구체적으로, 상기 어깨부재의 높이는, 상기 어플리케이터에 마련되는 도포수단의 높이보다 높게 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 어깨부재는, 내외부로 공기가 유동할 수 있도록 둘레에 공기 구멍이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기는, 용기본체에 착탈 가능하게 마련되는 어플리케이터를 포함하여 내용물의 도포가 용이하면서도 어플리케이터의 교체가 가능하여 위생적일 수 있으며, 용기본체 또는 어플리케이터 전체를 커버하는 뚜껑을 개별로 마련할 필요없이 어플리케이터의 방향전환으로 뚜껑기능을 이룰 수 있어 구조가 단순화될 수 있으므로 제조비의 절감이 가능하면서도 사용자의 편의성이 향상될 수 있다.

본 발명의 목적, 특정한 장점들 및 신규한 특징들은 첨부된 도면들과 연관되어지는 이하의 상세한 설명과 바람직한 실시예로부터 더욱 명백해질 것이다. 본 명세서에서 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조번호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성 요소들에 한해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 번호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의하여야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지 기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 어플리케이터가 일 방향으로 펌핑부에 결합된 상태의 내부 구조를 도시한 도면이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 어플리케이터가 타 방향으로 펌핑부에 결합된 상태의 내부 구조를 도시한 도면이다.
그리고 도 3a 내지 도 3c는 어플리케이터의 탈착 과정을 도시한 사시도이며, 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기의 어플리케이터를 도시한 도면이다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)는, 용기본체(10), 펌핑부(20), 어플리케이터(30)를 포함할 수 있으며, 특히 세정효과를 높이는 어플리케이터(30)가 뚜껑기능을 이룰 수 있어 전체 구성이 간소화될 수 있어 제조가 용이한 것은 물론 제조비를 절감할 수 있다.
더불어 본 실시예에서는 내용물(100)이 클렌징 화장품인 것으로 설명하나, 내용물(100)은 어플리케이터(30)에 의해 피부에 전달될 수 있는 다양한 화장품, 예를 들어 기초 화장품(에멀젼, 에센스 등), 프라이머, 선크림, 파운데이션 등일 수 있는 바와 같이 내용물(100)이 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 실시예에서는 설명 및 이해의 편의를 위해 클렌징 화장품인 것을 일례로 설명하도록 한다.
그리고 본 실시예에서 일 방향은 어플리케이터(30)에 마련되는 도포수단(32B)이 외부로 노출되는 방향일 수 있고, 타 방향은 도포수단(32B)이 내부로 가려지는 방향일 수 있다.
먼저 용기본체(10)는, 내용물(100)이 수용될 수 있도록 수용공간(부호 도시하지 않음)이 형성되면 충분하고, 용기본체(10)의 형상/재질/색상 등이 특별히 한정되지 않는다. 다만 용기본체(10)는, 상부에 어플리케이터(30)가 장착되어 내용물(100)이 배출될 수 있게 상부에 주둥이(11)가 형성될 수 있고, 어깨부재(12)(도 2참조)를 포함할 수 있다.
주둥이(11)는 출구를 이루는 구성으로서, 용기본체(10)의 상부에 돌출형성될 수 있으며 수용공간에 대비하여 직경이 작게 이루어질 수 있고, 공지된 다양한 형태의 주둥이(11)가 적용될 수 있다.
어깨부재(12)는, 어플리케이터(30)를 간섭하여 어플리케이터(30)의 이동을 차단하거나 어플리케이터(30)의 이동을 허용하도록 어플리케이터(30)와 이격될 수 있게, 주둥이(11)의 둘레에 마련될 수 있다.
즉 용기본체(10)가 별도의 뚜껑에 의해 커버될 필요가 없도록, 어깨부재(12)가 어플리케이터(30)를 간섭하여 펌핑부(20)의 작동을 차단할 수 있으며, 이와 더불어 어플리케이터(30)의 이동에 의해 펌핑부(20)가 작동되어 내용물(100)이 토출될 수 있게 어깨부재(12)가 어플리케이터(30)와의 사이에 공간이 형성될 수 있다.
