Abstract

This disclosure provides, e.g., methods of physically separating sperm carrying a first allele of a phenotype-associated site (e.g., a non-disease allele) from sperm carrying a second allele (e.g., a disease allele). The methods can include separating the sperm cells into two populations based on a heterozygous geno-informative marker site that is genetically linked to the phenotype-associated site.
