본 발명은 방사선원 위치 측정 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방사선원 위치 측정 장치는, 방사선의 입사방향에 따라 선택적으로 통과시키는 콜리메이터부; 상기 콜리메이터부로부터 입사된 방사선을 광으로 변환시키는 섬광체부; 상기 섬광체부의 일단으로부터 입사된 광을 제1 광 신호로 변환시키는 제1 광 센서; 상기 섬광체부의 타단으로부터 입사된 광을 제2 광 신호로 변환시키는 제2 광 센서; 및 상기 제2 광 신호와 상기 제2 광 신호를 이용하여 상기 섬광체부의 광 발생 위치 정보를 획득하는 위치 정보 획득부를 포함한다.

Description

방사선원 위치 측정 장치
본 발명은 방사선원 위치 측정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 고온 환경에서도 방사선 발생 위치 정보를 인식할 수 있는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치에 관한 것이다.
최근 국내에서 지진이 빈번하게 발생하고 있어서 원전의 안전성 문제가 대두되고 있다. 현재 국내 원전은 지진 규모 6.5 ~ 7에 기준으로 내진 설계되어 있다. 하지만. 잦은 지진 및 설계구조물의 노후화로 인한 크랙 등으로 인해 내진 설계기준보다 낮은 지진 규모에도 취약할 수 있다.
안전에 취약할 수 있는 원전의 문제점을 사전에 차단하고 중대 사고나 테러에도 대체하기 위해서 고온, 고압 상태의 원자로의 노심에서 유출되는 방사선을 상시 감시할 수 있는 방사선 검출 시스템 구축이 필요할 수 있다.
또한, 원전에 중대 사고 발생시, 노심 내부 온도는 최대 2000도 이나, 방사선 검출 시스템이 설치되는 격납 건물은 최대 700도일 수 있다. 하지만, 기존의 방사선 검출 시스템은 고온 환경 하에서 사용이 불가능하고, 방사선 발생 위치 정보를 알 수 없어서, 원자로 손상 상태를 실시간 감지하는 방사선 검출 시스템으로는 적합하지 않다.
따라서, 최근에 고온 환경에서도 방사선 발생 위치 정보를 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 방사선 검출 시스템에 대한 연구가 진행 중인 추세이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 고온 환경에서도 방사선 발생 위치 정보를 인식할 수 있는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 고온 환경에 있는 원전의 노심 등의 방사선 발생 위치 정보를 인식하여, 노심용융 및/또는 원자로 손상에서 상태를 실시간 감지할 수 있는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 방사선원 위치 측정 장치는 방사선의 입사방향에 따라 선택적으로 통과시키는 콜리메이터부; 상기 콜리메이터부로부터 입사된 방사선을 광으로 변환시키는 섬광체부; 상기 섬광체부의 일단으로부터 입사된 광을 제1 광 신호로 변환시키는 제1 광 센서; 상기 섬광체부의 타단으로부터 입사된 광을 제2 광 신호로 변환시키는 제2 광 센서; 및 상기 제2 광 신호와 상기 제2 광 신호를 이용하여 상기 섬광체부의 광 발생 위치 정보를 획득하는 위치 정보 획득부를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 위치 정보 획득부는, 상기 제1 광 신호에 대한 제1 광 에너지 정보와 상기 제2 광 신호에 대한 제2 광 에너지 정보를 생성하고, 생성된 상기 제1 광 에너지 정보와 상기 제2 광 에너지 정보를 이용하여 상기 광 발생 위치 정보를 획득할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 위치 정보 획득부는, 상기 제1 광 신호에 대한 제1 타임 스탬프와 상기 제2 광 신호에 대한 제2 타임 스탬프를 생성하고, 생성된 제1 타임 스탬프와 상기 제2 타임 스탬프를 이용하여 상기 광 발생 위치 정보를 획득할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 콜리메이터부는, 서로 이격된 복수의 콜리메이터들을 포함하고, 상기 콜리메이터들은 상기 섬광체부의 일단과 타단 사이에 배열될 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 섬광체부는, 서로 이격된 복수의 신틸레이터들; 및 서로 인접한 상기 신틸레이터들를 접착시키는 접착 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 섬광체부는, 서로 이격된 복수의 신틸레이터들; 서로 인접한 상기 신틸레이터들 사이에 위치되는 광 가이드 유닛; 및 서로 인접한 상기 신틸레이터들을 상기 광 가이드 유닛에 접착시키는 접착 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 신틸레이터들의 각각은 Gd 2SiO 5:Ce(GSO)나 