Description
本发明涉及转账支付领域,特别涉及一种转账平台、转入/出受理机构、计算机存储介质及执行方法。
目前,手机银行和网上银行实现转账和支付,基本都以银行卡号作为主要的目标标识。举例来说,使用银行客户端进行银行卡间转账的流程如下:首先,用户输入转入方的户名、卡号、所属银行以及转账金额;接着,用户通过取款密码和/或手机验证码验证;然后,如果转入方银行对户名及收款人账号校验成功则执行转账操作;最后,在成功进行转账之后,银行会记录下转入方的户名及卡号,后续转账时可以通过点击记录的方式自动填入。
但是,通过银行卡号进行转账的方案需要转出方手动输入转入方户名、银行卡号以及所属银行才能进行转账,对于转出方来说输入步骤过于繁琐。此外,转入方需要告知完整的银行卡账户信息(包含卡号),造成一定程度的隐私泄露风险。
中国专利“手机银行业务处理方法、装置及系统”(申请号:CN201310389925.5)阐述了一种使用手机号进行转账的方法和系统。具体流程为:(1)用户A打开转出银行卡所述银行的应用,输入转账金额及收款方手机号;(2)付款行冻结A的资金,并向号码管理平台发起查找请求;(3)号码管理平台查找该手机号对应的所有银行卡账户,将查找结果回复付款行,并由用户A决定转账的具体目标账户;(4)若目标同意转账,则根据目标账户信息使用传统转账流程进行转账。在该现有技术中,由转出方选择转入账户,这使得平台需要向转出方告知转入方的银行账户信息,造成了不必要的隐私泄露。此外,该现有技术中用户资金在发起转账时就被冻结,因此会有潜在的资金风险。
以上公开于本发明背景部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术的多个问题中的至少一个,本发明提供了一种转账平台,所述平台包括:第一接收装置,用于从转出受理机构接收转账请求,所述转账请求包括转入方信息以及转账金额,所述转入方信息包含转入方手机号;查找装置,用于根据所述转入方手机号,查找与所述转入方手机号关联的支付设备号;以及第一发送装置,用于向与所述支付设备号对应的转入受理机构发送转账通知以便通知转入方收款,所述转账通知包括所述支付设备号以及所述转账金额。

根据本发明的又一个方面,提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述介质包括指令,所述指令在执行时配置成执行如前所述转账平台执行的方法、如前所述转出受理机构执行的方法或如前所述转入受理机构执行的方法。
相较于传统的银行卡卡号转账方式,本发明提出的手机号转账方案可以减少用户需要输入的转账内容,降低转账的时间及沟通成本,提高转账效率。另外,本发明的技术方案可以支持跨支付平台间的转账,无需转账双方拥有同一第三方支付提供商的账户。此外,本发明的技术方案允许在转账过程中,转入方可自行选择入账的账户,无需每次通知转入方,方便快捷。再者,由于是自行选择账户(受到TOKEN技术保护)而非向转出方告知真实卡号,因此避免了卡号泄漏可能造成的隐私风险。最后,在本发明的技术方案中,资金在经过二次确认之后被实际转出,从而最大程度上避免了可能的资金风险。

继续参考图5,在步骤2中,转出受理机构通过内部存储的绑定信息验证转出方账户ID的真实性(例如:在转出受理机构的数据库中查找对应账户IDexample@test.com下放的Token列表,并与提交的Token进行对比),并进行交易风险评分(在本例中假设评价结果为低风险)。
真实性验证及风险评估通过之后,转出受理机构在步骤3向转账平台发送转入通知请求。请求内容包括:转入方手机号、转入方姓名以及转账金额。
接着,在步骤4,转账平台手机号转账平台根据转入方手机号(13888888888)查找到所有与之关联的手机pay设备ID(例如在小米Pay平台上有绑定一设备ID为SEID1的设备),并在步骤5中向所有关联设备的手机pay管理平台(也称转入管理平台或转入受理机构)发送转账通知,通知内容包括:关联设备的SEID以及转账金额。例如,在一个实施例中,系统向小米Pay平台发出“有一笔目标为SEID1的设备的100元的转账”的信息。
在步骤6中,转入管理平台通知SEID1的移动终端该笔转账请求。
