Description
本发明涉及三体测量船,具体涉及通用、安全、具有定位功能三体船。
三体测量船是搭载声学多普勒通过牵引绳拖着过河测量的载体运输工具,可以于测量领域。传统三体测量船搭载声学多普勒过河测流时,只适应相应品牌的对应型号。该技术方案存在的缺陷在于:1三体测量船通配性差;2当洪水期,流速较大时容易把牵引绳冲断,被洪水冲跑后,很难找到船体和搭载测量仪器;3连接固定两侧船体支架,固定主船体支架,采用滚塑工艺镶嵌铜嵌件作为预埋固定件,在大洪水期间,牵引绳在大流速水流冲击时,很容易拉拔出固定在船体表面内预埋铜嵌件,直接造成支架与船体分离,船和仪器冲跑,造成财产重大损失。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中三体测量船搭载仪器不通讯,洪水期容易被洪水冲跑,很难找回船和搭载测量仪器,固定主船体及两侧船体支架容易与船体分离等等问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种易于定位寻找的通用、安全,具有定位功能三体测量船。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,包括主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体,主船体通过连接三船体支架将左侧船体和右侧船体固定在两侧,其特征在于:主船体正面装有正面太阳能电池板和正面GPRS、北斗及通讯天线,主船体背面装有背面太阳能电池板和背面GPRS、北斗及通讯天线。
进一步地,一个连接三船体支架经船体固定螺丝锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体正面上的正面固定铜嵌式螺母。
进一步地,两个以上的连接三船体支架相互平行设置且经船体固定螺丝锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体正面上的正面固定铜嵌式螺母。
进一步地,船体固定螺丝穿过主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体背面上的背面固定铜嵌式螺母。
进一步地,两个以上的连接三船体支架间经支架加固件垂直加固连接。
进一步地,主船体上嵌装有声学多普勒衬套,声学多普勒装在声学多普勒衬套内通过金属板件固定压接在主船体上。
进一步地,所述主船体上开设有声学多普勒衬套安装孔,声学多普勒衬套安装孔为椭圆形,有三个定位凹槽,声学多普勒装衬套从船底往船体上方穿接任一定位凹槽安装,通过主船体上方金属板件由螺丝固定紧声学多普勒在声学多普勒装衬套内。
进一步地,主船体上设有旋接电台密封舱盖的通讯电台舱,通讯电台舱的电台数据传输天线固定在主船体船尾。
进一步地,主船体的船尾舱内装有主船体充水配重孔,左侧船体的船尾舱内装有左侧船体充水配重孔,右侧船体的船尾舱内装有右侧船体充水配重孔。
本发明在主船体的正、背面均安装太阳能电池板和GPRS、北斗及通讯天线,便于在出现倾覆意外时,背面的太阳能电池板和GPRS、北斗及通讯天线同样能提供船体的定位通讯,确保有效找回,避免损失,降低使用成本;另外通过船体固定螺丝穿接船体正、背面的固定铜嵌式螺母拉接连接三体船支架,固定牢靠,有效避免传统一面拉接出现的意外碰撞导致松脱或拉坏船体结构的问题,有利于延长使用寿命。

如图1‐4所示,一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,包括主船体1、左侧船体2、右侧船体3、主船体1通过连接三船体支架11将左侧船体2和右侧船体3固定在两侧,两个以上的连接三船体支架11相互平行设置且经船体固定螺丝17锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体正面上的正面固定铜嵌式螺母16,船体固定螺丝穿过主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体背面上的背面固定铜嵌式螺母24,两个以上的连接三船体支架间经支架加固件13由插销12插接垂直加固连接,连接三体船支架为
结构,连接三体船支架的上部三折边段分别支撑在左侧船体、主船体、右侧船体上,连接三体船支架的下部两折边段位于左侧船体、主船体、右侧船体的高度水平面上。主船体两侧的连接三体船支架上均设有带牵引钢丝绳15的牵引支架14。
主船体1正面前部装有正面太阳能电池板4和正面GPRS、北斗及通讯天线5,主船体背面装有背面太阳能电池板21和背面GPRS、北斗及通讯天线20。
主船体1正面中部开设有声学多普勒衬套安装孔22,声学多普勒衬套6安装孔为椭圆形,有三个定位凹槽,声学多普勒装衬套6从船底往船体上方穿接任一定位凹槽安装,通过主船体上方金属板件由螺丝固定紧声学多普勒7在声学多普勒装衬套内。
主船体1正面后部设有旋接电台密封舱盖10的通讯电台舱9,通讯电台舱的电台数据传输天线8固定在主船体船尾。
主船体1的船尾舱内装有主船体充水配重孔26,左侧船体的船尾舱内装有左侧船体充水配重孔25,右侧船体的船尾舱内装有右侧船体充水配重孔27。
左、右侧船体的正面尾部上均设有尾翼支架18,尾翼支架18上经平衡尾翼固定螺丝23固定可调连接平衡尾翼19。

- 一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,包括主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体,主船体通过连接三船体支架将左侧船体和右侧船体固定在两侧,其特征在于:主船体正面装有正面太阳能电池板和正面GPRS、北斗及通讯天线,主船体背面装有背面太阳能电池板和背面GPRS、北斗及通讯天线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,其特征是:一个连接三船体支架经船体固定螺丝锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体正面上的正面固定铜嵌式螺母。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,其特征是:两个以上的连接三船体支架相互平行设置且经船体固定螺丝锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体正面上的正面固定铜嵌式螺母。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,其特征是:船体固定螺丝穿过主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体锁紧固定在主船体、左侧船体、右侧船体背面上的背面固定铜嵌式螺母。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,其特征是:两个以上的连接三船体支架间经支架加固件垂直加固连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用、安全、具有定位功能三体测量船,其特征是:主船体上嵌装有声学多普勒衬套,声学多普勒装在声学多普勒衬套内通过金属板件固定压接在主船体上。
