Description
本发明涉及机械加工技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种双刀库双主轴动柱式型材加工中心。
用于加工铜铝等有色金属或塑料等等长条型的型材的动柱式型材加工中心,大多采用一个主轴一台标准刀库,只能同时用一个主轴加工工件,效率较低,其X轴行程超过1500mm,Y轴行程在300-450mm范围的居多;也有个别专用双主轴动柱式型材加工中心,采用一个非标刀库,安装8组刀柄,在主轴中心距离150mm或以下时实现自动换刀,加工产品的范围非常有限,可自动换刀的数量也较少,而且由于采用非标刀库,刀库生产数量较少、专业刀库厂家不生产,需要机床生产厂家在标准刀库上改造,刀库故障率比标准刀库高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于,提供一种双刀库双主轴动柱式型材加工中心,能够同时加工两件宽度大于300mm的长条型工件,提高工作效率和加工范围,并降低加工成本。