随后,在步骤7中,移动终端向转入方显示转账信息。本领域技术人员可以理解,具体显示形式可由各自手机厂商决定,本发明不作限定。在步骤8中,转入方通过手机pay钱包确认转账信息,选取入账的银行卡(在此假设为62**6666)并确认。接着,在步骤9中,转入方的手机pay钱包向转入管理平台回复选取的入账卡信息。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,当转入方有多张入账卡时,转入方可从中选择其中之一并向转入受理机构确认。而当转入方只有一张卡时,则这时转入方只需要向转入受理机构确认而无需选择步骤。在步骤10中,由转入管理平台提交给转账平台。入账卡信息与转出请求信息的格式类似,包括转入方的账户ID(例:example2@test.com)转入卡Token(例6200567856785678)。转账平台接收来自转入管理平台的入账卡信息,并对转入方账户TOKEN 进行去TOKEN化操作。
在步骤11中,转账平台向入账卡所属银行提交实名查询请求,并在步骤12接收回复。本例中转账平台向卡号62**6666所属银行发出实名查询请求,银行向转账平台回复认证后的、经过隐私处理的该银行卡持卡人信息(如“*三”)。在步骤13至15中,转账平台将验证后的转入卡持卡人姓名回复转出受理机构,并通知转出受理机构让转出方进行二次确认。二次确认信息包含转入方姓名(*三),收款银行卡(62***5678),转入金额(100元)。
转出方根据验证后的转入方信息二次确认后输入支付密码完成校验。在步骤16至18中,转出方手机Pay钱包向转出管理平台提交二次确认结果。包含:转出方ID(test@example.com)、转出卡TOKEN(6200123412341234)、转账金额(100元)、转出卡PIN BLOCK、交易密文、风险信息(On-device Indicator),并且转出管理平台进行风险评分(低风险)后提交正式的转账请求(可包含手机Pay钱包上传的信息以及风险评分结果)。
在步骤19至22中,转账平台执行转账请求,并获取转出银行及转入银行的回复信息(例如:转账流水号001,转账成功)。
最后,在步骤23中,转账平台向转入转出双方的管理平台回复转账结果(转账流水号001,转账成功),并由转入转出双方的管理平台向用户推送该转账结果。
在上述实施例,转入方只有一条绑定记录,并且与转出方分属不同的手机pay平台。
本领域技术人员可以理解,在另一个实施例中,转入与转出方可同属一个手机pay平台,例如Apple Pay转Apple Pay。在这个实施例中,如图5步骤1相同,转出方发起转账请求。接着,转出受理机构在其手机PAY管理平台查找到有转入方的绑定信息。由于转入方与转出方同属一个手机支付平台,这时转出受理机构选择自行通知转入方,并自行进行后续匹配转入方银行卡以及转出方输入转账密码的过程,具体形式这里不加强制规定。然后,转出受理机构将转账双方的卡号、转账金额以及相关验证信息(如密码等)发送 至手机号转账平台。最后,手机号转账平台执行后续资金转移步骤
在又一个实施例中,转入方手机号在多个平台内有手机PAY绑定记录。此时手机号转账平台需要向多个平台发出匹配查询请求,显然转账平台可以选择同时向多个平台同时发起请求。但是考虑到一个手机号同时只能在一台手机内激活,显然一个具有优先级的匹配查询系统会更有效。此处提出一种可行的替代方案:首先,转出方正常发起手机号转账请求;接着,手机号转账平台在记录中查找到同一手机号在不同平台上的绑定记录;然后,手机号转账平台向该手机号所属运营商发起查询请求,查询目前激活该手机号的设备ID;随后,运营商向手机号转账平台反馈激活该手机号的设备ID(假设该手机为小米手机);再接着,手机号转账平台在绑定记录中查找该设备ID,如果该设备ID在绑定记录中存在,则将该设备所属的转账平台设定为优选通知平台。最后,手机号转账系统向优选通知平台单独发送转入方匹配请求,进行后续操作。例如,后续操作可与图5中的对应步骤保持一致。
在又一个实施例中,转入方的多个绑定记录中也可能包含有与转出方相同平台的绑定记录(例如转出方为苹果手机,转入方手机号同时在Apple Pay与小米Pay上有绑定记录)。此时可按如下流程进行操作:首先,转出方正常发起手机号转账请求;接着,转出受理平台上有该手机号的绑定记录,并选择自行匹配转入方;若转出受理平台成功完成转入方匹配过程,则按照前述转入与转出方同属一个手机pay平台的实施例流程执行转账操作。否则,转出受理平台无法在自身平台内完成转入方匹配流程,则将转入方手机号发送至手机号转账平台。再接着,手机号转账平台在绑定记录中查找转入方的绑定记录,并按照一定优先级顺序通知转入受理平台。