在本公开的另一示例中,还可以为该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子中的各个群组解散因子设置对应的权重值。例如,为至少一个群组解散因子为α,β和γ分别设置权重值w α,w β和w γ。相应地,基于所获取的该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值,确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度被确定为:基于所获取的该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值以及各自的权重值,确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度。例如,可以利用预定函数f(α,w α,β,w β,γ,w γ)来确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度。
此外,在本公开中,群组解散因子可以包括正向群组解散因子和负向群组解散因子。正向群组解散因子是指对群组解散度的计算产生正向累计效果的因子,即,该群组解散因子的度量值越大,该即时通信群组的群组解散度越大。负向群组解散因子是指对群组解散度的计算产生负向累计效果的因子,即,该群组解散因子的度量值越大,该即时通信群组的群组解散度越小。在上面示出的群组解散因子中,“群组消息更新时间间隔”,“第一预定时间段内的群组成员退出次数”,“第二预定时间段内的垃圾群组消息数量”是正向群组解散因子,以及“第二预定时间段内的群组消息总量”、“第二预定时间段内的有效群组消息数量”和“群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数”是负向群组解散因子。
例如,假设至少一个群组解散因子包括群组解散因子“群组消息更新时间间隔”,“第一预定时间段内的群组成员退出次数”,“第二预定时间段内的有效群组消息数量”和“群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数”,群组解散因子“群组消息更新时间间隔”,“第一预定时间段内的群组成员退出次数”,“第二预定时间段内的有效群组消息数量”和“群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数”的度量值分别为α,β,γ和η,其对应的权重值被分别设置为w α,w β、w γ和w η,则预定函数可以表示为:

在本公开的一个示例中,各个群组解散因子所对应的权重值可以是预先设置的固定值,比如,固定经验值。
在本公开的另一示例中,各个群组解散因子所对应的权重值也可以是基于即时通信群组的群组属性来确定。
例如,假设即时通信群组的群组属性被标记为:群组成员关系属性是同事关系,群组用途属性是公司管理工作交流,群组时效性为低,以及群组重要度为非常重要,比 如,即时通信群组是公司管理工作交流群。所对应的群组解散因子为“群组消息更新时间间隔”,“第一预定时间段内的群组成员退出次数”,“第二预定时间段内的有效群组消息数量”和“群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数”,则可以将群组解散因子“第二预定时间段内的有效群组消息数量”的权重值确定为较高值,和/或将群组解散因子“第一预定时间段内的群组成员退出次数”的权重值确定为较低值。
在如上确定出各个即时通信群组的群组解散度后,在块230,针对各个即时通信群组,将所确定出的群组解散度与对应的群组解散度阈值进行比较。如果所确定出的群组解散度大于对应的群组解散度阈值,则将该即时通信群组确定为待解散即时通信群组。如果在块230中确定为存在待解散即时通信群组,则进行到块240的操作。如果在块230中确定为不存在待解散即时通信群组,则返回到块210中,持续获取各个即时通信群组的各个群组解散因子的度量值;或者,流程结束。此外,可选地,在块230中确定为存在待解散即时通信群组后,针对未被确定为是待解散即时通信群组的即时通信群组,也返回到块210,持续获取该即时通信群组的各个群组解散因子的度量值。
此外,在本公开的一个示例中,第一预定时间和/或第二预定时间可以是预先确定的经验值,也可以是基于所述即时通信群组的群组属性确定的。例如,第一预定时间和/或第二预定时间可以是基于即时通信群组的群组时效性来确定。
此外,在本公开的一个示例中,各个即时通信群组所对应的群组解散度阈值可以是预先确定的经验值,也可以是是基于各个即时通信群组的群组属性来确定。例如,对于群组时效性高的群组,可以将群组解散度阈值确定为较低值,而对于群组时效性低的群组,可以将群组解散组阈值确定为较高值。对于存在多个群组属性的即时通信群组,可以为每个群组属性计算出一个得分,例如,该群组属性的不同等级对应一个不同的得分,然后计算出该即时通信群组的总得分,并且基于该总得分来确定对应的群组解散组阈值。
然后,在块240中,对所确定出的待解散即时通信群组执行群组解散处理。
图3示出了根据本公开的实施例的用于对即时通信群组执行群组解散处理的一个示例过程的流程图,该过程由即时通信群组的管理装置(下文中称为管理装置)执行。
如图3所示,针对每个待解散即时通信群组,在241,管理装置向该即时通信群组的群主提示是否解散所述即时通信群组。所述提示例如可以是对话框,如图4A所示。所述提示也可以是特定颜色圆点,例如,黑色亮点,如图5A所示。

