Abstract
一种表格处理方法、装置、系统、存储介质及交互智能平板,该表格处理方法应用于交互智能平板,包括以下步骤:在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作(S102);显示用于生成表格的弹窗(S104),所述弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮;根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数(S106);根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格(S108),所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。所述方法通过触摸拖动操作在白板应用界面插入表格,更加适合触摸交互体验,而且插入过程中可以预览即将插入的表格的预览图,更加直观自然,可广泛应用于触摸设备中。

本申请要求在2019年1月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910021765.6的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本公开涉及交互智能平板技术领域,例如涉及一种表格处理方法、装置、系统、存储介质及交互智能平板。
目前的各种办公软件,例如Office的Word软件和PPT软件在使用过程中均可以插入表格,但是这些软件插入表格的方式基本上都是基于鼠标的交互来设计的,具体是通过点击插入表格按钮后,弹出M×N的格子,用户的鼠标在表格上方悬浮进行选择,并在点击具体格子后创建M1×N1的表格。这种插入表格的方式无法直接在交互智能平板上使用。传统技术中,在交互智能平板的应用界面上插入表格的一种方式是通过输入具体行数和列数来生成表格的,这种方式操作起来比较繁琐,而且在输出具体行列数的时候并无法进行预览,难以直观地观察到即将插入的表格的情况。另一种传统方式是通过手绘表格来插入表格,但是这种方式操作也较为繁琐,无法快速、直观地插入表格。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本公开的目的是提供一种可以通过触摸拖动操作在白板应用界面插入表格的表格处理方法、装置、系统、存储介质及交互智能平板,更加适合触摸交互体验,而且插入过程中可以预览即将插入的表格的预览图,更加直观自然。
一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种表格处理方法,应用于交互智能平板,包括以下步骤:
在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作;显示用于生成表格的弹窗,所述弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮;根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界 面上显示表格,所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。
在一实施方式中,还包括以下步骤:
接收生成表格的指令。
在一实施方式中,所述弹窗上还显示有第二按钮,所述第二按钮用于在被触摸点击后,触发所述生成表格的指令。
在一实施方式中,所述弹窗上还显示有用于展示所述表格预览图当前行数和列数的文字标识信息,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:

在一实施方式中,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤;当判断所述表格预览图达到最小行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第一显示状态;当判断所述表格预览图达到最大行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第二显示状态;当判断所述表格预览图处于最小行列数与最大行列数之间时,将所述第一按钮更新 显示为第三显示状态;其中,所述第一显示状态为扩大按钮,所述第二显示状态为缩小按钮,所述第三显示状态为缩放按钮。
在一实施方式中,所述根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:自动关闭所述弹窗。
在一实施方式中,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:根据所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数,实时调整所述弹窗的大小。
在一实施方式中,所述根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格这一步骤之后,还包括以下步骤:在所述表格的每一行和/或每一列的附近显示增加和/或减少符号;根据对所述增加和/或减少符号的触摸点击操作,在相应位置增加和/或减少所述表格的行和/或列。
另一方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种表格处理装置,包括:第一接收模块,用于在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作;显示模块,用于显示用于生成表格的弹窗,所述弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮;调整模块,用于根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;表格生成模块,用于根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格,所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。
