进入车牌识别区域,触发洗车机101的摄像头拍摄车牌照片。
车载终端103,用于根据服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
本发明实施例中,洗车页面可以为洗车应用程序中的其中一个交互界面;其中,洗车页面可以包括授权页面和登录页面;具体地,车载终端103可以检测洗车应用程序是否已登录任意一个用户账号;如果已登录,车载终端103输出的洗车页面可以只包括授权页面,授权页面中可以包括用于同意进行洗车服务授权的虚拟按键,以使用户通过点击该虚拟按键进行服务授权;如果未登录,车载终端103可以先输出洗车页面中的登录页面,以供用户通过登录页面登录任意一个用户账号;在检测到用户已登录之后,再输出洗车页面中的授权页面,以供用户在授权页面中进行洗车服务授权。
洗车机101,用于检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域;以及,在检测到车辆已停入洗车区域时,向服务器102发送车辆停入成功消息;
本发明实施例中,洗车区域为洗车机101内部指定的工作区域,洗车机101的洗车工具(比水枪、泡沫喷头、刷子、烘干机等)均朝向该工作区域设置。当车辆停入洗车区域时,洗车工具的覆盖范围可以完整地覆盖整车,达到较好的洗车效果。具体地,也可以通过洗车机101的红外检测设备或地感设备检测检测车辆是否已进入洗车区域。
服务器102,还用于在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到洗车机101发送的停入成功消息时,向车载终端103发送洗车准备消息;
车载终端103,还用于在接收到洗车准备消息时,检测车辆的硬件是否均处于洗车准备状态;并且在检测出硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时,向服务器102发送安全检测成功消息;
本发明实施例中,车辆的硬件设备可以包括车窗、后视镜、雨刮等可通过电子控制的设备,还可以包括车门、发动机盖、后备箱、充电口盖等非电子控制的设备,车载终端可以对上述两种类型的设备进行检测。具体地,上述的各个硬件设备处于洗车准备状态,可以包括:车窗、雨刮、车门、发动机盖、后备箱、充电口盖等关闭,后视镜折叠。
服务器102,还用于在接收到安全检测成功消息时,向洗车机101发送洗车请求消息;
洗车机101,还用于在接收到洗车请求消息时,启动对车辆的洗车服务。
可见,本发明实施例公开的基于物联网的洗车系统通过服务器、车载终端以及洗车机三者之间的交互,可以自动完成停车到位检测和车辆硬件设备检测等操作,用户只需要对服务进行授权,即可完成整个洗车流程,可以 解放用户的注意力,降低用户的操作复杂度和操作风险。
实施例二
请继续参阅图1、图2及图3所示的系统架构,在本发明实施例公开的基于物联网的洗车系统中:
洗车机101,具体可以执行以下操作:
1.在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将车牌照片发送至服务器。
作为一种可选的实施方式,洗车机可以通过洗车机服务器从车牌照片中识别出车牌号,从而使得智能洗车云服务器根据车牌号识别出与车辆对应的用户账号。具体的,洗车机服务器可以调用智能洗车云服务器的车牌号上报接口,该车牌号上报接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号;
响应参数:状态码。
其中,洗车机ID为当前检测到车辆进入的洗车机身份标识,车牌号为洗车机服务器从车牌照片中识别出的号码。相应地,智能洗车云服务器可以通过状态码指示是否成功接收到洗车机服务器发送的洗车机ID及车牌号等信息。
2.检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域;如果是,向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息;如果否,向服务器发送车辆未停入消息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,洗车机在检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域的过程中,可以通过洗车机服务器调用智能洗车云服务器的停车检测结果上报接口持续向智能洗车云服务器发送通知消息;该停车检测结果上报接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车辆的车牌号、停车情况(已停入/未到达/已超出洗车区域)、与停车情况对应的驾驶辅助消息;
响应参数:状态码。
其中,当通知消息为上述的车辆停入成功消息时,参数停车情况的具体内容可以为已停入洗车区域。当通知消息为上述的车辆未停入消息时,参数停车情况的具体可内容可以为未到达/已超出洗车区域。相应地,智能洗车云服务器反馈的状态码可以用于指示是否接收到洗车机发送的通知消息。
3.在接收到洗车请求消息时,启动对车辆的洗车服务。
4.在洗车服务进行的过程中,将洗车服务的洗车进度信息实时上报至服务器。
作为一种可选的实施方式,洗车机可以通过洗车机服务器调用智能洗车云服务器的洗车进度实时上报接口向智能洗车云服务器上报洗车进度;该洗车进度实时上报接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号、已用时间、剩余时间、当前服务步骤;
