Abstract

実施形態の電力変換装置は、直流電圧源、及び交流電力系統に接続される電力変換装置であって、インバータ回路と、制御部と、周波数検出部と、電圧検出部と、判定部とを持つ。制御部は、インバータ回路のスイッチング素子を制御し、前記インバータ回路に、前記直流電圧源から供給される直流電力を前記交流電力系統に対応した交流電力に変換させる。周波数検出部は、前記交流電力系統の周波数を検出する。電圧検出部は、前記交流電力系統の電圧を検出する。判定部は、前記周波数検出部の検出結果と、前記電圧検出部の検出結果とに基づいて、自装置が単独運転中であるか否かを判定するものであって、前記周波数検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の周波数の変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ前記電圧検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の電圧が所定電圧よりも低い場合、自装置が単独運転中であると判定する。

Description

電力変換装置
 本発明の実施形態は、電力変換装置に関する。
 近年、太陽電池、燃料電池、ガスエンジン等の発電電力を電力系統の電力系統に変換する電力変換装置が知られている。ここで、電力変換装置は、電力系統の瞬時電圧低下にともなって出力に過電流が発生し、動作が停止する場合がある。例えば、電力変換装置が電力系統に多数連系される場合において、各電力変換装置が一斉に停止してしまうと、負荷に供給される電力のバランスが崩れ、電力系統が不安定になってしまう恐れがある。これを抑制するため、従来、電力変換装置が、系統電圧に基づいて電力系統の瞬時電圧低下を検出し、出力する電力を一時的に停止しつつ、運転を継続することにより、電力系統の変化を抑制する技術が知られている。しかしながら、従来の技術では、系統の電圧及び周波数に基づいて瞬時電圧低下を検出するため、必要以上に出力を低下させてしてしまう場合があった。

 本発明は、電力系統の変化を抑制することができる電力変換装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明が解決しようとする課題は、電力系統の変化を抑制することができる、電力変換装置を提供することである。
 実施形態の電力変換装置は、直流電圧源、及び交流電力系統に接続される電力変換装置であって、インバータ回路と、制御部と、周波数検出部と、電圧検出部と、判定部とを持つ。インバータ回路は、一以上のスイッチング素子を含む。制御部は、前記スイッチング素子を制御し、前記インバータ回路に、前記直流電圧源から供給される直流電力を前記交流電力系統に対応した交流電力に変換させる。周波数検出部は、前記交流電力系統の周波数を検出する。電圧検出部は、前記交流電力系統の電圧を検出する。判定部は、前記周波数検出部の検出結果と、前記電圧検出部の検出結果とに基づいて、自装置が単独運転中であるか否かを判定するものであって、前記周波数検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の周波数の変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ前記電圧検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の電圧が所定電圧よりも低い場合、自装置が単独運転中であると判定する。

 以下、実施形態の電力変換装置を、図面を参照して説明する。
(実施形態)
[電力変換装置100の構成]
 図1は、実施形態の電力変換装置100の構成の一例を示す図である。電力変換装置100には、太陽光発電システム200と、交流電力系統300と、負荷400とが接続される。太陽光発電システム200は、例えば、太陽光パネル等によって実現され、発電した直流電力を電力変換装置100に供給する。電力変換装置100は、太陽光発電システム200が発電した直流電力を交流電力系統300が供給する系統電力(つまり、交流電力)に変換し、交流電力系統300、又は負荷400に供給する。系統電力は、例えば、単相または、三相の交流電力である。電力変換装置100は、例えば、PCS(Power Conditioning Subsystem)である。交流電力系統300は、交流電力系統300に接続される負荷400に系統電力を供給する。負荷400は、電力変換装置100、又は負荷400から供給された電力によって動作する。
 なお、電力変換装置100に接続される発電システムは、太陽光発電システム200に限られず、燃料電池、ガスエンジン等であってもよい。太陽光発電システム200は、「直流電圧源」の一例である。
