- 一种监护方法,其特征在于,包括:确定监护模式,所述监护模式包括:第一模式和第二模式,所述第一模式用于显示当前监测的生理参数,所述第二模式用于显示所述当前监测的生理参数以及用户状态信息,所述用户状态信息至少包括病人预警状态评分;在所述监护模式为所述第二模式的情况下,在获取当前监测的生理参数以及所述用户状态信息后,显示所述当前监测的生理参数以及显示所述用户状态信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述当前监测的生理参数发生变化,且发生变化后的当前监测的生理参数影响所述用户状态信息的情况下,更新所述用户状态信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述病人预警状态评分包括:早期预警评分EWS统计信息;所述EWS统计信息包括:当前的EWS总评分、与所述EWS总评分对应的N个参数的子评分和测量值以及所述用户的EWS总评分的变化趋势,所述N为大于或等于1的整数。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户状态信息还包括:非生理体征参数ERAS状态信息以及提醒信息,所述提醒信息为针对所述用户状态的提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括输入的提醒信息以及对所述用户状态分析后获取的提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述用户状态信息之前,所述方法还包括:接收场景切换指令,所述场景切换指令用于指示切换所述用户状态信息中所包含的提醒信息;将所述提醒信息切换为所述场景切换指令所指定的场景对应的提醒信息;所述显示所述用户状态信息包括:显示所述场景切换指令所指定的场景对应的提醒信息。

- 一种监护仪,其特征在于,包括:确定单元,用于确定监护模式,所述监护模式包括:第一模式和第二模式,所述第一模式用于显示当前监测的生理参数,所述第二模式用于显示所述当前监测的生理参数以及用户状态信息,所述用户状态信息至少包括病人预警状态评分;获取单元,用于获取当前监测的生理参数以及所述用户状态信息;显示单元,用于在所述监护模式为所述第二模式的情况下,显示所述当前监测的生理参数以及显示所述用户状态信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述监护仪还包括:更新单元,用于在所述当前监测的生理参数发生变化,且发生变化后的当前监测的生理参数影响所述用户状态信息的情况下,更新所述用户状态信息。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述病人预警状态评分包括:早期预警评分EWS统计信息;所述EWS统计信息包括:当前的EWS总评分、与所述EWS总评分对应的N个参数的子评分和测量值以及所述用户的EWS总评分的变化趋势,所述N为大于或等于1的整数。

- 一种监护仪,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、输入输出接口和显示屏,所述存储器、所述输入输出接口、所述显示屏和所述处理器相互连接;其中,所述处理器,用于确定监护模式,所述监护模式包括:第一模式和第二模式,所述第一模式用于显示当前监测的生理参数,所述第二模式用于显示所述当前监测的生理参数以及用户状态信息,所述用户状态信息至少包括病人预警状态评分;所述处理器,还用于在所述监护模式为所述第二模式的情况下,在获取当前监测的生理参数以及所述用户状态信息后,通过所述显示屏显示所述当前监测的生理参数以及显示所述用户状态信息。
- 根据权利要求15所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于在所述当前监测的生理参数发生变化,且发生变化后的当前监测的生理参数影响所述用户状态信息的情况下,更新所述用户状态信息。
- 根据权利要求15或16所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述病人预警状态评分包括:早期预警评分EWS统计信息;所述EWS统计信息包括:当前的EWS总评分、与所述EWS总评分对应的N个参数的子评分和测量值以及所述用户的EWS总评分的变化趋势,所述N为大于或等于1的整数。

