随着人们对于环境照明的要求越来越高,照明灯具的性能也得到大幅的提高。目前,照明灯具的种类较多,这些照明灯具内可以布设多个发光单元(例如LED发光单元),以形成较大的照射区域。
以台灯为例,该台灯通常包括灯座、光源组件以及用于将光源组件连接至灯座的连接组件,光源组件所包含的发光单元可以发出光线,以满足照明需求。
然而,上述台灯组装完毕后,光源组件相对于灯座的位置固定不变,因此发光单元所形成的照射区域基本不变,故此种台灯仅能单方向照明,无法满足用户的多方向照明需求。

一种照明组件,包括光源组件和连接组件,所述光源组件包括壳体、设置于所述壳体的光源板、设置于所述光源板的发光单元以及与所述光源板电连接的第一接电端子,所述第一接电端子连接于所述壳体,所述连接组件包括支架、安装于所述支架的内部的连接杆以及设置于所述连接杆的一端的第二接电端子,所述第一接电端子与所述第二接电端子插装且转动配合,以向所述发光单元供电,并使所述光源组件与所述连接组件转动连接,两者的转轴平行于所述连接杆的轴线。

连接座130与顶部连接件240的连接方式有很多种,例如两者可以卡接、螺纹连接等等。考虑到两者的连接方式将影响第一接电端子120与第二接电端子230连接后的可靠性,本申请实施例优选连接座130与顶部连接件240螺纹配合。并且,采用螺纹配合还可以适当调整第一接电端子120与第二接电端子230的插装幅度,在保证两者可靠地电连接的同时,使得两者的相对转动更加顺畅。
具体实施例中,连接座130包括座体131以及设置于座体131的连接部132,支架210与座体131沿着连接杆220的轴线方向相对,连接部132相对于座体131凸出,且位于支架210的内部。座体131能够与支架210对接,使得光源组件100与连接组件200的连接位置过渡更加顺畅,整个照明灯具的外观质感更佳。而连接部132相对于座体131凸出,则更便于连接座130与顶部连接件240连接。当连接座130与顶部连接件240螺纹配合时,连接部132上可以设置外螺纹,进而与顶部连接件240螺纹配合。
上述座体131可以与支架210直接对接,即两者直接接触,或者两者之间形成比较小的缝隙。如果两者直接接触,那么一旦照明灯具受到外力而导致座体131与支架210之间出现相对偏移,那么两者局部受力过大可能出现压痕;如果两者之间预留比较小的缝隙,外部环境中的灰尘等杂质容易进入支架210的内部,进而影响第一接电端子120与第二接电端子230的电导通可靠性。为此,本申请实施例中,照明组件还包括第一垫片310,该第一垫片310的至少一部分设置于座体131与支架210之间。也就是说,座体131与支架210可以预留比较小的缝隙,然后由第一垫片310的至少一部分填充该缝隙,第一垫片310本身具有一定的弹性,即使座体131与支架210出现相对偏移,第一垫片310通过自身变形即可适应该偏移,基本不会对座体131与支架210产生影响,同时外界环境中的杂质也会被第一垫片310所阻挡,进而保证第一接电端子120与第二接电端子230的电导通可靠性。
为了进一步提升光源组件100与连接组件200连接后的相对位置精度,可以在支架210朝向座体131的一端设置第一凹槽211,第一垫片310包括相连接的片状部分311和筒状部分312,片状部分311位于座体131与支架210之间,筒状部分312位于第一凹槽211内,第一接电端子120穿过该筒状部分312并与第二接电端子230插装配合。其中,片状部分311可以填充座体131与支架210之间的间隙,当座体131与支架210发生相对偏移时,筒状部分312与支架210相抵靠,进而限制座体131与支架210的相对偏移幅度,以此实现前述目的。
片状部分311在连接杆220的轴线方向上的最大尺寸为片状部分311的厚度,筒状部分312在该轴线方向上的最大尺寸为该筒状部分312的长度。片状部分311的厚度不需要设置的过大,只要能够发挥吸收外力及阻挡外部杂质的作用即可,而筒状部分312的长度可以设置的比较大一下,进而与支架210形成较大的抵靠面积,提升限位的效果。据此,本申请实施例将筒状部分312的长度与片状部分311的厚度之间的比值设置为5~10。
为了通过更加简单的结构实现连接杆220与顶部连接件240之间的连接,可以在连接杆220朝向座体131的一端设置第一定位凸缘221,同时在顶部连接件240远离壳体110的一端设置第二定位凸缘241,第一定位凸缘221与第二定位凸缘241在连接杆220的轴线方向上定位配合。
进一步地,参考图4所示,与前述第一垫片310同理地,还可以设置第二垫片320,第二垫片320设置于座体131与第一定位凸缘221之间,继而使得座体131与连接杆220之间的相对位置可以发生小幅度的变化,进而适应装配误差以及使用过程中受到的外力,保证连接的可靠性。更进一步地,还可以设置第三垫片330,第三垫片330设置于第一定位凸缘221与第二定位凸缘241之间,继而使得连接杆220与顶部连接件240之间的相对位置可以发生小幅度的变化,进而适应装配误差以及使用过程中受到的外力,保证连接的可靠性。
上文描述了顶部连接件240和支架210与光源组件100之间的连接方案,为了进一步增加光源组件100与连接组件200之间的连接可靠性,本申请实施例中,连接组件200还可以包括底部连接件250,该底部连接件250与连接杆220螺纹配合,且在连接杆220的轴线方向上,支架210与底部连接件250定位配合。由于连接杆220的顶部与顶部连接件240连接,故通过底部连接件250可以向支架210施加作用力,使支架210可靠地定位于光源组件100与灯座400之间。
当光源组件100设置连接座130时,支架210在底部连接件250的作用下能够与连接座130更紧密的压紧在一起,进而更可靠地连接。
由于支架210与底部连接件250连接的位置比较靠近灯座400,因此为了防止底部连接件250与灯座400干涉,可以在支架210远离壳体110的一端设置第二凹槽212,底部连接件250位于该第二凹槽212内。
支架210与灯座400之间的连接方式有很多种选择,例如可以采用螺纹紧固件连接,也可以采用卡接结构连接,或者采用其他形式的连接结构。考虑到卡接的方式可以使支架210的安装更加方便快捷,本申请实施例优选支架210 与灯座400卡接。具体地,支架210远离壳体110的一端设置第一卡接结构213,灯座400上设置第二卡接结构410,该第一卡接结构213与第二卡接结构410相卡接,继而实现支架210与灯座400之间的卡接。