Pr:Lu 3Al 5O 12(Pr:LuAG) , Gd 2Si 2O 7:Ce(GPS) 및 Halide 계열 물질 중 어느 하나로 이루어질 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 섬광체부의 일단과 이격된 상기 제1 광 센서와 상기 섬광체부의 일단 사이에 위치되고, 상기 섬광체부의 일단에서 조사된 광을 상기 제1 광 센서로 가이드하는 제1 광 가이드 부재; 및 상기 섬광체부의 타단과 이격된 상기 제2 광 센서와 상기 섬광체부의 타단 사이에 위치되고, 상기 섬광체부의 타단에서 조사된 광을 상기 제2 광 센서로 가이드하는 제2 광 가이드 부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 섬광체부의 일단에서 상기 제1 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광의 파장 대역을 상기 제1 광 가이드 부재의 통과 파장 범위로 변환시키는 제1 파장 시프터; 및 상기 섬광체부의 타단에서 상기 제2 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광의 파장 대역을 상기 제2 광 가이드 부재의 통과 파장 범위로 변환시키는 제2 파장 시프터를 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 섬광체부의 일단에서 상기 제1 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광을 증폭시키는 제1 광 증폭기; 및 상기 섬광체부의 타단에서 상기 제2 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광을 증폭시키는 제2 광 증폭기를 더 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 섬광체부를 냉각시키는 냉각부를 더 포함하고, 상기 콜리메이터부는, 하우징; 상기 섬광체부의 길이 방향에 대응되게 상기 하우징을 관통하는 수용 홀; 및 상기 수용 홀로부터 제1 방향으로 연장되어 상기 하우징을 관통하고, 서로 이격되는 복수의 입사 홀들을 포함하고, 상기 섬광체부는 상기 수용 홀 내에 위치되며, 상기 입사 홀들과 중첩되고, 상기 냉각부는 상기 수용 홀 내로 유체를 공급하여 상기 섬광체부를 냉각시킬 수 있다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 하우징은 텅스텐(W) 또는 납(Pb)으로 이루어질 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시 예들에 따른 방사선원 위치 측정 장치는 검사대상체(예를 들면, 원자로 등)의 손상에 따른 방사선이 누출되는 위치를 정확하게 측정할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 검사 대상체의 손상여부를 실시간으로 감시할 수 있다.
방사선원 위치 측정 장치는 고온 환경에서도 적합한 섬광체부를 사용함으로써, 고온 환경에 있는 검사 대상체로 실시간으로 감시할 수 있다.
또한, 방사선원 위치 측정 장치는 제작 단가를 종래의 것들보다 낮게 할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 본 발명의 방사선원 위치 측정 장치는 종래의 방사선원 위치 측정 장치보다 가격 경쟁력이 우수할 수 있다.
본 발명의 효과들은 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 청구범위의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 방사선(RAY)가 조사되는 위치를 정확하게 측정할 수 있다. 또한, 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 고온 환경에서도 방사선(RAY)이 조사되는 선원의 위치를 측정할 수 있다. 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 콜리메이터부(100), 섬광체부(200), 제1 광 센서(310), 제2 광 센서(320), 및 위치 정보 획득부(500)를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 출력부(600), 제1 광 가이드 부재(410), 및 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)를 포함할 수 있다.
콜리메이터부(100)는 방사선(RAY)의 입사방향에 따라 선택적으로 통과시킬 수 있다. 예를 들면, 콜리메이터부(100)는 섬광체부(200)로 경사진 각도로 입사하는 방사선(RAY)을 차단할 수 있다. 콜리메이터부(100)는 섬광체부(200)의 길이 방향과 대략 수직한 방향으로 입사하는 방사선(RAY)을 통과시킬 수 있다. 콜리메이터부(100)는 방사선 조사선량률을 가능한 적게하기 위한 기구일 수 있다.