- 根据权利要求15所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于实时获取所述用户状态信息,或者以预定时间间隔获取所述用户状态信息。
- 根据权利要求15所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于在所述监护模式为所述第一模式的情况下,通过所述显示屏显示所述当前监测的生理参数。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述程序指令当被处理器执行时使所述处理器执行如权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
- 一种病人状态的实时监护方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:通过与病人身体连接的传感器附件获得多个生理参数对应的生理数据;根据所述多个生理参数对应的生理数据,生成与生理参数相关的实时波形和/或实时数值;在显示界面上的第二区域内实时刷新显示所述实时波形和/或实时数值;根据同一段时间内所述多个生理参数对应的生理数据,生成与多个生理参数分别对应的多个子统计评分;根据所述多个子统计评分,生成病人预警状态评分;至少采用以下输出显示方式之一输出显示所述病人预警状态评分和所述多个子统计评分:在显示界面上的第一区域内刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分,和,在显示界面上的第一区域内刷新显示所述多个子统计评分的部分或全部。
- 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在显示界面上的第二区域内实时刷新显示所述实时波形和/或实时数值包括:在所述第二区域内分为波形显示区域和数值显示区,在所述波形显示区域内实时刷新显示相关生理参数对应的所述实时波形,和,在所述数值显示区域内实时刷新显示相关生理参数对应的所述实时数值。
- 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述多个生理参数对应的生理数据,生成与多个生理参数对应的多个子统计评分中,依据早起预警评分规则获得每个生理参数对应的子统计评分。
- 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述多个子统计评分,生成病人预警状态评分包括:依据所述多个子统计评分通过加权求和计算获得所述病人预警状态评分。
- 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法中,至少采用以下输出显示方式之一输出显示所述病人预警状态评分和所述多个子统计评分:在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第一测量频率刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分,和,在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第二测量频率刷新显示所述多个子统计评分的部分或全部;其中,所述第一测量频率与所述第二测量频率不相同,且所述第二测量频率大于第一测量频率;或者,所述第一测量频率等于所述第二测量频率。
- 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第一测量频率刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分包括:在所述第二显示区域内绘制实时状态图标;和,显示所述实时状态图标,并将所述实时状态图标的显示结果按照第一测量频率依次赋值为所述病人预警状态评分对应的数值,从而在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第一测量频率刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分。
- 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述病人预警状态评分大于或等于总评分阈值时,突出渲染所述实时状态图标。
- 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:确定所述病人预警状态评分中存在至少一个子统计评分超过子评分阈值; 和,输出关于所述病人预警状态评分中存在至少一个子统计评分超过子评分阈值的提示信息。
- 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出关于所述病人预警状态评分中存在至少一个子统计评分超过子评分阈值的提示信息包括:在所述第二显示区域内,随所述实时状态图标依据所述病人预警状态评分的刷新显示的同时,输出所述提示信息。
- 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述第二显示区域内绘制像形图标,所述像形图标与人体形状相似;和,将所述提示信息中涉及的至少一个子统计评分对应的生理参数与所述像形图标进行关联标记。
- 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第二测量频率刷新显示所述多个子统计评分的部分或全部包括:在所述第一区域内中绘制多个子评分显示图标,每个子评分显示图标关联于一个生理参数;和,显示所述子评分显示图标,并将所述子评分显示图标的显示结果按照第二测量频率依次赋值为生成的所述多个子统计评分。
- 根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述子评分显示图标的显示结果采用柱状条显示,所述柱状条的长度与相关子统计评分的数值关联,且所述柱状条的朝向反映相关子统计评分相对基准阈值的变化趋势。
- 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:根据所述病人预警状态评分所处的评分范围,确定相关联的状态关注提示信息;在第二区域中绘制提示信息属性页;和,在所述提示信息属性页输出显示所述状态关注提示信息。
- 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:根据所述病人预警状态评分所处的评分范围,确定相关联的渲染属性;依据所述渲染属性,调整所述提示信息属性页的显示效果。
- 根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多个子评分显示图标对应于用于确定所述病人预警状态评分中的多个生理参数的部分参数,所述部分参数所分别对应的子评分超过子评分阈值。
- 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:根据所述病人预警状态评分与总评分阈值的关系,调整所述第一测量频率和\或第二测量频率。
- 根据权利要求38所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述第一测量频率等于第二测量频率,当所述病人预警状态评分大于或等于总评分阈值时,同步提高所述第一测量频率和所述第二测量频率。
- 一种监护仪,其特征在于,所述监护仪包括:参数测量电路,所述参数测量电路电连接设置在患者身体上的传感器附件,用以获得多个生理参数对应的生理数据;处理器以及存储器;存储器用于存储计算机程序,处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机程序时,可以实现如下步骤:根据同一段时间内所述多个生理参数对应的生理数据,生成与生理参数相关的实时波形和/或实时数值;在显示界面上的第二区域内实时刷新显示所述实时波形和/或实时数值;根据所述多个生理参数对应的生理数据,生成与多个生理参数分别对应的多个子统计评分;根据所述多个子统计评分,生成病人预警状态评分;至少采用以下输出显示方式之一输出显示所述病人预警状态评分和所述多个子统计评分;在显示界面上的第一区域内刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分,和,在显示界面上的第一区域内刷新显示所述多个子统计评分的部分或全部。
- 根据权利要求40所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于通过以下方式在显示界面上的第二区域内实时刷新显示所述实时波形和/或实时数值:在所述第二区域内分为波形显示区域和数值显示区,在所述波形显示区域内实时刷新显示相关生理参数对应的所述实时波形,和,在所述数值显示区域内实时刷新显示相关生理参数对应的所述实时数值。
- 根据权利要求40所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述根据所述多个生理参数对应的生理数据,生成与多个生理参数对应的多个子统计评分中,依据早起预警评分规则获得每个生理参数对应的子统计评分。
- 根据权利要求40所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述根据所述多个子统计评分,生成病人预警状态评分包括:依据所述多个子统计评分通过加权求和计算获得所述病人预警状态评分。
- 根据权利要求40所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于至少采用以下输出显示方式之一输出显示所述病人预警状态评分和所述多个子统计评分:在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第一测量频率刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分,和,在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第二测量频率刷新显示所述多个子统计评分的部分或全部;其中,所述第一测量频率与所述第二测量频率不相同,且所述第二测量频率大于第一测量频率;或者,所述第一测量频率等于所述第二测量频率。
- 根据权利要求44所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于通过以下方式在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第一测量频率刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分:在所述第二显示区域内绘制实时状态图标;和,显示所述实时状态图标,并将所述实时状态图标的显示结果按照第一测量频率依次赋值为所述病人预警状态评分对应的数值,从而在显示界面上的第一区域内按照第一测量频率刷新显示所述病人预警状态评分。
- 根据权利要求45所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于当所述病人预警状态评分大于或等于总评分阈值时,突出渲染所述实时状态图标。
- 根据权利要求40所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:确定所述病人预警状态评分中存在至少一个子统计评分超过子评分阈值;和,输出关于所述病人预警状态评分中存在至少一个子统计评分超过子评分阈值的提示信息。
- 根据权利要求47所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于通过以下方式输出关于所述病人预警状态评分中存在至少一个子统计评分超过子评分阈值的提示信息:在所述第二显示区域内,随所述实时状态图标依据所述病人预警状态评分的刷新显示的同时,输出所述提示信息。
- 根据权利要求48所述的监护仪,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:在所述第二显示区域内绘制像形图标,所述像形图标与人体形状相似;和,将所述提示信息中涉及的至少一个子统计评分对应的生理参数与所述像形图标进行关联标记。