예를 들어 어깨부재(12)는, 후술되는 어플리케이터(30)가 안착되는 안착공(12A)과, 둘레턱(12B)이 형성될 수 있다.
여기서 안착공(12A)은, 어플리케이터(30)가 결합되는 방향으로 어플리케이터(30)가 삽입될 수 있게 공간을 이루는 구성으로서, 홀의 구조를 가질 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
둘레턱(12B)은, 확대부재(32)의 단턱(32A)에 대응되게 형성되어, 확대부재(32)를 간섭함으로써 어플리케이터(30)의 이동을 제한할 수 있는데, 둘레턱(12B)은 어깨부재(12)의 상단 둘레를 따라 형성되는 턱 구조로 이루어질 수 있다.
이때 도 1 및 도 3c를 참조하는 바와 같이, 어플리케이터(30)가 일 방향으로 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시에는 둘레턱(12B)과 확대부재(32)가 이격되어 둘레턱(12B)이 어플리케이터(30)를 간섭하지 않게 되고, 도 2 및 도 3a를 참조하는 바와 같이, 어플리케이터(30)가 타 방향으로 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시에는 둘레턱(12B)이 어플리케이터(30)를 간섭하여, 어플리케이터(30)의 진입을 차단함으로써 펌핑부(20)의 작동이 차단될 수 있다.
이러한 어깨부재(12)는, 용기본체(10)의 수용공간이 형성되는 영역으로부터 상부로 일자로 연장되어, 용기본체(10) 전체의 형상이 매끈하게 형성되는 구조를 이루게 할 수 있다.
더욱이 어깨부재(12)의 높이는, 어플리케이터(30)에 마련되는 도포수단(32B)의 높이와 적어도 동일하여, 도포수단(32B)의 높이보다 높게 형성됨으로써 보관상태의 어플리케이터(30)의 도포수단(32B)이 작동버튼(24)의 승강부재(24A)에 의해 눌리지 않도록 할 수 있다.
즉 보관상태의 어플리케이터(30)는, 승강부재(24A)와의 사이에 공간이 형성되도록 마련되어 도포수단(32B)의 눌림을 방지하면서도 도포수단(32B)으로부터 흘려 내릴 수 있는 물이 다시 도포수단(32B)에 묻는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
더불어 어깨부재(12)의 둘레에는 공기 구멍이 형성되어 통풍이 될 수 있어, 젖은 상태의 도포수단(32B)이 용기본체(10)에 바로 보관되더라도 공기 구멍을 통해 도포수단(32B)이 말려질 수 있다.
펌핑부(20)는, 용기본체(10)의 내용물(100)을 토출시키는 구성으로서, 용기본체(10)에 결합되는데 주둥이(11)를 관통하면서 어깨부재(12)의 내측에 마련될 수 있고, 용기본체(10)와 펌핑부(20)의 결합은 공지된 다양한 방식으로 이루어질 수 있다.
예를 들어 펌핑부(20)는, 흡입관(21), 실린더(22), 토출구(23), 작동버튼(24)을 포함할 수 있고, 간략하게는 어플리케이터(30)가 토출구(23)에 연결되고, 토출구(23)가 작동버튼(24)에 연결되며, 작동버튼(24)이 피스톤(도시하지 않음)에 연결되고, 피스톤은 실린더(22) 내에서 승강하며, 실린더(22) 하측에는 흡입관(21)이 마련될 수 있다. 더불어 피스톤 주변에는 피스톤링이 마련되며 피스톤링은 실린더(22) 내벽에 밀착된 구조를 가질 수 있다.
이러한 펌핑부(20)의 작동은 개략적으로 아래와 같다.
먼저, 피스톤 하강 시 피스톤 외면의 구멍이 피스톤링에서 하측으로 어긋나면서 피스톤 내부가 실린더(22) 내부와 연통될 수 있다. 그리고 나서 피스톤이 더 하강 시 피스톤의 단차 등에 의해 피스톤링이 하강하면서 실린더(22)의 내압이 상승하고, 실린더(22) 내부 내용물(100)이 피스톤을 거쳐 토출구(23)로 토출될 수 있다.
