本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的发声器件被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。随着功能的升级,移动终端的体积有限,则硬件需要断的优化体积,于是出现在通过激励器驱动屏幕发声以替代发声器件发声的结构。
相关技术的移动终端包括壳体、盖设于所述壳体并围成收容空间的屏幕以及安装于所述收容空间内并抵接所述屏幕的激励器,通过激励器振动以驱动所述屏幕振动发声。

因此,实有必要提供一种新的移动终端解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可靠性好、空间利用率高且发声效果一致性好的移动终端。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种移动终端,其包括壳体、盖设于所述壳体并共同围成收容空间的屏幕模组、安装固定于所述收容空间内的电路板以及沿所述移动终端的厚度方向夹设于所述电路板与所述屏幕模组之间激励器,所述激励器包括基座、固定于所述基座内的线圈以及由所述基座沿垂直于所述电路板方向向所述电路板延伸的至少两个由导电材料制成的螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧的一端抵接于所述电路板与所述电路板电连接,所述螺旋弹簧另一端延伸至所述收容空间内并与所述线圈电连接,且所述螺旋弹簧抵接于所述电路板时呈压缩状态并使得所述基座抵接于所述屏幕模组。
优选的,所述基座包括靠近所述电路板并间隔设置的底壁、由所述底壁向所述屏幕模组方向弯折延伸的侧壁以及盖设于所述侧壁并抵接于所述屏幕模组的顶壁,所述螺旋弹簧由所述底壁向所述电路板方向延伸,且所述螺旋弹簧沿垂直于所述电路板方向在所述底壁的正投影至少部分落入所述底壁。

所述激励器4沿所述移动终端100的厚度方向夹设于所述电路板3与所述屏幕模组1之间。
具体的,所述激励器4包括基座41、固定于所述基座41内的线圈42以及由所述基座41沿垂直于所述电路板3方向向所述电路板3延伸的至少两个由导电材料制成的螺旋弹簧43。
所述螺旋弹簧43的一端抵接于所述电路板3与所述电路板3电连接,所述螺旋弹簧43的另一端延伸至所述收容空间10内并与所述线圈42电连接,且所述螺旋弹簧43抵接于所述电路板3时呈压缩状态并使得所述基座41抵接于所述屏幕模组2。

本实施方式中,所述螺旋弹簧43包括至少两个且关于所述底壁411呈对称设置,以实现所述激励器4振动时的稳定性。两个所述螺旋弹簧43由导电材料制成,以实现正、负电信号的引入。线圈42呈跑道形,其同一短轴处延伸处引线。具体的,基座41与壳体1均为长方形,所述基座41的长轴与所述壳体1的短轴平行且均平行于线圈42的短轴,即所述激励器4的长轴方向平行于所述移动终端100的短轴方向设置,两个所述螺旋弹簧43位于所述底壁411短轴同一侧。更优的,所述底壁411呈矩形,所述螺旋弹簧43包括四个且分别位于所述底壁411的四个角的位置。四个所述螺旋弹簧43使得所述激励器4的稳定性更优,抵接于所述屏幕模组2时的一致性更优,从而使得所述屏幕模组2的振动一致性更好。
请同时参阅图5-6,本实施方式中,所述激励器4还包括两个安装固定于所述底壁411远离所述电路板3一侧且分别与两个所述螺旋弹簧43正对设置的焊盘44,每一个所述焊盘44与对应的所述螺旋弹簧43电连接,所述线圈42分别与两个所述焊盘44电连接。更优的,所述底壁411呈矩形,所述焊盘44包括四个且分别位于所述底壁411的四个角的位置,并分别与四个所述螺旋弹簧43正对设置。为了使所述焊盘44牢固地固定于所述底壁411,可以采用铆钉将所述焊盘44固定于所述底壁411。当然,其他固定方式也是可以的。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的移动终端将所述激励器的所述螺旋弹簧由其基座向电路板方向延伸,且所述螺旋弹簧抵接于所述电路板时呈压缩状态并使得所述基座抵接于所述屏幕模组,即所述电路板限位压缩所述螺旋弹簧以提供一定的预压力,将所述激励器抵接至所述屏幕模组以形成卡设固定,同时在所述螺旋弹簧由导电材料制成,实现将所述激励器的所述线圈与所述电路板电连接以获取电信号,因所述螺旋弹簧由基座底部沿垂直于所述电路板方向延伸,使得所述线圈的压缩方向为垂直于所述屏幕模组,节省了所述移动终端沿其长度方向的空间尺寸;而所述螺旋弹簧因受到所述电路板的预压力处理压缩状态,具有一定幅动的范围,固定效果好,提高了跌落时的可靠性,且装配简单,确保了所述移动终端的发声效果一致性好。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (6)
- 一种移动终端,其包括壳体、盖设于所述壳体并共同围成收容空间的屏幕模组、安装固定于所述收容空间内的电路板以及沿所述移动终端的厚度方向夹设于所述电路板与所述屏幕模组之间激励器,所述激励器驱动所述屏幕模组振动,其特征在于,所述激励器包括基座、固定于所述基座内的线圈以及由所述基座沿垂直于所述电路板方向向所述电路板延伸的至少两个由导电材料制成的螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧的一端抵接于所述电路板与所述电路板电连接,所述螺旋弹簧另一端延伸至所述收容空间内并与所述线圈电连接,且所述螺旋弹簧抵接于所述电路板时呈压缩状态并使得所述基座抵接于所述屏幕模组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述基座包括靠近所述电路板并间隔设置的底壁、由所述底壁向所述屏幕模组方向弯折延伸的侧壁以及盖设于所述侧壁并抵接于所述屏幕模组的顶壁,所述螺旋弹簧由所述底壁向所述电路板方向延伸,且所述螺旋弹簧沿垂直于所述电路板方向在所述底壁的正投影至少部分落入所述底壁。
- 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述螺旋弹簧包括至少两个且关于所述底壁呈对称设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述底壁呈矩形,所述螺旋弹簧包括四个且分别位于所述底壁的四个角的位置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述线圈呈跑道形,所述线圈同一短轴侧延伸出与所述螺旋弹簧电连接的引线。
- 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述激励器还包括两个安装固定于所述底壁远离所述电路板一侧且分别与两个所述螺旋弹簧正对设置的焊盘,每一个所述焊盘与对应的所述螺旋弹簧电连接,所述线圈分别与两个所述焊盘电连接。
