Description

具有多频率模式的植入式神经刺激设备 技术领域
本发明涉及植入式医疗设备领域,具体涉及一种具有多频率模式的植入式神经刺激设备。
背景技术
植入式神经刺激器一般具有多个刺激触点,能够输出多组参数组合的刺激脉冲,每组刺激脉冲可以设定不同的刺激触点组合,从而实现对多个部位产生不同的刺激信号,也就是同时刺激多个不同部位。
临床应用上不同的疗法有不同个数的刺激部位需求,刺激部位数量可能为2个、4个、6个甚至更多。以脑深部电刺激器为例,一般至少需要左右脑两个刺激部位,或者称为两个刺激通道。大多数情况下,不同刺激部位(比如脑深部电刺的左右脑)的频率需要一致,也即不同组刺激脉冲的输出频率是相同的。
随着临床研究的深入,有迹象表明有些情况下不同刺激部位采用不同的刺激频率可能会产生不同的效果。而现有的植入式医疗设备中只设置一个时序控制电路,顺序输出不同参数的刺激脉冲,无法实现同时输出多组频率不同的刺激脉冲。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种具有多频率模式的植入式神经刺激设备,包括:
控制电路,用于确定频率模式,所述频率模式包括独立频率模式和相同频率模式,在所述独立频率模式下提供多个不同的脉冲频率、在所述相同频率模式下提供唯一的脉冲频率;
信号输出电路,用于在所述独立频率模式下根据所述多个不同的脉冲频率输出多组脉冲信号,其中不同组的脉冲信号的脉冲频率不相同,在所述相同频率模式下根据所述唯一的脉冲频率输出多组脉冲信号,其中各组脉冲信号的脉冲频率相同。

本发明实施例提供一种具有多频率模式的植入式神经刺激设备,具体可以是脑深部电刺激器或者脊髓刺激器等。如图1所示,该设备包括通信电路11、电源管理电路12、微控制器13和多触点刺激电路14等部件,其中通信电路11可以与体外设备无线连接,接收设置指令;微控制器13用于根据设置指令对多触点刺激电路14进行设置。
其中多触点刺激电路14包括控制电路141和信号输出电路142,信号输出电路142连接n个电极,通过电极发出刺激信号(电压/电流)实现疗法。在本实施例中,用户可以使用体外设备发送频率模式指令,使植入式神经刺激设备在独立频率模式下工作或者在相同频率模式下工作。
控制电路141用于确定频率模式,当确定为独立频率模式时,提供多个不同的脉冲频率。独立频率模式下的脉冲频率至少有两个,实际应用时可根据电极的分组进行设定。在本实施例中n个电极被分为2组,在独立 频率模式下,控制电路141可提供两个不同的脉冲频率f1和f2。在其它实施例中,电极的分组可以多于两个,备选的脉冲频率数量N至少为2,一种优选的方案是N等于电极的分组数量;当确定为相同频率模式时,控制电路141只提供一个脉冲频率f1或者f2。
信号输出电路142用于在独立频率模式下根据多个不同的脉冲频率输出多组脉冲信号,其中不同组的脉冲信号的脉冲频率不相同。在本实施例中,独立频率模式下信号输出电路142将通过电极1……电极n/2(第一组电极)输出第一组脉冲信号,频率为f1;通过电极n/2+1……电极n(第二组电极)输出第二组脉冲信号,频率为f2。第一组脉冲信号和第二组脉冲信号的频率是独立的,而同组内的脉冲信号频率可以是一致的。
相同频率模式下信号输出电路142也将通过电极1……电极n/2(第一组电极)输出第一组脉冲信号、通过电极n/2+1……电极n(第二组电极)输出第二组脉冲信号。此模式下这两组脉冲信号的频率相同,例如频率均为f1或者f2。
根据本发明实施例提供的植入式神经刺激设备,控制电路可以确定频率模式,在独立频率模式下提供多个不同的脉冲频率、在相同频率模式下提供唯一的脉冲频率,使得信号输出电路可以输出多组频率不同的脉冲信号、也可以输出多组频率一致的脉冲信号。由此兼容独立频率模式和相同频率模式,满足不同的临床需求。
在一个具体的实施例中,如2所示控制电路141包括频率模式寄存器1410、第一频率寄存器1411、第二频率寄存器1412、第一时序逻辑控制电路1413和第二时序逻辑控制电路1414。
其中频率模式寄存器1410用于设定不同脉冲组的频率输出模式;
第一频率寄存器1411用于存储脉冲频率值f1、第二频率寄存器1412用于存储脉冲频率值f2。
当通过频率模式寄存器1410设置为独立频率模式时,第一频率寄存器1411对应到第一时序逻辑控制电路1413、第二频率寄存器1412对应到第二时序逻辑控制电路1414。
信号输出电路142包括第一刺激信号输出模块1421和第二刺激信号输出模块1422。第一刺激信号输出模块1421连接电极1……电极2/n(第一组电极)、第二刺激信号输出模块1422连接电极2/n+1……电极n(第二组电极)。
独立频率模式下,第一刺激信号输出模块1421对应到第一时序逻辑控制电路1413、第二刺激信号输出模块1422对应到第二时序逻辑控制电路1414。
如图3所示,第一时序逻辑控制电路1413使第一刺激信号输出模块1421输出第一组脉冲AP1-AP2-AP3-AP1-AP2-AP3…,可以是等间隔输出,频率为f1(相邻的脉冲AP1、相邻的AP2、相邻的AP3之间的时间间隔T1的倒数);第二时序逻辑控制电路1414使第二刺激信号输出模块1422输出第二组脉冲BP1-BP2-BP1-BP2…,可以是等间隔输出,频率为f2(相邻的脉冲BP1、相邻的BP2之间时间间隔T2的倒数)。
在本实施例中,第一刺激信号输出模块1421和第二刺激信号输出模块1422输出的脉冲频率相互独立,但不同时输出脉冲信号。
在一个优选的实施例中,控制电路141还用于提供脉冲参数。控制电 路141在独立频率模式下提供多组脉冲参数,例如2、4、6、8组脉冲参数。信号输出电路142根据多组脉冲参数设置各组脉冲信号中的各个脉冲信号。
在一个具体的实施例中,控制电路141还包括多个脉冲参数寄存器,分别用于存储多组脉冲信号的脉冲参数,脉冲参数可包括脉冲极性、幅度和宽度等。如2所示,本实施例中有脉冲1-3参数寄存器1431(用于存储第一组脉冲的参数)和脉冲4-6参数寄存器1432(用于存储第二组脉冲的参数)。
