进一步地,为实现上述目的,本申请第三方面还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有基于区块链的商机信息共享系统,所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的基于区块链的商机信息共享方法的步骤。
本申请提出的基于区块链的商机信息共享方法、电子装置及可读存储介质,通过获取由各个节点服务器搭建的区块链网络中流转的商机信息及商机状态,在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器通过所述区块链网络查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。由于是将各个节点服务器搭建区块链网络,并在搭建的区块链网络中对各个节点服务器之间流转的商机信息及对应的商机状态进行共享,利用了区块链的分布式账本及数据不可篡改特性,区块链网络中各个节点服务器共享的商机信息非常准确且一致,无需对商机信息数据的可信度进行核对,各个节点服务器之间不会产生信任问题,从而实现各个业务系统中商机信息共享的一致性。

本申请提供一种基于区块链的商机信息共享系统。请参阅图1,是本申请基于区块链的商机信息共享系统10较佳实施例的运行环境示意图。
在本实施例中,所述的基于区块链的商机信息共享系统10安装并运行于电子装置1中。该电子装置1可包括,但不仅限于,存储器11、处理器12及显示器13。图1仅示出了具有组件11-13的电子装置1,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
所述存储器11为至少一种类型的可读计算机存储介质,所述存储器11在一些实施例中可以是所述电子装置1的内部存储单元,例如该电子装置1的硬盘或内存。所述存储器11在另一些实施例中也可以是所述电子装置1的外部存储设备,例如所述电子装置1上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器11还可以既包括所述电子装置1的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器11用于存储安装于所述电子装置1的应用软件及各类数据,例如所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统10的程序代码等。所述存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统10等。
所述显示器13在一些实施例中可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液晶显示器以及OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)触摸器等。所述显示器13用于显示在所述电子装置1中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面,例如商机信息及商机状 态等。所述电子装置1的部件11-13通过系统总线相互通信。
基于区块链的商机信息共享系统10包括至少一个存储在所述存储器11中的计算机可读指令,该至少一个计算机可读指令可被所述处理器12执行,以实现本申请各实施例。
其中,上述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统10被所述处理器12执行时实现如下步骤:
步骤S1,在由各个节点服务器搭建的区块链网络中获取各个节点服务器流转的商机信息及商机状态。
步骤S2,在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
步骤S3,若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器通过所述区块链网络查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态;若分析所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则拒绝所述节点服务器查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。
本实施例中,首先将各个节点服务器(例如各专业公司、业务系统等)搭建一个区块链网络平台。该区块链网络平台可以为hyperledger fabric,Hyperledger Fabric是为企业构建的领先的开源、通用区块链结构,基于Hyperledger fabric构建和部署该区块链网络平台,该区块链网络平台使用的共识算法为拜占庭共识算法之PBFT。
在预先搭建好的区块链网络中获取各个节点服务器流转的商机信息及商机状态。例如,第一节点服务器(如各专业公司)添加初始企业客户信息A(企业名称、企业规模、企业公司代码、企业ID等)加密保存到搭建好的区块链(BK)中。第二节点服务器(团金系统)对初始企业客户信息A进行清洗分类,并将处理结果增加到区块链BK中。第三节点服务器(团金系统)坐席根据初始企业客户信息A对客户经理M外呼、呼入沟通,并将此次沟通结果添加到区块链BK中,若客户经理M发掘出初始企业客户信息A有商机,则将初始企业客户信息A的商机状态修改为有商机C。则即可在预先搭建好的区块链网络中获取到商机状态为“有商机”的商机信息。
进一步地,还可将预先搭建好的区块链网络中商机状态为“有商机”的商机信息分配给预设第一客户经理(T2经理),上链,并将该商机信息的商机状态更新为“分配给预设第一客户经理”,可标记为2T2Mnager。此外,还可将商机状态为“有商机”的商机信息分配给预设第二客户经理(N产品经理)联系M,给与M详细指导等,将过程、结果上链,并将该商机信息的商机状态更新为“分配给预设第二客户经理”,可标记为2NMnager。
其中,商机信息包括客户经理信息、客户基本信息及产品信息。客户基本信息包括客户名称、客户规模、客户地址、客户id、企业代码等。例如商机信息包含:客户经理ID+客户主键ID+产品名称,在一种可选的实施方式中,商机信息的名称可以为:客户经理名称+“对”+客户名称+“对”+产品名称+“的商机”,比如“客户经理A对客户B对产品C的商机”。
进一步地,可预先设定统一的商机信息的格式,检测节点服务器上传至预先搭建好的区块链网络中的商机信息的格式是否符合预先设定的统一格式,若是,则允许所述商机信息在预先搭建好的区块链网络中流转,否则,不允许所述商机信息进入预先搭建好的区块链网络中。统一商机信息的格式便于汇总数据时进行管理,还能避免其他信息恶意混淆进入预先搭建好的区块链网络中。
本实施例中通过获取由各个节点服务器搭建的区块链网络中流转的商机信息及商机状态,在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器通过所述区块链网络查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。由于是将各个节点服务器搭建区块链网络,并在搭建的区块链网络中对各个节点服务器之间流转的商机信息及对应的商机状态进行共享,利用了区块链的分布式账本及数据不可篡改特性,区块链网络中各个节点服务器共享的商机信息非常准确且一致,无需对商机信息数据的可信度进行核对,各个节点服务器之间不会产生信任问题,从而实现各个业务系统中商机信息共享的一致性。
在一可选的实施例中,在上述图1的实施例的基础上,所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统10被所述处理器12执行实现所述步骤S2时,具体包括:
在一种可选的实施方式中,节点服务器利用非对称加密技术,生成一对公钥(PK)和私钥(PR),对商机信息的内容使用私钥PR进行加密,将加密后的商机信息上传至预先搭建好的区块链网络。建立商机信息与公钥PK之间的映射关系,以及公钥PK对应的授权访问节点列表。区块链中的合约层在接收到所述预先搭建好的区块链网络中节点服务器对商机信息的访问请求时,根据该节点服务器请求访问的商机信息及预先建立的商机信息与公钥PK之间的映射关系找出请求访问的商机信息所对应的公钥PK,再根据预先设定的公钥PK对应的授权访问节点列表找出请求访问的商机信息所对应的授权访 问节点列表,分析请求访问商机信息的节点服务器是否包含在找出的授权访问节点列表中。若请求访问商机信息的节点服务器包含在找出的授权访问节点列表中,则判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,否则,判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
