背景技术
面包、汉堡包等烘焙食品在制造过程中,都需要经过发酵的过程,现有的做法一般都是通过人工将装有包坯的托盘放入发酵箱,然后通过发酵箱对包坯进行发酵,但是,通过人工将托盘放入发酵箱过程中,包坯容易被抖动,导致在发酵箱内烘烤时容易塌陷。
其中,可以理解,包坯的定义为:包坯是未经过烘烤或者蒸熟的生制品,经过发酵后成为面包或汉堡包。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供运载单元,其能够平稳地支撑托盘,从而避免托盘的包坯掉落,同时,解决了通过人工将包坯送入发酵室,从而避免了由于人工运送过程抖动而造成包坯塌陷的现象。
本发明的目的之二在于提供运输小车,其能够运载大量的包坯,并使得运载包坯的过程平稳,并使得包坯的发酵效果更佳。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:

  1. 运载单元,其特征在于,包括:行走支架;安装于所述行走支架的行走轮,所述行走轮用于支撑所述行走支架,并使所述运载单元能够在发酵室内行走;安装于所述行走支架的磁铁,所述磁铁能够吸附用于盛装包坯的托盘,使行走支架能够平稳地支撑和运送托盘。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的运载单元,其特征在于,所述行走支架包括行走主体和支撑主体,所述支撑主体固定于所述行走主体的上方,所述行走轮设于所述行走主体,所述行走支架能够带动所述支撑主体在发酵室内行走,所述支撑主体用于支撑托盘。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的运载单元,其特征在于,所述磁铁设于所述支撑主体,并位于所述支撑主体的顶部,所述磁铁能够与托盘抵接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的运载单元,其特征在于,所述支撑主体位于所述行走轮的正上方。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的运载单元,其特征在于,所述运载单元还包括换向轮,所述换向轮枢转连接所述行走支架,所述换向轮用于抵接安装在发酵室内的导轨,所述导轨用于供所述运载单元沿所述导轨的延伸方向行走,使包坯在发酵室内发酵时处于运动状态。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的运载单元,其特征在于,所述换向轮的轴线与重力方向平行。
  7. 运输小车,包括权利要求1-6中任一项所述的运载单元,其特征在于:所述运载单元设有若干,相邻运载单元之间铰接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的运输小车,其特征在于:当所述运输小车处于爬坡 状态时,处于爬坡状态的相邻运载单元能够沿竖直方向相对转动;当所述运输小车处于水平转弯状态时,处于水平转弯状态的相邻运载单元能够沿水平方向相对转动。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的运输小车,其特征在于:所述运输小车包括铰接座,相邻所述运载单元通过所述铰接座相互连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的运输小车,其特征在于:所述铰接座包括第一铰接件和第二铰接件,所述第一铰接件与第二铰接件铰接,并使所述第一铰接件与第二铰接件能够沿竖直方向作相对转动运动;所述第一铰接件与相邻运载单元的其中一者铰接,所述第二铰接件与另一者铰接,使得所述第一铰接件能够相对于与所述第一铰接件连接的运载单元作水平方向的转动运动,以及使得所述第二铰接件能够相对于与所述第二铰接件连接的运载单元作水平方向的转动运动。
