Description
本发明涉及一种卡线装置及具有该卡线装置的电插塞连接器。
电插塞连接器用于在第一电缆与第二电缆之间建立电连接,或者也用于在第一电缆与电器之间建立电连接。
又如中国专利文献CN104953342B中公开了一种电插塞连接器,它包括一电插塞连接器母座本体、一带有两组连接元件的PCB线路板,其中第一组连接元件设置在PCB线路板的正面上,并伸入电插塞连接器母座本体上的一个孔内,第二组连接元件设置在PCB线路板的背面上,并且该连接元件构成为刀刃-接线柱触点;其中插塞连接器包括一电缆管理器,它具有一贯通的孔,并在正面上构成为带有用于与刀刃-接线柱触点导电接通的芯线的导槽,这里导槽在刀刃-接线柱触点区域内构成为带有用于刀刃-接线柱触点的加深的凹坑,并且电缆管理器可与电插塞连接器母座本体卡锁。电缆线插入至孔内时,电缆线与孔之间并不固定,使用时电缆线的晃动会影响电缆线在导槽内的稳定性,影响信号传输质量。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效阻隔线组与线组之间的信号串扰、减少信号衰弱、增强信号传输效率和质量的卡线装置。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的具有该卡线装置的电插塞连接器。
为了达到以上目的之一,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种卡线装置,包括 打线盖本体,所述打线盖本体具有一用于穿过电缆线的从背面向正面延伸的孔,所述打线盖本体的正面设有压接面,所述打线盖本体的背面设有若干个与孔相连通的卡线组件,若干个所述卡线组件沿着孔的圆周方向均匀分布于打线盖本体上。本发明的有益效果:采用沿着孔的圆周方向均匀分布于打线盖本体上的卡线组件能够卡入相对应的电缆线组,能够有效的阻隔线组与线组之间的信号串扰,增强了信号传输效率;通过压接面压接时增加了电缆线组与电插塞连接器母座本体的连接紧密度,减少了信号衰弱,保证了信号传输质量。
优选地,每个所述卡线组件包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁顶部设置有两个半封闭式凹槽,所述第二侧壁顶部设置有两个开口式凹槽,所述半封闭式凹槽与开口式凹槽对应设置,所述第一侧壁、第二侧壁与打线盖本体形成切线槽,相邻的两个所述第一侧壁之间、相邻的两个所述第二侧壁之间同时通过隔离部相连;
所述压接面包括对称设置的压接斜面或圆周设置的弧形压接面,可分别应用于90度电插塞连接器母座或180度电插塞连接器母座。采用相对应设置的半封闭式凹槽和开口式凹槽能够将电缆线卡的更加牢固;每两个半封闭式凹槽卡入相对应的电缆线组,通过半封闭式凹槽卡线能够有效的阻隔线组与线组之间的信号串扰,增强了信号传输效率;采用隔离部能够在加强各个侧壁之间的强度的同时将相邻两个卡线组件上的线组与线组之间隔开,减少信号串扰;采用对称设置的压接斜面和圆周设置的弧形压接面能够使卡线装置和电缆管理器卡接的更牢。
优选地,所述隔离部上设有限位卡槽。通过设置限位卡槽,增大卡线装置与电缆管理器之间的接触面积,使得其连接的更紧密。
为了达到以上目的之二,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有卡线装置的 电插塞连接器母座,包括电插塞连接器母座本体,所述电插塞连接器母座本体内依次设置有直压式插芯、PCB线路板、端子座和卡线装置,所述PCB线路板的正面与直压式插芯上的插针的尾部相连,所述PCB线路板的背面设置有与端子座相连接的第二组连接元件,所述端子座上设置有与卡线装置的卡线组件相对应的卡槽,所述卡线装置卡锁在电插塞连接器母座本体上,所述卡线装置外部设置有分离的电缆管理器,并在电缆管理器上设有与卡线装置的孔相连通的卡线通道,所述电缆管理器安装在电插塞连接器母座本体上。本发明的有益效果:将上述的卡线装置应用到电插塞连接器上,同理,由于采用压接斜面和沿着孔的圆周方向均匀分布于打线盖本体上的卡线组件,使得有效的阻隔线组与线组之间的信号串扰,减少了信号衰弱,增强了信号传输效率至质量。
