如图1-14所示,一种宠物喂食器,包括壳体1、固设于所述壳体1一侧的饲料盆2以及设于所述壳体1内的饲料容器3。所述饲料容器3的顶部设有用于添加饲料的进料口31,其底部设有第一出料口32。所述壳体1内还固设有安装底座11,所述安装底座11上设有驱动机构4、传动件5以及微动开关6,所 述驱动机构4驱动所述传动件5转动,所述传动件5转动一定角度后触发所述微动开关6一次。所述传动件5上设有与其驱动连接的转轴件7,所述转轴件7上设有多个均匀分布的叶片71;所述饲料容器3的底部设有与其螺接的落料盆8,所述转轴件7穿过所述落料盆8,多个所述叶片71将所述落料盆8分隔为多个容积相等的落料槽81。所述落料盆8的底部设有第二出料口82,所述壳体1内还设有落料管12,所述落料管12上设有红外感应器121。红外感应器121用于感应饲料是否通过落料管12。该宠物喂食器工作时,所述饲料容器3中的饲料通过所述第一出料口32落入所述落料槽81中,所述驱动机构4通过所述传动件5驱动所述转轴件7转动,所述转轴件7旋转时通过所述叶片71将所述落料槽81中的饲料移动至所述第二出料口82,饲料通过所述第二出料口82进入所述落料管12后落入至所述饲料盆2中。
请参阅图6,所述传动件5包括一涡轮51、多个触发部52以及一安装圆筒53,所述触发部52为“V”字形凸台,多个所述触发部53沿所述涡轮51的边缘均匀分布于该涡轮51的顶面上。所述微动开关6的动作簧片与所述触发部52抵接;所述安装圆筒53固设于所述涡轮51的中部,所述安装圆筒53上设有安装孔531。当驱动机构4驱动传动件5转动一定角度后,触发部52按下动作簧片,触发微动开关6。
请参阅图5,所述驱动机构4包括电机41、第一皮带轮42、第二皮带轮43和蜗杆44;所述电机41通过第一皮带45与所述第一皮带轮42驱动连接;所述第一皮带轮42通过第二皮带46与所述第二皮带轮43驱动连接,所述蜗杆44固定连接于所述第二皮带轮43的圆心位置,所述涡轮41和所述蜗杆44啮合。
驱动机构4的工作原理为:电机41工作时,其输出轴通过第一皮带45驱 动第一皮带轮42转动,第一皮带轮42的圆心位置固设有传动轴421,传动轴421通过第二皮带46驱动第二皮带轮43转动,进一步地,第二皮带轮43的直径大于第一皮带轮42的直径,起到减速的作用。第二皮带轮43通过蜗杆44驱动涡轮51转动。
请参阅图7,所述转轴件7的根部为插柱72,所述插柱72的横截面呈“十”字型,所述插柱72与所述安装孔531相匹配,所述插柱72插入所述安装孔531中。所述转轴件7上还设有叶片安装圆筒73,多个所述叶片51均匀分布于所述叶片安装圆筒73的侧面上;所述转轴件7的头部固设有搅拌桨叶74,所述搅拌桨叶74通过所述第一出料口32伸入所述饲料容器3中。转轴件7和落料盆8能够更换,由于落料槽81的容积与叶片71的尺寸以及落料盆8的内尺寸相关,而出食的量与于落料槽81的容积相关。因此,用户通过更换具有不同尺寸叶片71的转轴件7以及与叶片71匹配的落料盆8,从而达到调整出食单位量的目的。
请参阅图1、图2和图11,所述壳体1包括前面板13以及由下至上依次设于所述前面板13一侧的下壳体14和上壳体15,具体地,下壳体14螺接于前面板13的内侧面上。所述上壳体15与所述下壳体14通过一转轴转动连接。所述上壳体15的内顶面上设有安装板16,所述安装板16上设有与其滑动连接的插销板161,所述前面板13的侧面上设有与所述插销板161相对应的插销孔131;所述插销板161上设有推钮1611,所述上壳体15上设有与所述推钮1611相对应的避位孔151。
请参阅图9,所述饲料容器3上设有密封圈33,所述密封圈33围绕所述进料口31设置;所述安装板16的底面上设有与所述密封圈33相匹配的环形槽162。当上壳体15下壳体14和盖合时,密封圈33嵌入环形槽162中,起到密 封作用,防止外界的水汽进入饲料容器3中。
请参阅图12,所述安装板16的底面上还设有容置腔163以及用于盖合所述容置腔163的盖合板164,所述盖合板164上设有多个通孔1641;所述盖合板161的侧边上设有卡扣1642,所述安装板16上设有与所述卡扣1642相对应的扣孔165。容置腔163用于防止干燥机包。使用时,将干燥机包放入容置腔163,盖上盖合板164,卡扣1642与扣孔165卡接。干燥机包通过通孔1641吸收饲料容器3中的水汽,起到防潮作用。
请参阅图1和图14,所述前面板13上还设有用于摄像的红外夜视摄像头132;所述壳体1内还设有用于控制所述驱动机构的喂食按键17、WIFI模块18以及MCU模块19;所述下壳体14上设有用于供电的电源接口141;所述喂食按键17、所述WIFI模块18、所述红外夜视摄像头132、所述驱动机构4、所述红外感应器121均与所述MCU模块19电性连接。用户通过喂食按键17启动驱动机构4进行投食。用户还可以通过移动设备连接WIFI模块18,通过移动设备上的APP输出指令至MCU模块19,MCU模块19再控制驱动机构4工作,进行投食。红外夜视摄像头132提供了视频监控功能,红外夜视摄像头132用于监控宠物状态并将视频信息通过WIFI模块18传输至用户的设备上。
请参阅图10,所述饲料容器3的底部还设有与其螺接防堵挡块34。防堵挡块34有多根沿直线布置的胶条构成,该胶条由软胶制成。防堵挡块34将饲料扫落至落料槽81中,起到防堵作用。
请参阅图5,所述叶片51与所述触发部52数量相同且一一对应。