在接收到群主发送(243)的用于指示解散所述即时通信群组的指令后,在244,管理装置解散该即时通信群组。在接收到群主发送(245)的用于指示拒绝解散所述即时通信群组的指令时,在246,维持该即时通信群组,同时更新群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数,即,将群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数加1。
此外,针对每个待解散即时通信群组,管理装置还可以向该即时通信群组的非群主成员提示(251)是否退出该即时通信群组。所述提示例如可以是对话框,如图4B所示。所述提示也可以是特定颜色圆点,例如,黑色亮点,如图5A所示。
在非群主成员接收到该提示后,在块252,确定是退出该即时通信群组,还是拒绝退出该即时通信群组,以发出用于指示退出所述即时通信群组的指令(253)或者用于指示拒绝退出所述即时通信群组的指令(255)。例如,如图4B中所示,通过选择对话框中的“是”或“否”来确定是退出还是拒绝退出。或者,如图5C或5E中所示,通过点击该黑色亮点来弹出对话框或下拉菜单,以供非群主成员选择退出还是拒绝退出。
在接收到非群主成员发送(253)的用于指示退出所述即时通信群组的指令后,在254,管理装置使得该非群主成员退出该即时通信群组。在接收到非群主成员发送(255)的用于指示拒绝退出所述即时通信群组的指令时,在256,维持该非群主成员保留在该即时通信群组中。
利用根据本公开的即时通信群组管理方法,通过获取即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值,并将基于至少一个群组解散因子的度量值确定出的群组解散度与对应的群组解散度阈值进行比较,然后基于比较结果来向群主或非群主成员提示是否解散该群组或退出该群组,从而可以及时对无用群组执行解散处理,由此提高群组管理效率,以及释放应用资源。
此外,利用根据本公开的即时通信群组管理方法,通过(例如,基于即时通信群组的群组属性)为即时通信群组的各个群组解散因子设置合适的权重值,并且基于至少一个群组解散因子的度量值以及对应的权重值来确定出即时通信群组的群组解散度,可 以使得所确定出的群组解散度能够更加精确地反映出该即时通信群组的群组解散状态,由此使得群组解散操作更加准确。
此外,利用根据本公开的即时通信管理方法,通过基于即时通信群组的群组属性来为该即时通信群组确定合适的群组解散因子,从而可以使得所确定出的群组解散度能够更加精确地反映出该即时通信群组的群组解散状态,由此使得群组解散操作更加准确。
此外,利用根据本公开的即时通信群组管理方法,通过基于即时通信群组的群组属性来确定即时通信群组的群组解散度阈值,可以使得能够基于不同的即时通信群组的特性来调整对应的群组解散度阈值,由此使得群组解散操作更加准确。
图6示出了根据本公开的实施例的即时通信群组的管理装置600的方框图。
如图6所示,管理装置600包括度量值获取单元610、群组解散度确定单元620、待解散群组确定单元630和群组解散处理单元640。
度量值获取单元610被配置为获取针对待管理的至少一个即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值。度量值获取单元610的操作可以参照上面参考图2描述的块210的操作。
群组解散度确定单元620被配置为针对所述至少一个即时通信群组中的各个即时通信群组,基于所获取的该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值,确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度。群组解散度确定单元620的操作可以参照上面参考图2描述的块220的操作。
待解散群组确定单元630被配置为将所确定的群组解散度大于群组解散度阈值的即时通信群组确定为待解散即时通信群组。待解散群组确定单元630的操作可以参照上面参考图2描述的块230的操作。
群组解散处理单元640被配置为对所确定出的待解散即时通信群组执行群组解散处理。群组解散处理单元640的操作可以参照上面参考图2描述的块240的操作以及参考图3描述的操作。
在本公开的一个示例中,群组解散处理单元640可以被配置为:向即时通信群组的群主提示是否解散所述即时通信群组;以及在接收到群主发送的用于指示解散即时通信群组的指令时,解散该即时通信群组,或者在接收到群主发送的用于指示拒绝解散即时通信群组的指令时,维持该即时通信群组。
此外,群组解散处理单元640还可以被配置为:向即时通信群组的非群主成员提示是否退出即时通信群组;以及在接收到非群主成员发送的用于指示退出即时通信群组的指令时,使得该非群主成员退出该即时通信群组。
图7示出了根据本公开的另一实施例的即时通信群组的管理方法的流程图。
如图7所示,首先,在块710,针对待管理的至少一个即时通信群组中的各个即时通信群组,通过对用于创建该即时通信群组的应用程序、该即时通信群组的群组主题、群组成员的关系信息和/或群组历史聊天内容进行分析,以获得该即时通信群组的群组属性。
在获得待管理的至少一个即时通信群组中的各个即时通信群组的群组属性后,在块720,针对各个即时通信群组,基于所获得的该即时通信群组的群组属性,确定该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子。