优选地,所述直压式插芯包括一插针组件支架、二个插针组件支架卡扣、二排插针;所述插针组件支架上设置有网状式弧形活动支撑点供二排插针的两端之间抵住,所述插针组件支架上设有若干插针插槽供二排插针的端部卡入;所述插针组件支架与二个组件支架卡扣之间相互卡接。采用网状式弧形活动支撑点使插针受力后不会变形,从而增强了插针的弹性及性能,即使其中某一根插针受力下压也不会影响其它几根插针正常与电插塞连接器插头接触,避免了插塞连接器插入造成接触性不良。
所述端子座上设有一对与所述打线盖本体相匹配的第一限位边,采用第一限位边能够使得连接更稳定,也更美观。
所述电缆管理器包括卡线扣、卡线扣底座和托线盖,所述的卡线扣底座上具有放置打线盖本体的托板,并在托板的两侧设置有卡锁在电插塞连接器母座本体上的卡块,位于托板外侧所在的卡线扣底座上设有线缆固定槽,并与托线盖合围形成所述的卡线通道,所述拖线盖的上方设置有所述的卡线扣,所述的 卡线扣的一端铰接在卡线扣底座的第一端,所述的卡线扣的另一端与卡线扣底座的第二端卡接。卡线扣的上端设有固定式安装点,用于方便手握使用。
优选地,所述卡线扣底座的第二端上设置有弹片滑道,所述弹片滑道内设有条纹卡点,所述卡线扣底座的第一端上设有线扣固定柱,所述卡线扣呈圆弧结构,其一端为与线扣固定柱铰接的半圆式卡扣、另一端为与弹片滑道卡接的齿形弹片。
优选地,所述齿形弹片底部弧形镂空,并在齿形弹片外侧设有弧形压线夹,所述弧形压线夹与条纹卡点相配合、将卡线扣的另一端卡接在弹片滑道内。
本发明使用的第一种方案的电缆管理器利用卡线扣翻转卡扣的方式将托线盖固定在卡线扣底座的线缆固定槽上方,形成一个固定的卡线通道。上述齿形弹片底部弧形镂空,使齿形弹片弹力更好。齿形弹片滑动时弧形压线夹可以逐步锁住缆线使之不容易松动。齿形末端有限位点,防止齿形弹片滑到底部。固定式安装点方便手握住该部件,容易安装拆装。通过增加了电缆管理器,将电缆固定在卡线通道内,使用电插塞连接器母座时卡接通道内的电缆不会发生偏移及晃动,从而保证了卡槽内的线组、第二组连接元件接触点的良好、稳定,保证数据传输的稳定性。
电缆管理器第二种方案:所述电缆管理器包括可改变走线方向的管状件,且其折角为90度或135度,其内设置有供线缆走线的通道。所述管状件由可拆卸连接的第一壳体和第二壳体组成,所述第一壳体和第二壳体之间一端枢轴连接、另一端贴合或扣合形成供线缆走线的通道;所述管状件的前端头部通过紧固螺帽将卡线机构固定在管状件上,所述管状件的后端尾部锁紧在电插塞连接器母座的进线口上。上述卡线机构包括为表面电镀处理的注塑件,包括一个环形底座,所述环形底座的一侧至少设置有2~6个卡线支撑柱,所述卡线支撑柱 的头部外侧设置有卡线倒扣,所述卡线支撑柱、卡线倒扣在旋紧过程中受紧固螺帽尾部进线口内侧的收缩斜面压迫向中间靠拢。
优选地,电插塞连接器母座本体包括母座主体,所述母座主体上设置有窗口,所述窗口采用封闭式防尘窗口,所述窗口内设置有防尘门机构,所述防尘门机构包括防尘门、扭簧,防尘门通过扭簧转动设置窗口上,所述窗口内侧顶部设有两个卡柱,所述窗口底部设有两个防尘门限位槽、直压式插芯限位唇边和母座盖。通过母座主体封闭式防尘窗口、弹簧、防尘门的结合,有效的保护了直压式插芯,延长使用寿命;电插塞连接器接头接入母座时,因母座带有封闭式防尘窗口能有效的固定电插塞连接器接头保证电插塞连接器接头与直插式插芯的接触,在大多数极端状况下保证正常有效的数据传输。当电插塞连接器接头拔出母座时防尘门自动弹回,且因封闭式防尘窗口与防尘门间的结构关系不会回弹力过大而弹出,以确保能持续有效的保护直插式插芯。
优选地,所述母座盖两侧设有与压接斜面相配套的斜面,所述母座盖两侧设有插接柱分别与所述母座主体上的封闭式圆孔、半开口圆孔插合,所述母座盖两侧设有卡块分别与所述母座主体上的两个第一卡槽相卡合,所述母座主体上设有两个第二卡槽分别与卡块相卡合。
优选地,所述母座主体为屏蔽母座,所述卡钩与屏蔽母座分离,所述卡钩从侧边卡入并与屏蔽母座卡槽配合;或