콜리메이터부(100)는 복수의 콜리메이터들(collimator, 110)을 포함할 수 있다. 복수의 콜리메이터들(110)은 서로 이격될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 서로 인접한 콜리메이터들(110) 사이에 방사선(RAY)이 통과하는 공간(이하, 패싱 공간(PS))이 형성될 수 있다. 복수의 콜리메이터들(110)은 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)에서 타단(200b) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 패싱 공간(PS)은 후술할 섬광체부(200)와 중첩될 수 있다.
실시 예에서, 콜리메이터들(110)은 서로 일정 간격으로 배열될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 패싱 공간들(PS)의 폭은 동일할 수 있다. 이와 달리, 다른 실시 예에서, 패싱 공간들(PS) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 폭은 다른 패싱 공간들(PS)의 폭과 상이할 수 있다.
콜리메이터부(100)는 콜리메이터(110)의 높이 및 패싱 공간(PS)의 폭에 따라 섬광체부(200)를 향해 입사되는 경사진 방사선들(RAY)의 투과도가 달라질 수 있다. 콜리메이터(110)의 높이는 패싱 공간(PS)의 폭과 수직한 방향의 콜리메이터(110)의 길이일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 콜리메이터(110)의 높이가 높으면, 섬광체부(200)를 향해 입사되는 경사신 방사선들(RAY)의 투과도가 감소할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 경사진 방사선들(RAY)이 섬광체부(200)로 입사하는 것을 차단할 수 있다. 또한, 패싱 공간(PS)의 폭을 줄이면, 위치 정보 획득부(500)에서 방사선원이 존재할 수 있는 위치 범위가 감소할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)의 방사선원 위치에 대한 정확도가 향상될 수 있다.
콜리메이터(110)는 고온, 고습 환경에서 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 재질, 밀도, 열팽창계수, 흡습성, 반응성 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 제작될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 콜리메이터(110)는 방사선의 방향과 확산을 한정시키기 위하여 납(Pb)이나 텅스텐 등과 같은 방사선을 흡수하는 물질로 이루어질 수 있다.
섬광체부(200)는 콜리메이터(110)를 통과하여 입사된 방사선(RAY)을 광으로 변환시킬 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 섬광체부(200)는 하나의 신틸레이터(210)로 구성될 수 있다. 섬광체부(200)는 일 방향으로 길이가 진 장방형으로 제공될 수 있다. 즉, 신틸레이터(210)는 일 방향으로 길이가 긴 장방형으로 제공될 수 있다.
신틸레이터(210)(Scintillators)는 방사선(RAY)이 입사하여 물질과 상호작용을 일으킨 결과 펄스 형상의 발광현상을 일으키는 신틸레이션 현상을 발생시킬 수 있다. 신틸레이터들(210)은 유기물, 무기물, 기체, 액체, 고체 등으로 이루어질 수 있다. 여기서, 무기섬광결정물질은 녹는 점이 높고, 흡습성이 없으며, 자기 방사선(RAY)을 방출하지 않고, 방사선(RAY) 강도가 클 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 신틸레이터들(210)은 무기섬광결정 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들면, 신틸레이터들(210)의 각각은 Gd 2SiO 5:Ce(GSO)나 Pr:Lu 3Al 5O 12(Pr:LuAG) , Gd 2Si 2O 7:Ce(GPS) 및 Halide 계열 물질 중 어느 하나로 이루어질 수 있다.
제1 광 센서(310)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)으로부터 입사된 광을 제1 광 신호(LS1)로 변환시킬 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 제1 광 센서(310)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)과 이격될 수 있다. 이와 달리, 다른 실시 예에서, 제1 광 센서(310)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)과 접하거나 인접하게 위치될 수 있다. 즉, 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 제1 광 가이드 부재(410)를 제거할 수 있다.

제1 및 제2 광 센서들(310, 320)은 섬광체부(200)에서 발생된 광을 감지할 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 제1 및 제2 광 센서들(310, 320)의 각각은 실리콘 광증배기(SiPM)일 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
제1 광 가이드 부재(410)는 제1 광 센서(310)와 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a) 사이에 위치할 수 있다. 제1 광 가이드 부재(410)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)에서 조사된 광을 제1 광 센서(310)로 가이드할 수 있다.