在另一种可选的实施方式中,预先将不同节点服务器添加到不同的通道,同一通道的用户数据透明,非同一通道用户数据彼此不可见。区块链中的合约层在接收到所述预先搭建好的区块链网络中节点服务器对商机信息的访问请求时,判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器与上传该商机信息至所述预先搭建好的区块链网络中的节点服务器是否在同一通道内,若请求访问商机信息的节点服务器与上传该商机信息至所述预先搭建好的区块链网络中的节点服务器在同一通道内,则由于同一通道的用户数据透明,判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,否则,判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。若分析所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则拒绝所述节点服务器查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。
针对所述预先搭建好的区块链网络中一些节点服务器(管理员等),可以查看所有的商机信息的流转信息,即整个商机的生命周期中全程可见数据。若所述预先搭建好的区块链网络中商机信息的商机状态为“分配给预设客户经理”,则所述预设客户经理可查看该商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态,其他客户经理无权限查看该商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。若所述预设客户经理完成工作,该商机信息的商机状态为“分配给新的客户经理”,则新的客户经理可查看该商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态,其他客户经理(包括之前的所述预设客户经理)无权限查看该商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。
例如,节点服务器T1将商机分配给客户经理M,商机状态更新为“分配给客户经理”,M经理可见该商机的整个生命周期。T1将商机分配给N经理,商机状态为”分配给N经理”,则该N经理可以查看该条商机信息,非“分配给N经理”状态的商机N经理不可见。N经理完成工作,T1将商机信息分配给T2经理,商机状态变为”分配给T2经理”,则该商机对N经理不可见,该T2经理可见。
进一步地,还可将所述预先搭建好的区块链网络中各个节点服务器对商机信息的查询、新增、修改等操作行为及对应的时间点进行记 录。
例如,将各组织机构节点服务器对商机状态的变更追加到商机信息中,不可删除,只可追加,不可抵赖。各个节点服务器对商机的查询、新增、修改等的时间点、行为都会记录在区块链上。因链上数据不可篡改,且每个节点服务器都会有相同的数据,所以每个节点服务器对商机的操作行为都会被记录在案,无法抵赖。商机流转的数据会作为后续提成、分账的重要依据。
如图2所示,图2为本申请基于区块链的商机信息共享方法一实施例的流程示意图,该基于区块链的商机信息共享方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,在由各个节点服务器搭建的区块链网络中获取各个节点服务器流转的商机信息及商机状态。
步骤S20,在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
步骤S30,若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器通过所述区块链网络查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态;若分析所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则拒绝所述节点服务器查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。

- 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括存储器、处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的基于区块链的商机信息共享系统,所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:在由各个节点服务器搭建的区块链网络中获取各个节点服务器流转的商机信息及商机状态;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器通过所述区块链网络查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态;若分析所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则拒绝所述节点服务器查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述商机信息包括客户经理信息、客户基本信息及产品信息;所述商机信息的生成过程如下:所述区块链网络中的第一节点服务器添加初始商机信息,并利用预设公钥对所述初始商机信息进行加密保存至所述区块链网络中;所述区块链网络中的第二节点服务器针对所述初始商机信息与预设客户经理进行外呼,将外呼沟通结果保存至所述区块链网络中,并根据外呼沟通结果分析所述初始商机信息是否为有效商机信息,若分析所述初始商机信息为有效商机信息,则将所述区块链网络中的初始商机信息标记为有效商机状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限的步骤包括:获取预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系,以及公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系;所述授权访问节点列表中包括所述公钥映射的商机信息授权访问的一个或多个节点服务器;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,根据预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的公钥,并根据预先建立的公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的授权访问节点 列表;判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器是否在确定出的授权访问节点列表中;若是,则判定所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;否则,判定所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