 ここで、電力変換装置100が変換する電力(以下、変換電力)、及び負荷400が消費する電力(以下、消費電力)の大小関係によって、電力変換装置100、交流電力系統300、及び負荷400間を流れる電流の方向がそれぞれ異なる。図1には、変換電力が、消費電力よりも大きい場合の電流の方向が示される。図1に示す通り、この場合、変換電力から消費電力を差し引いた電力が、交流電力系統300に供給されるため、電力変換装置100から交流電力系統300の方向、及び電力変換装置100から負荷400の方向に電流が流れる。図2は、変換電力と、消費電力とが、一致する場合の電流の方向の一例を示す図である。図2に示す通り、この場合、変換電力から消費電力を差し引いた電力がゼロ(或いは、ほぼゼロ)になるため、交流電力系統300に電力が供給されず、電力変換装置100から負荷400の方向のみに電流が流れる。図3は、変換電力よりも消費電力が大きい場合の電流の方向の一例を示す図である。図3に示す通り、この場合、変換電力だけでは消費電力を賄うことができず、交流電力系統300から負荷400に電力が供給されるため、電力変換装置100から負荷400の方向、及び交流電力系統300から負荷400の方向に電流が流れる。
 ここで、変換電力が消費電力よりも大きい場合、又は変換電力よりも消費電力が大きい場合に、交流電力系統300の系統電力が低下すると、電力変換装置100は、低下した系統電力を補うように変換電力を出力するため、過電流が発生し、動作が停止する場合がある。また、交流電力系統300に複数の電力変換装置100が接続(連系)されている場合において、電力変換装置100が一斉に停止してしまうと、負荷400に変換電力が供給されなくなり、交流電力系統300の系統電力が不安定になってしまう恐れがある。このような状態になることを抑制するため、電力変換装置100は、交流電力系統300の電圧低下や停電(瞬時停電を含む)等の系統擾乱時における運転継続性能(以下、FRT(Fault Ride Through))を有することが求められる。
 以下、系統電力の周波数を「系統周波数」と記載し、系統電力の電圧を「系統電圧」と記載し、変換電力の周波数を「変換周波数」と記載し、変換電力の電圧を「変換電圧」と記載するものとする。
 図4~図8は、FRT要件の一例を示す図である。図4は、電圧低下耐量に係るFRTの一例を示す図である。電力変換装置100は、系統電圧低下時におけるFRTとして、系統電圧が通常時の30[%]以上の継続時間が1[秒]以下である電圧低下に対しては運転継続することが求められる。図5は、系統電力の復帰に係るFRTの一例を示す図である。電力変換装置100は、系統電圧の復帰時におけるFRTとして、系統電圧が通常時の30[%]以上の電圧に低下してから復帰した場合、復帰から0.5[秒]以内に、系統電圧低下前に出力していた変換電圧の80[%]以上を出力することが求められる。図6は、系統電力の復帰に係るFRTの他の例を示す図である。系統電圧の復帰時に係るFRTの一例を示す図である。電力変換装置100は、系統電圧の復帰時におけるFRTとして、系統電圧が通常時の30[%]未満の電圧に低下してから復帰した場合、復帰から1.0[秒]以内に、通常時の変換電圧の80[%]以上を出力することが求められる。
 図7は、系統周波数変動に係るFRTの一例を示す図である。電力変換装置100は、系統周波数が50[Hz]の交流電力系統300において、系統周波数の周波数変動がステップ状に+0.8[Hz](系統周波数が60[Hz]の交流電力系統300においては、+1.0[Hz])となる状態が、3サイクル間継続する周波数変動に対しては、運転を継続することが求められる。
 図8は、系統電力の周波数変動に係るFRTの他の例を示す図である。電力変換装置100は、系統周波数の周波数変動がランプ状に±2[Hz/s]である周波数変動に対して、運転を継続することが求められる。ただし、周波数変動の上限は、系統周波数が50[Hz]の交流電力系統300の場合、51.5[Hz]であり、系統周波数が60[Hz]の交流電力系統300の場合、61.8[Hz]である。また、周波数変動の下限は、系統周波数が50[Hz]の交流電力系統300の場合、47.5[Hz]であり、系統周波数が60[Hz]の交流電力系統300の場合、57.0[Hz]である。
 電力変換装置100は、上述したFRTを有することが求められる一方で、系統電圧低下や系統周波数変動等の系統擾乱時に解列されず、単独運転を継続し続けると、本来、系統擾乱時に無電力であるべき範囲に電力が供給されるため、人身、及び設備の安全に対して影響する場合がある。具体的には、電力変換装置100が単独運転を継続すると、公衆又は事故除去作業員の感電が発生したり、機器が損傷したり、消防活動の妨害になったり、事故点探査の妨害になったりする場合がある。本実施形態の電力変換装置100は、交流電力系統300の状態に応じて、FRTを有しつつ、電力変換装置100の単独運転が継続することを抑制する。
 図9は、本実施形態に係る電力変換装置100の構成の一例を示す。電力変換装置100は、インバータ回路10と、遮断器20と、変圧器30と、制御部110と、記憶部120とを備える。インバータ回路10は、一以上のスイッチング素子(不図示)を備える。インバータ回路10には、太陽光発電システム200によって発電された直流電力が供給される。インバータ回路10のスイッチング素子の開閉状態は、制御部110により制御される。これにより、制御部110は、インバータ回路10を用いて、太陽光発電システム200から供給される直流電力を、系統電力(つまり、交流電力)に変換する。