该该宠物喂食器工作原理为:驱动机构4启动并通过所述传动件5驱动所述转轴件7转动,转轴件7转动时,叶片71将一落料槽81中的饲料移动至第二出料口82,饲料通过第二出料口82进入落料管12并落入饲料盆2中。当一 个落料槽81中的饲料落入饲料盆2后,为一份量的饲料。同时,触发部52触发微动开关6,驱动机构4停止工作,完成一次出食。因此,该宠物喂食器能够定量出食。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、多个叶片将落料盆分隔为多个容积相同的落料槽,落料槽起到定量的作用;出食时,饲料容器中的饲料通过第一出料口落入落料槽中,转轴件旋转时通过叶片将落料槽中的饲料移动至第二出料口,饲料通过第二出料口进入落料管后落入至饲料盆中;当一个落料槽中的饲料落入饲料盆后,为一份量的饲料;同时,触发部触发微动开关,驱动机构停止工作,完成一次出食;因此,该宠物喂食器能够定量出食;
2、安装板的底面上还设有容置腔以及用于盖合容置腔的盖合板,盖合板上设有多个通孔;盖合板的侧边上设有卡扣,安装板上设有与卡扣相对应的扣孔,使用时,将干燥机包放入容置腔中,并盖上盖合板,干燥机包通过通孔起到吸潮的作用;饲料容器上设有密封圈,密封圈围绕进料口设置;安装板的底面上设有与密封圈相匹配的环形槽;密封圈嵌入环形槽中,起到密封作用,进一步提升防潮效果;
3、饲料容器的底部还设有防堵挡块,防堵挡块由软质橡胶制成,该防堵挡块具有多个条状件,防堵挡块将饲料扫落至落料槽中,起到防堵作用。
本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式,凡采用和本实用新型相似结构及其方法来实现本实用新型目的的所有方式,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种宠物喂食器,包括壳体、设于所述壳体一侧的饲料盆以及设于所述壳体内的饲料容器;所述饲料容器的顶部设有进料口,其底部设有第一出料口;其特征在于:所述壳体内还设有安装底座,所述安装底座上设有驱动机构、传动件以及微动开关,所述驱动机构驱动所述传动件转动,所述传动件转动一定角度后触发所述微动开关一次;所述传动件上设有与其驱动连接的转轴件,所述转轴件上设有多个均匀分布的叶片;所述饲料容器的底部设有与其螺接的落料盆,所述转轴件穿过所述落料盆,多个所述叶片将所述落料盆分隔为多个落料槽;所述落料盆的底部设有第二出料口,所述壳体内还设有落料管,所述落料管上设有红外感应器;所述饲料容器中的饲料通过所述第一出料口落入所述落料槽中,所述转轴件旋转时通过所述叶片将所述落料槽中的饲料移动至所述第二出料口,饲料通过所述第二出料口进入所述落料管后落入至所述饲料盆中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述传动件包括一涡轮、多个触发部以及一安装圆筒,所述触发部为“V”字形凸台,多个所述触发部沿所述涡轮的边缘均匀分布于该涡轮的顶面上,所述微动开关的动作簧片与所述触发部抵接;所述安装圆筒设于所述涡轮的中部,所述安装圆筒上设有安装孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括电机、第一皮带轮、第二皮带轮和蜗杆;所述电机通过第一皮带与所述第一皮带轮驱动连接;所述第一皮带轮通过第二皮带与所述第二皮带轮驱动连接,所述蜗杆固定连接于所述第二皮带轮的圆心位置,所述涡轮和所述蜗杆啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述转轴件的根部为插柱,所述插柱的横截面呈“十”字型,所述插柱与所述安装孔相匹配;所述转轴件上还设有叶片安装圆筒,多个所述叶片均匀分布于所述叶片安装圆筒的侧面上;所述转轴件的头部固设有搅拌桨叶,所述搅拌桨叶通过所述第一出料口伸入所 述饲料容器中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括前面板以及由下至上依次设于所述前面板一侧的下壳体和上壳体;所述上壳体与所述下壳体转动连接;所述上壳体的内顶面上设有安装板,所述安装板上设有与其滑动连接的插销板,所述前面板的侧面上设有与所述插销板相对应的插销孔;所述插销板上设有推钮,所述上壳体上设有与所述推钮相对应的避位孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述饲料容器上设有密封圈,所述密封圈围绕所述进料口设置;所述安装板的底面上设有与所述密封圈相匹配的环形槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述安装板的底面上还设有容置腔以及用于盖合所述容置腔的盖合板,所述盖合板上设有多个通孔;所述盖合板的侧边上设有卡扣,所述安装板上设有与所述卡扣相对应的扣孔。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述前面板上还设有用于摄像的红外夜视摄像头;所述壳体内还设有用于控制所述驱动机构的喂食按键、WIFI模块以及MCU模块;所述下壳体上设有用于供电的电源接口;所述喂食按键、所述WIFI模块、所述红外夜视摄像头、所述驱动机构、所述红外感应器均与所述MCU模块电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述饲料容器的底部还设有防堵挡块。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的宠物喂食器,其特征在于:所述叶片与所述触发部数量相同且一一对应。