响应参数:状态码。
其中,洗车机ID为当前进行洗车服务的洗车机的身份标识,已用时间为洗车服务已经进行的时长、剩余时间可以根据当前洗车服务的预计服务所需时长以及已用时间确定、当前服务步骤可以为高压喷水、喷泡沫、洗刷、打蜡、烘干等洗车环节中的任意一个步骤。
4.在洗车服务结束时,向服务器发送服务结束消息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,洗车机可以通过洗车机服务器调用智能洗车云服务器的洗车结果上报接口向智能洗车云服务器上报洗车结果。该洗车结果上报接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号、洗车服务订单号、服务所需时长、服务完成时间、服务结果(正常结束、用户紧急停止、设备中途故障等)、服务结束消息。
响应参数:状态码。
其中,状态码可以用于指示智能洗车云服务器是否接收到洗车机服务器上报的洗车结果。进一步地,智能洗车云服务器可以将接收到的洗车结果存储为本地数据,以方便后续查验。
5.检测车辆是否驶离洗车区域;以及,在检测到车辆驶离洗车区域时,向服务器发送车辆离场消息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,洗车机可以通过洗车机服务器调用智能洗车云服务器的车辆离场上报接口向智能洗车云服务器发送车辆离场消息。该车辆离场上报接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号、离场时间;
响应参数:状态码。
其中,状态码可以用于指示智能洗车云服务器是否接收到洗车机服务器上报的车辆离场消息。车辆离场消息包含的参数为上述的请求参数。
服务器102,具体可以执行以下操作:
1.通过识别洗车机101发送的车牌照片中的车牌获取与车辆对应的用户账号,向与用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息。
2.在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到洗车机101发送的停入成功消息时,向车载终端103发送洗车准备消息;
3.在接收到洗车机101发送的车辆未停入消息时,向车载终端103转发车辆未停入消息。
4.在接收到车载终端103发送的安全检测成功消息之后,创建洗车服务的洗车订单;以及,根据洗车订单对用户账号绑定的扣费账户进行扣费,在扣费成功时,向洗车机101发送洗车请求消息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,可以由智能洗车云服务器在接收到安全检测成功消息之后,将安全检测成功消息转发至洗车机服务器,以使洗车机服务器创建洗车服务的洗车订单;其中,智能洗车云服务器可以通过调用洗车机服务器的车辆设备检测结果推送接口向洗车机服务器发送安全检测成功消息。该车辆设备检测结果推送接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号、洗车订单号、设备检测结果;
响应参数:状态码。
其中,洗车机服务器可以根据智能洗车服务器发送的洗车订单号创建洗车订单,以建立同一个洗车服务对应的洗车订单之间的关联。当智能洗车云服务器向洗车机服务器发送安全检测成功消息时,上述的参数设备检测结果的具体内容为设备安全检测成功。实施该实施方式,由智能洗车云服务器向洗车机服务器推送安全检测成功消息而非直接由洗车机服务器检测车辆的硬件设备状态,可以考虑为第三方合作的洗车运营商提供免责支持。
此外,在创建洗车订单之后,可以由智能洗车云服务器根据洗车订单进行预先扣费,再通过调用洗车机服务器的支付结果推送接口向洗车机服务器同步洗车订单、支付结果、套餐ID等,以方便后续的定期结算和对账等操作。该支付结果推送接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号、洗车订单号、订单金额、套餐ID;
响应参数:状态码。
其中,状态码用于指示洗车机服务器是否接收到洗车订单以及支付结果。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,具体可以由智能洗车服务器调用洗车机服务器的操作请求访问接口,从而通过洗车机服务器触发洗车机执行相应的操作。其中,该操作请求访问接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号、洗车订单号、操作类型(启动、紧急终止);
响应参数:状态码。
其中,状态码用于指示洗车机服务器是否接收到操作请求;当操作请求为上述的洗车请求消息时,参数操作类型的具体内容为启动。此外,在洗车过程中如果发送突发情况(如车内有儿童打开车门或车窗等),可以通过该操作请求访问接口发送操作类型为紧急终止的操作请求,以通过洗车机服务器控制洗车机停止当前的洗车服务。
5.在接收到车载终端103发送的洗车套餐查询请求时,查询与洗车机101对应的至少一个洗车服务套餐,并将至少一个洗车服务套餐发送至车载终端103。
作为一种可选的实施方式,可以由智能洗车云服务器接收车载终端发送的洗车套餐查询请求,由于可能存在不同的洗车机运营商,因此智能洗车云服务器可以通过调用洗车机服务器的洗车套餐列表查询接口,查询该洗车机对应的至少一个洗车服务套餐。上述的洗车机服务器的洗车套餐列表查询接口的参数如下:
请求参数:洗车机ID、车牌号;
响应参数:状态码、套餐列表(套餐ID、套餐名称、原始价格、销售价格)。
6.如果接收到车载终端103发送的目标服务套餐,服务器102执行上述的第4点中创建洗车服务的洗车订单的方式具体可以为:创建与目标服务套餐对应的洗车服务的洗车订单。
7.将洗车机101上报的洗车进度信息同步至车载终端103中进行显示。
8.在接收到洗车机发送的服务结束消息时,转发服务结束消息。
9.在接收到洗车机101发送的车辆离场消息时,更新洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
10.在接收到车载终端103发送的洗车点搜寻消息时,查询与车辆的地理位置之间的距离小于预设距离阈值的周边洗车点;以及,将周边洗车点发送至车载终端103;作为一种可选的实施方式,还可以调用推荐系统查询洗车点,获取推荐系统返回的推荐的洗车点,并查询推荐的洗车点与周边洗车点中重复的洗车点,向车载终端103发送上述重复的洗车点。
车载终端103,具体可以执行以下操作:
1.根据服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权。
2.在接收到洗车准备消息时,检测车辆的硬件是否均处于洗车准备状态;并且在检测出硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时,向服务器发送安全检测成功消息。
3.在接收到车辆未停入消息时,输出用于引导用户控制车辆行驶至洗车区域的驾驶辅助消息;以及,在接收到洗车准备消息时,输出用于提示用户控制车辆进入停车状态的停车提示消息。
4.在接收到洗车准备消息时,向服务器102发送洗车套餐查询请求;输出显示服务器102发送的至少一个洗车服务套餐,并检测用户从至少一个洗车服务套餐中确定出的目标服务套餐;以及,将目标服务套餐发送至服务器102。
本发明实施例中,车载终端具体可以访问智能洗车云服务器提供的洗车服务套餐查询接口,以查询洗车服务套餐。该洗车服务套餐查询接口的参数如下:
请求参数:随机密码authCode、车牌号;
响应参数:状态码、套餐ID、套餐名称、服务所需时间、原始价格、实际价格。
通过该洗车服务套餐查询接口,车载终端可以向服务器发送authCode作为鉴权校验的凭证,同时,服务器可以通过车载终端发送的车牌号获取车辆对应的用户账号。智能洗车云服务器可以通过状态码指示是否接收到车载终端洗调用洗车服务套餐查询接口发送的洗车套餐查询请求,响应于洗车套餐查询请求,智能洗车云服务器可以反馈至少一个洗车服务套餐,具体的洗车服务套餐信息可以包括套餐ID、套餐名称、服务所需时间、原始价格、实际价格。
作为一种可选的实施方式,车载终端在检测到用户确定出的目标服务套餐并且检测出硬件设备均处于洗车准备状态时可以调用智能洗车云服务器的
洗车启动接口,从而可以触发洗车机启动洗车服务:该洗车启动接口的参数如下:
请求参数:随机密码authCode、车牌号、车辆型号、套餐ID;
响应参数:状态码、预计服务所需时间。
其中,车载终端发送的套餐ID为目标服务套餐的ID,由于不同洗车服务套餐所需的洗车时间不同,不同车辆型号的尺寸也会影响洗车机的移动距离,因此服务器可以根据车载终端发送的车辆型号以及目标服务套餐的套 餐ID动态计算出目标服务套餐对应的洗车服务的预计服务所需时间。进一步的地,智能洗车云服务器可以根据车载终端通过该洗车启动接口发送的请求参数生成洗车请求消息,并由智能洗车服务器调用洗车机服务器的操作请求访问接口发送洗车请求消息。
5.在洗车服务进行的过程中同步显示洗车进度信息。
本发明实施例中,车载终端可以在获取到智能洗车云服务器反馈的预计服务所需时间之后,以倒计时的形式显示洗车进度。
6.在接收到服务器102转发的服务结束消息时,输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息。
7.接收并输出服务器102发送的至少一个洗车点;以及,检测用户从至少一个洗车点中确定出的目标洗车点,并根据目标洗车点的地理位置以及车辆的地理位置进行导航,以使车辆根据导航信息行驶至目标洗车点。
可见,在本发明实施例中,通过调用智能洗车云服务器以及洗车机服务器提供的不同接口,洗车系统可以完成用户账号的鉴权验证、洗车套餐查询、车辆停车到位检测、洗车进度同步、洗车结果上报、车辆离场上报、支付结果推送、洗车启动等操作。在整个洗车过程中,用户只需选择洗车套餐并确定,从而可以解放用户的注意力,降低用户的操作复杂度和操作风险。
实施例三
请参阅图4,图4是本发明实施例公开的一种洗车方法的流程示意图。如图4所示,该洗车方法可以包括以下步骤:
401、洗车机在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将车牌照片发送至服务器。
在本发明实施例中,在车辆进入洗车机之前,可以通过以下方式查询洗车机的地理位置:
服务器在接收到车载终端发送的洗车点搜寻消息时,查询与车辆的地理位置之间的距离小于预设距离阈值的周边洗车点;以及,将周边洗车点发送至车载终端;此外,服务器还可以调用推荐系统查询洗车点,获取推荐系统返回的推荐的洗车点,并查询推荐的洗车点与周边洗车点中重复的洗车点,向车载终端发送上述重复的洗车点。
车载终端接收并输出服务器发送的至少一个洗车点;以及,检测用户从至少一个洗车点中确定出的目标洗车点,并根据目标洗车点的地理位置以及车辆的地理位置进行导航,以使车辆根据导航信息行驶至目标洗车点。