 遮断器20は、インバータ回路10と、交流電力系統300とを接続する線路の途中に設けられ、一端がインバータ回路10に接続され、他の一端が交流電力系統300に接続される。そして、遮断器20は、制御部110の制御に基づいて、開閉状態が制御され、開状態において交流電力系統300から電力変換装置100を解列し、閉状態において交流電力系統300に電力変換装置100を連系する。
 変圧器30は、例えば、設置される線路に供給される電力の瞬時電圧を測定する。ここで、変圧器30が設置される線路には、遮断器20が開状態の場合、インバータ回路10によって変換された変換電力が供給され、遮断器20が閉状態の場合、変換電力と消費電力との大小関係によって、変換電力のみ、又は変換電力と系統電力とが供給される。したがって、遮断器20が閉状態であり、交流電力系統300に系統擾乱が生じていない場合、変圧器30が検出する電圧は、変換電圧、又は変換電力と系統電圧との合成電圧であるが、交流電力系統300に系統擾乱が生じている場合、変圧器30が検出する電圧は、変換電圧である。変換電圧は、系統電圧に同調するように調整されるため、変換電圧と系統電圧との合成電圧は、系統電圧と合致する。
 なお、電力変換装置100は、変圧器30を交流電力の相数に応じた数(つまり、この一例では、三つ)備え、各相の対地電圧をそれぞれ測定してもよく、三相交流の代表相の対地電圧を測定し、測定結果を相変換することによって三相各相の対地電圧を測定してもよい。変圧器30は、「電圧検出部」の一例である。
 制御部110は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)などのプロセッサが記憶部120に記憶されたプログラム(ソフトウェア)を実行することにより、高調波電圧算出部111と、周波数検出部112と、インバータ制御部113と、周波数フィードバック制御部114と、無効電力ステップ注入部115と、判定部116との各機能部を実現する。制御部110の構成要素の一部または全部は、LSI(Large ScaleIntegration)やASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)等のハードウェアによって実現されてもよい。
 記憶部120は、例えば、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリ、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)、SDカード、MRAM(Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory)等の不揮発性の記憶媒体と、RAM(Random Access Memory)、レジスタ等の揮発性の記憶媒体とによって実現されてよい。また、記憶部120の一部又は全部は、NAS(Network Attached Storage)や外部のストレージサーバ等、電力変換装置100のアクセス可能な外部装置であってもよい。記憶部120には、所定変化程度情報121と、所定電圧情報122と、所定高調波電圧情報123とが記憶される。各種情報の詳細については、後述する。
 高調波電圧算出部111は、変圧器30によって測定された瞬時電圧に基づいて、変圧器30が検出する電圧(系統電圧、変換電圧、又は系統電圧と変換電圧との合成電圧)をフーリエ変換し、高調波電圧を算出する。高調波電圧算出部111は、例えば、2次~7次の高調波、又は式(1)~式(3)の離散フーリエ解析を用いて高調波電圧を算出する。

 周波数検出部112は、変圧器30によって測定された瞬時電圧を所定の時間毎に取得し、取得した電圧に基づいて周波数を検出する。周波数検出部112は、例えば、変圧器30によって測定された瞬時電圧が0[V]となるタイミング(ゼロクロスタイミング)に基づいて、周波数を検出する。したがって、周波数検出部112によって検出される周波数は、1周期毎に更新される。ここで、周波数検出部112が検出する周波数は、交流電力系統300に系統擾乱が生じていない場合、変換周波数と系統周波数との合成周波数となり、交流電力系統300に擾乱が生じている場合(つまり、電力変換装置100が単独運転している場合)、変換周波数となる。ここで、変換周波数は、系統周波数に同調するように調整されるため、変換周波数と系統周波数との合成周波数は、系統周波数と合致する。
 インバータ制御部113は、制御部110が備える各機能部の処理結果に基づいて、インバータ回路10の動作を制御する。