另一方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种表格处理系统,包括:至少一个处理器;至少一个存储器,用于存储至少一个程序;当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,使得所述至少一个处理器实现本公开实施例所述的表格处理方法。
另一方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种存储介质,其存储有处理器可执行的指令,所述处理器可执行的指令在由处理器执行时用于执行本公开实施例所述的表格处理方法。
另一方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种交互智能平板,包括显示屏、存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储用于存储至少一个程序,所述显示屏用于显示白板应用界面,所述处理器用于执行存储器所存储的至少一个程序,以执行本公开实施例所述的表格处理方法。
上述实施例中,交互智能平板在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作,然后显示用于生成表格的弹窗,其中,弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮。 通过在弹窗上显示表格预览图和第一按钮,从而用户需要插入表格时,可以对第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作,更加适合触摸交互体验,克服了现有技术中交互智能平板在插入表格过程中所存在的操作繁琐以及无法直观地观察到即将生成表格的情况的问题。而且用户对第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作后,交互智能平板会根据检测到的用户的触摸拖动操作改变表格预览图的行数和/或列数,从而在用户的触摸拖动操作过程中,可以预览即将生成表格的表格预览图,更加直观自然。

下面结合附图和实施例对本公开做进一步的详细说明。对于以下实施例中的步骤编号,其仅为了便于阐述说明而设置,对步骤之间的顺序不做任何限定,实施例中的各步骤的执行顺序均可根据本领域技术人员的理解来进行适应性调整。此外,以下实施例中所提及到的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”仅为了清楚描述位置关系,为相对位置关系,而并不是绝对位置关系,可根据本领域技术人员的理解来进行适应性调整。
方法实施例
图1是本实施例的一种表格处理方法的流程图。本实施例提供的表格处理方法由交互智能平板执行,交互智能平板又称智能交互平板,是通过触控技术对显示在显示屏上的内容进行操控和实现人机交互操作的一体化设备,其集成 了投影机、显示屏、音响、电视机以及视频会议终端等一种或多种功能。本申请中,交互智能平板显示的某个界面是指交互智能平板的显示屏所显示的界面,例如某个具体应用、具体软件的界面等。本申请中提到的显示屏指触控显示屏,包括:电阻式、电容感应式、红外线式以及表面声波式等触控显示屏。
参照图1,本实施例的应用于交互智能平板的表格处理方法具体包括以下步骤:
S102、在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作。本实施例中,交互智能平板接收触发白板应用的指令后,显示白板应用界面,从而在白板应用界面中接收进一步输入的操作,从而根据输入的操作对应产生各种触发指令或者操作指令等指令。在一实施方式中,交互智能平板接收的操作,可以是通过接收用户用手或者笔触控显示屏所产生的信号,例如,可以是用户用手或者笔触控显示屏上显示的图标或者文字等符号所产生的信号。更具体的,本步骤中,所接收的插入表格的操作,可以是通过接收用户用手或者笔触控显示屏上白板应用界面所显示的表格图标所产生的信号。例如,这里的表格图标可以是显示在白板应用界面的左边缘位置、右边缘位置、上边缘位置、下边缘位置等。图2展示了白板应用界面的第一显示界面示意图,图2中,在白板应用界面101的下边缘位置显示有一系列功能图标A1~A7以及处于A5和A6之间的表格图标。交互智能平板通过检测用户用手或者笔触控表格图标所产生的信号,接收到插入表格的操作,从而产生插入表格的操作指令。
S104、显示用于生成表格的弹窗,所述弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮。如图2中所示,本步骤为:在白板应用界面101上显示用于生成表格的弹窗102,该弹窗102上显示有表格预览图103和第一按钮104。在步骤S102中,接收到插入表格的操作后,本步骤相应显示用于生成表格的弹窗102,且弹窗102上显示有表格预览图103和第一按钮104,用于供用户进行预览以及编辑操作。
S106、根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数。
显示用于生成表格的弹窗后,用户用手或笔对弹窗上的第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作,从而产生对应的触摸拖动信号,交互智能平板根据检测到的对第一按钮的触摸拖动信号,对表格预览图进行调整,改变表格预览图的行数和/或列 数。例如图2中,根据用户将第一按钮104向右进行拉伸拖动的操作,增加表格预览图103的列数,根据用户将第一按钮104向上进行拉伸拖动的操作,增加表格预览图103的行数,及时更新表格预览图103,使得用户可以清楚地预览即将插入的表格的信息。
