Abstract
一种户外灯带,其包括硅胶灯带主体(1)和端盖(10),硅胶灯带主体(1)的两端部均分别通过端盖(10)封装,在硅胶灯带主体(1)上,开设有开口,开口使FPC板(6)的出线触点(7)露出,外接线(8)从开口插入并与出线触点(7)导电连接。户外灯带的整体结构简单而可靠性强,由于出线位置避开了端面,故能够实现无封无暗影的拼接,提高了灯带的适用范围,进一步满足工程安装的需要,由于出线位置避开了端面,同时也解决了所有工程安装上出线方式的困难。
Description
本发明涉及灯带技术领域,特别是一种户外灯带。
目前对户外灯带的工程安装过程中,根据情况需要对灯带进行拼接,但是目前普遍的户外灯带的出线均为端部出线,该类型的户外灯带并不能够实现无缝无暗影的拼接,使得拼接效果较差,用户满意程度低。同时,由于端部出线,在很多工程安装上都会存在困难。
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种户外灯带,从灯带的侧表面进行出线,可以实现无缝无暗影的拼接效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种户外灯带,其包括硅胶灯带主体和端盖,硅胶灯带主体的两端部均分别通过端盖封装;该硅胶灯带主体上设置有一开口,该开口将FPC板的出线触点露出,外接线从该开口插入并与出线触点导电连接。
上述技术方案中,所述的开口位于硅胶灯带主体侧表面。
上述技术方案中,所述端盖设置有固定所述外接线位置的固定结构。
上述技术方案中,所述导电连接为焊接。
上述技术方案中,所述端盖包括密封塞、内盖和外盖,密封塞将灯带的中空部两端开口封闭,内盖将密封塞以及硅胶灯带主体的端部包围,外盖包围所述内盖并通过安装结构固定在硅胶灯带主体上。
上述技术方案中,所述硅胶灯带主体的侧表面设置有安装槽,所述端盖的内壁设置有安装块,端盖通过安装块卡于安装槽内以固定在硅胶灯带主体上。
本发明的有益效果是:整体结构简单而可靠性强,由于出线位置避开在端面,所以能够实现无缝无暗影的拼接,提高了灯带的适用范围;同时,由于出线位置避开了端面,也解决了所有工程安装上出线方式的困难进一步满足工程安装的需求。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-2所示,一种户外灯带,其包括硅胶灯带主体1和端盖10,硅胶灯带主体1的两端部均分别通过端盖10封装;该硅胶灯带主体1上设置有一开口5,该开口5将FPC板6的出线触点7露出,外接线8从该开口5插入并与出线触点7焊接,当然,除了焊接,也可以通过端子插针等的方式进行导电连接。FPC板6上焊接有光源LED芯片,由于FPC板6的柔韧性,以及硅胶的保护性,使得硅胶灯带主体1可以在一定程度上进行弯曲。
其中,所述的开口5位于硅胶灯带主体1侧表面。本实施例中,开口5设置于端部的侧表面上。
其中,所述端盖10设置有固定所述外接线8位置的固定结构。本实施例中固定结构为与外接线8的保护外皮对应的套孔9。将外接线8的焊接部分位置进行固定,避免外接线8过多的活动,使得导电连接断开或接触不良。
其中,所述端盖10包括密封塞2、内盖3和外盖4,密封塞2将灯带的中空部两端开口封闭,内盖3将密封塞2以及硅胶灯带主体1的端部包围,外盖4包围所述内盖3并通过安装结构固定在硅胶灯带主体1上。密封塞2和内盖3均采用硅胶材质,外盖4采用塑胶材质。安装结构为下述的安装槽11和安装块。
其中,所述硅胶灯带主体1的侧表面设置有安装槽11,所述端盖10的内壁设置有安装块,端盖10通过安装块卡于安装槽11内以固定在硅胶灯带主体1上。
本发明的工作原理:由于出线位置不在端面,所以相邻灯带可以实现无缝无暗影的拼接,解决所有工程安装上的难题,满足工程安装的需求。
以上的实施例只是在于说明而不是限制本发明,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的方法所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。
本发明整体结构简单而可靠性强,由于出线位置避开在端面,所以能够实现无缝无暗影的拼接,提高了灯带的适用范围;同时,由于出线位置避开了端面,也解决了所有工程安装上出线方式的困难进一步满足工程安装的需求。因此,本发明具有工业实用性。
Claims (6)
- 一种户外灯带,其特征在于:包括硅胶灯带主体和端盖,硅胶灯带主体的两端部均分别通过端盖封装;该硅胶灯带主体上设置有一开口,该开口将FPC板的出线触点露出,外接线从该开口插入并与出线触点导电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外灯带,其特征在于:所述的开口位于硅胶灯带主体侧表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外灯带,其特征在于:所述端盖设置有固定所述外接线位置的固定结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外灯带,其特征在于:所述导电连接为焊接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外灯带,其特征在于:所述端盖包括密封塞、内盖和外盖,密封塞将灯带的中空部两端开口封闭,内盖将密封塞以及硅胶灯带主体的端部包围,外盖包围所述内盖并通过安装结构固定在硅胶灯带主体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外灯带,其特征在于:所述硅胶灯带主体的侧表面设置有安装槽,所述端盖的内壁设置有安装块,端盖通过安装块卡于安装槽内以固定在硅胶灯带主体上。
