本申请提出的数据处理方法,首先获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令,接着确定所述语音指令是否为地址转移指令,若是,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址,然后确定所述源地址对应的待转移会话,并将所述待转移会话的地址信息更改为目标地址,最后将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端,并停止向所述源地址对应的智能终端推送所述待转移会话;解决了现有切换与智能电视进行语音交互的交互智能终端时操作流程复杂的技术问题。

如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的数据处理装置结构示意图。
本申请实施例数据处理装置可以是智能电视,也可以是PC、智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer
III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式数据处理装置。
如图1所示,该数据处理装置可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002设置于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,该数据处理装置还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio
Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。其中,传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。当然,数据处理装置还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的数据处理装置结构并不构成对数据处理装置的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及数据处理程序。
在图1所示的数据处理装置中,网络接口1004主要设置于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要设置于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以设置于调用存储器1005中存储的数据处理程序,并执行以下操作:
获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令;
确定所述语音指令是否为地址转移指令;
若是,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址;
确定所述源地址对应的待转移会话,并将所述待转移会话的地址信息更改为目标地址;
将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端,并停止向所述源地址对应的智能终端推送所述待转移会话。
进一步地,处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的数据处理程序,还执行以下操作:
确定所述语音信息是否含有唤醒词;
若所述语音信息含有唤醒词,则将所述语音信息转化为语音指令。
进一步地,处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的数据处理程序,还执行以下操作:
若否,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址,并确定是否存在所述目标地址对应的会话;
若不存在,则基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。

若存在,则关闭所述目标地址对应的会话;
基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。

若未能获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和/或目标地址,则发送引导信息至所述智能终端,以供智能终端显示所述引导信息;
在接收到所述智能终端基于所述引导信息发送的选择信息时,获取所述选择信息对应的源地址和/或目标地址。
进一步地,处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的数据处理程序,还执行以下操作:
确定所述目标地址对应的智能终端是否存在会话;
若否,则将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端。