S108、根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格,所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。
改变表格预览图的行数和/或列数后,交互智能平板根据改变后的表格预览图,在白板应用界面上生成表格,所生成的表格与表格预览图的行数和列数一致。在白板应用界面上生成表格具体体现为在白板应用界面的具体某个位置插入表格,这里,插入表格的位置可以是预先设定的,也可以是用户在白板应用界面点击的位置等。另外,插入表格后,可以根据用户的操作,对表格进行具体位置的调整,例如,检测到用户选择整个表格的操作手势后,选中整个表格,然后进一步根据用户拖动的操作手势,将选中的整个表格进行移动。
交互智能平板在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作,然后显示用于生成表格的弹窗,其中,弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮。通过在弹窗上显示表格预览图和第一按钮,从而用户需要插入表格时,可以对第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作,更加适合触摸交互体验,克服了现有技术中交互智能平板在插入表格过程中所存在的操作繁琐以及无法直观地观察到即将生成表格的情况的问题。而且用户对第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作后,交互智能平板会根据检测到的用户的触摸拖动操作改变表格预览图的行数和/或列数,从而在用户的触摸拖动操作过程中,可以预览即将生成表格的表格预览图,更加直观自然。
在一实施方式中,还包括以下步骤:S107、接收生成表格的指令。交互智能平板可以在用户触摸拖动第一按钮后,对表格预览图进行行列数调整,然后直接生成表格,也可以通过步骤S107,接收生成表格的指令后再生成表格,这种方式,用户可以多次触摸拖动第一按钮,并观察表格预览图所展示的即将生成的表格的情况,从而在表格预览图符合用户要求时,再进行操作,触发生成表格的指令。
在一实施方式中,所述弹窗上还显示有第二按钮,所述第二按钮用于在被触摸点击后,触发所述生成表格的指令。
弹窗上还显示有第二按钮,用户用手或笔对弹窗上的第二按钮触摸点击后, 产生对应的触摸点击信号,交互智能平板根据检测到的对第二按钮的触摸点击信号,判断接收到用户触发了生成表格的指令,从而根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格,所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。第二按钮可以设置为提醒用户插入或者生成表格的显示状态,例如图2中,第二按钮105显示状态为“插入”,可以提醒用户进行触摸点击。在实际使用中,也可以根据需要将第二按钮105的显示状态设置为“生成”、“插入表格”、“生成表格”等等。
在一实施方式中,所述弹窗上还显示有用于展示所述表格预览图当前行数和列数的文字标识信息,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:
更新所述弹窗上显示的所述文字标识信息。通过在弹窗上显示文字标识信息,展示表格预览图当前的行数和列数,可以使用户更直观、自然地获知表格预览图的行列数。交互智能平板在根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数的过程中,同时更新所述弹窗上显示的所述文字标识信息,实现实时显示表格预览图当前的行数和列数。
图2中,附图标记106表示文字标识信息,图2的实施例中将文字标识信息设置为“M×N表格”,其中,M表示表格预览图当前的行数,N表示表格预览图当前的列数,例如图2中表格预览图当前为2行2列,即文字标识信息显示为“2×2表格”。应用中,可以根据需要设置文字标识信息的具体内容,只要体现表格预览图当前的行数和列数即可。
图3中展示了根据对第一按钮104的触摸拖动操作后,将表格预览图103的行数和列数增加到6×6时的具体界面,弹窗102上显示的表格预览图103、文字标识信息106均随着用户的触摸拖动操作进行更新。
在一实施方式中,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,包括:当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动时,减少所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离表格预览图中心的方向移动时,增加所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数。当用户用手或笔对弹窗上的第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作时,会产生对应的触摸拖动信号,当用户要减少表格预览图的行数或列数时,用户的触摸拖动操作表现为沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,反之当用户要增加表 格预览图的行数或列数时,用户的触摸拖动操作表现为沿远离所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,因此,通过分析触摸拖动操作的具体移动方向,可以判断获得对表格预览图的操作指令,相应地减少/增加表格预览图的行数和/或列数。