- 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限的步骤包括:获取预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系,以及公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系;所述授权访问节点列表中包括所述公钥映射的商机信息授权访问的一个或多个节点服务器;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,根据预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的公钥,并根据预先建立的公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的授权访问节点列表;判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器是否在确定出的授权访问节点列表中;若是,则判定所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;否则,判定所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限的步骤包括:获取预先建立的不同数据通道;其中,一个数据通道中包含一个或多个节点服务器;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器与上传该商机信息至所述区块链网络中的节点服务器是否在预先建立的同一数据通道中;若是,则判定所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;否则,判定所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
- 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限的步骤包括:获取预先建立的不同数据通道;其中,一个数据通道中包含一个 或多个节点服务器;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器与上传该商机信息至所述区块链网络中的节点服务器是否在预先建立的同一数据通道中;若是,则判定所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;否则,判定所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:将所述区块链网络中各个节点服务器对商机信息的预设操作行为及对应的操作时间点进行记录并保存;所述预设操作行为包括查询、新增和/或修改。
- 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:将所述区块链网络中各个节点服务器对商机信息的预设操作行为及对应的操作时间点进行记录并保存;所述预设操作行为包括查询、新增和/或修改。
- 一种基于区块链的商机信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述基于区块链的商机信息共享方法包括:在由各个节点服务器搭建的区块链网络中获取各个节点服务器流转的商机信息及商机状态;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器通过所述区块链网络查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态;若分析所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则拒绝所述节点服务器查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。
- 如权利要求9所述的基于区块链的商机信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述商机信息包括客户经理信息、客户基本信息及产品信息;所述商机信息的生成过程如下:所述区块链网络中的第一节点服务器添加初始商机信息,并利用预设公钥对所述初始商机信息进行加密保存至所述区块链网络中;所述区块链网络中的第二节点服务器针对所述初始商机信息与预设客户经理进行外呼,将外呼沟通结果保存至所述区块链网络中,并根据外呼沟通结果分析所述初始商机信息是否为有效商机信息,若分析所述初始商机信息为有效商机信息,则将所述区块链网络中的初始商机信息标记为有效商机状态。
- 如权利要求9所述的基于区块链的商机信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限的步骤包括:获取预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系,以及公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系;所述授权访问节点列表中包括所述公钥映射的商机信息授权访问的一个或多个节点服务器;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,根据预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的公钥,并根据预先建立的公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的授权访问节点列表;判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器是否在确定出的授权访问节点列表中;若是,则判定所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;否则,判定所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。

- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有基于区块链的商机信息共享系统,所述基于区块链的商机信息共享系统被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:在由各个节点服务器搭建的区块链网络中获取各个节点服务器流转的商机信息及商机状态;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;若分析所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则授权所述节点服务器通过所述区块链网络查看所述商机信息及所述商机 信息的商机状态;若分析所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限,则拒绝所述节点服务器查看所述商机信息及所述商机信息的商机状态。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述商机信息包括客户经理信息、客户基本信息及产品信息;所述商机信息的生成过程如下:所述区块链网络中的第一节点服务器添加初始商机信息,并利用预设公钥对所述初始商机信息进行加密保存至所述区块链网络中;所述区块链网络中的第二节点服务器针对所述初始商机信息与预设客户经理进行外呼,将外呼沟通结果保存至所述区块链网络中,并根据外呼沟通结果分析所述初始商机信息是否为有效商机信息,若分析所述初始商机信息为有效商机信息,则将所述区块链网络中的初始商机信息标记为有效商机状态。
- 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,按预设规则分析所述节点服务器是否具有对所述商机信息的访问权限的步骤包括:获取预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系,以及公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系;所述授权访问节点列表中包括所述公钥映射的商机信息授权访问的一个或多个节点服务器;在接收到所述区块链网络中节点服务器对所述商机信息的访问请求后,根据预先建立的商机信息与公钥之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的公钥,并根据预先建立的公钥与授权访问节点列表之间的映射关系确定出请求访问的商机信息对应的授权访问节点列表;判断请求访问商机信息的节点服务器是否在确定出的授权访问节点列表中;若是,则判定所述节点服务器具有对所述商机信息的访问权限;否则,判定所述节点服务器没有对所述商机信息的访问权限。