도 3 및 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 콜리메이터부(100), 섬광체부(200), 제1 광 센서(310), 제2 광 센서(320), 및 위치 정보 획득부(500)를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 출력부(600, 도 2 참조), 제1 광 가이드 부재(410), 및 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)를 포함할 수 있다. 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)는 제1 파장 시프터(431), 제2 파장 시프터(432), 제1 광 증폭기(441) 및 제2 광 증폭기(442)를 더 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 제1 및 제2 광 가이드 부재들(410, 420)은 굴곡진 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
제1 파장 시프터(Wavelength shifter, 431)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)과 제1 광 가이드 부재(410) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 제1 파장 시프터(431)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)에서 제1 광 가이드 부재(410)로 진행하는 광 파장 대역을 제1 광 가이드 부재(410)의 통과 파장 범위로 변환시킬 수 있다. 제2 파장 시프터(432)는 섬광체부(200)의 타단(200b)과 제2 광 가이드 부재(420) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 제2 파장 시프터(432)는 섬광체부(200)의 타단(200b)에서 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)로 진행하는 광 파장 대역을 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)의 통과 파장 범위로 변환시킬 수 있다.
섬광체부(200)의 신틸레이터(210)는 방사선(RAY)이 입사될 때, 그 종류에 따라 발생하는 광의 파장 대역이 다를 수 있다. 신틸레이터(210)에서 발생하는 광의 파장대역이 제1 및 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)의 통과 파장 범위 내에 있어야 제1 및 제2 광 센서들(310, 320)로 진행할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제1 및 제2 파장 시프터들(431, 432)은 섬광체부(200)에서 발생된 광의 파장 대역을 제1 및 제2 광 가이드 부재들(410, 420)의 통과 파장 범위로 변환시킬 수 있다.
제1 광 증폭기(Optical amplifier, 441)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)과 제1 광 가이드 부재(410) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 제1 광 증폭기(441)는 제1 파장 시프터(431)와 제1 광 가이드 부재(410) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 제1 광 증폭기(441)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)에서 제1 광 가이드 부재(410)로 진행하는 광을 증폭시킬 수 있다.
제2 광 증폭기(442)는 섬광체부(200)의 타단(200b)과 제2 광 가이드 부재(420) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 실시 예에서, 제2 광 증폭기(442)는 제2 파장 시프터(432)와 제2 광 가이드 부재(420) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 제2 광 증폭기(442)는 섬광체부(200)의 타단(200b)에서 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)로 진행하는 광을 증폭시킬 수 있다.
방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)의 섬광체부(200)는 주변 환경, 구조에 따라 긴 길이의 제1 및 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)(예를 들면, 50m 이상)를 연결할 수 있다. 제1 및 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)의 길이가 길어질수록 섬광체부(200)에서 제1 및 제2 광 센서들(310, 320)로 진행하는 광은 감쇠할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제1 및 제2 광 증폭기(442)는 섬광체부(200)에서 조사된 광의 광량을 증가시켜, 제1 및 제2 광 센서들(310, 320)로 광이 도달할 수 있는 역할을 할 수 있다.

도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 섬광체부(200)는 서로 이격된 복수의 신틸레이터들(210), 접착 부재(220), 및 광 가이드 유닛(230)을 포함할 수 있다.
광 가이드 유닛(230)은 서로 인접한 신틸레이터들(210) 사이에 위치될 수 있다. 광 가이드 유닛(230)은 광 섬유, 쿼츠 로드(quartz rods)등일 수 있다. 광 가이드 유닛(230)과 서로 인접한 신틸레이터들(210)은 서로 대응될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 광 가이드 유닛(230)과 서로 인접한 신틸레이터들(210)은 두께 등이 동일할 수 있다. 광 가이드 유닛(230)은 어느 하나의 신틸레이터(210)에서 인접한 다른 신틸레이터(210)로 진행하는 광을 가이드할 수 있다.
접착 부재(220)는 서로 인접한 신틸레이터들(210)을 광 가이드 유닛(230)에 접착시킬 수 있다. 예를 들면, 접착 부재(220)는 어느 하나의 신틸레이터(210)를 광 가이드 유닛(230)의 일단에 접착시키고, 인접한 다른 신틸레이터(210)는를 광 가이드 유닛(230)의 타단에 접착시킬 수 있다. 접착 부재(220)는 광학 에폭시(Optical Epoxy)로 이루어질 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
섬광체부(200)의 신틸레이터(210)의 시간 분해능이 1ns라고 가정하면, 공간분해능은 약 30cm 정도가 될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 서로 인접한 신틸레이터들(210) 사이에 신틸레이터(210)가 아닌 광 가이드 유닛(230)을 연결해도 공간 분해능은 크게 영향을 주지 않을 수 있다. 하지만, 서로 인접한 신틸레이터들(210) 사이에 신틸레이터(210)가 아닌 광 가이드 유닛(230)을 사용함으로써, 섬광체부(200)의 성능의 큰 저하 없이 섬광체부(200)의 제작 단가를 낮출 수 있다.