다음으로 탄성부재(도시하지 않음)에 의해 피스톤이 상승하면 피스톤 외면의 구멍이 피스톤링에 의해 가려질 수 있다. 그 후 피스톤이 더 상승하면 피스톤의 하단 걸림구조에 의해 피스톤링이 상승하면서 실린더(22)의 내압이 하강하고, 흡입관(21)통해 실린더(22) 내부로 내용물(100)이 보충될 수 있다.
이러한 펌핑부(20)의 작동 및 구조는 상기 내용에 한정되는 것은 아니며 공지된 펌프의 구조와 작동 방식이 적용될 수 있다.
다만 본 실시예의 펌핑부(20)는, 어깨부재(12)로부터 이격된 상태의 어플리케이터(30)에 의해 펌핑 작동이 이루어지기 위해 작동버튼(24)의 누름동작이 이루어질 수 있다.
작동버튼(24)은, 어플리케이터(30)가 일 방향으로 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시 어플리케이터(30)의 진입에 의해 가압되거나, 어플리케이터(30)가 타 방향으로 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시 가압이 제한될 수 있으며, 예를 들어 작동버튼(24)은, 승강부재(24A)와 하부부재(24B)를 포함할 수 있다.
승강부재(24A)는, 앞서 언급한 토출구(23)가 마련될 수 있으며 하부부재(24B)의 상부에서 하부부재(24B)를 기준으로 승하강될 수 있고, 이때 승강부재(24A)의 하강은 사용자가 어플리케이터(30)를 누르면 눌러진 어플리케이터(30)에 의해 승강부재(24A)가 가압됨으로써 이루어질 수 있으며, 승강부재(24A)의 승강은 앞서 언급한 피스톤에 승강부재(24A)가 연결됨에 따라 피스톤의 상승에 연동되어 이루어질 수 있다.
그리고 하부부재(24B)는, 실린더(22)의 상부에서 주둥이(11)와 나사결합으로 연결되어 용기본체(10)에 고정될 수 있고, 용기본체(10)에서 위치가 고정된 하부부재(24B)는 승강부재(24A)를 가이드할 수 있으며 이를 위해 하부부재(24B) 상에 승강부재(24A)가 상하 이동가능하게 설치될 수 있다.
어플리케이터(30)는, 펌핑부(20)에 탈착 가능하게 마련되며, 일 방향 또는 타 방향으로 펌핑부(20)에 결합될 수 있고, 돌출부재(31)와 확대부재(32)를 포함할 수 있다.
특히 어플리케이터(30)는, 일 방향으로 펌핑부(20)에 결합되면 펌핑부(20)의 펌핑을 허용하여 펌핑부(20)에 의해 토출되는 내용물(100)을 전달받고, 타 방향으로 펌핑부(20)에 결합되면 펌핑부(20)의 펌핑을 제한할 수 있으며, 펌핑부(20)의 펌핑을 제한하는 결합상태에서는 도포수단(32B)이 하부 방향을 향하여 보관되므로 도포수단(32B)에 남은 물이 하부 방향으로 흘러 용이하게 빠질 수 있으므로 건조가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
그리고 도포수단(32B)은, 내용물(100)을 피부에 전달하는 구성으로서, 실리콘/고무 등의 재질로 이루어지는 복수의 돌기로 이루어지거나, 복수의 모로 이루어지는 브러시로 이루어지거나, 또는 실리콘/고무/금속 재질로 이루어지면서 볼록한 형태를 가지거나 민무늬로 이루어지는 도포면의 구조를 가질 수 있는 바와 같이 피부에 접촉되는 공지된 다양한 형태가 적용될 수 있다.
어플리케이터(30)의 돌출부재(31)는, 일 방향으로 어플리케이터(30)가 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시 펌핑부(20)를 향해 돌출되어 펌핑부(20)를 펌핑할 수 있다.