本申请还提供一种数据处理方法,参照图2,图2为本申请数据处理方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
所述数据处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令;
在本实施例中,所述智能终端主要构成为以下模块:
1、主控CPU,负责调度其他三个模块完成与数据处理装置的连接,
2、无线连接模块,其物理连接可以是蓝牙,WiFi不限,其主要的作用是与数据处理装置连接建立数据通道,
3、语音拾音模块,完成对于用户远场语音的拾音,降噪;
4、喇叭:设置于播放声音,接受主控CPU的控制,播放音频。
所述智能终端可以以各种形式来实施。例如,本申请中描述的智能终端可以包括诸如手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、便捷式媒体播放器(Portable Media
Player,PMP)、导航装置、可穿戴设备、智能手环、计步器等移动终端,以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等固定终端。
所述智能终端与数据处理装置通过无线连接传递语音与音频信息,其物理层可以采用一切可以传递以上信息的无线物理层,根据需要,如果房间与房间相距较远可以采用WiFi,如果靠的很近则可以采用蓝牙。其中,当智能终端首次与数据处理装置连接时,记录所述智能终端的地址信息。
当用户对智能终端发出语音时,基于智能终端获取用户的语音信息,并确定所述语音信息是否含有唤醒词,所述唤醒词可根据用户习惯自行设置。例如,可设置唤醒词为“小T”,当用户的语音信息中含有“小T”时,获取用户的语音信息,并基于NLP(Natural
Language Processing,自然语言处理)将所述语音信息转化为可被计算机执行的语音指令。其中,NLP 是人工智能(AI)的一个子领域。自然语言处理(NLP)是计算机科学,人工智能和语言学的交叉领域。目标是让计算机处理或“理解”自然语言,以执行语言翻译和问题回答等任务。当无法将所述语音信息转化为语音指令时,输出引导信息至接收用户语音信息的智能终端,以供用户进行选择。
步骤S20,确定所述语音指令是否为地址转移指令;
在本实施例中,获取到语音指令之后,基于NLP确定所述语音指令是否为地址转移指令。
步骤S30,若是,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址;
在本实施例中,若语音指令为地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址,例如,若语音指令为“将厨房的音乐转移到卧室来”,则厨房为源地址,卧室为目标地址。若没有获得源地址和/或目标地址,则输出引导信息至智能终端以供用户选择,在用户做出选择后,确认源地址和目标地址。
进一步的,若语音指令不是地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址,例如,若语音指令为“我要听音乐”,则目标地址为接收语音指令所在的智能终端,然后在该智能终端建立音乐会话,并基于所述音乐会话在该智能终端播放音乐。当目标地址对应的智能终端已经存在会话时,则停止已存在会话,继续在该智能终端新建会话。
步骤S40,确定所述源地址对应的待转移会话,并将所述待转移会话的地址信息更改为目标地址;
在本实施例中,在确认完源地址和目标地址以后,确定源地址对应的智能终端上是否存在待转移会话,若存在,则将待转移回话的地址信息变更为目标地址,若不存在,则输出错误指令信息至接收语音信息所在的智能终端。
步骤S50,将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端,并停止向所述源地址对应的智能终端推送所述待转移会话。
在本实施例中,在待转移会话的地址信息变更为目标地址之后,确定所述目标地址对应的智能终端是否存在会话,若存在会话,则关闭此会话,然后获取该对话中的播放内容和播放时间,接着根据所述播放内容和播放时间在该智能终端播放待转移会话,并停止向源地址对应的智能终端推送该待转移会话,同时将所述待转移会话与该智能终端进行绑定。绑定完成以后,若用户指令信息中没有具体播放的内容时,则获取用户的播放历史记录,根据所述播放历史记录中播放的内容以及所述播放内容对应的播放次数来排序,以形成播放列表。例如,若播放历史记录中歌曲A播放14次,歌曲B播放10次,歌曲C播放18次,则所述列表排序结果为歌曲C、歌曲A、歌曲B,然后根据上述排序结果依次进行播放。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,通过首先获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令,接着确定所述语音指令是否为地址转移指令,若是,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址,然后确定所述源地址对应的待转移会话,并将所述待转移会话的地址信息更改为目标地址,最后将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端,并停止向所述源地址对应的智能终端推送所述待转移会话;通过语音指令将源地址对应的会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端,简化了切换与智能电视进行语音交互的交互智能终端时的操作流程,同时,能够在目标地址对应的智能终端继续执行该源地址对应的会话,确保了切换过程中语音交互的连续性,提高了用户体验。
基于第一实施例,提出本申请数据处理方法的第二实施例,步骤S10包括:
步骤S110,确定所述语音信息是否含有唤醒词;
步骤S120,若所述语音信息含有唤醒词,则将所述语音信息转化为语音指令。
在本实施例中,首先确定所述语音信息是否含有唤醒词,所述唤醒词可由用户自行设置。例如,唤醒词可设置为小T,若用户的语音信息中含有小T,则获取用户的语音信息,若用户的语音信息中不含有小T,则将所述语音信息作为噪声处理。当接收到用户的语音信息后,基于NLP将所述语音信息转换为可被计算机执行的指令信息。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,通过确定所述语音信息是否含有唤醒词,若所述语音信息含有唤醒词,则将所述语音信息转化为语音指令;通过设置唤醒词来过滤掉无关声音,提高了确定语音指令的准确性,进一步提高了用户体验。
基于第一实施例,提出本申请数据处理方法的第三实施例,步骤S20之后,还包括:
步骤S210,若否,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址,并确定是否存在所述目标地址对应的会话;
步骤S220,若不存在,则基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。
在本实施例中,如果所述语音指令不是地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址,例如,智能终端在卧室,用户语音指令为“播放音乐”,则此指令不是地址转移指令,接着确定目标地址为卧室,然后确定卧室是否存在会话,如果卧室正在播放有声书,则立刻停止播放有声书,接着重新建立音乐会话,将音乐会话与卧室智能终端进行绑定,并将音乐通过音乐会话传输到卧室智能终端。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,若所述语音指令不是地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址,并确定是否存在所述目标地址对应的会话,若不存在,则基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端;通过确定是否存在目标地址对应的会话,避免了同一智能终端出现多个会话而导致该智能终端运行紊乱,进一步提高了用户体验。
基于第三实施例,提出本申请数据处理方法的第四实施例,步骤S210之后,还包括:
步骤S230,若存在,则关闭所述目标地址对应的会话;
步骤S240,基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。
在本实施例中,如果目标地址存在对应的会话,则关闭所述目标地址对应的会话,再基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,若所述目标地址存在对应的会话,则关闭所述目标地址对应的会话,然后基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端;通过关闭目标地址对应的会话,避免了同一智能终端出现多个会话而导致该智能终端运行紊乱,进一步提高了用户体验。
基于第一实施例,提出本申请数据处理方法的第五实施例,步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S310,若未能获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和/或目标地址,则发送引导信息至所述智能终端,以供智能终端显示所述引导信息;
步骤S320,在接收到所述智能终端基于所述引导信息发送的选择信息时,获取所述选择信息对应的源地址和/或目标地址。
在本实施例中,若没有获取到所述语音指令对应源地址和/或目标地址,则发送引导信息至智能终端以供用户进行选择。例如,可输出提示信息以提示用户确认源地址和/或目标地址。然后根据用户的选择信息,确定源地址和/或目标地址。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,若未能获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和/或目标地址,则发送引导信息至所述智能终端,以供智能终端显示所述引导信息,在接收到所述智能终端基于所述引导信息发送的选择信息时,获取所述选择信息对应的源地址和/或目标地址;当无法获取到源地址和目标地址时,通过输出引导信息让用户进行选择,进而获得源地址和目标地址,从而提高了设备的智能化。
基于第一实施例,提出本申请数据处理方法的第六实施例,步骤S50包括:
步骤S510,确定所述目标地址对应的智能终端是否存在会话;
步骤S520,若否,则将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端。
在本实施例中,确定所述目标地址对应的智能终端是否存在会话,若否,则将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端。例如,在将厨房的音乐会话转移至卧室时,即卧室为目标地址,待转移会话为音乐会话,首先确定卧室智能终端上是否存在会话,如果不存在会话,再将厨房的音乐会话推送至卧室来。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,通过确定所述目标地址对应的智能终端是否存在会话,若否,则将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端;通过确定目标地址对应的智能终端是否存在会话,避免了同一智能终端出现多个会话而导致该智能终端运行紊乱,进一步提高了用户体验。
基于第六实施例,提出本申请数据处理方法的第七实施例,步骤S510之后,还包括:
步骤S530,若是,则停止所述目标地址对应的智能终端上的会话;
步骤S540,将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端。
在本实施例中,若目标地址上存在会话,则停止所述目标地址对应的智能终端上的会话,然后再将待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端。例如,如果需要将音乐会话从厨房转移至客厅,则先检查客厅是否存在会话,若客厅存在会话,则关闭所述会话,然后再将所述音乐会话转移到客厅。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,当目标地址对应的智能终端存在会话时,停止所述目标地址对应的智能终端上的会话并将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端;通过提前停止目标地址对应的智能终端上的会话,避免了在将待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端时,避免了同一智能终端出现多个会话而导致该智能终端运行紊乱,进一步提高了用户体验。
基于第一实施例,提出本申请数据处理方法的第八实施例,步骤S50包括:
步骤S550,获取所述待转移会话中的播放内容和播放时间点;
步骤S560,基于所述播放内容和播放时间点在所述目标地址对应的智能终端播放待转移会话。
在本实施例中,获取所述待转移会话中的播放内容和播放时间点,并基于所述播放内容和播放时间点在所述目标地址对应的智能终端播放待转移会话。例如,若所述待转移会话播放内容为音乐A,时间点为2分43秒,则在目标地址对应智能终端从2分43秒开始播放音乐A。
本实施例提出的数据处理方法,首先获取所述待转移会话中的播放内容和播放时间点,然后基于所述播放内容和播放时间点在所述目标地址对应的智能终端播放待转移会话;通过进一步获取待转移会话中的播放内容和时间点,然后基于所述播放内容和播放时间点播放待转移会话,实现了会话内容的连续,进一步提高了用户的体验。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有数据处理方法,所述数据处理方法被处理器执行时实现如下操作:
获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令;
确定所述语音指令是否为地址转移指令;
若是,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址;