402、服务器通过识别车牌照片中的车牌获取与车辆对应的用户账号,向与用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息。
403、车载终端根据服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权。
404、洗车机检测车辆是否已停入洗车机预设的洗车区域;如果是,向服务器发送车辆停入成功消息;如果否,向服务器发送车辆未停入消息。
405、服务器在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到洗车机发送的停入成功消息时,向车载终端发送洗车准备消 息;在接收到车辆未停入消息时,向车载终端转发车辆未停入消息。
406、车载终端在接收到洗车准备消息时,检测车辆的硬件是否均处于洗车准备状态;如果是,向服务器发送安全检测成功消息;如果否,输出状态提示消息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,车载终端在接收到洗车准备消息时,还可以输出用于提示用户控制车辆进入停车状态的停车提示消息。
407、车载终端在接收到车辆未停入消息时,输出用于引导用户控制车辆行驶至洗车区域的驾驶辅助消息。
408、服务器在接收到安全检测成功消息时,向洗车机发送洗车请求消息。此外,作为一种可选的实施方式,在车载终端接收到洗车准备消息之后,还可以执行以下步骤:
车载终端向服务器发送洗车套餐查询请求;
服务器在接收到车载终端发送的洗车套餐查询请求时,查询与洗车机对应的至少一个洗车服务套餐,并将至少一个洗车服务套餐发送至车载终端;
车载终端输出显示服务器发送的至少一个洗车服务套餐,并检测用户从至少一个洗车服务套餐中确定出的目标服务套餐,并将目标服务套餐发送至服务器;
服务器创建与目标服务套餐对应的洗车服务的洗车订单,以及,根据洗车订单对用户账号绑定的扣费账户进行扣费;
相应地,上述的步骤408的具体实施方式可以为:
服务器在接收到安全检测成功消息并且对扣费账户进行扣费成功时,向洗车机发送洗车请求消息。
409、洗车机在接收到洗车请求消息时,启动对车辆的洗车服务。
410、洗车机在洗车服务进行的过程中,将洗车服务的洗车进度信息实时上报至服务器,由服务器将洗车进度信息同步至车载终端中进行显示。
411、洗车机在洗车服务结束时,向服务器发送服务结束消息,由服务器将服务结束消息转发至车载终端,以使车载终端输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息。
412、洗车机检测车辆是否驶离洗车区域;如果是,向服务器发送车辆离场消息;如果否,继续执行步骤412。
413、服务器在接收到车辆离场消息时,更新洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
在图4所描述的方法中,通过洗车机、服务器以及车载终端三者之间的通信交互,可以在车辆驶入洗车机到车辆驶离洗车机的整个洗车过程中通过各种硬件状态的自动检测以及良好的交互流程,为用户提供便捷、安全及高效的洗车服务。
此外,本发明实施例公开一种计算机可读存储介质,其存储计算机程序,其中,该计算机程序使得计算机执行图4所示的洗车方法。
本发明实施例公开一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括存储了计算机程序的非瞬时性计算机可读存 储介质,且该计算机程序可操作来使计算机执行图4所示的洗车方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于物联网的洗车系统,其特征在于,包括:装设于任一车辆的车载终端、洗车机以及服务器;其中:
    所述服务器,用于获取所述车辆对应的用户账号,向与所述用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息;
    所述车载终端,用于根据所述服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
    所述洗车机,用于检测所述车辆是否已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域;以及,在检测到所述车辆已停入所述洗车区域时,向所述服务器发送车辆停入成功消息;
    所述服务器,还用于在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到所述洗车机发送的停入成功消息时,向所述车载终端发送洗车准备消息;
    所述车载终端,还用于在接收到所述洗车准备消息时,检测所述车辆的硬件是否均处于洗车准备状态;并且在检测出所述硬件设备均处于所述洗车准备状态时,向所述服务器发送安全检测成功消息;
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到所述安全检测成功消息时,向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息;
