如图1所述,本实用新型包括设于车架上的车斗1、车轮及其驱动电机2、电器盒3,电器盒3里装置有锂电池、控制器等等。所述车架包括前车架4和后车架5,所述前车架4的后端为开放端,所述前车架4的开放端分别与后车架5的前端一一对应并以可拆卸方式连接;所述车轮包括固定在前车架4上的前车轮6和固定在后车架5上的后车轮7,所述后车轮7为转向车轮。
所述后车架5包括连接部51和把手部52,所述连接部51的侧视投影呈J状,连接部51的前端与前车架4的开放端连接,所述把手部52固定在连接部51的后端,把手部52和连接部51为整体结构。
结合图1、图3和图6所示,所述连接部51的前端所在水平高度小于连接部51的后端所在水平高度,所述前车架4的开放端所在水平高度大于连接部51前端所在水平高度。
结合图1、图7和图8所示,前车架4的开放端向下弯曲,开放端的端部直径大于连接部51前端的直径,连接部51的前端插入前车 架4的开放端并通过贯穿两者的螺栓53固定。
如图1所示,后车轮7固定在连接部51弯曲部分的最下端。如图8所示,在连接部51弯曲部分的最下端设有连接片54,后车轮7选择现有技术中使用在脚手架上的万向轮即可。
如图6、图7所示,所述前车架4的俯视投影呈V字形。
结合图3和图5所示,所述车斗1的后部嵌入后车架5的把手部52之间,车斗1的后侧壁与把手部52固定连接。具体的,车斗1的两侧侧壁可以分别与把手部52通过螺栓固定;也可以是在把手部52上靠近连接部51的位置设有固定支架55,车斗1的后侧壁再与固定支架55通过螺栓固定连接。
如图6所示,在前车架4的开放端之间水平设有前支撑板41,所述后车架5上靠近连接部末端的位置设有后支撑板56,所述前支撑板41和后支撑板56的上表面在同一平面,所述车斗1的底部的前端和后端分别与前支撑板41和后支撑板56固定连接。前支撑板41和前车架4之间、后支撑板56和后车架5之间的连接方式同样为可拆卸连接,即通过螺栓固定连接。
所述电器盒3的前端和后端分别固定在前支撑板41和后支撑板56的下面。
所述前车轮6设于前车架4的前端内。而驱动电机2改进的技术方案有两种,第一种是所述驱动电机2设于前车轮6的其中一侧,驱动电机2与前车架4固定连接,驱动电机2选择电动车上常用的永磁直流有刷减速电机,因此驱动电机2还包括减速箱23,在前车架4 靠近前车轮6的位置设有一竖直向下的连接板21,那么在本实施例中的驱动电机2是通过减速箱23后侧处的外壳固定连接板21上,而驱动电机2的动力输出轴即减速箱23的动力输出轴20,前车轮6与减速箱23的动力输出轴20传动连接。
具体实施时,如图9所示,前车轮6包括轮毂60,而轮轴则包括在轮毂60的圆心处的两侧分别垂直设有的轮轴61和轮轴62,轮轴61和轮轴62的轴心线在同一直线上且垂直固定在轮毂60上,三者为整体结构,轮毂60随轮轴61、轮轴62同轴转动。而位于驱动电机2的这一侧的轮轴62为空心管状,其内径大小等于动力输出轴20的外径,动力输出轴20插入轮轴62内。两者再通过插销64或者螺母固定。如图10所示,在轮轴62上设有插孔63。如此便可以实现驱动电机2的动力传送。
本实用新型驱动电机2的另一种改进方案则是,如图11所示,前车轮6同样设于前车架4的前端内,而驱动电机2则是为设于前车轮6轮毂内的轮毂电机24,轮毂电机24的转轴25固定在前车架4的两侧。具体实施时,前车轮6根据推车使用条件等参数来选择现有技术中电动车常用的带有轮毂电机的车轮即可,安装方式和结构也和现有技术中电动车的车轮安装方式相同,在前车架4两侧设有连接件43,转轴25通过螺栓44与连接件43固定连接。
选用轮毂电机结构比带有减速箱的永磁直流有刷减速电机的结构更简洁,不过前者的成本要高于后者,因此两种驱动电机可以依市场的需要而生产。
在后支架5的把手部52末端的右手边设置一个手控器8,用于调节电动推车的启动、停止以及行驶速度等等。驱动电机2、电器盒3里的锂电池、控制器以及手控器8之间的连接电路都是现有技术中常用的,比如电动车的电路,因此并非本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在本实施例中就不多赘述。
所述车斗1的前侧壁底部向后倾斜,所述前车架4的前端设有门形的固定架42,所述固定架42的两侧底部固定在两侧前车架4上,固定架42的顶部与车斗1的前侧壁固定连接。
Claims (10)
- 一种电动推车,包括设于车架上的车斗、车轮及其驱动电机、电器盒,其特征在于:所述车架包括前车架和后车架,所述前车架的后端为开放端,所述前车架的开放端分别与后车架的前端一一对应并以可拆卸方式连接;所述车轮包括固定在前车架上的前车轮和固定在后车架上的后车轮,所述后车轮为转向车轮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述后车架包括连接部和把手部,所述连接部的侧视投影呈J状,连接部的前端与前车架的开放端连接,所述把手部固定在连接部的后端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述连接部的前端所在水平高度小于连接部的后端所在水平高度,所述前车架的开放端所在水平高度大于连接部前端所在水平高度,前车架的开放端向下弯曲,开放端的端部直径大于连接部前端的直径,连接部的前端插入前车架的开放端并通过贯穿两者的螺栓固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述后车轮固定在连接部弯曲部分的最下端。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述前车架的俯视投影呈V字形。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述车斗的后部嵌入后车架的把手部之间,车斗的后侧壁与把手部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述前 车架的开放端之间水平设有前支撑板,所述后车架上靠近连接部末端的位置设有后支撑板,所述前支撑板和后支撑板的上表面在同一平面,所述车斗的底部的前端和后端分别与前支撑板和后支撑板固定连接;所述电器盒的前端和后端分别固定在前支撑板和后支撑板的下面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述前车轮设于前车架的前端内,所述驱动电机设于前车轮的其中一侧,驱动电机与前车架固定连接,在前车轮的圆心处垂直设有轮轴,前车轮与轮轴同轴转动,在与驱动电机相对的另一侧前车架上设有轴承座,所述轮轴一端与轴承座转动连接,另一端为空心管状,其内径大小等于驱动电机的动力输出轴的外径,所述动力输出轴插入空心管状的轮轴内,所述动力输出轴与轮轴同轴转动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述前车轮设于前车架的前端内,所述驱动电机为设于前车轮的轮毂内的轮毂电机,轮毂电机的转轴固定在前车架两侧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动推车,其特征在于:所述车斗的前侧壁底部向后倾斜,所述前车架的前端设有门形的固定架,所述固定架的两侧底部固定在两侧前车架上,固定架的顶部与车斗的前侧壁固定连接。
