技术领域
本公开涉及医学影像技术领域,例如涉及一种医学影像应用信息传输方法、装置、设备及介质。
背景技术
医学影像应用(如磁共振的序列,电子计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT)的后处理方法等)是医学影像设备必不可少的组成部分,在某种意义上决定了该影像设备的应用范围和档次。
影像设备可以安装一系列的应用,不同的影像设备可能有不同的应用需求,比如某些设备需要心脏成像应用,而某些设备需要功能成像应用。不同型号的医学影像设备可安装的医学影像应用也不同。例如,某些型号的影像设备可以安装最新的医学影像应用,而某些型号的影像设备只能安装部分应用。医学影像设备中的医学影像应用主要通过设备厂商和影像设备使用方安装。在影像设备出厂前,设备厂商在影像设备中采取预装软件的方式进行医学影像应用的安装,后期医学影像应用的升级则采取发送升级包或者安装包的模式。
由此可见,应用升级或者新应用安装都是通过发送软件包手动进行安装和升级,安装不方便,并且针对不同的设备,很难去有效的管理。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种医学影像应用信息传输方法、装置、设备及介质,以实现自动完成影像设备所对应的医学影像应用的安装及升级,有效的管理影像设备中的医学影像应用。
本公开提供了一种医学影像应用信息传输方法,包括:
根据接收的应用访问请求,确定所述应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并 获取所述影像设备的应用权限;
根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向所述影像设备传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
本公开还提供了一种医学影像应用信息传输装置,包括:

实施例一
图1是一实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法的流程图,本实施例可适用于向医学影像设备传输医学影像应用,以使医学影像设备对医学影像应用进行安装或升级的情形。该方法可以由医学影像应用信息传输装置执行,该医学影像应用信息传输装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,例如,该医学影像应用信息传输装置可配置于医学影像应用信息传输设备中。如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤。
S110、根据接收的应用访问请求,确定应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取影像设备的应用权限。
在一实施例中,影像设备可以为任意用于医学成像的医学影像设备,如磁共振成像设备、X射线计算机断层扫描设备、数字化X射线成像设备、核素成像设备或超声成像设备等。在本实施例中,当需要在影像设备中安装医学影像应用或升级影像设备中已有的医学影像应用时,影像设备用户可以通过点击影像设备中的应用商店标识进入应用商店,此时影像设备向应用商店发送进入应用商店的请求,即应用访问请求。应用商店根据接收到的应用访问请求确定发送应用访问请求的影像设备。在一实施例中,影像设备中发送的应用访问请求中包含有影像设备的设备标识,应用商店根据应用访问请求中的设备标识确定发送应用访问请求的影像设备。
在本实施例中,应用商店还需获取发送应用访问请求的影像设备的应用权限。在一实施例中,应用商店可以在接收到影像设备发送的应用访问请求后,向影像设备发送应用权限获取指令。影像设备根据应用权限获取指令将存储在影像设备中的应用权限发送至应用商店,应用商店获取影像设备发送的应用权限。在一实施例中,影像设备也可以在发送应用访问请求的同时将该影像设备的应用权限发送至应用商店。
S120、根据影像设备的应用权限确定与影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并 向影像设备传输医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
在一实施例中,不同型号、不同类型的影像设备所适用的医学影像应用不同。为了便于影像设备用户在影像设备上安装适合该影像设备的医学影像应用,避免所安装的医学影像应用在影像设备中不可用或出现运行故障,在本实施例中,应用商店仅将适合影像设备的医学影像应用信息传输至该影像设备。在一实施例中,可以先将适合影像设备的医学影像应用介绍信息传输至该影像设备,当检测到影像设备触发的查看或下载请求时,再根据影像设备触发的查看或下载请求反馈该医学影像应用的详细信息。
在一实施例中,影像设备的应用权限决定了该影像设备可以使用的医学影像应用。根据影像设备的应用权限确定与该应用权限对应的至少一个医学影像应用,并将确定的医学影像应用作为与该影像设备对应的医学影像应用,将该影像设备对应的医学影像应用信息传输至影像设备。在一实施例中,应用商店可以将与该影像设备对应的医学影像应用形成应用列表,通过影像设备中应用商店的前端交互界面显示,以便影像设备用户对所传输的医学影像应用执行浏览、购买、下载或试用等操作。
本实施例根据影像设备的应用权限向影像设备传输适合该影像设备的医学影像应用信息,以使影像设备用户对所传输的医学影像应用进行浏览、购买等操作,使得影像设备出厂时设备厂商只需预装基础软件,其他个性化的软件可以由影像设备用户通过应用商店自主安装,减少了设备厂商的软件成本,也实现了在需要对影像设备上安装或升级医学影像应用时,自动为影像设备传输该影像设备可用的医学影像应用信息,完成影像设备所对应的医学影像应用的安装及升级,降低了医学影像应用安装所需的人力和时间成本,并且能够对影像设备中的医学影像应用进行有效的管理降低了影像设备的系统维护成本,充分保障了软件开发方、设备厂商及影像设备用户各自的权益。