当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动时,交互智能平板检测到朝向表格预览图中心的方向移动的触摸拖动信号,代表接收到减少表格预览图的行数和/或列数的操作指令,因此相应减少表格预览图的行数和/或列数,反之,当交互智能平板检测到远离表格预览图中心的方向移动的触摸拖动信号时,代表接收到增加表格预览图的行数和/或列数的操作指令,因此相应增加表格预览图的行数和/或列数。例如,判断触摸拖动操作相对于表格预览图中心的方向移动的方向时,可以根据触摸拖动操作的起始点形成的向量,与表格预览图中心之间的关系来判断,当所形成的向量为朝向表格预览图中心方向时,判断触摸拖动操作沿朝向表格预览图中心的方向移动,当所形成的向量为远离表格预览图中心方向时,判断触摸拖动操作沿远离表格预览图中心的方向移动。
在图2中,当用户对第一按钮104进行触摸拖动操作,且触摸拖动轨迹为朝向图2中的2×2的表格预览图103中心的方向移动时,减少2×2的表格预览图103的行数和/或列数,反之,当触摸拖动轨迹为远离图2中的2×2的表格预览图103中心的方向移动时,增加2×2的表格预览图103的行数和/或列数。
在一实施方式,所述当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动时,减少所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,包括:

当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在水平方向移动的距离达到第三预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图增加一列,当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在竖直方向移动的距离达到第四预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图增加一行。
本实施例中,第一预设阈值、第二预设阈值、第三预设阈值和第四预设阈值均均为预先设定的值,可以根据表格预览图的默认单元格宽度和默认单元格高度来进行设定。第一预设阈值和第三预设阈值可以相同,也可以不同,同样的,第二预设阈值和第四预设阈值可以相同,也可以不同。例如设定第一预设阈值和第三预设阈值为默认单元格宽度/2,设定第二预设阈值和第四预设阈值为默认单元格高度/2。这里的水平方向、竖直方向指图2和图3中的水平方向和竖直方向,表示白板应用界面上的相对方向,也可以按照使用习惯,称为左右方向和上下方向。例如,当触摸拖动操作往右移动超过默认单元格宽度/2时,交互智能平板根据检测到的触摸拖动信号,获得对表格预览图增加一列的操作指令,相应将所述表格预览图增加一列,当触摸拖动操作往上移动超过默认单元格高度/2时,交互智能平板根据检测到的触摸拖动信号,获得对表格预览图增加一行的操作指令,相应将所述表格预览图增加一行。类似的,当触摸拖动操作往左移动超过默认单元格宽度/2时,则将表格预览图减少一列,当触摸拖动操作往下移动超过默认单元格高度/2时,将所述表格预览图减少一行。
另外,当一次触摸拖动操作中,若在水平方向和竖直方向的移动距离均满足上述条件,则同时增加或减少表格预览图的行和列。
在一实施方式,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤;
当判断所述表格预览图达到最小行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第一显示状态;
当判断所述表格预览图达到最大行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第二显示状态;
当判断所述表格预览图处于最小行列数与最大行列数之间时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第三显示状态;
其中,所述第一显示状态为扩大按钮,所述第二显示状态为缩小按钮,所述第三显示状态为缩放按钮。行列数指表格预览图的行数和列数。
最小行列数和最大行列数是预先设定的,例如将最小行列数设定为1×1,将最大行列数设定为6×6。当表格预览图达到最小行列数1×1时,表示不能再减少表格预览图的行列数,只能增加表格预览图的行列数,因此,交互智能平板在判断表格预览图达到最小行列数1×1时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第一 显示状态,显示扩大按钮,如图4中所示,提醒操作的用户只可以对表格预览图进行拉伸,增加表格预览图的行数和/或列数。而当表格预览图达到最大行列数6×6时,表示不能再增加表格预览图的行列数,只能减少表格预览图的行列数,因此,交互智能平板在判断表格预览图达到最大行列数6×6时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第二显示状态,如图3所示,显示缩小按钮,提醒操作的用户只可以对表格预览图进行缩小,减少表格预览图的行数和/或列数。而当表格预览图处于最小行列数与最大行列数之间,可以增加表格预览图的行数和/或列数,也可以减少表格预览图的行数和/或列数,因此,交互智能平板在判断表格预览图处于最小行列数1×1与最大行列数6×6之间时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第三显示状态,显示缩放按钮,如图2中所示,表示可以对表格预览图进行拉伸或缩小操作,提醒操作的用户可以增加表格预览图的行数和/或列数,也可以减少表格预览图的行数和/或列数。
本实施例中,通过设置第一按钮的不同显示状态,根据表格预览图的具体行数和列数,显示相应的显示状态,可以让用户更加清晰地观察到即将生成的表格的状态。
在一实施方式中,所述根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:
