本申请所提供的电子装置100,由于功能模组30可拆卸的安装于所述本体10的一端部,从而,可方便地将功能模组30拆卸下来进行单独维护。另外,还可根据不同的需要在本体10上安装不同的功能模组30,其中,不同的功能模组30的功能不同,当不同的功能模组30安装于所述本体10上时,所述电子装置100实现不同的功能,从而使得电子装置100可以切换多种功能,降低了用户的使用成本,且方便维护和管理。
在一些实施方式中,当所述功能模组30安装于所述本体10上时,所述功能模组30与所述本体10电连接而接收所述本体10提供的电能。
请再参阅图2,在一些实施方式中,所述本体10呈中空柱状,包括收容腔101以及连接端部102。所述本体10的收容腔101用于收容功能模组30,所述连接端部102用于在功能模组30收容于收容腔101内后,对功能模组30 进行可拆卸地固定。即,所述功能模组30收容于收容腔101后,通过可拆卸的安装于所述本体10的连接端部102上,而实现可拆卸地安装于本体10上。所述显示屏20环绕设置于所述本体10的柱状外表面上。当所述功能模组30安装于所述本体10中时,所述功能模组30收容于所述本体10中,并与所述连接端部102的端面大致齐平。
具体地,所述本体10用于安装所述功能模组30的连接端部102的内表面上间隔设置有多个止挡部11。相应地,功能模组30的外表面上设置有多个用于与所述多个止挡部11一一对应卡合的卡合部31。当功能模组30安装于所述本体10上且与所述连接端部102相对固定时,每一卡合部31与对应的止挡部11相卡合。如此,当功能模组30安装且收容于所述本体10内时,不会轻易脱落或者晃动,提高了电子装置100的稳定性。
请再参阅图3和图4,在一些实施方式中,所述本体10呈中空的圆柱状,即所述收容腔101为圆柱形腔体。所述功能模组30也呈圆柱状,且所述功能模组30的外径小于所述本体10的收容腔101的内径,而可收容于收容腔101中。当所述功能模组30安装于所述本体10中且沿第一方向转动时,所述卡合部31与对应的止挡部11相卡合,而实现功能模组30的固定;当所述模组30沿第二方向转动时,所述卡合部31能够与所述止挡部11相分离。当所述卡合部31与对应的止挡部11相卡合时,所述模组30与所述本体10相对固定,即所述模组30不能够从所述本体10中脱落;当所述卡合部31与对应的止挡部11相分离时,所述模组30可从所述本体10中拆下取出。其中,所述第一方向和所述第二方向相反。在本实施方式中,所述第一方向为顺时针方向,所述第二方向为逆时针方向,所述顺时针和逆时针方向为从功能模组所在侧观看的方向。
在一些实施例中,所述功能模组30远离所述本体10的一端的边沿向外凸伸形成卡合沿32,所述本体10的收容腔101靠近连接端部102的开口处的腔壁形成一抵持部12,用于与所述功能模组30的卡合沿32抵持。当所述功能模组30安装入所述本体10上时,所述卡合沿32与所述抵持部12相抵接,进而能够阻止所述模组30继续向所述本体10内移动。在本实施方式中,所述抵持部12为环形台阶状,其由所述本体10的收容腔101靠近连接端部102的开 口处的腔壁向外凹陷形成,而使得所述功能模组30收容于本体10时,功能模组30的外端面与所述本体10的连接端部102的端面大致齐平。所述卡合沿32也相应为与抵持部12匹配的环形台阶状。此外,用户还可以通过对所述卡合沿32施加外力,从而旋转所述模组30使所述模组30固定或者将所述模组30从所述本体10上取下,方便用户操作。可以理解,所述卡合沿32的外表面可以设置若干螺纹,且所述卡合沿32的端面略高于所述连接端部102的端面,进而方便用户的操作。
优选地,所述止挡部11为由所述连接端部102的内壁向本体10内凸伸而形成的一弧形的长条块状凸起,所述止挡部11的延伸方向与本体10的轴向垂直。所述卡合部31为自所述卡合沿32向垂直且远离卡合沿32的方向延伸第一距离后,又朝着平行于卡合沿32的方向延伸第二距离形成的“L”形结构。在一些实施例中,所述第一距离小于第二距离。其中,所述卡合部31包括与所述本体10的轴向方向平行的竖臂311以及与所述竖臂311垂直的横臂312。在本实施方式中,所述横臂312的延伸方向与所述止挡部11的延伸方向相同。当功能模组30收容于本体10内时,所述横臂312位于止挡部11的下方,当功能模组30沿第一方向旋转时,所述止挡部11收容于卡合部31的横臂312、竖臂313与卡合沿32形成的收容空间中而进行卡合固定。当所述卡合部31的竖臂311与所述止挡部11抵接时,所述功能模组30不能继续沿着第一方向移动,而处于完全卡合状态。即,此时,所述止挡部11与对应的横臂312沿着所述本体10的轴向方向排列,且所述止挡部11位于所述横臂312的上方,从而所述功能模组30也不能向远离所述本体10的方向移动,即所述功能模组30与所述本体10相对固定,不能够从所述本体10上取下。当沿第二方向旋转所述模组30,所述竖臂311逐渐远离所述止挡部11,当所述横臂311与所述止挡部11完全分离时,即所述横臂312与所述止挡部11完全错开时,所述卡合部31与所述止挡部11相分离,从而只要对所述卡合沿32施加远离所述本体10方向的力,即可将所述功能模组30从所述连接端部102上拆卸,即,此时,所述功能模组30可以从所述本体10上取下,方便操作。