在上述方案的基础上,还包括:接收待开发医学影像应用的开发请求,并显示开发请求。
在传统的医学影像应用开发模式中,医学影像应用开发方很难了解到设备厂商及影像设备用户的需求,设备厂商及用户也需要较长的时间才能了解到应用开发方最近的开发成果。在本实施例中,设备厂商及影像设备用户可以通过 应用商店发布医学影像应用的开发需求,应用商店接收待开发医学影像应用的开发请求,并显示在前端交互界面上。在一实施例中,开发需求中明确规定了待开发医学影像应用的目的、要求和指标等信息。应用开发方可以通过应用商店的消息推送看到当前的开发需求列表,并根据自身的兴趣及优势选择开发项目,在设备厂商所提供的应用开发环境中进行待开发医学影像应用的开发。

在一实施例中,所述方法还包括:接收待开发医学影像应用的开发进度,并显示开发进度。在本实施例中,已授权的应用开发方还可以编辑开发中的医学影像应用的开发进度。在一实施例中,已授权的应用开发方可以为应用商店中所有经设备厂商授权的研发单元。在一实施例中,开发进度可以由应用开发方以文字编辑的方式写入,也可以由应用开发方在已有的开发进度菜单中选取。在一实施例中,开发进度可以为:开发阶段、调试阶段等。
在本实施例中,通过接收并显示待开发医学影像应用的开发请求及待开发医学影像应用的开发进度,使得设备厂商和影像设备用户能够及时发布医学影像应用开发需求,及时了解应用开发方的开发进度及最新成果,也使得应用开发方能够及时了解设备厂商和影像设备用户的需求,极大的降低了多个方面沟通所需的时间成本,提高了医学影像应用开发的转化效率。
实施例二
图2是另一实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法的流程图,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上进行说明。如图2所示,该方法包括如下步骤。
S210、根据接收的应用访问请求,确定应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取影像设备的权限文件,和/或影像设备的安装环境信息。
S220、将权限文件中所包含的访问授权文件所对应的医学影像应用作为与影像设备对应的医学影像应用;和/或,将满足影像设备的安装环境信息的医学影像应用作为与影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向影像设备传输医学影像应 用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
在本实施例中,影像设备的应用权限为影像设备中存储的权限文件,和/或影像设备的安装环境信息,并基于影像设备的权限文件和/或安装环境信息确定待传输的医学影像应用。

图3是另一实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法的流程图,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上进行说明。如图3所示,该方法包括如下步骤。
S310、接收待上传医学影像应用的上传请求,并验证待上传医学影像应用的上传授权文件。

在一实施例中,待审核医学影像应用的审核请求中包括待审核医学影像应用及待审核医学影像应用所对应的设备厂商标识。在一实施例中,若待审核医学影像应用与设备厂商或影像设备用户所发布的开发需求对应,则可以根据开发需求确定待审核医学影像应用所对应的设备厂商。若待审核医学影像应用与开发需求无对应关系,可以使应用开发方发送审核请求时编辑该待审核医学影像应用所对应的设备厂商,应用商店可以从审核请求中获取待审核医学影像应用所对应的设备厂商。
在本实施例中,应用商店将待审核医学影像应用的审核请求发送至对应的设备厂商,设备厂商对该待审核医学影像应用进行审核,并将对审核通过的待审核医学影像应用下发的上传授权文件发送至应用商店,使得应用商店将上传授权文件发送到应用开发方,以使应用开发方携带该上传授权文件向应用商店发送该应用的上传请求。
S330、根据接收的应用访问请求,确定应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取影像设备的应用权限。
S340、根据影像设备的应用权限确定与影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向影像设备传输医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
本实施例对医学影像应用的上传操作及根据影像设备的应用权限向影像设备传输医学影像应用信息的操作顺序不做限制。也就是说,可以先执行本实施例所提供的S310-S320中的操作步骤完成对医学影像应用的上传,再执行本实施例所提供的S330-S340中的操作步骤完成对影像设备的医学影像应用信息的传输。也可以先执行本实施例所提供的S330-S340中的操作步骤完成对影像设备的医学影像应用信息的传输,再执行本实施例所提供的S310-S320中的操作步骤完成对医学影像应用的上传。
本实施例的技术方案,在上述实施例的基础上增加了上传医学影像应用的操作,通过接收待上传医学影像应用的上传请求,并验证待上传医学影像应用 的上传授权文件。若待上传医学影像应用的上传授权文件验证通过,则上传待上传医学影像应用,使得只有设备厂商审核通过的医学影像应用才能供影像设备用户浏览及使用,保证了影像设备用户所使用的医学影像应用均经过了厂商的许可和严格测试,避免不可控的危害,降低系统维护成本。