自动关闭所述弹窗。弹窗用于供用户进行触摸操作,从而调整要生成的表格的参数,因此在白板应用界面上生成表格后,自动关闭所述弹窗,无需用户手动关闭,进一步提高用户使用过程的体验感。
在一实施方式中,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:
根据所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数,实时调整所述弹窗的大小。
如图2和图3所示,当表格预览图由图2中的2×2表格变成图3中的6×6表格时,将弹窗调大,使其适应表格预览图的大小,保证可以清晰地展示表格预览图。本实施例中,当表格预览图的行数和/或列数发生变化时,交互智能平板根据表格预览图的行数和/或列数变化,实时调整弹窗的大小,可以在视觉上更加自然,使得整体布局更加美观。
在一实施方式中,所述根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格这一步骤之后,还包括以下步骤:
在所述表格的每一行和/或每一列的附近显示增加和/或减少符号;根据对所述增加和/或减少符号的触摸点击操作,在相应位置增加和/或减少所述表格的行和/或列。在白板应用界面上生成表格后,经常需要根据表格的实际使用情况调整表格的行列数,因此,本步骤在所述表格的每一行和/或每一列的附近显示增加和/或减少符号,从而可以根据接收到的对增加和/或减少符号的触摸点击操作信息,在相应位置增加和/或减少所述表格的行和/或列。
如图5所示,图5中,展示了在白板应用界面上生成了4×4的表格的情况,图5中增加符号“+”表示增加一行/一列,减少符号“-”表示减少该行/列,例如第一列左右两侧的符号“+”分别表示在第一列左侧或右侧增加一列,第一列上方的符号“-”表示删除第一列。
相似的,第二行左边的符号“-”表示删除第二行,第二行上下两侧的符号“+”分别表示在第二行的上方或下方增加一行。通过对图5显示的表格上的符号“+”、“-”进行点击操作,可以增加和/或减少表格的行/列。通过增加符号“+”、减少符号“-”的设置,可以快速、便捷地对所生成的表格进行行数、列数的调整,操作简单。
另外,在实际应用过程中,可以根据操作习惯,任意设置增加符号“+”和减少符号“-”的位置,例如在每一列的左右两侧同时显示增加符号“+”、减少符号“-”(第一列的左侧不显示减少符号“-”),表示在该列的左右两侧增加或减少一列,或者将减少符号“-”的位置设置在靠近一列的左侧或者一行的上侧的增加符号“+”附近。
装置实施例
参照图6,本实施例提供了一种表格处理装置,应用于交互智能平板,所述装置包括第一接收模块、显示模块、调整模块和表格生成模块。
其中,第一接收模块,用于在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作;显示模块,用于显示用于生成表格的弹窗,所述弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮;调整模块,用于根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;表格生成模块,用于根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格,所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。
本实施例提供的表格处理装置,使得交互智能平板在白板应用界面中,接 收插入表格的操作,然后显示用于生成表格的弹窗,其中,弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮。通过在弹窗上显示表格预览图和第一按钮,从而用户需要插入表格时,可以对第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作,更加适合触摸交互体验,而且用户对第一按钮进行触摸拖动操作后,交互智能平板会根据检测到的用户的触摸拖动操作改变表格预览图的行数和/或列数,从而在用户的触摸拖动操作过程中,可以预览即将生成表格的表格预览图,更加直观自然。
在一实施方式中,所述装置还包括:指令接收模块,用于接收生成表格的指令。所述弹窗上还显示有第二按钮,所述第二按钮用于在被触摸点击后,触发所述生成表格的指令。
在一实施方式中,所述弹窗上还显示有用于展示所述表格预览图当前行数和列数的文字标识信息,所述调整模块还用于:更新所述弹窗上显示的所述文字标识信息。
在一实施方式中,所述调整模块,包括:第一调整单元,用于当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动时,减少所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;第二调整单元,用于当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离表格预览图中心的方向移动时,增加所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数。
在一实施方式中,所述第一调整单元,包括:第一子模块,用于当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在水平方向移动的距离达到第一预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图减少一列,第二子模块,用于当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在竖直方向移动的距离达到第二预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图减少一行;所述第二调整单元,包括:第三子模块,用于当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在水平方向移动的距离达到第三预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图增加一列,第四子模块,用于当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在竖直方向移动的距离达到第四预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图增加一行。