可以理解地,上述卡合部31与止挡部11卡扣的方式只是本发明的一种实施方式,而本发明并不限于这种实施方式,任何可以实现可分离拆卸的机构均 可以用于功能模组与本体的可拆卸固定,比如可通过螺纹螺合的方式、磁吸固定的方式、过盈配合的方式等等。
请再参阅图5,所述电子装置100还包括主电路板40,所述主电路板40设置于所述本体10内,所述主电路板40上还可以设置有存储器(图未示)和处理器(图未示)。其中,所述存储器可用于存储计算机程序和/或模块,所述处理器通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器内的计算机程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,实现所述电子装置100的各种功能。所述存储器可主要包括程序存储区和数据存储区,其中,程序存储区可存储操作系统、多个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;数据存储区可存储根据音响的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、显示数据等)等。
所述处理器可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等,所述处理器是所述电子装置100的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个所述电子装置100的各个部分。此外,所述主电路板40上还可以设置有其他电子元件,例如电阻、电容、二极管、三极管等,以使得所述电子装置100可以实现各种功能。
在一些实施方式中,所述电子装置100还包括电池50,所述电池50可以为所述存储器、所述处理器及其他电子元件供电。其中,所述电池50可拆卸的安装于主电路板40上,也可以固定焊接于所述主电路板40上。在其他实施方式中,所述主电路板40还可以通过外部电源(例如,适配器等)供电,当采用外部电源直接供电时,所述电池50可以存在,也可以省略。
请再参阅图6,在一些实施方式中,所述主电路板40上还设置有第一连接件41,所述第一连接件41设置于所述主电路板40上且处于显露状态,并面向收容于所述本体10内的功能模组30。相应地,功能模组30上还设置有用于与所述第一连接件41插接的第二连接件33,当所述功能述模组30安装于所述本体10上时,所述第二连接件33与所述第一连接件41插接,从而使 得所述模组30与所述主电路板40实现电连接。在本实施方式中,所述第一连接件41和所述第二连接件33均为连接器,只需要直接插拔即可,如此可以方便安装和拆卸。优选地,所述连接器为pogo pin连接器,进而通过弹针干涉的方式实现电连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述功能模组30为照明模组,所述照明模组包括腔体301以及设置于所述腔体301内的发光元件302,所述发光元件302与所述第二连接件33电连接。当所述照明模组安装于所述本体10上时,所述腔体301远离所述本体10的一端为出光面。在本实施方式中,所述出光面还设置有触控板,所述触控板用于感应触控操作以控制所述照明模组的开启或关闭。可以理解,所述发光元件302可以设置于一子电路板(图未示)上,并通过所述子电路板与所述第二连接件33实现电连接。如此,将照明模组安装于所述本体10上时,所述电子装置100实现照明功能。
请再参阅图7,在另一些实施方式中,所述功能模组30为遥控模组。所述遥控模组包括腔体301以及设置于所述腔体301内的遥控电路板303。所述遥控电路板303与所述第二连接件33电连接。当所述遥控模组安装于所述本体10上时,所述腔体301远离所述本体10的一端为遥控面板305,所述遥控面板305用于感应触控并产生感应信号,再将所述感应信号发送至遥控电路板303。具体地,所述遥控电路板303可以设置有通信模块(图未示),所述遥控面板305感应触控并产生相应的感应信号,且通过所述通信模块发送至外部设备以控制外部设备的开启或者关闭或其他功能。在本实施方式中,所述遥控面板为多功能遥控面板,即所述遥控面板划分为不同的控制区域,每个控制区域对应不同的遥控设备。例如,第一控制区域对应的遥控设备为电视机、第二控制区域对应的遥控设备为空调、第三控制区域对应的遥控设备为冰箱等。如此,将遥控模组安装于所述本体10上时,所述电子装置100能够实现遥控其他电子设备的功能,且由于所述遥控面板具有多个控制区域,从而可以使得所述电子装置100实现对多个电器的同时控制,且避免了遥控器丢失的情况发生。
请再参阅图8,在另一些实施方式中,所述功能模组30还可以为音响模组,所述音响模组包括腔体301和设置于所述腔体301中的喇叭组件304,所 述喇叭组件与所述第二连接件33电连接。当所述音响模组安装于所述本体10上时,所述腔体301远离所述本体10的一端设置有若干出音孔,具体可为喇叭金属网。可以理解,在本实施方式中,所述腔体301为喇叭模组的音腔。如此,当所述音响模组安装于所述本体10上时,所述电子装置100可以实现音响的功能。