 周波数フィードバック制御部114は、能動的な単独運転検出方式の一例であり、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数に基づいて、周波数偏差を算出する。周波数フィードバック制御部114は、例えば、周波数検出部112によって最新の周波数が検出されたタイミングの200[ms]前から更に320[ms]前までの間に検出された周波数の移動平均値を過去周波数平均として算出する。周波数フィードバック制御部114は、最新の周波数が検出されたタイミングから40[ms]前までの間に検出された周波数の移動平均値を最近周波数平均として算出する。そして、周波数フィードバック制御部114は、過去周波数から最近周波数を差し引き、周波数偏差として算出する。
 インバータ制御部113は、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差に基づいて、変換電力に注入無効電力量を注入する。インバータ制御部113は、例えば、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差が、±0.01[Hz](50[Hz]の系統電力を供給する交流電力系統300において±4.0[μs]、60[Hz]の系統電力を供給する交流電力系統300において±2.8[μs])となった場合、±0.25[p.u.]の範囲で無効電力を注入する。インバータ制御部113が無効電力を注入するタイミングは、周波数偏差が±0.01[Hz]となったタイミングから、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数の半サイクル以内のタイミングである。
 インバータ制御部113は、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差が正の場合、系統周波数に対して変換周波数の位相を進める制御(無効電力の注入)を連続的に行い、周波数偏差が負の場合、系統周波数に対して変換周波数の位相を遅らせる制御(無効電力の注入)を連続的に行う。これにより、周波数フィードバック制御部114は、変換電力の周波数シフトを促すことができる。電力変換装置100が単独運転状態である場合に、周波数フィードバック制御部114が無効電力を注入する制御を連続的に行うと、系統周波数と変換周波数との周波数偏差が更に拡大され(周波数シフトが促され)、電力変換装置100が単独運転状態であることを、後述する判定部116によって判定しやすくすることができる。
 無効電力ステップ注入部115は、能動的な単独運転検出方式の一例であり、変換周波数の周波数シフトを助長させるように変換電力に無効電力をステップ注入する。ここで、変換電力と、消費電力とが一致(平衡)する場合において、交流電力系統300に系統擾乱が生じても、変換周波数に周波数偏差が生じない場合がある。このような場合、電力変換装置100の単独運転が継続されてしまう恐れがある。無効電力ステップ注入部115は、このような場面において、無効電力をステップ注入することにより、変換周波数の周波数偏差を拡大させることができる。無効電力ステップ注入部115は、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差と、高調波電圧算出部111によって算出された高調波電圧と、変圧器30によって検出された電圧とに基づいて、無効電力をステップ注入するか否かを判定する。無効電力ステップ注入部115は、例えば、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差が、±0.01[Hz]となった場合において、式(4)~(9)の全てが成り立つ場合、又は式(10)~(15)の全てが成り立つ場合に、無効電力をステップ注入すると判定する。

 インバータ制御部113は、無効電力ステップ注入部115が無効電力をステップ注入すると判定した場合、変換電力に無効電力をステップ注入する。無効電力をステップ注入する注入時間は、例えば、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数の3サイクル以下の時間である。無効電力の注入上限は、例えば、0.1[p.u.]である。インバータ制御部113は、無効電力ステップ注入部115の判定結果に基づいて、変換電力の位相を遅らせる方向に無効電力をステップ注入する。周波数フィードバック制御部114が無効電力をステップ注入するタイミングは、無効電力ステップ注入部115が、周波数偏差が、±0.01[Hz]となった場合において、上述した式(4)~(9)の全てが成り立つ、又は式(10)~(15)の全てが成り立つと判定してから、系統周波数の半サイクル以内のタイミングである。
 これにより、無効電力ステップ注入部115は、変換電力の周波数シフトを促すことができる。電力変換装置100が単独運転状態である場合に、無効電力をステップ注入する制御を行うと、系統周波数と変換周波数との周波数偏差が更に拡大され(周波数シフトが促され)、電力変換装置100が単独運転状態であることを、後述する判定部116によって判定しやすくすることができる。
 なお、電力変換装置100が単独運転状態ではない(つまり、交流電力系統300に系統擾乱が生じていない)場合に、周波数フィードバック制御部114や無効電力ステップ注入部115によって無効電力を注入する制御が行われても、交流電力系統300全体が無効電力を減少させるように動作するため、系統周波数と変換周波数との周波数偏差が拡大されず、電力変換装置100が単独運転ではないこととなる。