然后,在块730,针对每个即时通信群组,获取该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值。块730的操作可以参照上面参考图2描述的块210的操作。
在获取各个即时通信群组的各自至少一个群组解散因子的度量值后,在块740,针对每个即时通信群组,基于该即时通信群组的群组属性来确定该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的各自权重值。如何基于即时通信群组的群组属性来确定至少一个群组解散因子的权重值可以参照上面的描述。
然后,在块750,针对每个即时通信群组,基于所获取的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值以及对应的权重值,确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度。块750的操作可以参照上面参考图2描述的块220的操作。
接着,在块760,针对各个即时通信群组,将所确定出的群组解散度与对应的群组解散度阈值进行比较。如果所确定出的群组解散度大于对应的群组解散度阈值,则将该即时通信群组确定为待解散即时通信群组。如果在块760中确定为存在待解散即时通信群组,则进行到块770的操作。如果在块760中确定为不存在待解散即时通信群组,则返回到块730中,持续获取各个即时通信群组的各个群组解散因子的度量值;或者,流程结束。此外,可选地,在块760中确定为存在待解散即时通信群组后,针对未被确定为是待解散即时通信群组的即时通信群组,也返回到块730,持续获取该即时通信群组的各个群组解散因子的度量值。
在块770,对所确定出的待解散即时通信群组执行群组解散处理。块770的操作可 以参照上面参考图2描述的块240的操作以及参照图3描述的操作。
这里要说明的是,图7中的描述的部分块的操作也可以是可选的,比如块710、块720和块740的操作。在本公开的其它示例中,也可以删除上述可选操作中的部分或全部。此外,在本公开的其它示例中,也可以对图7中描述的块的操作进行修改。
图8示出了根据本公开的另一实施例的即时通信群组的管理装置800的方框图。
如图8所示,管理装置800可以包括群组属性获取单元810、群组解散因子确定单元820、度量值获取单元830、权重值确定单元840、群组解散度确定单元850、待解散群组确定单元860和群组解散处理单元870。
群组属性获取单元810被配置为通过对用于创建即时通信群组的应用程序、即时通信群组的群组主题、群组成员的关系信息和/或群组历史聊天内容进行分析后获得即时通信群组的群组属性。群组属性获取单元810的操作可以参照上面参考图7描述的块710的操作。
群组解散因子确定单元820被配置为基于即时通信群组的群组属性来确定该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子。群组解散因子确定单元820的操作可以参照上面参考图7描述的块720的操作。
度量值获取单元830被配置为获取针对待管理的至少一个即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值。度量值获取单元830的操作可以参照上面参考图7描述的块730的操作。
权重值确定单元840被配置为至少部分地基于即时通信群组的群组属性,确定该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子中的各个群组解散因子的权重值。权重值确定单元840的操作可以参照上面参考图7描述的块740的操作。
群组解散度确定单元850被配置为针对所述至少一个即时通信群组中的各个即时通信群组,基于所获取的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值以及各自的权重值,确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度。群组解散度确定单元850的操作可以参照上面参考图7描述的块750的操作。
待解散群组确定单元860被配置为将所确定的群组解散度大于群组解散度阈值的即时通信群组确定为待解散即时通信群组。待解散群组确定单元860的操作可以参照上面参考图7描述的块760的操作。
群组解散处理单元870被配置为对所确定出的待解散即时通信群组执行群组解散处理。群组解散处理单元870的操作可以参照上面参考图7描述的块770的操作以及参照图3描述的操作。
如上参照图2到图8,对根据本公开的即时通信群组的管理方法和管理装置的实施例进行了描述。上面的即时通信群组管理装置可以采用硬件实现,也可以采用软件或者硬件和软件的组合来实现。
本公开中的即时通信群组的管理装置可以应用在服务提供上部署的服务器或服务器集群上。即时通信群组的管理装置可以通过软件实现,也可以通过硬件或硬件与软件的结合的方式实现。在本公开中,即时通信群组管理装置例如可以利用计算设备实现。
图9示出了根据本公开的实施例的用于实现即时通信群组管理的计算设备900的方框图。根据一个实施例,计算设备900可以包括至少一个处理器910,该至少一个处理器910执行在计算机可读存储介质(即,存储器920)中存储或编码的至少一个计算机可读指令(即,上述以软件形式实现的元素)。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种即时通信群组的管理方法,包括:
    获取针对待管理的至少一个即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值;
