下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有规定和限定,需要说明的是,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。
下面参照图1和图2描述根据本发明实施例的一种多功能铣边机,铣边机包括机架1和设置在机架1上的工作台2,工作台2上表面的前后两侧设有导轨3,两根导轨3上各设置可沿导轨3左右滑动的铣刀机构4,该铣刀机构4设置在升降杆5上,升降杆5设置在固定块6上,固定块6安装在导轨3内,所述工作台2上在导轨3的内侧还设有两条滑轨7,滑轨7上设置板料夹紧机构,板料夹紧机构具体包括牵引车8和气缸夹紧装置9,气缸夹紧装置9设有四个,其中两个为一组,每组各设置在一根滑轨7上,两组气缸夹紧装置9之间固定连接以相同的运动轨迹在滑轨7上滑动,气缸夹紧装置9通过一连接管材10连接牵引车8,牵引车8具体是一个凸轮小车,工作台2的中间位置处设有传动链条11,传动链条11上连有凸轮小车,所述凸轮小车连有变速箱和电机,小车的车轮12设在传动链条11两侧的车轨上,小车的中心设有凸轮槽13,凸轮槽13内设有凸轮14,凸轮14的前侧连有拉杆15,拉杆15的头部向下弯曲形成一个向下的钩子,钩子向下钩住传动链条11之间的传动导轨16,钩子钩住传动导轨16后由传动导轨16带动小车向前,凸轮14向后运动时带动钩子翘起,凸轮14的后侧设有用于夹住连接管材10的夹块17,所述夹块17在凸轮14向前运动时夹紧,凸轮14向后运动时放松,所述滑轨7上设有限制气缸夹紧装置9向前运动的工位18;工作台2上表面的左侧设 有清洁装置,清洁装置具体包括排风扇24及排风扇24连接的排气管道25,所述排气管道25为多级变容管道,自排风扇至出风口逐级变小,出风口对准铣刀机构4处,工作台1上表面右侧向下凹陷形成凹槽用于容纳废料回收筐26。
作为优选,所述气缸夹紧装置9具体通过气缸固定块19安装在滑轨7内,气缸固定块19上安装气缸20,气缸20上方设置气缸夹爪21夹紧板材。
作为优选,所述机架1下方设有支撑柱22,支撑柱22下方设有支撑垫23。
本发明设计的多功能铣边机,工作台上表面的前后两侧设有导轨,两根导轨上各设置可沿导轨左右滑动的铣刀机构,该铣刀机构设置在升降杆上,这样铣刀机构可根据板材的行程及需要加工的具体数据设定位置,同时根据板材的高度来调节铣刀的高度;所述工作台上在导轨的内侧还设有两条滑轨,滑轨上设置板料夹紧机构,板料夹紧机构具体包括牵引车和气缸夹紧装置,气缸夹紧装置设有四个,其中两个为一组,每组各设置在一根滑轨上,两组气缸夹紧装置之间固定连接以相同的运动轨迹在滑轨上滑动,气缸夹紧装置通过一连接管材连接牵引车,牵引车具体是一个凸轮小车,工作台的中间位置处设有传动链条,传动链条上连有凸轮小车,所述凸轮小车连有变速箱和电机,小车的车轮设在传动链条两侧的车轨上,小车的中心设有凸轮槽,凸轮槽内设有凸轮,凸轮的前侧连有拉杆,拉杆的头部向下弯曲形成一个向下的钩子,钩子向下钩住传动链条之间的传动导轨,钩子钩住传动导轨后由传动导轨带动小车向前,凸轮向后运动时带动钩子翘起,凸轮的后侧设有用于夹住连接管材的夹块,所述夹块在凸轮向前运动时夹紧,凸轮向后运动时放松,这样凸轮小车前端钩子钩住传动导轨时,夹块夹紧连接管材,此时连接管材施加一个向后的拉力,传动导轨施加一个向前的拉力,两个力形成一种平衡,小车随着传动链条的转动拉上连接管材并带动四组气缸夹紧装置一同向前,所述滑轨上设有限制气缸夹紧装置向前运动的工位,气缸夹紧装置运动至该工位时停止向前运动,并通过连接管材向凸轮小车施加向后的拉力,此时凸轮小车受到的向后拉力大于向前的拉力,凸轮向后运动带动钩子翘起,小车停止运动,这样每次板材都会运送至一个固定的工位,大大减少了人工搬运带来的误差,在加工前无需在对其位置进行校对,运送板材时将板材夹紧后将小车的钩子扣入传动导轨即可,省时又省力,气缸夹紧装置的气缸夹爪也十分灵活,气缸夹爪在气缸上可以旋转角度,即气缸夹紧装置既可以在前后夹紧板材,也可以左右夹紧板材,根据板材尺寸灵活调整;工作台上表面的左侧设有清洁装置,清洁装置具体包括排风扇及排风扇连接的排气管道,所述排气管道为多级变容管道,自排风扇至出风口逐级变小,出风口对准铣刀机构处,工作台上表面右侧向下凹陷形成凹槽用于容纳废料回收筐,铣刀机构加工板材过程中会形成废料,为 防止废料积压影响机器运转,特设置清洁装置清洁台面,将废料吹至回收筐内,回收筐集满一定废料后工人直接拿走去处理并换上新的回收筐。

  1. 一种多功能铣边机,其特征在于,铣边机包括机架和设置在机架上的工作台,工作台上表面的前后两侧设有导轨,两根导轨上各设置可沿导轨左右滑动的铣刀机构,该铣刀机构设置在升降杆上,升降杆设置在固定块上,固定块安装在导轨内,所述工作台上在导轨的内侧还设有两条滑轨,滑轨上设置板料夹紧机构,板料夹紧机构具体包括牵引车和气缸夹紧装置,气缸夹紧装置设有四个,其中两个为一组,每组各设置在一根滑轨上,两组气缸夹紧装置之间固定连接以相同的运动轨迹在滑轨上滑动,气缸夹紧装置通过一连接管材连接牵引车,牵引车具体是一个凸轮小车,工作台的中间位置处设有传动链条,传动链条上连有凸轮小车,所述凸轮小车连有变速箱和电机,小车的车轮设在传动链条两侧的车轨上,小车的中心设有凸轮槽,凸轮槽内设有凸轮,凸轮的前侧连有拉杆,拉杆的头部向下弯曲形成一个向下的钩子,钩子向下钩住传动链条之间的传动导轨,钩子钩住传动导轨后由传动导轨带动小车向前,凸轮向后运动时带动钩子翘起,凸轮的后侧设有用于夹住连接管材的夹块,所述夹块在凸轮向前运动时夹紧,凸轮向后运动时放松,所述滑轨上设有限制气缸夹紧装置向前运动的工位;工作台上表面的左侧设有清洁装置,清洁装置具体包括排风扇及排风扇连接的排气管道,所述排气管道为多级变容管道,自排风扇至出风口逐级变小,出风口对准铣刀机构处,工作台上表面右侧向下凹陷形成凹槽用于容纳废料回收筐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铣边机,其特征在于,所述气缸夹紧装置具体通过气缸固定块安装在滑轨内,气缸固定块上安装气缸,气缸上方设置气缸夹爪夹紧板材。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铣边机,其特征在于,所述机架下方设有支撑柱,支撑柱下方设有支撑垫。