为了满足用户对于照明灯具的亮度要求以及外观要求,壳体110可以设置为圆盘结构,该圆盘结构的中部可以挖空,使得光源板和发光单元均位于该圆盘结构的中部,在满足发光单元的布置要求的前提下,还可以提升美观度。具体地,光源板上可以间隔布设多个发光单元组,每个发光单元组包括多个沿壳体110的周向间隔排布的发光单元。
连接杆220可以连接于上述圆盘结构的边缘处,发光单元的光轴平行于该圆盘结构的轴线方向。发光单元发出的光线朝向圆盘结构的一侧,当光源组件100绕着连接组件200转动时,发光单元所发出的光线能够绕着连接组件200发生360°的变化,进而满足用户的需求。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (16)
- 一种照明组件,其中,包括光源组件(100)和连接组件(200),所述光源组件(100)包括壳体(110)、设置于所述壳体(110)的光源板、设置于所述光源板的发光单元以及与所述光源板电连接的第一接电端子(120),所述第一接电端子(120)连接于所述壳体(110),所述连接组件(200)包括支架(210)、安装于所述支架(210)的内部的连接杆(220)以及设置于所述连接杆(220)的一端的第二接电端子(230),所述第一接电端子(120)与所述第二接电端子(230)插装且转动配合,以向所述发光单元供电,并使所述光源组件(100)与所述连接组件(200)转动连接,两者的转轴平行于所述连接杆(220)的轴线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的照明组件,其中,所述光源组件(100)还包括固定于所述壳体(110)的连接座(130),所述连接组件(200)还包括顶部连接件(240),所述顶部连接件(240)套接于所述连接杆(220)的外部,所述连接座(130)与所述顶部连接件(240)可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的照明组件,其中,所述顶部连接件(240)位于所述支架(210)的内部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的照明组件,其中,所述连接座(130)包括座体(131)以及设置于所述座体(131)的连接部(132),所述支架(210)与所述座体(131)沿着所述连接杆(220)的轴线方向相对,所述连接部(132)相对于所述座体(131)凸出,且位于所述支架(210)的内部,所述连接部(132)设置外螺纹并与所述顶部连接件(240)螺纹配合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的照明组件,其中,还包括第一垫片(310),所述第一垫片(310)的至少一部分设置于所述座体(131)与所述支架(210)之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的照明组件,其中,所述支架(210)朝向所述座体(131)的一端具有第一凹槽(211),所述第一垫片(310)包括相连接的片状部分(311)和筒状部分(312),所述片状部分(311)位于所述座体(131)与所述支架(210)之间,所述筒状部分(312)位于所述第一凹槽(211)内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的照明组件,其中,所述片状部分(311)在所述轴线方向上的最大尺寸为所述片状部分(311)的厚度,所述筒状部分(312)在所述轴线方向上的最大尺寸为所述筒状部分(312)的长度,所述长度与所述厚度之间的比值为5~10。
- 根据权利要求4所述的照明组件,其中,所述连接杆(220)朝向所述座体(131)的一端设置第一定位凸缘(221),所述顶部连接件(240)远离所述壳体(110)的一端设置第二定位凸缘(241),所述第一定位凸缘(221)与所述第二定位凸缘(241)在所述轴线方向上定位配合。
- 根据权利要求8所述的照明组件,其中,还包括第二垫片(320),所述第二垫片(320)设置于所述座体(131)与所述第一定位凸缘(221)之间,和/或,还包括第三垫片(330),所述第三垫片(330)设置于所述第一定位凸缘(221)与所述第二定位凸缘(241)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的照明组件,其中,所述连接组件(200)还包括底部连接件(250),所述底部连接件(250)与所述连接杆(220)螺纹配合,且在所述连接杆(220)的轴线方向上,所述支架(210)与所述底部连接件(250)定位配合。
- 根据权利要求10所述的照明组件,其中,所述支架(210)远离所述壳体(110)的一端设置第二凹槽(212),所述底部连接件(250)位于所述第二凹槽(212)内。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的照明组件,其中,所述支架(210)远离所述壳体(110)的一端设置第一卡接结构(213),所述第一卡接结构(213)用于与灯座(400)的第二卡接结构(410)相卡接。
- 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的照明组件,其中,所述壳体(110)为圆盘结构,所述光源板上间隔布设多个发光单元组,每个所述发光单元组包括多个沿所述壳体(110)的周向间隔排布的所述发光单元。
- 根据权利要求13所述的照明组件,其中,所述连接杆(220)连接于所述圆盘结构的边缘处,所述光源板和所述发光单元均位于所述圆盘结构的中部,且所述发光单元的光轴平行于所述圆盘结构的轴线方向。
- 一种照明灯具,其中,包括灯座(400)以及安装于所述灯座(400)上的照明组件,所述照明组件为权利要求1-14中任一项所述的照明组件。
- 根据权利要求15所述的照明灯具,其中,所述照明灯具为台灯。