예를 들어 일 방향으로 어플리케이터(30)가 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시, 돌출부재(31)의 하부는 작동버튼(24)에 맞닿되 돌출부재(31)의 상부에 배치된 확대부재(32)가 둘레턱(12B)으로부터 이격되는 길이를 가질 수 있다.
이때 둘레턱(12B)으로부터 이격되는 확대부재(32)의 거리는, 돌출부재(31)가 작동버튼(24)을 눌러 최하부까지 진입된 상태에서도 둘레턱(12B)으로부터 확대부재(32)가 이격되는 충분한 거리를 가지는 것이 바람직하다.
이에 따라 어플리케이터(30)는, 확대부재(32)가 둘레턱(12B)에 간섭되지 않아 반복적으로 작동버튼(24)을 눌러 펌핑부(20)의 펌핑 작동을 이룰 수 있다.
그리고 돌출부재(31)는, 용기본체(10)에 결합되도록 승강부재(24A)의 토출구(23)가 관통되는 구조를 이루어, 토출구(23)에 돌출부재(31)가 삽입되어 고정이 이루어질 수 있다.
여기서 돌출부재(31)의 내경과 토출구(23)의 외경이 대응되는 형태를 이루어, 돌출부재(31)와 토출구(23)는 일자 형태의 관 구조를 이룰 수 있으며, 토출구(23)로부터 돌출부재(31)가 분리는 가능하되, 사용자가 일정한 힘을 주어 빼내도록, 돌출부재(31)와 토출구(23) 사이에는 홈과 돌기/링의 구조가 마련될 수 있는 바와 같이 다양한 변형예가 가능하다.
확대부재(32)는, 펌핑부(20)의 작동을 차단하고자 할 때 어플리케이터(30)의 진입을 제한하는 구성으로서, 타 방향으로 어플리케이터(30)가 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시, 어깨부재(12)에 간섭되어 이동이 제한되도록 단턱(32A)이 형성될 수 있다.
여기서 단턱(32A)은, 둘레턱(12B)과 맞물리는 구조를 이루어, 확대부재(32)의 둘레를 따라 형성되는 턱일 수 있다. 그리고 단턱(32A)과 둘레턱(12B)에 맞물려 어플리케이터(30)의 이동을 제한하면 되므로, 단턱(32A)과 둘레턱(12B)이 서로 맞물리는 구조라면 링의 형상으로 이루어지는 턱 구조 이외에도 다양한 변형예가 가능하다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기(1)의 사용 실시예는, 일례로 클렌징 폼을 사용할 수 있도록, 먼저 도 3b와 같은 상태가 되도록, 어플리케이터(30)를 용기본체(10)로부터 분리한 후 물을 묻힐 수 있다.
다음으로 도 3c와 같은 상태가 되도록, 어플리케이터(30)를 펌핑부(20)에 꽂는다. 그리고 나서 어플리케이터(30)를 가압하여 작동버튼(24)을 누름으로써 내용물을 펌핑시키고, 펌핑으로 배출된 내용물이 전달된 어플리케이터(30)를 용기본체(10)로부터 분리하여 세안 작업에 이용할 수 있다.
한편 화장품 용기(1)의 사용 실시예에 대한 다른 예로, 클렌징 폼을 사용할 수 있도록, 먼저 도 3C와 같은 상태가 되도록, 어플리케이터(30)를 펌핑부(20)에 꽂고 앞서 언급한 바와 같은 동작과 동일/유사하게 어플리케이터(30)를 가압하여 작동버튼(24)을 누름으로써 내용물을 펌핑시킨다. 그리고 나서 화장품 용기(1) 자체를 들어 피부에 접촉시켜 바로 세안 작업에 이용할 수 있다.
더불어 화장품 용기(1)를 이용한 세안이 완료되면, 어플리케이터(30)가 화장품 용기(1)에 보관되는 상태로 적용되도록, 아래와 같이 이룰 수 있다.
먼저 도 3c와 같은 상태로 세안 작업을 이룬 후, 어플리케이터(30)를 뒤집기 위해 도 3b와 같은 상태가 되도록 어플리케이터(30)를 용기본체(10)로부터 분리한다.