所述母座主体为非屏蔽母座,所述卡钩与非屏蔽母座一体成型。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图3所示,本实施例中的一种电插塞连接器,包括电插塞连接器母座本体1,所述电插塞连接器母座本体1内依次设置有直压式插芯2、PCB线路板3、端子座4和卡线装置5,所述PCB线路板3的正面与直压式插芯2上的插针的尾部相连,所述PCB线路板3的背面通过第二组连接元件7与端子座4相连,所述端子座4上设置有与卡线装置5上的卡线槽相对应的插槽供第二组连接元件穿过,所述卡线装置5卡锁在电插塞连接器母座本体1上,所述卡线装置5外部设置有分离的电缆管理器6,电缆管理器6上设有与卡线装置5的孔相连 通的卡线通道,所述电缆管理器卡锁在电插塞连接器母座本体1上。
如图1、图2所示,所述卡线装置5包括一方形的打线盖本体51,所述打线盖本体51具有一用于穿过电缆线的从背面向正面延伸的孔52,所述打线盖本体51的正面设有压接面54,所述压接面54包括对称设置的压接斜面541(如图1所示)或圆周设置的弧形压接面542(如图8所示),可分别应用于90度电插塞连接器母座或180度电插塞连接器母座。所述打线盖本体51的背面设有若干个与孔52相连通的卡线组件,若干个所述卡线组件沿着孔52的圆周方向均匀分布于打线盖本体1上。具体的来说,每个所述卡线组件包括第一侧壁531和第二侧壁532,所述第一侧壁531顶部设置有两个半封闭式凹槽533(数目不限于两个,但以两个时为最佳),所述第二侧壁532顶部设置有两个开口式凹槽534(数目不限于两个,但以两个时为最佳),所述半封闭式凹槽533与开口式凹槽534对应设置,所述第一侧壁531、第二侧壁532与打线盖本体51形成切线槽535,相邻的两个所述第一侧壁531之间、相邻的两个所述第二侧壁532之间同时通过隔离部536相连。如图中所示,卡线组件有四个,均匀分布于打线盖本体51背面的四个角上,每个所述卡线组件包括第一侧壁531和第二侧壁532,每个第一侧壁531顶部设置有两个半封闭式凹槽533,每个所述第二侧壁532顶部设置有两个开口式凹槽534,相对应的半封闭式凹槽533与开口式凹槽534能够将电缆线卡的更加牢固。每两个半封闭式凹槽533卡入相对应的电缆线组,通过上述半封闭式凹槽533卡线能够有效的阻隔线组与线组之间的信号串扰,增强了信号传输效率。隔离部536为四个连接板围成的梯形状,能够在加强各个侧壁之间的强度的同时将相邻两个卡线组件上的线组与线组之间隔开,减少信号串扰。所述隔离部536上设有限位卡槽5361。所述打线盖本体51的正面设置的压接斜面55能够增加线组与电插塞连接器的连接紧密 度,减少了信号衰弱,保证了信号传输质量。同时,此卡线装置5能够分别应用于90度电插塞连接器母座本体和180度电插塞连接器母座本体上。
如图4所示,所述直压式插芯2包含一个插针组件支架21、二个插针组件支架卡扣23、24、二排插针22a、22b。该插针组件支架21包含网状式弧形活动支撑点25,且其上开设有开设八个插针插槽26,第一排插针22a和第二排插针22b的首端分别卡在插针插槽26内,使插针不会左右摆动。插针组件支架21、二个组件支架卡扣23、24通过自身的机械结构相互卡装,使第一排插针22a和第二排插针22b的安装更稳定,具体来说,在插针组件支架21上设置有供第一排插针22a放置的定位槽21a,在定位槽21a两侧设置有支撑柱,两个支撑柱的相对侧面上均设有垂直卡槽,第一个组件支架卡扣23先插入在垂直卡槽内;第一个组件支架卡扣23的上端面上设有供第二排插针22b放置的定位槽23a,第二个组件支架卡扣24插入在垂直卡槽内将第二排插针22b固定;上述定位槽23a、定位槽21a交错分布,避免第一排插针22a、第二排插针22b相互重合。第一排插针22a和第二排插针22b两端之间的弧形部抵在网状式弧形活动支撑点25上,使插针22a、22b受力后不会变形;从而增强了插针22a、22b的弹性及性能,即使其中某一根插针受力下压也不会影响其它七根插针正常与电插塞连接器插头接触,避免了插塞连接器插入造成接触性不良。二排插针22a、22b尾部均采用鱼眼状通孔22-1,因此与PCB线路板3连接时,无需焊接工序,不仅降低了生产难度和成本,而且从根源上解决了因漏焊、假焊等问题引起的接触不良。提升了使用寿命。上述插针22a、22b统称为第一组连接元件。