在上述方案的基础上,所述上传所述待上传医学影像应用,包括:根据所述待上传医学影像应用的属性信息,形成所述待上传医学影像应用的访问授权文件;上传所述待上传医学影像应用的访问授权文件。
在一实施例中,在将待上传医学影像应用上传至应用商店时,需要将该医学影像应用所对应的访问授权文件也上传至应用商店。在一实施例中,访问授权文件中记录了可以浏览及安装该医学影像应用的条件,只有符合访问授权文件中所记录的条件的影像设备才可以浏览或安装该医学影像应用。在一实施例中,访问授权文件可以由待上传医学影像应用的属性信息形成。例如,待上传医学影像应用的属性中记载有该应用适用于配置有头颈一体化线圈的磁共振系统,则将配置有头颈一体化线圈记录至授权文件中。在一实施例中,还可以将该医学影像应用的试用期限同时上传至应用商店。将待上传医学影像应用的访问授权文件和待上传医学影像应用上传至应用商店,可以根据待上传医学影像应用的授权文件进行医学影像应用信息的传输,使得向影像设备传输的医学影像应用信息所对应的医学影像应用更加适合该影像设备,使医学影像应用信息的传输更加精准。
实施例四
图4是另一实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法的流程图,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上进行说明。如图4所示,该方法包括如下步骤。
S410、根据接收的应用访问请求,确定应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取影像设备的应用权限。
S420、根据影像设备的应用权限确定与影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向影像设备传输医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
S430、接收影像设备的医学影像应用下载请求,并将应用下载请求所对应 的医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至影像设备,以使影像设备将访问授权文件写入权限文件中。
在本实施例中,将适合影像设备的医学影像应用信息传输至影像设备后,影像设备用户可以对医学影像应用列表中的医学影像应用进行浏览,并对感兴趣的医学影像应用进行下载。当影像设备用户通过影像设备中的应用商店的前端交互界面触发某一医学影像应用的下载操作时,应用商店接收影像设备发送的应用下载请求,并对该应用下载请求进行审核,若审核通过,则允许影像设备下载并安装该医学影像应用,并将该医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至该影像设备,以使影像设备将该访问授权文件写入权限文件中,使得下载的医学影像应用可以使用。
在一实施例中,医学影像应用的应用下载请求包括试用请求和购买请求。若用户希望试用某一医学影像应用,则通过应用商店的前端交互界面触发该医学影像应用的试用操作,应用商店接收到该使用请求后,对该试用请求进行审核,若审核通过,则将该医学影像应用的访问授权文件及试用期限发送至该影像设备,使得影像设备将访问授权文件及试用期限写入权限文件中,使得安装的医学影像应用可以使用。若该医学影像应用的试用期到期,则自动将影像设备的权限文件中的访问授权文件删除,删除访问授权文件后,该医学影像应用不可用。
在一实施例中,若接收到的医学影像应用下载请求为购买请求,则在用户购买操作完成后,检测该影像设备中该医学影像应用的状态,并根据医学影像应用的状态执行相应的操作,以使影像设备更新权限文件中的访问授权文件。在一实施例中,用户购买医学影像应用的方式不做限制,例如,可以通过支票、银行转账等方式购买医学影像应用。
在一实施例中,医学影像应用的状态可以为未安装、试用中及试用期已到。若医学影像应用的状态为未安装或试用期已到,则直接将该医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至影像设备,以使影像设备将访问授权文件写入权限文件中。若医学影像应用的状态为试用中,则向影像设备发送控制指令,控制影像设备将权限文件中的使用期限删除。
本实施例的技术方案,在上述实施例的基础上增加了接收影像设备的医学 影像应用下载请求并将应用下载请求所对应的医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至影像设备的操作,实现根据影像设备用户的需求对影像设备中对应的医学影像应用进行安装或升级,为影像设备用户提供更加精准的医学影像应用的安装或升级服务。
在上述方案的基础上,还包括:
接收医学影像应用的反馈信息,并将反馈信息推送至应用开发方和/或设备厂商。
在一实施例中,影像设备用户还可以通过应用商店进行医学影像应用的反馈,用户在试用和使用过程中均可以通过应用商店的前端交互界面编辑意见和建议,实现对医学影像应用的反馈。
实施例五
图5是一实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输装置的结构示意图。该医学影像应用信息传输装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,例如该医学影像应用信息传输装置可以配置于医学影像应用信息传输设备中,如图5所示,所述装置包括:应用权限获取模块510,设置为根据接收的应用请求,确定所述应用请求所对应的影像设备,并获取所述影像设备的应用权限;应用信息传输模块520,设置为根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向所述影像设备传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