그리고 나서 도 3a와 같은 상태가 되도록, 도포수단(32B)을 하부로 배치시킨 상태로 용기본체(10)에 꼽는다. 이때 도포수단(32B)은 승강부재(24A)와의 사이에 공간이 형성되도록 마련되어, 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 도포수단(32B)의 눌림을 방지하면서도 보관이 용이하도록 한다.
한편, 본 실시예에서는 어플리케이터(30) 전체를 커버하는 뚜껑이 생략되고, 어플리케이터(30)의 방향 전환만으로도 용기본체(10)로부터 내용물(100)이 배출되는 것을 차단할 수 있으나, 사용자의 만족도 향상 및 누액 방지 등을 위해 별도의 캡(40)이 추가될 수도 있다.
물론 펌핑부(20)의 펌핑이 차단되는 경우 내용물(100)이 펌핑되지 않아 내용물(100)의 임의 배출이 차단될 수 있으나, 공기의 유입 등을 방지하기 위해 캡(40)이 추가될 수 있는 것이다.
예를 들어 캡(40)은, 타 방향으로 어플리케이터(30)가 펌핑부(20)에 결합 시, 어플리케이터(30)의 상부에 끼움되는 구조를 이룰 수 있으며, 어플리케이터 전체를 커버할 필요없이, 어플리케이터(30)에 형성된 내용물(100)의 배출로를 차단하는 구조라면 형상/재질 등은 제한되지 않는다.
다만, 밀폐력을 보다 높일 수 있도록 펌핑부(20)의 토출구(23)에 끼움되게 돌출되는 구조를 이룰 수도 있고, 캡(40)의 사이즈가 어플리케이터(30)에 대비하여 작아 분실의 우려가 있으므로, 캡(40)은 연결부재(도시하지 않음)가 마련되어 어플리케이터(30)/어깨부재(12) 등에 일체로 연결될 수도 있다.
이와 달리 캡(40)은, 자력으로 어플리케이터(30)/어깨부재(12)/용기본체(10)에 부착된 상태로 보관될 수 있다. 즉 용기본체(10) 또는 어플리케이터(30) 전체를 커버하는 사이즈로 캡(40)이 마련될 필요가 없으므로 작은 사이즈의 캡(40)은 어플리케이터(30)를 사용하는 도중에 용기본체(10)의 측면이나 바닥면의 홈 등에 자력으로 부착되어 보관될 수 있는 바와 같이 다양한 변형예가 가능하다.
이와 같이 본 실시예는, 용기본체(10)에 착탈 가능하게 마련되는 어플리케이터(30)를 포함하여 내용물(100)의 도포가 용이하면서도 어플리케이터(30)의 교체가 가능하여 위생적일 수 있으며, 용기본체(10) 또는 어플리케이터(30) 전체를 커버하는 뚜껑을 개별로 마련할 필요없이 어플리케이터(30)의 방향전환 만으로 뚜껑기능을 이룰 수 있어 구조가 단순화될 수 있으므로 제조비의 절감이 가능하면서도 사용자의 편의성이 향상될 수 있다.
이상 본 발명을 구체적인 실시예를 통하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상 내에서 당해 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 그 변형이나 개량이 가능함은 명백하다고 할 것이다.
본 발명의 단순한 변형 내지 변경은 모두 본 발명의 영역에 속하는 것으로 본 발명의 구체적인 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위에 의하여 명확해질 것이다.

    상기 용기본체에 마련되며 상기 내용물을 토출하는 펌핑부; 및
    상기 펌핑부에 탈착 가능하게 마련되며, 일 방향 또는 타 방향으로 상기 펌핑부에 결합되는 어플리케이터를 포함하고,
    상기 어플리케이터는,
    일 방향으로 상기 펌핑부에 결합되면 상기 펌핑부의 펌핑을 허용하여 상기 펌핑부에 의해 토출되는 내용물을 전달받고, 타 방향으로 상기 펌핑부에 결합되면 상기 펌핑부의 펌핑을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일 방향은,