 判定部116は、受動的な単独運転検出方式の一例であり、周波数検出部112の検出結果と、高調波電圧算出部111の検出結果と、変圧器30の検出結果とに基づいて、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であるか否かを判定する。以下、判定部116の判定条件について説明する。
<判定条件1:周波数の変化程度と、電圧に基づく判定>
 判定部116は、所定変化程度情報121と、所定電圧情報122と、変圧器30の検出結果と、周波数検出部112の検出結果とに基づいて、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であるか否かを判定する。判定部116は、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数であり、あるタイミング(以下、第1タイミング)における周波数と、第1タイミングよりも後のタイミング(以下、第2タイミング)において検出された周波数との差分によって示される変化程度が、所定変化程度情報121に示される所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ変圧器30によって検出された電圧が、所定電圧情報122に示される所定電圧よりも低い場合、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であると判定する。所定の変化程度は、例えば、FRT要件(つまり、±2[Hz/sec](図8参照))よりも大きい変化程度である。
<判定条件2:周波数の変化程度と、高調波電圧に基づく判定>
 判定部116は、所定変化程度情報121と、所定高調波電圧情報123と、高調波電圧算出部111の検出結果と、周波数検出部112の検出結果とに基づいて、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であるか否かを判定する。判定部116は、周波数検出部112によって検出された変化程度が、所定変化程度情報121に示される所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ高調波電圧算出部111によって算出された高調波電圧が、所定高調波電圧情報123によって示される所定の閾値以上である場合、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であると判定する。所定高調波電圧情報123によって示される所定の閾値は、例えば、3次高調波電圧の閾値であり、判定部116は、高調波電圧算出部111によって算出された高調波電圧のうち、3次高調波電圧の値と、所定高調波電圧情報123が示す所定の閾値とに基づいて、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であるか否かを判定する。なお、所定高調波電圧情報123には、3次以上の高調波電圧の閾値が記憶されてもよい。この場合、判定部116は、所定高調波電圧情報123に示される3次以上の高調波電圧の閾値と、高調波電圧算出部111によって算出された対応する高調波電圧とをそれぞれ比較し、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であるか否かを判定してもよい。
 なお、判定部116は、判定条件1のみ、又は判定条件2のみを用いて単独運転に係る判定を行ってもよく、判定条件1、及び判定条件2の両方の条件に基づいて、単独運転に係る判定を行ってもよい。
 判定部116は、電力変換装置100が単独運転していると判定した場合、インバータ制御部113を制御し、インバータ回路10の変換動作を停止させる。そして、判定部116は、遮断器20を開状態に制御し、電力変換装置100を交流電力系統300から解列させる。判定部116は、「遮断器制御部」の一例である。
 なお、判定部116は、インバータ制御部113を制御し、変換動作を停止させること、又は交流電力系統300を制御し、開状態にすることのうち、いずれか一方を行うものであってもよい。判定部116が、変換動作の停止のみを行う場合には、電力変換装置100は、遮断器20を備えていなくてもよい。
[動作フロー]
 図10は、判定部116の判定処理の一連の流れの一例を示すフローチャートである。まず、判定部116は、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数であり、第1タイミングにおける周波数と、第2タイミングにおいて検出された周波数との差分によって示される変化程度が、所定変化程度情報121に示される所定の変化程度よりも大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS100)。判定部116は、変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きくないと判定した場合、処理をステップS110に進める。判定部116は、変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きいと判定した場合、変圧器30によって検出された電圧が、所定電圧情報122に示される所定電圧(この一例では、系統電圧)よりも低いか否かを判定する(ステップS102)。判定部116は、変圧器30によって検出された電圧が、所定電圧よりも低くないと判定した場合、処理をステップS110に進める。