- 一种数据处理方法,其中,所述数据处理方法包括以下步骤:获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令;确定所述语音指令为地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址;确定所述源地址对应的待转移会话,并将所述待转移会话的地址信息更改为目标地址,以及;将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端,并停止向所述源地址对应的智能终端推送所述待转移会话。
- 如权利要求1所述的数据处理方法,其中,所述将所述语音信息转化为语音指令包括:确定所述语音信息中含有唤醒词,则将所述语音信息转化为语音指令。

- 如权利要求11所述的数据处理装置,其中,所述若确定所述语音指令不是地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址的步骤之后,所述数据处理方法还包括:确定存在所述目标地址对应的会话,则关闭所述目标地址对应的会话,以及;基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。
- 如权利要求9所述的数据处理装置,其中,所述获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址之后,还包括:若未能获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和/或目标地址,则发送引导信息至所述智能终端,以供智能终端显示所述引导信息,以及;在接收到所述智能终端基于所述引导信息发送的选择信息时,获取所述选择信息对应的源地址和/或目标地址。
- 如权利要求9所述的数据处理装置,其中,其中,所述将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端包括:确定所述目标地址对应的智能终端不存在会话,则将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端。
- 如权利要求14所述的数据处理装置,其中,所述将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端包括:确定所述目标地址对应的智能终端存在会话,则停止所述目标地址对应的智能终端上的会话,以及;将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端。
- 如权利要求9所述的数据处理装置,其中,其中,所述将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端包括:获取所述待转移会话中的播放内容和播放时间点;基于所述播放内容和播放时间点在所述目标地址对应的智能终端播放待转移会话。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有数据处理程序,所述数据处理程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令;确定所述语音指令为地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的源地址和目标地址;确定所述源地址对应的待转移会话,并将所述待转移会话的地址信息更改为目标地址,以及;将所述待转移会话推送至目标地址对应的智能终端,并停止向所述源地址对应的智能终端推送所述待转移会话。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述数据处理程序被所述处理器执行所述将所述语音信息转化为语音指令包括:确定所述语音信息中含有唤醒词,则将所述语音信息转化为语音指令。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述数据处理程序被所述处理器执行所述获取智能终端发送的语音信息,并将所述语音信息转化为语音指令的步骤之后,所述数据处理方法还包括:若确定所述语音指令不是地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址,以及;确定不存在所述目标地址对应的会话,则基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。
- 如权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述数据处理程序被所述处理器执行所述若确定所述语音指令不是地址转移指令,则获取所述语音指令对应的目标地址的步骤之后,所述数据处理方法还包括:确定存在所述目标地址对应的会话,则关闭所述目标地址对应的会话,以及;基于所述语音指令建立新的会话,并基于新的会话发送所述语音指令对应的音频信息至智能终端。
