动物的生理指标血糖等,在动物的生命活动中起到至关重要的作用。在人生命活动中,血糖的紊乱出现低血糖或者糖尿病。低血糖会导致昏迷,大脑长时间的低血糖也会导致脑死亡,而糖尿病是目前世界流行病的高发病。糖尿病和低血糖的发病机理是目前研究的热点话题。由于啮齿类动物和人生理机能在进化上差别极大,造成啮齿类动物研究成果不能直接运用到人上。非人灵长类动物生理机能和人类最接近,研究机理能直接类比到人类中。
啮齿类动物血糖实时监测用植入子的方法,将血糖植入子埋置在啮齿类动物动脉,实现24小时连续监测血糖,血糖数据通过无线传播技术,输出在电脑终端。人类中,血糖实时监测的产品层出不穷。
然而,非人灵长类动物体型大,手术难度大,活动度强,啮齿类动物上的血糖植入子不能运用到猴子中。而用在人中的血糖监测器不容易在猴子中固定。
目前,还没有可以方便监测非人灵长类动物(除狨猴外)血糖的设备和方法。
本发明旨在至少解决上述技术问题之一,提供了一种非人灵长类动物外置监测器固定装置和外置监测系统,其可以实现无创伤测量,安全可靠性佳。

具体应用中,锁环30外侧可以套有环形布套,环形布套内可以填充有海绵层。
外置监测器20内置有无创检测模块、无线发送模块或无线收发模块和电池。具体地,外置监测器20可为无创式血糖监测器,其具有无线发送功能,可以将血糖数据通过无线传输的方式发送给指定的接收装置,例如电脑、智能手机、平板电脑等。
本发明实施例还提供了一种非人灵长类动物外置监测系统,可使用上述的外置监测器固定装置,具体地,包括外置监测器20、可放置外置监测器20的手套和用于固定手套且内径可调的锁环30,手套具有开口部11,锁环30连接于手套的开口处,外置监测器20具有无线发射模块,非人灵长类动物外置监测系统还包括与外置监测器20配合的接收终端。手套可以穿戴于猴子的手部,手套的开口部11对应于猴子的腕部,锁环30连接于手套且可套于猴子的腕部,从而防止手套从猴子手部脱落,外置监测器20置于手套内且与猴子的体表接触,进而可以进行相应的生理数据监测,例如测量猴子的血糖等。这样,可以实现无创伤测量,与植入子技术相比,不需要用手术将植入子埋置入猴子血管中,安全便捷。其次,与人类的实时动态监测血糖相比,能很好解决由于猴子好动天性引起的生理监测仪脱落的情况,可以方便地监测非人灵长类动物(除狨猴外)的相关生理数据(例如血糖数据) 。
具体地,外置监测器20为具有无线通讯模块的血糖监测器,接收终端为电脑。外置监测器20除了内置有无创(血糖)测量模块、电池外,还可以内置有无线通讯模块,无线通讯模块可为3G或4G通讯模块或蓝牙模块或WIFI模块或ZIGBEE模块等。
具体地,手套可为防割手套,例如钢丝手套10(软钢丝手套10),可由不锈钢钢环和不锈钢圈独立焊接穿编而成,其柔韧性好、防割性能和耐磨性能佳,可防止因抓扯而损坏,结构可靠且不影响猴子的正常活动,猴子可以照常进食、攀爬等。钢丝手套10的大小按猴子手大小定制,大小可刚好适合猴子手形,可为五指式钢丝手套10,能够很好地固定外置监测器20。具体应用中,钢丝手套10的内侧可以设置有内衬,例如布质内衬或海绵内衬,其透气且具有一定的防护作用。钢丝手套10的外侧可以设置防护层,例如布质防护层。
具体地,手套对应手背处具有用于容纳外置监测器20的袋体,即手套可以特制一个连通于手套内部空间的一个袋体,袋体可呈相对于手套手背处的一个凸包状。外置监测器20可以放置于袋体内并与猴子的体表接触,可以有效地固定外置监测器20,监测效果佳。袋体可以位于手背处或手指处等合适位置。袋体的大小、形状可与外置监测器20的大小形状匹配。袋体处可以不设置有钢丝,以利于外置监测器20无线信号的传输。当然,具体应用中,也可以不设置袋体。