最后,转入受理平台完成转入方匹配流程,并进行后续资金转移流程。优先级顺序的一个示例从上往下可以是(1)与转出方为同一平台的受理平台(若传出受理平台选择让转账平台处理转入方匹配工作);(2)该手机号目前激活终端所属的受理平台。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 设备或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件、软件、或软硬件结合的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(平台系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编辑处理设备的处理器,使得产生执行指定操作的指令序列。
综上,本发明提出的手机号转账方案可以减少用户需要输入的转账内容,降低转账的时间及沟通成本,提高转账效率。另外,本发明的技术方案可以支持跨支付平台间的转账,无需转账双方拥有同一第三方支付提供商的账户。此外,本发明的技术方案允许在转账过程中,转入方可自行选择入账的账户,无需每次通知转入方,方便快捷。再者,由于是自行选择账户(受到TOKEN技术保护)而非向转出方告知真实卡号,因此避免了卡号泄漏可能造成的隐私风险。最后,在本发明的技术方案中,资金在经过二次确认之后被实际转出,从而最大程度上避免了可能的资金风险。
以上例子主要说明了本发明的转账平台、转入或转出受理机构、计算机存储介质及执行方法。尽管只对其中一些本发明的一个或多个实施例进行了描述,但是本领域普通技术人员应当了解,本发明可以在不偏离其主旨与范围内以许多其他的形式实施。因此,所展示的例子与实施方式被视为示意性的而非限制性的,在不脱离如所附各权利要求所定义的本发明精神及范围的情况下,本发明可能涵盖各种的修改与替换。
Claims (33)
- 一种转账平台,所述平台包括:第一接收装置,用于从转出受理机构接收转账请求,所述转账请求包括转入方信息以及转账金额,所述转入方信息包含转入方手机号;查找装置,用于根据所述转入方手机号,查找与所述转入方手机号关联的支付设备号;以及第一发送装置,用于向与所述支付设备号对应的转入受理机构发送转账通知以便通知转入方收款,所述转账通知包括所述支付设备号以及所述转账金额。
- 如权利要求1所述的转账平台,其中,所述转账请求还包括转出方信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的转账平台,其中,所述转入方信息还包括转入方姓名。
- 如权利要求1所述的转账平台,其中,所述支付设备号是手机安全元件识别号SEID。
- 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的转账平台,还包括:第二接收装置,用于从所述转入受理机构接收入账卡信息。
- 如权利要求5所述的转账平台,还包括:第二发送装置,用于向所述转入方银行卡所属的第一银行发送实名查询请求;第三接收装置,用于从所述第一银行接收针对实名查询请求的回复,所述回复包括经过隐私处理的转入方银行卡的持卡人姓名;以及第三发送装置,用于向所述转出受理机构发送所述经过隐私处理的转入方银行卡的持卡人姓名,以供转出方确认。
- 如权利要求1所述的转账平台,还包括:查询装置,用于向所述转入方手机号所属的运营商发起查询请求,从而查询激活所述转入方手机号的所述支付设备号;以及设定装置,用于根据所述运营商反馈的所述支付设备号,将与所述支付设备号对应的转入受理机构设定为优选通知。
- 如权利要求1所述的转账平台,其中,所述第一发送装置配置为当所述查找装置查找出与所述转入方手机号关联的多个支付设备号时,按照一定的优先级顺序来向与所述多个支付设备号对应的多个转入受理机构发送转账通知。
- 一种转账平台执行的方法,所述方法包括:从转出受理机构接收转账请求,所述转账请求包括转入方信息以及转账金额,所述转入方信息包含转入方手机号;根据所述转入方手机号,查找与所述转入方手机号关联的支付设备号;以及向与所述支付设备号对应的转入受理机构发送转账通知以便通知转入方收款,所述转账通知包括所述支付设备号以及所述转账金额。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述转账请求还包括转出方信息。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述转入方信息还包括转入方姓名。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述支付设备号是手机安全元件识别号SEID。