本实施例通过应用信息传输模块根据接收的应用访问请求,确定所述应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取所述影像设备的应用权限;应用信息传输模块根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向所述影像设备传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息,实现了自动为影像设备传输该影像设备可用的医学影像应用信息,且能够自动完成影像设备所对应的医学影像应用的安装及升级,降低了医学影像应用安装所需的人力和时间成本,并且能够对影像设备中的医学影像应用进行有效的管理,降低了影像设备的系统维护成本。
在上述方案的基础上,所述应用权限获取模块510是设置为通过如下方式 获取所述影像设备的应用权限:根据接收的应用请求,确定所述应用请求所对应的影像设备,并获取所述影像设备的权限文件,和/或所述影像设备的安装环境信息。
在上述方案的基础上,所述应用信息传输模块520是设置为通过如下方式根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用:将所述权限文件中所包含的访问授权文件所对应的医学影像应用作为与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用;和/或将满足所述影像设备的安装环境信息的医学影像应用作为与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用。
在上述方案的基础上,所述装置还包括:上传授权验证模块,设置为接收待上传医学影像应用的上传请求,并验证所述待上传医学影像应用的上传授权文件;应用上传模块,设置为若所述待上传医学影像应用的上传授权文件验证通过,则上传所述待上传医学影像应用。
在上述方案的基础上,所述应用上传模块包括:访问授权形成单元,设置为根据所述待上传医学影像应用的属性信息,形成所述待上传医学影像应用的访问授权文件;访问授权上传单元,设置为上传所述待上传医学影像应用的访问授权文件。
在上述方案的基础上,所述装置还包括:下载请求响应模块,设置为在向所述影像设备传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息之后,接收所述影像设备的医学影像应用下载请求,并将所述应用下载请求所对应的医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至影像设备,以使所述影像设备将所述访问授权文件写入权限文件中。
在上述方案的基础上,所述装置还包括:开发请求显示模块,设置为接收待开发医学影像应用的开发请求,并显示所述开发请求。
本实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输装置可执行任意实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
实施例六
图6是一实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输设备的结构示意图。图6 示出了适于用来实现本公开实施方式的示例性医学影像应用信息传输设备612的框图。图6显示的医学影像应用信息传输设备612仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,医学影像应用信息传输设备612以通用计算设备的形式表现。医学影像应用信息传输设备612的组件可以包括但不限于:一个或者多个处理器616,系统存储器628,连接不同系统组件(包括系统存储器628和处理器616)的总线618。
总线618表示几类总线结构中的一种或多种,包括存储器总线或者存储器控制器,外围总线,图形加速端口,处理器616或者使用多种总线结构中的任意总线结构的局域总线。举例来说,这些体系结构包括但不限于工业标准体系结构(Industry Subversive Alliance,ISA)总线,微通道体系结构(Micro Channel Architecture,MAC)总线,增强型ISA总线、视频电子标准协会(Video Electronics Standards Association,VESA)局域总线以及外围组件互连(Peripheral Component Interconnect,PCI)总线。
医学影像应用信息传输设备612包括多种计算机系统可读介质。这些介质可以是任何能够被医学影像应用信息传输设备612访问的可用介质,包括易失性和非易失性介质,可移动的和不可移动的介质。
