一种快速散热的计算机机箱,解决了机箱散热效率低,内部温度过高会影响电性元件,灰尘极易从散热处进入的问题,包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)的前侧表面设置有开关(2),散热窗(3)的外侧安装有防尘网,防尘网与箱体(1)通过膨胀螺栓(5)连接,箱体(1)的一侧安装有制冷器(6),且箱体(1)的顶部安装有风机,风机的上方套装有保护罩(7),冰块放置盒的顶部内嵌有密封板,且冰块放置盒的内部存放有冰块,冰块放置盒的顶端设置有过滤网,过滤网的下方连接有引流管,引流管的末端设置有储水室,储水室的外侧设置有排水孔。所述机箱散热效率高,通过冰块来降低箱体(1)内部的温度,能够防止灰尘从散热处进入,也进一步提高了防水性和减震性。
Description
本实用新型涉及计算机装置技术领域,尤其是涉及一种快速散热的计算机机箱。
机箱一般包括外壳、支架、面板上的各种开关、指示灯等。外壳用钢板和塑料结合制成,硬度高,主要起保护机箱内部元件的作用;支架主要用于固定主板、电源和各种驱动器。但市场上的机箱散热效率低,内部温度过高会影响电性元件,灰尘极易从散热处进入。
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种快速散热的计算机机箱,有效的解决了机箱散热效率低,内部温度过高会影响电性元件,灰尘极易从散热处进入的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:本实用新型包括箱体,所述箱体的前侧表面设置有开关,开关的下方设置有散热窗,散热窗的外侧安装有防尘网,防尘网与箱体通过膨胀螺栓连接,箱体的一侧安装有制冷器,且箱体的顶部安装有风机,风机的上方套装有保护罩,保护罩的一侧同箱体的内部安装有冰块放置盒,冰块放置盒的顶部内嵌有密封板,且冰块放置盒的内部存放有冰块,冰块放置盒的顶端设置有过滤网,过滤网的下方连接有引流管,引流管的末端设置有储水室,储水室的另一半位于防护门的外部,且储水室的外侧设置有排水孔,开关的输入端电性连接市电,开关的输出端电性连接制冷器和风机的输入端。
优选的,所述保护罩的四角焊接有固定耳,固定耳与箱体通过紧固螺栓连接。
优选的,所述密封板与冰块放置盒的连接处镶嵌有密封圈,且密封板的表面设置有把手。
优选的,所述排水孔的内部填塞有密封塞,密封塞为一种橡胶材质的构件。

实施例一,由图1、图2、图3和图4给出,本实用新型包括箱体1,箱体1的前侧表面设置有开关2,开关2的下方设置有散热窗3,散热窗3的外侧安装有防尘网4,防尘网4与箱体1通过膨胀螺栓5连接,箱体1的一侧安装有制冷器6,且箱体1的顶部安装有风机8,风机8的上方套装有保护罩7,保护罩7的一侧同箱体1的内部安装有冰块放置盒10,冰块放置盒10的顶部内嵌有密封板11,且冰块放置盒10的内部存放有冰块14,冰块放置盒10的顶端设置有过滤网15,过滤网15的下方连接有引流管16,引流管16的末端设置有储水室17,储水室17的另一半位于防护门18的外部,且储水室17的外侧设置有排水孔20,开关2的输入端电性连接市电,开关2的输出端电性连接制冷器6和风机8的输入端,打开箱体1表面的开关2,制冷器6和风机8便也同时运作,制冷器6将箱体1内部的空气制冷,由风机8将其抽出,可快速的进行散热,在风机8外侧套接有保护罩7,对其进行防护,也防止灰尘进入,手握住密封板11表面的把手12,将密封板11取下,冰块14放入冰块放置盒10内部,箱体1内部的热量会将冰块14融化,冰水会通过引流管16流入储水室17中,为避免冰渣掉入引流管16中,造成堵塞,在引流管16的顶端设置有过滤网15,通过冰块14来降低箱体1内部的温度,计算机平常不启动时,可通过前侧的散热窗3进行散热,为避免灰尘或杂物进入,在散热窗3的外部通过膨胀螺栓5安装有防尘网4。
实施例二,在实施例一的基础上,由图3给出,保护罩7的四角焊接有固定耳9,固定耳9与箱体1通过紧固螺栓连接,方便安装拆卸保护罩7,提高清理效率。
实施例三,在实施例一的基础上,由图3给出,密封板11与冰块放置盒10的连接处镶嵌有密封圈13,且密封板11的表面设置有把手12,便于握住把手12将密封板11打开更换冰块14。
实施例四,在实施例一的基础上,排水孔20的内部填塞有密封塞,密封塞为一种橡胶材质的构件,可定期将密封塞取下,让融化了的冰水流出。
实施例五,在实施例一的基础上,由图2给出,箱体1的内侧填充有吸水棉21,吸水棉21的厚度为1cm,可吸取箱体1内部的水分,避免内部组件生锈或发生意外。
实施例六,在实施例一的基础上,由图1给出,箱体1的底端粘接有减震垫,减震垫的表面包裹有防水薄膜,可减小风机8运作产生的振动,也提高了底部的防水性。
本实施例中制冷器6采用FF-36W制冷器,风机8采用DPT18-54A微型抽风机。
本实用新型使用时,打开箱体1表面的开关2,制冷器6和风机8便也同时运作,制冷器6将箱体1内部的空气制冷,由风机8将其抽出,可快速的进行散热,在风机8外侧套接有保护罩7,对其进行防护,也防止灰尘进入,保护罩7的四角焊接有固定耳9,固定耳9与箱体1通过紧固螺栓连接,方便安装拆卸保护罩7,提高清理效率,箱体1的底端粘接有减震垫,减震垫的表面包裹有防水薄膜,可减小风机8运作产生的振动,也提高了底部的防水性,手握住密封板11表面的把手12,将密封板11取下,冰块14放入冰块放置盒10内部,箱体1内部的热量会将冰块14融化,冰水会通过引流管16流入储水室17中,为避免冰渣掉入引流管16中,造成堵塞,在引流管16的顶端设置有过滤网15,通过冰块14来降低箱体1内部的温度,可定期将密封塞取下,让融化了的冰水从排水孔20流出,计算机平常不启动时,可通过前侧的散热窗3进行散热,为避免灰尘或杂物进入,在散热窗3的外部通过膨胀螺栓5安装有防尘网4,箱体1的内侧填充有吸水棉21,吸水棉21的厚度为1cm,可吸取箱体1内部的水分,避免内部组件生锈或发生意外。
