Description
本发明涉及管道检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种使用脉冲压力波检测压力管道内堵塞情况的方法。
随着全球化石能源的日渐枯竭以及人类对油气资源开发利用的深化,人类对油气资源的开发逐渐由陆地转入了海洋,因此作为最主要的油气输送方式,海底管道的里程也不断增长,在海洋油气的开发中,海底管道的运行状况直接关系到海上油气田的安全,而管道在运行过程中,可能会由于石蜡、沥青等固体的堆积以及天然气水合物固体的生成等各种原因造成堵塞;
当管道堵塞发生后,快速实现堵塞位置和堵塞程度的检测,及时解堵以降低堵塞造成的经济损失成为石油公司越来越迫切的需求;目前常见的管道堵塞检测方法有声波检测、伽玛射线检测以及压力信号分析等方法,声波检测的操作方法是将声学传感器成对布置于监测区形成阵列,当管道内发生堵塞时,流道截面积的变化会引起压力波动,从而产生声波,堵塞区两侧的传感器接收到信号进行分析,确定堵塞的位置,但是这一方法容易受到背景噪声的干扰,影响定位的精度与准确性;γ射线法是利用γ射线的穿透特性对堵塞位置进行定位,结果较为准确,但该方法主要的局限在于当堵塞在海底管道时,操作较为麻烦,成本较高;压力信号分析法是根据管道内压力信号随管线和事件变化特点来判断堵塞位置和堵塞程度,这种方法操作简单,但检 测精度很差。
发明内容
为解决现有管道堵塞检测方法或容易受干扰、或成本较高、或检测精度差的问题,本发明提供了一种使用脉冲压力波检测压力管道内堵塞情况的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种使用脉冲压力波检测压力管道内堵塞情况的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)利用电磁阀在压力管道入口处发射一段脉冲压力波;
(2)在压力管道入口处设置高频动态压力传感器A,高频动态压力传感器A记录下压力管道入口处的脉冲压力波信号S1,在距离压力管道入口处L距离的位置设置高频动态压力传感器B,高频动态压力传感器B记录下距离压力管道入口处L距离的位置处的脉冲压力波信号S2;
(3)分析脉冲压力波信号S1与脉冲压力波信号S2,获得脉冲压力波传播速度C和脉冲压力波衰减系数η;
(4)分析脉冲压力波信号S2,获取堵塞情况。
进一步的,所述脉冲压力波为单峰负压力波,宽度小于50ms,高频动态压力传感器A和高频动态压力传感器B的信号采集频率高于10khz。

一种使用脉冲压力波检测压力管道内堵塞情况的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)快速开闭位于管道入口处的电磁阀在压力管道入口处向压力管道内发射一段脉冲压力波;
(2)在压力管道入口处设置高频动态压力传感器A,高频动态压力传感器A记录下压力管道入口处的脉冲压力波信号S1,在距离压力管道入口处L距离的位置设置高频动态压力传感器B,高频动态压力传感器B记录下距离压力管道入口处L距离的位置处的脉冲压力波信号S2;优选的,L取50m;
(3)通过脉冲压力波信号S1与脉冲压力波信号S2建立压力波曲线图,分析脉冲压力波信号S1与脉冲压力波信号S2,获得脉冲压力波传播速度C和脉冲压力波衰减系数η;
(4)分析脉冲压力波信号S2,获取堵塞情况。