系统存储器628可以包括易失性存储器形式的计算机系统可读介质,例如随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)630和/或高速缓存存储器632。医学影像应用信息传输设备612可以包括其它可移动/不可移动的、易失性/非易失性计算机系统存储介质。仅作为举例,存储装置634可以设置为读写不可移动的、非易失性磁介质(图6未显示,通常称为“硬盘驱动器”)。尽管图6中未示出,可以提供设置为对可移动非易失性磁盘(例如“软盘”)读写的磁盘驱动器,以及对可移动非易失性光盘(例如紧凑磁盘只读存储器(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM),数字视盘(Digital Video Disc-Read Only Memory,DVD-ROM)或者其它光介质)读写的光盘驱动器。在这些情况下,每个驱动器可以通过一个或者多个数据介质接口与总线618相连。存储器628可以包括至少一个程序产品,该程序产品具有一组(例如至少一个)程序模块,这些程序模块被配置以执行本公开任意实施例的功能。
具有一组(至少一个)程序模块642的程序/实用工具640,可以存储在例如存储器628中,这样的程序模块642包括但不限于操作系统、一个或者多个应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或某种组合中可能包括网络环境的实现。程序模块642通常执行本公开所描述的实施例中的功能和/或方法。
医学影像应用信息传输设备612也可以与一个或多个外部设备614(例如键盘、指向设备、显示器624等)通信,还可与一个或者多个使得用户能与该医学影像应用信息传输设备612交互的设备通信,和/或与使得该医学影像应用信息传输设备612能与一个或多个其它计算设备进行通信的任何设备(例如网卡,调制解调器等等)通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口622进行。并且,医学影像应用信息传输设备612还可以通过网络适配器620与一个或者多个网络(例如局域网(Local Area Network,LAN),广域网(Wide Area Network,WAN)和/或公共网络,例如因特网)通信。如图所示,网络适配器620通过总线618与医学影像应用信息传输设备612的其它模块通信。尽管图6中未示出,可以结合医学影像应用信息传输设备612使用其它硬件和/或软件模块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理单元、外部磁盘驱动阵列、RAID系统、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储系统等。
处理器616通过运行存储在系统存储器628中的程序,从而执行至少一种功能应用以及数据处理,例如实现本公开实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法,该方法包括:根据接收的应用访问请求,确定所述应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取所述影像设备的应用权限;根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向所述影像设备医学影像应用传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
处理器还可以实现本公开任意实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法的技术方案。
实施例七
本实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如本公开实施例所提供的医学影像 应用信息传输方法,该方法包括:根据接收的应用访问请求,确定所述应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取所述影像设备的应用权限;根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向所述影像设备医学影像应用传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
本实施例所提供的一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储的计算机程序不限于如上所述的方法操作,还可以执行本公开任意实施例所提供的医学影像应用信息传输方法中的相关操作。
本实施例的计算机存储介质,可以采用一个或多个计算机可读的介质的任意组合。计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的例子(非穷举的列表)包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、RAM、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM)或闪存、光纤、CD-ROM、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本文件中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与指令执行系统、装置或者器件结合使用。
计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与指令执行系统、装置或者器件结合使用的程序。