具体地,钢丝手套10焊接于锁环30,或者,钢丝手套10设置有连接耳,锁环30穿过于连接耳,即手套的开口处通过一体编织预留有用于供锁环30穿过的结构,也可以有效地将钢丝手套10固定于猴子手上。本实施例中,手铐结构(锁环30)焊接在钢丝手套10上,保护生理监测仪,不被猴子由于好动的天性而损坏生理监测仪(外置监测器20),且生理监测仪可以稳定可靠地与被测对象的体表接触,测量结果更准确、可靠。当然,也可以将钢丝手套10上开口部11的边缘翻过锁环30后焊接于钢丝手套10上,在锁环30的锁闭处留出操作位置即可,也可以实现将钢丝手套10与锁环30的固定。
具体地,锁环30可呈单个的手铐状,锁环30包括可相对活动的第一锁体31和第二锁体32,第一锁体31和第二锁体32之间转动连接且合围形成内径可调的闭合结构。第一锁体31设置有锁齿部,第二锁体32设置有供锁齿部转动滑入的锁槽,锁槽内设置有用于防止锁齿部退出锁槽的锁销,锁销可以卡于锁齿部的齿形处。第二锁体32还设置有用于控制锁销的锁芯。通过特制钥匙可以转动锁芯而锁销解除对锁齿部的限制,第一锁体31的锁齿部可以退出锁槽,锁环30可以打开,钢丝手套10可以从猴子手上取下。或者,第一锁体31和第二锁体32也可以采用电子锁,例如通过蓝牙无线信号解锁的电子锁,操作便利。
具体应用中,锁环30也可以采用绑带等装置实现。
当然,除了可以用于研究动物的血糖代谢,还可以用其他需要将生理监测仪固定在猴子身上进行生理信号采集。
本发明实施例所提供的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测器固定装置和外置监测系统,可以实现无创伤测量,与植入子技术相比,不需要用手术将植入子埋置入猴子血管中,安全便捷。其次,与人类的实时动态监测血糖相比,能很好解决由于猴子好动天性引起的生理监测仪脱落的情况,可以方便地监测非人灵长类动物(除狨猴外)的相关生理数据(例如血糖数据)。

Claims (10)
- 一种非人灵长类动物外置监测器固定装置,其特征在于,包括可放置外置监测器的手套和用于固定手套且内径可调的锁环,所述手套具有开口部,所述锁环连接于所述手套的开口处。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测器固定装置,其特征在于,所述手套为钢丝手套。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测器固定装置,其特征在于,所述手套对应手背处具有用于容纳外置监测器的袋体。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测器固定装置,其特征在于,所述钢丝手套焊接于所述锁环,或者,所述钢丝手套设置有连接耳,所述锁环穿过于所述连接耳。
- 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测器固定装置,其特征在于,所述锁环呈手铐状,包括可相对活动的第一锁体和第二锁体,所述第一锁体和第二锁体之间转动连接且合围形成内径可调的闭合结构。
- 一种非人灵长类动物外置监测系统,其特征在于,包括外置监测器、可放置外置监测器的手套和用于固定手套且内径可调的锁环,所述手套具有开口部,所述锁环连接于所述手套的开口处,所述外置监测器具有无线发射模块,所述非人灵长类动物外置监测系统还包括与所述外置监测器配合的接收终端。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测系统,其特征在于,所述外置监测器为血糖监测器,所述接收终端为电脑。
- 如权利要求6或7所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测系统,其特征在于,所述手套为钢丝手套。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测系统,其特征在于,所述钢丝手套焊接于所述锁环,或者,所述钢丝手套设置有连接耳,所述锁环穿过于所述连接耳。
- 如权利要求6或7所述的一种非人灵长类动物外置监测系统,其特征在于,所述锁环呈手铐状,包括可相对活动的第一锁体和第二锁体,所述第一锁体和第二锁体之间转动连接且合围形成内径可调的闭合结构。