 次に、判定部116は、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数が、FRT要件と十分に異なっているかを判定する(ステップS104)。具体的には、判定部116は、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数に基づいて、変化程度が、FRT要件に基づく所定の変化程度(例えば、系統周波数が50[Hz]の交流電力系統300において、±0.15[Hz/sec]、系統周波数が60[Hz]の交流電力系統300において、±0.18[Hz/sec])以上の状態が、所定時間(この一例では、100[msec])以上継続しているか否かを判定する。判定部116は、変化程度が、FRT要件に基づく所定の変化程度以上ではない、又は所定の変化程度以上の状態が所定時間以上継続していないと判定した場合、処理をステップS110に進める。
 判定部116は、変化程度が、FRT要件に基づく所定の変化程度以上ではない、又は所定の変化程度以上の状態が所定時間以上継続していると判定した場合、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差が、FRT要件と十分に異なっているかを判定する(ステップS106)。具体的には、判定部116は、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差が、所定の閾値(この一例では、0.3[Hz])以上であるか否かを判定する。判定部116は、周波数フィードバック制御部114によって算出された周波数偏差が、所定の閾値以上ではないと判定した場合、処理をステップS110に進める。判定部116は、周波数偏差が、所定の閾値以上であると判定した場合、電力変換装置100の状態が、FRT要件と十分に異なっている(つまり、単独運転を継続することが好ましくない状態である)と判定し、処理をステップS108に進める。
 次に、判定部116は、高調波電圧算出部111によって算出された高調波電圧が、所定高調波電圧情報123によって示される所定の閾値以上であるか否かを判定する(ステップS108)。判定部116は、高調波電圧が、所定の閾値以上ではないと判定した場合、電力変換装置100が単独運転中ではないと判定する(ステップS110)。判定部116は、高調波電圧が、所定の閾値以上であると判定した場合、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であると判定する(ステップS112)。次に、判定部116は、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であると判定した場合、インバータ制御部113を制御し、インバータ回路10に変換動作を停止させ、且つ遮断器20を開状態に制御し、交流電力系統300から電力変換装置100を解列させる(ステップS114)。
 なお、既に電力変換装置100がFRT要件に基づく動作以上の動作を行っていることが予め明らかである場合、ステップS104と、ステップS106との処理は、実行されなくてもよい。この場合、判定部116は、ステップS102の判定処理の後、ステップS108の判定処理に処理を進める。
[実施形態のまとめ]
 以上説明したように、電力変換装置100において、判定部116は、周波数検出部112の検出結果と、変圧器30の検出結果とに基づいて、周波数検出部112によって検出された周波数の変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ変圧器30によって検出された電圧が所定電圧よりも低い場合、電力変換装置100が単独運転中であると判定する。ここで、従来の技術では、負荷400に流入する電圧や電流を検出したり、交流電力系統300の電流や電圧を検出したりした検出結果に基づいて、電力変換装置100の単独運転を検出していたが、この場合、検出器の検出精度によっては、電力変換装置100が単独運転していると誤検出される場合があった。本実施形態の電力変換装置100によれば、種々の判定条件によって交流電力系統300の状態をより精度良く検出することにより、不必要に電力変換装置100が交流電力系統300から解列されたり、電力変換装置100の単独運転が長時間継続されたりすることを抑制することにより、電力系統の変化を抑制することができる。
