背景技术
面包、汉堡包等烘焙食品在制造过程中,都需要经过发酵的过程,一般都是将多个包坯整齐地放置在托盘或者碟子上,然后将托盘或碟子层叠布置,再将层叠布置的托盘或碟子送到发酵箱,等待发酵完成后,再将成品取出来。
其中,可以理解,包坯的定义为:包坯是未经过烘焙或者蒸熟的生制品,经过发酵后成为面包或汉堡包。
但是,现有的技术存在以下缺陷:
1、同时发酵大量面包、汉堡包等食品时,占地面积大,生产效率低。
2、将多个托盘或碟子送入发酵箱也需要时间,而且托盘或碟子的堆叠需要消耗大量的劳动力。
3、现有技术中,采用人工将托盘或碟子送入发酵箱过程中,碟子或托盘容易抖动,导致包坯在烘烤时容易塌陷。
4、现有的包坯在发酵箱内发酵时,受热不均,使得包坯发酵不均匀,口感差。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供食品传输装置,其能够发酵大量面包、汉堡包等食品时,而且大大缩减占地面积,提高生产效率;而且,能够减少堆叠托盘或碟子的工作量。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:

4、虽然发酵室的温度不均匀,但由于包坯由运输载体承托,并沿着导轨的延伸方向移动,使得各包坯能够受热较为均匀,解决了包坯发酵不均匀的问题。

  5. 如权利要求4所述的食品传输装置,其特征在于:所述传输载体还包括行走支架,所述行走支架用于支撑托盘或碟子,所述行走支架固定连接所述链条,并跟随所述链条沿所述导轨的延伸方向移动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的食品传输装置,其特征在于:所述行走支架设有磁铁,所述磁铁用于吸附托盘或碟子。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的食品传输装置,其特征在于:所述行走支架设有行走轮,所述行走轮抵接所述导轨,并能够沿导轨的延伸方向滚动。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的食品传输装置,其特征在于:所述导轨在其延伸方向开设有导向槽,所述行走支架设有换向轮,所述换向轮枢转连接所述行走支 架,所述换向轮用于抵接所述导向槽的面壁。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的食品传输装置,其特征在于:所述食品传输装置设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述传输载体连接,并用于驱动所述传输载体沿导轨的延伸方向移动。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的食品传输装置,其特征在于:所述驱动电机设有多个,各所述驱动电机沿所述导轨的延伸方向间隔布置。
