5G引入了按需请求(on-demand)系统信息获取的机制,即基站并不广播所有的系统信息,空闲或者非激活状态(idle/inactive)的终端(UE)通过随机接入流程的消息1(message1)或随机接入流程的消息3(message3)向基站发起系统信息请求,后续基站再广播的方式来获取这些没有广播的系统信息;连接态的终端可以通过专用信令的方式向网络侧请求,基站再通过专用信令的方式给UE发送。
按照目前的机制,对于切换过程中的终端,必须接入到目标小区之后,才可以采用上述机制向网络侧请求当前没有广播的系统信息,会带来一定的时延。
另外,对于双连接的场景,双连接(LTE DC)里辅节点SN的系统信息是通过主节点(MN)发送给UE的。5G双连接的场景,没讨论UE怎么获取辅节点(SN)的系统信息块(SIB)。

该实施例中,在双连接场景下,UE在测量报告中携带自己感兴趣的SIB type信息;特别地,该测量报告是针对辅节点(SN)所在频点的测量报告。主节点(MN)可以在辅节点添加请求信息中,如CG-配置信息(CG-ConfigInfo)中携带终端请求的该终端感兴趣的SIB type信息给SN;SN在CG-Config等信息中携带UE感兴趣的系统信息,直接UE或者通过MN转发给UE,这里的系统信息可能是部分或全部SIB type指示的系统信息;或者MN在添加SN的过程中,在给UE的SN添加信息中,如SCellConfig,携带上述系统信息,可能是SIB type指示的全部或部分系统信息。
本公开的上述实施例中,预设消息可以是新定义的消息或者已有消息中的一个,本公开的上述实施例提供一种在切换过程中或辅节点添加过程中请求系统信息的机制,可以帮助终端较快地获取需要的系统信息。
如图4所示,与上述方法对应的,本公开的实施例还提供一种终端40,包括:
收发机41,用于向网络设备发送指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述终端想要获取的系统信息;接收所述网络设备发送的所述系统信息。

- 根据权利要求9所述的系统信息的传输方法,其中,向终端发送所述系统信息,包括:所述目标网络设备向终端发送小区切换命令或者无线资源控制RRC重配置消息或预设RRC消息,所述小区切换命令或者RRC重配置消息或预设RRC消息携带所述系统消息的部分或者全部。
- 根据权利要求8所述的系统信息的传输方法,其中,接收终端发送的指示信息,包括:主节点接收所述终端发送的携带有所述指示信息的第三消息,所述第三 消息包括预设消息或测量报告信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的系统信息的传输方法,其中,所述测量报告信息是所述辅节点所在频点的测量报告信息。
- 根据权利要求11所述的系统信息的传输方法,还包括:所述主节点向辅节点发送辅节点添加请求信息,所述辅节点添加请求信息中携带所述指示信息指示终端需要的部分或者全部系统信息。
- 根据权利要求13所述的系统信息的传输方法,其中,向终端发送所述系统信息,包括:所述主节点向所述终端发送辅节点或者辅小区添加信息或预设消息,所述辅节点或辅助小区添加信息或预设消息携带所述指示信息指示的部分或者全部系统信息;或者接收所述辅节点发送的系统信息并转发给终端;或者所述辅节点向所述终端发送所述系统信息。
- 根据权利要求8至14任一项所述的系统信息的传输方法,其中,所述指示信息指示终端在目标小区或辅小区请求的系统信息与终端向服务小区请求的系统信息相同,或者,所述指示信息指示的内容为包括至少一个系统信息块的系统信息列表。
- 一种终端,包括:收发机,用于向网络设备发送指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述终端想要获取的系统信息,并接收所述网络设备发送的所述系统信息。
- 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其中,所述收发机具体用于通过第一消息向所述源网络设备发送所述指示信息,所述第一消息包括:预设消息或测量报告信息;或者通过第二消息向所述目标网络设备发送所述指示信息,所述第二消息包括:预设消息、在向目标网络设备发起随机接入的过程中向所述目标网络设备发送的随机接入请求消息、无线资源控制RRC连接建立请求消息、完成随机接入后向所述目标网络设备发送的RRC重配置完成消息中的一个。
- 根据权利要求17所述的终端,其中,所述收发机还用于:接收所述目标网络设备发送的小区切换命令或者无线资源控制RRC重配置消息或预 设RRC消息,所述小区切换命令或者RRC重配置消息或预设RRC消息携带所述系统消息的部分或者全部。
- 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其中,所述收发机具体用于:通过第三消息向所述主节点发送所述指示信息,所述第三消息包括:预设消息或测量报告信息。
- 根据权利要求19所述的终端,其中,所述收发机还用于接收所述主节点发送的辅节点或辅小区添加信息,所述辅节点或辅小区添加信息携带所述指示信息指示的部分或者全部系统信息;或者接收所述辅节点发送的所述系统信息;或者接收所述辅节点通过所述主节点转发的所述系统信息。
- 一种网络设备,包括:收发机,用于接收终端发送的指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述终端想要获取的系统信息,并向终端发送所述系统信息。
- 根据权利要求21所述的网络设备,其中,源网络设备的收发机接收终端发送的携带有所述指示信息的第一消息,所述第一消息包括预设消息或测量报告信息,并向所述目标网络设备发送所述指示信息指示的终端需要的部分或者全部系统信息;或者,所述目标网络设备的收发机接收终端发送的携带有所述指示信息的第二消息,所述第二消息包括预设消息、在终端向目标网络设备发起随机接入的过程中向所述目标网络设备发送的随机接入请求消息、无线资源控制RRC连接建立请求、完成随机接入后向所述目标网络设备发送的无线资源控制RRC重配置完成消息中的一个。
- 根据权利要求22所述的网络设备,其中,所述目标网络设备的收发机向终端发送小区切换命令或者无线资源控制RRC重配置消息或预设RRC消息,所述小区切换命令或者RRC重配置消息或预设RRC消息携带所述系统消息的部分或者全部。
- 根据权利要求21所述的网络设备,其中,主节点的收发机接收所述终端发送的携带有所述指示信息的第三消息,所述第三消息包括预设消息或测量报告信息。
- 根据权利要求24所述的网络设备,其中,所述主节点的收发机还用于向所述辅节点发送辅节点添加请求信息,所述辅节点添加请求信息中携带 所述指示信息指示终端需要的部分或者全部系统信息。
- 根据权利要求25所述的网络设备,其中,所述主节点的收发机还用于向所述终端发送辅节点或者辅小区添加信息或预设消息,所述辅节点或者辅小区添加信息或预设消息携带所述指示信息指示的部分或者全部系统信息;或者接收所述辅节点发送的系统信息并发送给终端;或者所述网络设备是辅节点时,所述辅节点的收发机向所述终端发送所述系统信息。
- 一种通信设备,包括:处理器、存储有计算机程序的存储器,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法或者8至15任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,包括指令,当所述指令在计算机运行时,使得计算机执行如权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法或者8至15任一项所述的方法。