如图5所示,所述端子座4上设置有与卡线组件相对应的卡槽41,在本实施例中,第一组连接元件、第二组连接元件7的数量均为八个,卡槽41的数量 也为八个,并每两个分布在端子座4的四个角上。所述端子座4上设有一对与所述打线盖本体51相匹配的第一限位边42。所述第一限位边42上设有内侧具有卡槽,其能够插接至打线盖本体51内,将端子座4固定在打线盖本体51一侧。所述第一限位边42上部还可设置有第二限位边43将所述打线盖本体51限制在其中。所述端子座4上设有与限位卡槽5361相匹配的限位柱44(如图9所示)。
如图6所示,所述电缆管理器6包括卡线扣63、卡线扣底座62和托线盖64,所述的卡线扣底座62上具有放置打线盖本体51的托板621,并在托板621的两侧设置有卡锁在电插塞连接器母座本体1上的卡块622;位于托板621外侧所在的卡线扣底座62上设有线缆固定槽623,并与托线盖64合围形成所述的卡线通道。所述拖线盖64的上方设置有所述的卡线扣63,所述的卡线扣63的一端铰接在卡线扣底座62的第一端,所述的卡线扣63的另一端与卡线扣底座62的第二端卡接。从图6中可以看出,卡线扣底座62的第二端上设置有弹片滑道625,所述弹片滑道内设有条纹卡点;所述卡线扣底座62的第一端上设有线扣固定柱624;所述卡线扣63呈圆弧结构,其一端为与线扣固定柱624铰接的半圆式卡扣631、另一端为与弹片滑道625卡接的齿形弹片633;所述齿形弹片633底部弧形镂空,并在齿形弹片633外侧设有弧形压线夹634,所述弧形压线夹634与条纹卡点相配合、将卡线扣的另一端卡接在弹片滑道625内。齿形弹片633末端有限位点635,防止齿形弹片633滑道底部。卡线扣63上局有固定式安装点632,方便手握住该部件,容易安装拆装。卡线扣63固定柱安装在卡线扣底座62上,缆线安装时只需把电缆线放入线缆固定槽623,盖上托线盖64用卡线扣63将缆线固定。以确保不会因缆线晃动导致前端接触点接触不良。保证了数据传输稳定性。
除上述结构的电缆管理器6外,也可采用其它形式的电缆管理器6来管理线缆,如图12-14所示,上述电缆管理器包括可改变走线方向的管状件,上述管状件具有一次折角,上述折角一般为90度或135度,管状件内设置有供线缆走线的通道。所述管状件由可拆卸连接的第一壳体8-1和第二壳体8-2组成,所述第一壳体8-1和第二壳体8-2之间一端枢轴连接、另一端贴合或扣合形成供线缆走线的通道;所述管状件的前端头部设置有用于锁紧的紧固螺帽8-3,所述管状件的后端尾部锁紧在电插塞连接器母座的进线口上。本实施例中,电插塞连接器壳体1上设置有半圆弧状的下螺纹板,母座盖15上设置有半圆弧状的上螺纹板,当母座盖15盖合在插塞连接器壳体1上后,下螺纹板、上螺纹板相互契合,且位于下螺纹板、上螺纹板相互契合上的螺纹组成可供紧固螺帽8-3旋紧的外螺纹。使用时,当不需要改变线缆的走线时,可不用管状件,直接用紧固螺帽8-3旋紧在下螺纹板、上螺纹板上;当需要改变线缆的走线时,将管状件的尾部旋紧在下螺纹板、上螺纹板上,并调整好管状件的位置,然后将卡线机构安装在管状件上,并用紧固螺帽8-3旋紧固定。
本实施例中的卡线机构如图11所示,包括为表面电镀处理的注塑件,包括一个环形底座8-4,所述环形底座8-4的一侧设置有6个卡线支撑柱8-5,所述卡线支撑柱8-5的头部外侧设置有卡线倒扣8-6,所述卡线支撑柱8-5、卡线倒扣8-6在紧固螺帽8-4旋紧过程中会向中间靠拢,从而夹紧线缆,使其固定下来。