- 如权利要求9至12中任一项所述的方法,还包括:从所述转入受理机构接收入账卡信息。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:向所述转入方银行卡所属的第一银行发送实名查询请求;从所述第一银行接收针对实名查询请求的回复,所述回复包括经过隐私处理的转入方银行卡的持卡人姓名;以及向所述转出受理机构发送所述经过隐私处理的转入方银行卡的持卡人姓名,以供转出方确认。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,还包括:向所述转入方手机号所属的运营商发起查询请求,从而查询激 活所述转入方手机号的所述支付设备号;以及根据所述运营商反馈的所述支付设备号,将与所述支付设备号对应的转入受理机构设定为优选通知。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,当查找出与所述转入方手机号关联的多个支付设备号时,按照一定的优先级顺序来向与所述多个支付设备号对应的多个转入受理机构发送转账通知。
- 一种转出受理机构,所述转出受理机构包括:发送装置,用于向如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的转账平台发送转账请求,所述转账请求包括转入方手机号。
- 如权利要求17所述的转出受理机构,还包括:接收装置,用于从与所述转出受理机构关联的支付终端接收转出请求,其中所述转出请求包括转出方账户ID、转出方银行卡对应的支付标记、转入方信息以及转账金额,并且所述转入方信息包含转入方手机号。
- 如权利要求17或18所述的转出受理机构,还包括:验证装置,用于通过查找所述转出方账户ID对应的支付标记列表并将所述支付标记列表与所接收的转出方银行卡对应的支付标记进行对比,验证所述转出方账户ID的真实性。
- 如权利要求17所述的转出受理机构,还包括:评分装置,用于至少根据所述转出请求中的风险相关信息来对转账交易进行风险评分。
- 如权利要求17所述的转出受理机构,还包括:查找装置,查找与所述转入方手机号对应的绑定信息。
- 如权利要求21所述的转出受理机构,其中,所述发送装置配置成在所述查找装置找到所述绑定信息时,自行通知转入方。
- 一种转出受理机构执行的方法,所述方法包括:向如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的转账平台发送转账请求,所述转账请求包括转入方手机号。
- 如权利要求23所述的方法,还包括:从与所述转出受理机构关联的支付终端接收转出请求,其中所 述转出请求包括转出方信息、转入方信息以及转账金额,并且所述转入方信息包含转入方手机号。
- 如权利要求23或24所述的方法,还包括:通过内部存储的信息评估所述转出方信息的风险等级。
- 如权利要求23所述的方法,还包括:所述转出请求中还包括风险相关信息,并且所述转出受理机构至少根据所述转出请求中的风险相关信息来对转账交易进行风险评分。
- 一种转入受理机构,所述转入受理机构包括:第一接收装置,用于从如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的转账平台接收转账通知,所述转账通知包括支付设备号以及转账金额。
- 如权利要求27所述的转入受理机构,还包括:通知装置,用于通知转入方收款。
- 如权利要求28所述的转入受理机构,还包括:第二接收装置,用于从所述转入方接收所选择的转入卡卡号。
- 一种转入受理机构执行的方法,所述方法包括:从如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的转账平台接收转账通知,所述转账通知包括支付设备号以及转账金额。
- 如权利要求30所述的方法,还包括:通知转入方收款。
- 如权利要求31所述的方法,还包括:从所述转入方接收所选择的转入卡卡号。
- 一种计算机存储介质,所述介质包括指令,所述指令在执行时配置成执行如权利要求9至16中任一项所述的方法,如权利要求23至28中任一项所述的方法或如权利要求30至32中任一项所述的方法。