    针对所述至少一个即时通信群组中的各个即时通信群组,基于所获取的该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值,确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度;
    将所确定的群组解散度大于对应的群组解散度阈值的即时通信群组确定为待解散即时通信群组;以及
    对所确定出的待解散即时通信群组执行群组解散处理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述至少一个群组解散因子包括下述群组解散因子中的至少一种:
    群组消息更新时间间隔;
    第一预定时间段内的群组成员退出次数;
    第二预定时间段内的群组消息总量;
    第二预定时间段内的有效群组消息数量;
    第二预定时间段内的垃圾群组消息数量;和
    群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述至少一个群组解散因子中的各个群组解散因子被设置相应的权重值,以及
    基于所获取的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值,确定待管理的即时通信群组的群组解散度包括:
    基于所获取的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值以及各自的权重值,确定待管理的即时通信群组的群组解散度。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的管理方法,其中,在基于所获取的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值以及各自的权重值,确定待管理的即时通信群组的群组解散度之前,所述方法还包括:
    至少部分地基于所述即时通信群组的群组属性,确定所述至少一个群组解散因子中的各个群组解散因子的权重值。

  9. 如权利要求8所述的管理方法,其中,所述即时通信群组的群组属性是通过对用于创建所述即时通信群组的应用程序、所述即时通信群组的群组主题、群组成员的关系信息和/或群组历史聊天内容进行分析后获得的。
  10. 如权利要求1或2所述的管理方法,其中,对所述即时通信群组执行群组解散处理包括:
    向所述即时通信群组的群主提示是否解散所述即时通信群组;以及
    在接收到所述群主发送的用于指示解散所述即时通信群组的指令时,解散所述即时通信群组,或者
    在接收到所述群主发送的用于指示拒绝解散所述即时通信群组的指令时,维持所述即时通信群组。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的管理方法,其中,对所述即时通信群组执行群组解散处理还包括:
    向所述即时通信群组的非群主成员提示是否退出所述即时通信群组;以及
    在接收到所述非群主成员发送的用于指示退出所述即时通信群组的指令时,使得所述非群主成员退出所述即时通信群组。
  12. 一种即时通信群组的管理装置,包括:
    度量值获取单元,被配置为获取针对待管理的至少一个即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值;
    群组解散度确定单元,被配置为针对所述至少一个即时通信群组中的各个即时通信群组,基于所获取的该即时通信群组的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值,确定该即时通信群组的群组解散度;
    待解散群组确定单元,被配置为将所确定的群组解散度大于对应的群组解散度阈值的即时通信群组确定为待解散即时通信群组;以及
    群组解散处理单元,被配置为对所确定出的待解散即时通信群组执行群组解散处理。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的管理装置,其中,所述至少一个群组解散因子包括下述群组解散因子中的至少一种:
    群组消息更新时间间隔;
    第一预定时间段内的群组成员退出次数;
    第二预定时间段内的群组消息总量;
    第二预定时间段内的有效群组消息数量;
    第二预定时间段内的垃圾群组消息数量;和
    群主拒绝解散即时通信群组的历史统计次数。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的管理装置,其中,所述至少一个群组解散因子中的各个群组解散因子被设置相应的权重值,以及
    所述群组解散度确定单元被配置为:基于所获取的至少一个群组解散因子的度量值以及各自的权重值,确定所述即时通信群组的群组解散度。

    向所述即时通信群组的群主提示是否解散所述即时通信群组;以及
    在接收到所述群主发送的用于指示解散所述即时通信群组的指令时,解散所述即时通信群组,或者
    在接收到所述群主发送的用于指示拒绝解散所述即时通信群组的指令时,维持所述即时通信群组。

    一个或多个处理器,以及
    与所述一个或多个处理器耦合的存储器,所述存储器存储指令,当所述指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行如权利要求1到11中任一所述的方法。