在一实施方式中,所述调整模块,还包括;第三调整单元,用于当判断所述表格预览图达到最小行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第一显示状态;第四调整单元,用于当判断所述表格预览图达到最大行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第二显示状态;第五调整单元,用于当判断所述表格预览图处于 最小行列数与最大行列数之间时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第三显示状态;其中,所述第一显示状态为扩大按钮,所述第二显示状态为缩小按钮,所述第三显示状态为缩放按钮。
在一实施方式中,所述表格生成模块还用于:自动关闭所述弹窗。
在一实施方式中,所述调整模块还用于:根据所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数,实时调整所述弹窗的大小。
在一实施方式中,所述表格生成模块,还用于:在所述表格的每一行和/或每一列的附近显示增加和/或减少符号;根据对所述增加和/或减少符号的触摸点击操作,在相应位置增加和/或减少所述表格的行和/或列。本实施例的表格处理装置,可执行前述方法实施例所提供的表格处理方法,可执行不限于该方法的任意组合实施步骤,具备该方法相应的功能和有益效果。
系统实施例
参照图7,本实施例提供了一种表格处理系统,应用于交互智能平板,所述系统包括:至少一个处理器;至少一个存储器,用于存储至少一个程序;当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,使得所述至少一个处理器实现本公开实施例所述的表格处理方法。使得用户可以通过触摸拖动操作在交互智能平板的白板应用界面插入表格,更加适合触摸交互体验,而且插入过程中可以预览即将插入的表格的预览图,更加直观自然。
存储器和处理器之间可以通过总线或其它方式连接,图7中通过总线连接。另外,该系统还包括输入单元、输出单元等,输入单元可用于接收输入的数字或文字等字符信息,从而产生对系统的参数设置或者功能控制相关的信号。输出单元包括扬声器等音频播放设备,用于播放音频数据。
存储器作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序,如上述方法实施例所述的表格处理方法对应的程序指令。处理器通过运行存储在存储器中的软件程序以及指令,从而执行系统的各种功能应用以及数据处理,实现上述的表格处理方法。
存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。
本实施例的表格处理系统,可执行前述方法实施例所提供的表格处理方法,可执行不限于该方法的任意组合实施步骤,具备该方法相应的功能和有益效果。 另外,本公开实施例还提供了一种存储介质,其存储有处理器可执行的指令,所述处理器可执行的指令在由处理器执行时用于执行本公开实施例所述的表格处理方法。使得用户可以通过触摸拖动操作在交互智能平板的白板应用界面插入表格,更加适合触摸交互体验,而且插入过程中可以预览即将插入的表格的预览图,更加直观自然。本实施例提供的存储介质,可执行前述方法实施例所提供的表格处理方法,可执行不限于该方法的任意组合实施步骤,具备该方法相应的功能和有益效果。
最后,参照图8,本公开实施例还提供了一种交互智能平板,包括显示屏、存储器和处理器,所述存储器存储用于存储至少一个程序,所述显示屏用于显示白板应用界面,所述处理器用于执行存储器所存储的至少一个程序,以执行本公开实施例所述的表格处理方法。处理器分别与存储器和显示屏连接,显示屏与处理器之间、存储器和处理器之间可以通过总线或其它方式连接,图8中通过总线连接。另外,交互智能平板还包括边框、盖板、输入单元、输出单元等。输入单元可用于接收输入的数字或文字等字符信息,从而产生对系统的参数设置或者功能控制相关的信号。输出单元包括扬声器等音频播放设备,用于播放音频数据。
存储器作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序,如上述方法实施例所述的表格处理方法对应的程序指令。处理器通过运行存储在存储器中的软件程序以及指令,从而执行系统的各种功能应用以及数据处理,实现上述的表格处理方法。

Claims (14)
- 一种表格处理方法,应用于交互智能平板,包括以下步骤:在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作;显示用于生成表格的弹窗,所述弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮;根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格,所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表格处理方法,还包括以下步骤:接收生成表格的指令。