如图3、图6所示,电插塞连接器母座本体1包括母座主体11,母座主体11上设置有窗口12,窗口12采用封闭式防尘窗口,窗口12内设置有防尘门机构13,防尘门机构3包括防尘门131、扭簧132,防尘门131通过扭簧132转动设置窗口12上。所述防尘门131上设有二个卡槽、二个电插塞连接器插头固定块。所述窗口12内侧顶部设有两个卡柱121,所述窗口12底部设有两个 防尘门限位槽、直压式插芯限位唇边122、母座盖15。通过母座主体11、窗口12、扭簧132、防尘门131的结合,有效的保护了直压式插芯,延长使用寿命;电插塞连接器接头接入防尘母座时,因防尘母座带有封闭式防尘窗口能有效的固定电插塞连接器接头保证电插塞连接器接头与直插式插芯的接触,在大多数极端状况下保证正常有效的数据传输。当电插塞连接器接头拔出防尘母座时防尘门自动弹回,且因封闭式防尘窗口与防尘门间的结构关系不会回弹力过大而弹出,以确保能持续有效的保护直插式插芯。直压式插芯限位唇边122能够有效的防止直压式插芯2插入后晃动,保证直压式插芯2与接头有效接触。所述母座盖15两侧设有与压接斜面54相配套的斜面151,所述母座盖15两侧设有插接柱152分别与所述母座主体11上的封闭式圆孔111、半开口圆孔112插合,能够使母座盖15装入后不会因受力而弹出,从而使母座盖15能够平稳地绕着插接柱152上下翻转,在本实施例中母座盖15翻转角度为90度,此为90度电插塞连接器母座。所述母座盖15两侧设有卡块153分别与所述母座主体11上的两个第一卡槽113相卡合,所述母座主体11上设有两个第二卡槽114分别与卡块622相卡合,辅助母座盖15与母座主体11的盖合。除上述结构外,也可采用180度电插塞连接器母座,如图12所示,即在上述结构的电插塞连接器母座本体1(其上端面铰接设置有可上下翻转的母座盖15)的基础上,其下端面铰接设有可上下翻转的母座下盖17,在本实施例中母座盖15、母座下盖17能翻转90度。
母座主体11可以为屏蔽母座,当母座主体11为屏蔽母座时,卡钩14与屏蔽母座分离,卡钩14(与卡点16配套使用)从侧边卡入并与屏蔽母座卡槽配合,使整体能够卡入空配线架,从侧边卡入屏蔽母座能够确保母座安装后不会被拉掉;母座主体11也可以为非屏蔽母座,卡钩14与非屏蔽母座一体成型。

- 一种卡线装置,包括打线盖本体(51),所述打线盖本体(51)具有一用于穿过电缆线的从背面向正面延伸的孔(52),所述打线盖本体(51)的正面设有压接面(54),所述打线盖本体(51)的背面设有若干个与孔(52)相连通的卡线组件,若干个所述卡线组件沿着孔(52)的圆周方向均匀分布于打线盖本体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卡线装置,其特征在于:每个所述卡线组件包括第一侧壁(531)和第二侧壁(532),所述第一侧壁(531)顶部设置有两个半封闭式凹槽(533),所述第二侧壁(532)顶部设置有两个开口式凹槽(534),所述半封闭式凹槽(533)与开口式凹槽(534)对应设置,所述第一侧壁(531)、第二侧壁(532)与打线盖本体(51)形成切线槽(535),相邻的两个所述第一侧壁(531)之间、相邻的两个所述第二侧壁(532)之间同时通过隔离部(536)相连;所述压接面(54)包括对称设置的压接斜面(541)或圆周设置的弧形压接面(542),可分别应用于90度电插塞连接器母座或180度电插塞连接器母座。
- 根据权利要求2所述的卡线装置,其特征在于:所述隔离部(536)上设有限位卡槽(5361)。
- 一种具有卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:包括电插塞连接器母座本体(1),所述电插塞连接器母座本体(1)内依次设置有直压式插芯(2)、PCB线路板(3)、端子座(4)和卡线装置(5),所述PCB线路板(3)的正面与直压式插芯(2)上的插针的尾部相连,所述PCB线路板(3)的背面设置有与端子座(4)相连接的第二组连接元件(7),所述端子座(4)上设置有与卡线装置(5)的卡线组件相对应的卡槽(41),所述卡线装置(5)卡锁在电插塞连接器母座本体(1)上,所述卡线装置(5)外部设置有分离的电缆管 