第一时序逻辑控制电路1413根据脉冲1-3参数寄存器1431中的参数设定第一组脉冲;第二时序逻辑控制电路1414根据脉冲4-6参数寄存器1432设定第二组脉冲。由此实现第一组脉冲和第二组脉冲频率相互独立,并且能够分别输出多组参数组合的刺激脉冲。
本发明提供的植入式神经刺激设备也可以输出频率相同的多组脉冲信号。下面结合图4介绍相同频率模式下的工作方式。
在相同频率模式下,选定一个时序逻辑控制电路,以及选定一个频率寄存器。选定的时序逻辑控制电路根据选定的频率寄存器提供唯一的脉冲频率。多个刺激信号输出模块均根据选定的时序逻辑控制电路提供的唯一的脉冲频率通过相应的电极输出多组刺激信号。
具体地,第一频率寄存器1411、第一刺激信号输出模块1421和第二刺激信号输出模块1422均对应到第一时序逻辑控制电路1413,第二时序逻辑控制电路1414和第二频率寄存器1412关闭不用。两组脉冲输出均由第一时序逻辑控制电路1413控制,可以等间隔输出脉冲信号。两组脉冲的频率一致均为f1,从而实现两个部位的相同频率刺激。
在相同频率模式下,控制电路141也可提供多组脉冲参数,例如2、4、6、8组脉冲参数。信号输出电路142根据多组脉冲参数设置各组脉冲信号中的各个脉冲信号。
在一个具体的实施例中,控制电路包括多个脉冲参数寄存器,分别用于存储多组脉冲信号的脉冲参数。在相同频率模式下,所有的脉冲参数寄存器都对应到选定的时序逻辑控制电路,在本实施例中是第一时序逻辑控制电路1413。第一时序逻辑控制电路1413根据不同的脉冲参数寄存器设置各组脉冲信号中的各个脉冲信号。
根据本发明实施例提供的植入式神经刺激设备,控制电路可以在相同频率模式下选定一个时序逻辑控制电路提供唯一的脉冲频率,使得信号输出电路根据唯一的脉冲频率输出多组频率相同的脉冲信号,兼容独立频率模式和相同频率模式,满足不同的临床需求。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中 的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的微控制器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的微控制器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有多频率模式的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,包括:
    控制电路,用于确定频率模式,所述频率模式包括独立频率模式和相同频率模式,在所述独立频率模式下提供多个不同的脉冲频率、在所述相同频率模式下提供唯一的脉冲频率;
    信号输出电路,用于在所述独立频率模式下根据所述多个不同的脉冲频率输出多组脉冲信号,其中不同组的脉冲信号的脉冲频率不相同,在所述相同频率模式下根据所述唯一的脉冲频率输出多组脉冲信号,其中各组脉冲信号的脉冲频率相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,所述控制电路包括:
    多个频率寄存器,分别用于存储不同的脉冲频率;
    多个时序逻辑控制电路,分别用于根据不同的所述频率寄存器提供脉冲频率。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,信号输出电路包括:
    多个刺激信号输出模块,分别根据不同的所述时序逻辑控制电路提供的脉冲频率通过相应的电极输出多组刺激信号。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,所述控制电路在所述相同频率模式下选定一个时序逻辑控制电路,以及选定一个频率寄存器;选定的时序逻辑控制电路根据选定的频率寄存器提供唯一的脉冲频率。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,信号输出电路包括:
    多个刺激信号输出模块,根据选定的时序逻辑控制电路提供的唯一的脉冲频率通过相应的电极输出多组刺激信号。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,所述控制电路还用于提供脉冲参数,在所述独立频率模式下提供多组脉冲参数;
    所述信号输出电路根据所述多组脉冲参数设置各组脉冲信号中的各个脉冲信号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,所述控制电路包括:
    多个脉冲参数寄存器,分别用于存储所述多组脉冲信号的脉冲参数;
    多个时序逻辑控制电路,分别用于根据不同的脉冲参数寄存器设置各组脉冲信号中的各个脉冲信号。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,所述控制电路在所述相同频率模式下提供多组脉冲参数;
    所述信号输出电路根据所述多组脉冲参数设置各组脉冲信号中的各个脉冲信号。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,所述控制电路包括:
    多个脉冲参数寄存器,分别用于存储所述多组脉冲信号的脉冲参数;
    多个时序逻辑控制电路,在所述相同频率模式下,选定一个时序逻辑控制电路,选定的时序逻辑控制电路用于根据不同的脉冲参数寄存器设置 各组脉冲信号中的各个脉冲信号。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的植入式神经刺激设备,其特征在于,在所述独立频率模式下,不同组的脉冲信号的输出时间不相同。