 本発明のいくつかの実施形態を説明したが、これらの実施形態は、例として提示したものであり、発明の範囲を限定することは意図していない。これら実施形態は、その他の様々な形態で実施されることが可能であり、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の省略、置き換え、変更を行うことができる。これら実施形態やその変形は、発明の範囲や要旨に含まれると同様に、特許請求の範囲に記載された発明とその均等の範囲に含まれるものである。

Claims (7)

  1.  直流電圧源、及び交流電力系統に接続される電力変換装置であって、
     一以上のスイッチング素子を含むインバータ回路と、
     前記スイッチング素子を制御し、前記インバータ回路に、前記直流電圧源から供給される直流電力を前記交流電力系統に対応した交流電力に変換させる制御部と、
     前記交流電力系統の周波数を検出する周波数検出部と、
     前記交流電力系統の電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
     前記周波数検出部の検出結果と、前記電圧検出部の検出結果とに基づいて、自装置が単独運転中であるか否かを判定する判定部とを備え、
     前記判定部は、
     前記周波数検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の周波数の変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ前記電圧検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の電圧が所定電圧よりも低い場合、自装置が単独運転中であると判定する、
     電力変換装置。
  2.  前記判定部は、前記周波数検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の周波数の変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ前記電圧検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の電圧の高調波が所定の閾値以上である場合にも、自装置が単独運転中であると判定する、
     請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
  3.  直流電圧源、及び交流電力系統に接続される電力変換装置であって、
     一以上のスイッチング素子を含むインバータ回路と、
     前記スイッチング素子を制御し、前記インバータ回路に、前記直流電圧源から供給される直流電力を前記交流電力系統に対応した交流電力に変換させる制御部と、
     前記交流電力系統の周波数を検出する周波数検出部と、
     前記交流電力系統の電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
     前記周波数検出部の検出結果と、前記電圧検出部の検出結果とに基づいて、自装置が単独運転中であるか否かを判定する判定部とを備え、
     前記判定部は、
     前記周波数検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の周波数の変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ前記電圧検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の電圧の高調波が所定の閾値以上である場合、自装置が単独運転中であると判定する、
     電力変換装置。
  4.  前記判定部は、更に、前記周波数検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の周波数の変化程度が、所定の変化程度よりも大きく、且つ前記電圧検出部によって検出された前記交流電力系統の電圧が所定の電圧よりも低い場合にも、自装置が単独運転中であると判定する、
     請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。
  5.  前記所定の変化程度は、2[Hz]/1[sec]である、
     請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
  6.  前記交流電力系統の電圧の高調波は、3次以上の高調波である、
     請求項2から請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
  7.  前記直流電圧源と、前記交流電力系統とを導通させる、又は遮断する遮断器と、
     前記判定部によって自装置が単独運転中であると判定された場合、前記遮断器に前記直流電圧源と、前記交流電力系統とを遮断させる遮断器制御部を更に備える、
     請求項1から請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