需要说明的是,当上述任意一功能模组30安装于所述本体10上时,所述主电路板40通过第一连接件41和第二连接件33实现与功能模组30内的子电路板电连接,即,主电路板40为所述功能模组30供电。所述主电路板40上还可以设置有无线通信模块(图未示),所述主电路板40可以与外部设备进行通信。例如,所述显示屏20可以显示主电路板40上的存储器中所存储的内容,还可以显示通过无线通信模块从外部设备所接收的视频。此外,所述显示屏20还可以包括触控区域,如此,所述显示屏20还可以接收用户的触控操作以对显示内容进行相应的操作。例如,通过触控操作来调整显示内容的分辨率。
请再次参阅图5,在一些实施方式中,所述显示屏20为柔性显示屏,所述显示屏20可弯曲地设置于所述本体10的圆柱的外表面上。当所述显示屏20处于展开状态时,所述显示屏20为矩形。其中,所述展开状态是指所述显示屏20没有发生任何折叠,处于水平展开状态。在本实施方式中,所述显示屏20环绕所述本体10的圆柱侧面的外表面上。
在一些实施方式中,所述连接端部102靠近开口端还沿着径向方向向外凸伸形成凸沿13,其中,所述凸沿13的外表面呈环形的弧面。当功能模组30安装于所述连接端部102上时,所述卡合沿31与所述凸沿13的外端面齐平。所述显示屏20弯曲地设置于所述本体10的圆柱的外表面上时,其一侧抵靠所述凸沿13,且另一侧与所述本体10远离所述凸沿13的一端齐平。
组装时,可以先将显示屏20通过定位治具定位成与所述本体10的形状相同的圆柱形,然后将所述显示屏20通过胶带或者液态胶水贴合于所述本体10的外表面上。在一些实施方式中,所述显示屏20还通过柔性电路板60与所述主电路板40电连接,即通过主电路板40来控制所述显示屏20的显示内容以及显示内容的属性,其中,显示内容的属性包括显示亮度、显示色彩及显示分辨率等。如图5所示,所述本体10上可以开设有凹槽14,如此,所述柔性电 路板60的一端可以与主电路板40连接,且另一端通过所述凹槽14穿出与所述显示屏20连接。可以理解,若要对显示屏实现不同的显示控制,还可以通过软件的方法来实现,例如将相应的显示控制程序存储于存储器中,然后通过处理器来运行所述显示控制程序来实现相应的控制方法。
在另一些实施例中,为了对所述显示屏20进行保护,例如防止被硬物撞击,所述电子装置100还包括保护罩70。其中,所述保护罩70的形状与所述本体10的形状相匹配,即所述防护罩也为圆柱形,且套设于所述显示屏20上。具体地,所述防护罩70沿轴向的一端抵靠所述凸沿13,且另一端与所述本体10远离所述凸沿13的一端齐平。此外,为了美观,所述防护罩的外表面与所述凸沿13沿径向方向的外表面齐平。
在另一些实施例中,为了不影响所述显示屏20的显示内容,所述防护罩70呈透明状,例如,所述防护罩70可以采用透明度高且硬度强的亚克力或者PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)制成。
请再参阅图8和图9,在一些实施例中,为了起到密封及防水的效果,所述凸沿13与所述防护罩70的抵靠处还设置有凹槽131,所述凹槽131内设置有密封圈80,使得所述密封圈80位于所述凸沿13和所述防护罩70的侧边之间,进而起到防水防尘的效果。其中,所述密封圈80可以由橡胶材料制成,可以将所述显示屏20进行较好的保护。
请再次参阅图5,所述电子装置100还包括底座90,所述底座90设置于所述本体10远离所述凸沿13的一端。在一些实施方式中,为了提高所述电子装置100的散热效果,所述底座90上开设有若干通孔91,以使得所述电子装置100在工作时所产生的热量通过所述若干通孔散发。
此外,请再参阅图1、图2及图5,所述电子装置100还设置有电源键103、音量调节键104及充电接口105。可以理解,所述电源键103、音量调节键104及充电接口105均与所述主电路板40电连接,进而可以以通过对按键的操作来实现开关机、音量调节的功能。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括:
    本体;
    显示屏,设置于所述本体的外表面上;以及
    功能模组,可拆卸的安装于所述本体;其中,所述功能模组具有相应的功能,当所述功能模组安装于所述本体上时,所述电子装置通过所述功能模组实现相应的功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述本体呈中空状,包括收容腔以及连接端部;所述本体的收容腔用于收容所述功能模组,所述连接端部用于在所述功能模组收容于所述收容腔内后,与所述功能模组可拆卸地连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述本体的连接端部的内表面上间隔设置有多个止挡部;所述功能模组的外表面上设置有多个与所述多个止挡部一一对应的卡合部;当所述功能模组安装于所述本体中且与所述本体相对固定时,每一卡合部与对应的止挡部相卡合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述本体的收容腔呈圆柱状,所述功能模组也呈圆柱状;当所述功能模组安装于所述本体内且沿第一方向转动时,每一卡合部与对应的止挡部相卡合;当所述功能模组沿第二方向转动时,每一卡合部与对应的止挡部相分离。