    所述洗车机,还用于在接收到所述洗车请求消息时,启动对所述车辆的洗车服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述洗车机,还用于在检测到车辆进入洗车机预设的车牌识别区域时,拍摄车辆的车牌照片,并将所述车牌照片发送至所述服务器;
    所述服务器用于获取所述车辆对应的用户账号的方式具体为:
    所述服务器,用于通过识别所述车牌照片中的车牌获取与所述车辆对应的用户账号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述洗车机,还用于在检测到所述车辆未停入所述洗车区域时,向所述服务器发送车辆未停入消息;
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到所述车辆未停入消息时,向所述车载终端转发所述车辆未停入消息;
    所述车载终端,还用于在接收到所述车辆未停入消息时,输出用于引导用户控制所述车辆行驶至所述洗车区域的驾驶辅助消息;以及,在接收到所述洗车准备消息时,输出用于提示用户控制所述车辆进入停车状态的停车提示消息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到所述车载终端发送的所述安全检测成功消息之后,以及在向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息之前,创建所述洗车服务的洗车订单;以及,根据所述洗车订单对所述用户账号绑定的扣费账户进行扣费,在所述扣费成功时,执行所述向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息的操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述车载终端,还用于在接收到所述洗车准备消息时,向所述服务器发送洗车套餐查询请求;
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到所述车载终端发送的洗车套餐查询请求时,查询与所述洗车机对应的至少一个洗车服务套餐,并将所述至少一个洗车服务套餐发送至所述车载终端;
    所述车载终端,还用于输出显示所述至少一个洗车服务套餐,并检测用户从所述至少一个洗车服务套餐中确定出的目标服务套餐;以及,将所述目标服务套餐发送至所述服务器;
    所述服务器用于创建所述洗车服务的洗车订单的方式具体为:
    所述服务器,用于创建与所述目标服务套餐对应的所述洗车服务的洗车订单。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述洗车机,用于在所述洗车服务进行的过程中,将所述洗车服务的洗车进度信息实时上报至所述服务器;
    所述服务器,用于将所述洗车进度信息同步至所述车载终端中进行显示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述洗车机,还用于在所述洗车服务结束时,向所述服务器发送服务结束消息;
    所述车载终端,还用于接收所述服务器转发的所述服务结束消息;以及,在接收到所述服务结束消息时,输出用于提示用户驾驶车辆离场的离场提示消息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述洗车机,还用于检测所述车辆是否驶离所述洗车区域;以及,在检测到所述车辆驶离所述洗车区域时,向所述服务器发送车辆离场消息;
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到所述车辆离场消息时,更新所述洗车服务对应的洗车订单的订单状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项的所述的系统,其特征在于:
    所述车载终端,还用于在检测到用户输入的洗车点搜索指令时,向所述服务器发送洗车点搜寻消息;
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到所述车载终端发送的洗车点搜寻消息时,查询与车辆的地理位置之间的距离小于预设距离阈值的周边洗车点;其中,所述车辆的地理位置由所述车载终端上报;以及,将所述周边洗车点发送至所述车载终端;
    所述车载终端,还用于接收并输出所述服务器发送的至少一个洗车点;以及,检测用户从所述至少一个洗车点中确定出的目标洗车点,并根据所述目标洗车点的地理位置以及车辆的地理位置进行导航,以使所述车辆根据导航信息行驶至所述目标洗车点。
  10. 一种洗车方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器获取车辆对应的用户账号,并且向与所述用户账号对应的车载终端发送服务授权消息;
    车载终端根据所述服务授权消息输出显示洗车页面,以供用户在所述洗车页面中进行洗车服务授权;
    洗车机检测所述车辆是否已停入所述洗车机预设的洗车区域,如果是,向所述服务器发送车辆停入成功消息;
    服务器在检测到洗车服务已授权并且接收到所述洗车机发送的停入成功消息时,向所述车载终端发送洗车准备消息;
    所述车载终端在接收到所述洗车准备消息时,检测所述车辆的硬件是否均处于洗车准备状态,如果是,向所述服务器发送安全检测成功消息;
    所述服务器在接收到所述安全检测成功消息时,向所述洗车机发送洗车请求消息;
    所述洗车机在接收到所述洗车请求消息时,启动对所述车辆的洗车服务。