- 根据权利要求2所述的表格处理方法,其中,所述弹窗上还显示有第二按钮,所述第二按钮用于在被触摸点击后,触发所述生成表格的指令。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表格处理方法,其中,所述弹窗上还显示有用于展示所述表格预览图当前行数和列数的文字标识信息,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:更新所述弹窗上显示的所述文字标识信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表格处理方法,其中,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,包括:当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动时,减少所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离表格预览图中心的方向移动时,增加所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数。
- 根据权利要求5所述的表格处理方法,其中,所述当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动时,减少所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,包括:当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在水平方向移动的距离达到第一预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图减少一列,当所述触摸拖动操作沿朝向所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在竖直方向移动的距离达到第二预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图减少一行;和/或,所述当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离表格预览图中心的方向移动时,增加所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,包括:当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在水平方向移动的距离达到第三预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图增加一列,当所述触摸拖动操作沿远离所述表格预览图中心的方向移动,且在竖直方向移动的距离达到第四预设阈值后,将所述表格预览图增加一行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表格处理方法,其中,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤;当判断所述表格预览图达到最小行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第一显示状态;当判断所述表格预览图达到最大行列数时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第二显示状态;当判断所述表格预览图处于最小行列数与最大行列数之间时,将所述第一按钮更新显示为第三显示状态;其中,所述第一显示状态为扩大按钮,所述第二显示状态为缩小按钮,所述第三显示状态为缩放按钮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的表格处理方法,其中,所述根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:自动关闭所述弹窗。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的表格处理方法,其中,所述根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数这一步骤,还包括以下步骤:根据所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数,实时调整所述弹窗的大小。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的表格处理方法,所述根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格这一步骤之后,还包括以下步骤:在所述表格的每一行和/或每一列的附近显示增加和/或减少符号;根据对所述增加和/或减少符号的触摸点击操作,在相应位置增加和/或减少所述表格的行和/或列。
- 一种表格处理装置,包括:第一接收模块,用于在白板应用界面中,接收插入表格的操作;显示模块,用于显示用于生成表格的弹窗,所述弹窗上显示有表格预览图和第一按钮;调整模块,用于根据对所述第一按钮的触摸拖动操作,改变所述表格预览图的行数和/或列数;表格生成模块,用于根据所述表格预览图在所述白板应用界面上显示表格,所述表格的行数和列数与所述表格预览图中的行数和列数相同。
- 一种表格处理系统,包括:至少一个处理器;至少一个存储器,用于存储至少一个程序;当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,使得所述至少一个处理器实现如权利要求1-10任一项所述的表格处理方法。
- 一种存储介质,其存储有处理器可执行的指令,其中,所述处理器可执行的指令在由处理器执行时用于执行如权利要求1-10任一项所述的表格处理方法。
- 一种交互智能平板,包括显示屏、存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器存储用于存储至少一个程序,所述显示屏用于显示白板应用界面,所述处理器用于执行存储器所存储的至少一个程序,以执行如权利要求1-10任一项所述的表格处理方法。