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一方向和所述第二方向相反。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述功能模组的一端的边沿向外凸伸形成卡合沿,所述本体的收容腔靠近连接端部的开口处的腔壁形成一抵持部,用于与所述功能模组的卡合沿抵持;当所述功能模组安装入所述本体上时,所述卡合沿与所述抵持部相抵接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,每一卡合部包括竖臂以及与所述竖臂垂直的横臂;所述横臂的延伸方向与对应的止挡部的延伸方向相同;当所述功能模组收容于本体内时,所述横臂位于止挡部的下方,当所述功能模组沿第一方向旋转时,所述止挡部收容于所述卡合部的横臂、竖臂与所述 卡合沿形成的收容空间中而进行卡合固定;当所述功能模组沿所述第二方向旋转时,所述竖臂逐渐远离所述止挡部,当所述横臂与所述止挡部完全分离时,所述卡合部与所述止挡部相分离。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置还包括:
    主电路板,设置于所述本体内并设置有第一连接件;其中,所述第一连接件设置于所述主电路板上,并面向收容于所述本体内的功能模组;
    所述功能模组上还设置有第二连接件,当所述功能模组安装于所述本体上时,所述第二连接件与所述第一连接件相插接并实现电连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件均为连接器。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述功能模组为照明模组,所述照明模组包括腔体以及设置于所述腔体内的发光元件,所述发光元件与所述第二连接件电连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,当所述照明模组安装于所述本体上时,所述腔体远离所述本体的一端为出光面;所述出光面还设置有触控板,所述触控板用于感应触控操作以控制所述照明模组的开启或关闭。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述功能模组为遥控模组,所述遥控模组包括腔体以及设置于所述腔体内的遥控电路板,所述遥控电路板上设置有通信模块,所述通信模块用以与外部设备进行通信连接,使所述遥控模组控制外部设备;所述遥控电路板与所述第二连接件电连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电子装置,其特征在于,当所述遥控模组安装于所述本体上时,所述腔体远离所述本体的一端为遥控面板,所述遥控面板用以感应触控操作;所述遥控面板划分为多个控制区域,每个所述控制区域可对应控制不同的所述外部设备。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述功能模组为音响模组,所述音响模组包括腔体和设置于所述腔体内的喇叭组件,所述喇叭组件与所述第二连接件电连接;当所述音响模组安装于所述本体上时,所述腔体远离所述本体的一端设置有若干出音孔。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏为柔性显示 屏,所述显示屏可弯曲地设置于所述本体的外表面上。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述连接端部靠近开口端还沿着径向方向向外凸伸形成凸沿,所述显示屏弯曲地贴合于所述本体的外表面上,其一侧抵靠所述凸沿,且另一侧与所述本体远离所述凸沿的一端齐平。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置还包括保护罩;其中,所述保护罩的形状与所述本体的形状相匹配,且套设于所述显示屏上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述凸沿与所述防护罩的抵靠处还设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有密封圈,所述密封圈位于所述凸沿和所述防护罩之间。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,当所述功能模组安装于所述本体上时,所述功能模组与所述本体电连接而接收所述本体提供的电能。
  20. 一种可扩展装置,用于安装功能模组而具有相应的功能;其特征在于,所述可扩展装置,包括:
    本体,用于可拆卸地安装固定一功能模组;其中,所述功能模组具有相应的功能;
    显示屏,设置于所述本体的外表面上;以及
    主电路板,收容于所述本体内,用于控制所述显示屏显示及用于控制所述功能模组实现相应的功能。