콜리메이터부(100)는 내부에 섬광체부(200)를 수용하는 하우징(105)을 포함할 수 있다. 하우징(105)은 통 형상으로 제공될 수 있다. 하우징(105)은 일 방향으로 길이가 긴 장방형으로 제공될 수 있다.
하우징(105)은 그를 관통하는 수용 홀(120)을 포함할 수 있다. 수용 홀(120)은 하우징(105)의 일단과 타단을 연결할 수 있다. 수용 홀(120)은 섬광체부(200)의 길이 방향에 대응되게 하우징(105)을 관통할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 수용 홀(120)의 길이 방향은 섬광체부(200)의 길이 방향과 평행할 수 있다.

하우징(105)은 고밀도 금속 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들면, 하우징(105)은 텅스텐(W) 또는 납(Pb)으로 이루어질 수 있다. 하우징(105)이 고밀도 금속 재질로 이루어질 경우, 하우징(105)의 입사 홀들(130)은 경사진 방사선(RAY)을 차단하는 콜리메이터(110) 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 여기서, 입사 홀(130)의 높이는 도 1의 콜리메이터(110)의 높이에 대응되고, 입사 홀(130)의 직경은 패싱 공간(PS)의 폭에 대응될 수 있다.
섬광체부(200)는 수용 홀(120) 내에 위치될 수 있다. 또한, 섬광체부(200)는 입사 홀들(130)과 수직하게 중첩될 수 있다.
냉각부(700)는 섬광체부(200)를 냉각시킬 수 있다. 섬광체부(200)는 온도가 일정이상이 도리 경우, 그 성능이 저하되거나 불능 상태로 될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 냉각부(700)는 섬광체부(200)의 온도를 제어함으로써, 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)의 기능의 원활하게 수행되도록 할 수 있다.
실시 예에서, 냉각부(700)는 수용 홀(120) 내로 유체를 공급할 수 있다. 수용 홀(120)로 공급된 유체는 수용 홀(120) 내의 섬광체부(200)를 냉각시킬 수 있다. 유체는 액체 또는 기체일 수 있다. 유체는 하우징(105)의 일단으로 유입되어 하우징(105)의 타단으로 배출될 수 있다.
도 8 및 도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 방사선원 위치 측정 장치를 작동 과정을 나타내는 개략도이다. 설명의 편의를 위해 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하여 설명한 구성에 대해서는 그 설명을 생략하거나 간단히 하기로 한다.
도 8을 참조하면, 선원에서 방사선(RAY)이 발생할 경우, 방사선(RAY)은 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)를 향해 진행될 수 있다. 방사선원 위치 측정 장치(10)의 콜리메이터부(100)에 도달한 방사선(RAY)의 방향은 다양할 수 있다. 콜리메이터부(100)는 섬광체부(200)에 경사진 방사선(RAY)을 차단하고, 섬광체부(200)의 길이 방향과 대략 수직한 방향의 방사선(RAY)만을 통과시킬 수 있다.
도 9을 참조하면, 방사선(RAY)이 콜리메이터부(100)를 통과하여 섬광체부(200)로 입사될 경우, 섬광체부(200)는 방사선(RAY)이 입사된 위치에서 광(LM)을 발생시킬 수 있다. 섬광체부(200)에서 발생된 광(LM)은 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)과 타단(200b)으로 진행할 수 있다.
섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)에서 조사되는 광(L1)은 제1 광 가이드 부재(410)를 통해 제1 광 센서(310)로 도달할 수 있다. 제1 광 센서(310)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)에서 조사된 광(L1)이 도달할 경우, 제1 광 신호(LS1)를 생성하고, 제1 광 신호(LS1)는 위치 정보 획득부(500)로 전송될 수 있다.