计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括——但不限于无线、电线、光缆、射频(Radio Frequency,RF)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或多种程序设计语言组合来编写用于执行本公开操作的计算机程序代码,所述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语 言-诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言-诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括LAN或WAN-连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种医学影像应用信息传输方法,包括:
    根据接收的应用访问请求,确定所述应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取所述影像设备的应用权限;
    根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用,并向所述影像设备传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述影像设备的应用权限,包括:
    获取所述影像设备的权限文件和所述影像设备的安装环境信息中的至少之一。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用,包括以下至少之一:
    将所述权限文件中所包含的访问授权文件所对应的医学影像应用作为与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用;以及,
    将满足所述影像设备的安装环境信息的医学影像应用作为与所述影像设备对应的医学影像应用。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,还包括:
    接收待上传医学影像应用的上传请求,并验证所述待上传医学影像应用的上传授权文件;
    若所述待上传医学影像应用的上传授权文件验证通过,则上传所述待上传医学影像应用。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述上传所述待上传医学影像应用,包括:
    根据所述待上传医学影像应用的属性信息,形成所述待上传医学影像应用的访问授权文件;
    上传所述待上传医学影像应用的访问授权文件。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,在向所述影像设备传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息之后,还包括:
    接收所述影像设备的医学影像应用下载请求,并将所述应用下载请求所对应的医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至影像设备,以使所述影像设备将所述访问授权文件写入权限文件中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述应用下载请求包括试用请求,所述将所述应用下载请求所对应的医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至影像设备,以使所述影像设备将所述访问授权文件写入权限文件中,包括:
    对所述试用请求进行审核,若审核通过,则将所述试用请求所对应的医学影像应用的访问授权文件及试用期限发送至所述影像设备,以使所述影像设备将所述访问授权文件及所述试用期限写入权限文件中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述应用下载请求包括购买请求,所述将所述应用下载请求所对应的医学影像应用的访问授权文件发送至影像设备,以使所述影像设备将所述访问授权文件写入权限文件中,包括:
    当检测到所述购买请求的购买操作时,根据所述影像设备中所述医学影像应用的状态,更新所述影像设备中权限文件中的访问授权文件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    接收待开发医学影像应用的开发请求,并显示所述开发请求。
  10. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述上传请求中包括上传授权文件;
    在接收待上传医学影像应用的上传请求之前,还包括:
    接收待审核医学影像应用的审核请求,并确定所述待审核医学影像应用所对应的设备厂商;
    将所述审核请求推送至所述设备厂商,接收所述设备厂商对所述待审核医学影像应用下发的所述上传授权文件。
  11. 一种医学影像应用信息传输装置,包括:
    应用权限获取模块,设置为根据接收的应用访问请求,确定所述应用访问请求所对应的影像设备,并获取所述影像设备的应用权限;
    应用信息传输模块,设置为根据所述影像设备的应用权限确定与所述影像 设备对应的医学影像应用,并将向所述影像设备传输所述医学影像应用所对应的医学影像应用信息。
  12. 一种医学影像应用信息传输设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;
    存储装置,设置为存储至少一个程序;
    当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,使得所述至少一个处理器实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的医学影像应用信息传输方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的医学影像应用信息传输方法。