理器(6),并在电缆管理器(6)上设有与卡线装置(5)的孔(52)相连通的卡线通道,所述电缆管理器(6)安装在电插塞连接器母座本体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:所述直压式插芯(2)包括一插针组件支架(21)、二个插针组件支架卡扣(23、24)、二排插针(22a、22b),所述插针组件支架(21)上设置有网状式弧形活动支撑点(25)供二排插针(22a、22b)的两端之间抵住,所述插针组件支架(21)上设有若干插针插槽(26)供二排插针(22a、22b)的端部卡入,所述插针组件支架(21)与二个组件支架卡扣(23、24)之间相互卡接;所述端子座(4)上设有一对与所述打线盖本体(51)相匹配的第一限位边(42);所述电缆管理器(6)包括卡线扣(63)、卡线扣底座(62)和托线盖(64),所述的卡线扣底座(62)上具有放置打线盖本体(51)的托板(621),并在托板(621)的两侧设置有卡锁在电插塞连接器母座本体(1)上的卡块(622),位于托板(621)外侧所在的卡线扣底座(62)上设有线缆固定槽(623),并与托线盖(64)合围形成所述的卡线通道,所述拖线盖(64)的上方设置有所述的卡线扣(63),所述的卡线扣(63)的一端铰接在卡线扣底座(62)的第一端,所述的卡线扣(63)的另一端与卡线扣底座(62)的第二端卡接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:所述卡线扣底座(62)的第二端上设置有弹片滑道(625),所述弹片滑道内设有条纹卡点;所述卡线扣底座(62)的第一端上设有线扣固定柱(624);所述卡线扣(63)呈圆弧结构,其一端为与线扣固定柱(624)铰接的半圆式卡扣(631)、另一端为与弹片滑道(625)卡接的齿形弹片(633);所述第一限位边(42)上部均设置有第二限位边(43)将所述打线盖本体 (51)限制在其中;所述端子座(4)上设有与限位卡槽(5361)相匹配的限位柱(44)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的具有卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:所述齿形弹片(633)底部弧形镂空,并在齿形弹片(633)外侧设有弧形压线夹(634),所述弧形压线夹(634)与条纹卡点相配合、将卡线扣的另一端卡接在弹片滑道(625)内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:电插塞连接器母座本体(1)包括母座主体(11),所述母座主体(11)上设置有窗口(12),所述窗口(12)采用封闭式防尘窗口,所述窗口(12)内设置有防尘门机构(13),所述防尘门机构(3)包括防尘门(131)、扭簧(132),防尘门(131)通过扭簧(132)转动设置窗口(12)上,所述窗口(12)内侧顶部设有两个卡柱(121),所述窗口(12)底部设有两个防尘门限位槽、直压式插芯限位唇边(122)和母座盖(15)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的具有卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:所述母座盖(15)两侧设有与压接斜面(541)相配套的斜面(151),所述母座盖(15)两侧设有插接柱(152)分别与所述母座主体(11)上的封闭式圆孔(111)、半开口圆孔(112)插合,所述母座盖(15)两侧设有卡块(153)分别与所述母座主体(11)上的两个第一卡槽(113)相卡合,所述母座主体(11)上设有两个第二卡槽(114)分别与卡块(622)相卡合。
- 根据权利要求8或9任意一项所述的具有卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:所述母座主体(1)为屏蔽母座,卡钩(14)与屏蔽母座分离,所述卡钩(14)从侧边卡入并与屏蔽母座卡槽配合;或所述母座主体(1)为非屏蔽母座,所述卡钩(14)与非屏蔽母座一体成型。