섬광체부(200)의 타단(200b)에서 조사되는 광(L2)은 제2 광 가이드 부재(420)를 통해 제2 광 센서(320)로 도달할 수 있다. 제2 광 센서(320)는 섬광체부(200)의 일단(200a)에서 조사된 광(L2)이 도달할 경우, 제2 광 신호(LS2)를 생성하고, 제2 광 신호(LS2)는 위치 정보 획득부(500)로 전송될 수 있다.
위치 정보 획득부(500)는 제1 광 신호(LS1)와 제2 광 신호(LS2)를 이용하여, 섬광체부(200)의 광 발생 위치 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 위치 정보 획득부(500)는 광 발생 위치 정보에 대응되는 방사선 발생 위치 정보(PI, 도 2 참조)를 산출할 수 있다. 방사선 발생 위치 정보(PI)는 출력부(600)로 전송되고, 출력부(600)는 방사선 발생 위치 정보(PI)를 이용하여 기 저장된 맵 정보 상에 표시할 수 있다.

본 발명의 방사선원 위치 측정 장치는 고온 환경에서도 적합한 섬광체부를 사용함으로써 고온 환경에 있는 검사 대상체로 실시간으로 감시할 수 있고, 제작 단가가 낮아 종래의 방사선원 위치 측정 장치보다 경쟁력이 우수하다.

  1. 방사선의 입사방향에 따라 선택적으로 통과시키는 콜리메이터부;
    상기 콜리메이터부를 통과하여 입사된 방사선을 광으로 변환시키는 섬광체부;
    상기 섬광체부의 일단으로부터 입사된 광을 제1 광 신호로 변환시키는 제1 광 센서;
    상기 섬광체부의 타단으로부터 입사된 광을 제2 광 신호로 변환시키는 제2 광 센서; 및
    상기 제2 광 신호와 상기 제2 광 신호를 이용하여 상기 섬광체부의 광 발생 위치 정보를 획득하는 위치 정보 획득부를 포함하는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 위치 정보 획득부는,
    상기 제1 광 신호에 대한 제1 광 에너지 정보와 상기 제2 광 신호에 대한 제2 광 에너지 정보를 생성하고, 생성된 상기 제1 광 에너지 정보와 상기 제2 광 에너지 정보를 이용하여 상기 광 발생 위치 정보를 획득하는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 위치 정보 획득부는,

    상기 섬광체부의 일단과 이격된 상기 제1 광 센서와 상기 섬광체부의 일단 사이에 위치되고, 상기 섬광체부의 일단에서 조사된 광을 상기 제1 광 센서로 가이드하는 제1 광 가이드 부재; 및
    상기 섬광체부의 타단과 이격된 상기 제2 광 센서와 상기 섬광체부의 타단 사이에 위치되고, 상기 섬광체부의 타단에서 조사된 광을 상기 제2 광 센서로 가이드하는 제2 광 가이드 부재를 더 포함하는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 섬광체부의 일단에서 상기 제1 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광의 파장 대역을 상기 제1 광 가이드 부재의 통과 파장 범위로 변환시키는 제1 파장 시프터; 및
    상기 섬광체부의 타단에서 상기 제2 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광의 파장 대역을 상기 제2 광 가이드 부재의 통과 파장 범위로 변환시키는 제2 파장 시프터를 더 포함하는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 섬광체부의 일단에서 상기 제1 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광을 증폭시키는 제1 광 증폭기; 및
    상기 섬광체부의 타단에서 상기 제2 광 가이드 부재로 진행하는 광을 증폭시키는 제2 광 증폭기를 더 포함하는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 섬광체부를 냉각시키는 냉각부를 더 포함하고,
    상기 콜리메이터부는,
    하우징;
    상기 섬광체부의 길이 방향에 대응되게 상기 하우징을 관통하는 수용 홀; 및
    상기 수용 홀로부터 제1 방향으로 연장되어 상기 하우징을 관통하고, 서로 이격되는 복수의 입사 홀들을 포함하고,
    상기 섬광체부는 상기 수용 홀 내에 위치되며, 상기 입사 홀들과 중첩되고,
    상기 냉각부는 상기 수용 홀 내로 유체를 공급하여 상기 섬광체부를 냉각시키는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징은 텅스텐(W) 또는 납(Pb)으로 이루어지는 방사선원 위치 측정 장치.
