Description
本发明涉及一种出水装置,尤其涉及可以调节流量的出水装置及厨房花洒。
目前市场上大部分的厨房花洒,都是同一流量出水,无法调整花洒流量或加大水流冲击力。当用户需要大流量,如往容器中快速注水、大流量冲刷碗碟,常规花洒因为受各国当地的相应节水法规限制,默认都是小流量出水,无法满足用户的需求,因此在花洒上设计一个可以根据用户需求时可加强水流量结构,加大进水量来增加后端出水的流量,满足快速注水的需求,又可同时满足常规花洒默认小流量出水的限制。现有很多技术都知道可让水流通过节水盘和节水密封圈的作用,可以精准的保证花洒的出水在特定流量范围,因此在花洒的进水前端都会装配固定死一节水组件来限制出水的流量。这样虽然可以达到节水的目的,但是流量从源头上就被限制,当用户有大流量的需求时就无能为力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种流量调节机构和厨房花洒,能够让用户在限流模式和不限流模式中根据自身需要任意选择。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种流量调节机构,包括一本体,所述本体内设有一出水流道,一节水件设置于所述出水流道中;所述节水件包括第一进水口、第一出水口以及根据水压大小改变过流面积的流量调节件;还包括第一操作件,用于控制所述流量调节件在第一位置和第二位置之间切换;
所述流量调节件位于第一位置时,水流从第一进水口流经流量调节件后从第一出水口流出;所述流量调节件位于第二位置时,水流直接从第一进水口流入第一出水口。
在一较佳实施例中:所述流量调节件具有根据水压大小调节开口面积的过流孔,所述流量调节件位于第一位置时,过流孔位于第一进水口和第一出水口之间。

2.本发明提供的一种流量调节机构,同一流道,同等数量零件下,结构简洁,功能增多。因为本发明的使用方式的不同,在符合常规限制要求下,用户可以选择两种流量模式,一种大流量(不经过流量调节件),一种特定流量范围(经过流量调节件)。
3.本发明提供的一种流量调节机构,此流量调节机构灵活多变,根据需要,可设计在切换机构的前端或者后端,来组合终端的出水功能数。将流量调节机构放置在切换机构前端,后端的所有水路都有加大流量的功能。将流量调节机构放置在切换机构后端,可选择性设计其中一路以上的水路拥有加强水功能。

所述流量调节件23位于第一位置时,水流从第一进水口21流经流量调节件23后从第一出水口22流出;所述流量调节件23位于第二位置时,水流直接从第一进水口21流入第一出水口22。
因此,通过切换流量调节件23的位置,就可以使得流量调节机构在限流模式和不限流模式中进行切换,从而符合用户在不同使用场景下的 需求。避免了传统的流量调节件都是处在限流模式下的弊端。用户在需要用到大流量的出水时,只要将流量调节件23移动到第二位置就可以了。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种流量调节机构,其特征在于:所述流量调节件具有根据水压大小调节开口面积的过流孔,所述流量调节件位于第一位置时,过流孔位于第一进水口和第一出水口之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种流量调节机构,其特征在于:所述流量调节件包括一节水盘和密封圈,所述节水盘上具有安装所述密封圈的凸筋,并且节水盘沿着自身的厚度方向设置有多个通孔,所述通孔和密封圈共同构成所述过流孔;当水压增大时,所述密封圈受压产生横向的形变遮挡部分通孔,使得所述过流孔的开口面积变小。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种流量调节机构,其特征在于:所述流量调节件还包括第一分水体,所述第一分水体设置有所述第一出水口,第一分水体的底端面与所述本体的内壁间隔设置形成所述第一进水口;当所述流量调节件位于第一位置时,所述节水盘的侧面与第一分水体的底端面顶抵贴合;当所述流量调节件位于第二位置时,所述节水盘 的侧面与第一分水体的底端面分离。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种流量调节机构,其特征在于:所述第一操作件包括按钮、第一连杆和复位弹簧;所述按钮和第一连杆连动设置,节水盘套设在第一连杆的侧壁,所述复位弹簧安装在第一连杆的底端面和本体内壁之间。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项权利要求所述的一种流量调节机构,其特征在于:所述本体内还设置有第二分水体,所述第二分水体具有一连通所述第一出水口的第二进水口,以及分别连通所述第二进水口的第一流道和第二流道;还包括一切换件和第二操作件;所述第二操作件带动切换件在第三位置和第四位置之间切换,所述切换件位于第三位置时,第一流道和第二进水口连通;所述切换件位于第四位置时,第二流道和第二进水口连通。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种流量调节机构,其特征在于:所述第二操作件包括一船型开关和第二连杆,所述船型开关与第二连杆连动设置;所述切换件为套设在第二连杆外壁的密封件;当所述密封件位于第三位置时,第二进水口与第一流道连通,并且第二进水口与第二流道的连通处被所述密封件密封;当所述密封件位于第四位置时,第二进水口与第二流道连通,并且第二进水口与第一流道的连通处被所述密封件密封。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种流量调节机构,其特征在于:所述第 一流道内设置有起泡器,并且第一流道的出水孔位于本体的底部中心处;第二流道的出水孔包围在第一流道的出水孔外。
- 一种厨房花洒,其特征在于使用了权利要求1或2或3或4或5或7或8所述的流量调节机构。
- 一种厨房花洒,其特征在于:包括一壳体、流量调节机构,流量调节机构设置在壳体内;流量调节机构包括:本体、节水件、第一操作件;所述本体内设有一出水流道,一节水件设置于所述出水流道中;所述节水件包括第一进水口、第一出水口以及根据水压大小改变过流面积的流量调节件;所述第一操作件,用于控制所述流量调节件在第一位置和第二位置之间切换;所述第一操作件包括:按钮、第一连杆和复位弹簧;所述流量调节件包括:节水盘和密封圈;所述按钮和第一连杆连动设置,节水盘套设在第一连杆的侧壁,,所述复位弹簧安装在第一连杆的底端面和本体内壁之间;所述流量调节件位于第一位置时,水流从第一进水口流经流量调节件后从第一出水口流出;所述流量调节件位于第二位置时,水流直接从第一进水口流入第一出水口。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述节水盘上具有安装所述密封圈的凸筋,并且节水盘沿着自身的厚度方向设置有多个通孔,所述通孔和密封圈共同构成过流孔;当水压增大时,所述 密封圈受压产生横向的形变遮挡部分通孔,使得所述过流孔的开口面积变小。
- 根据权利要求10或11所述的一种厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述本体内还设置有第二分水体,所述第二分水体具有一连通所述第一出水口的第二进水口,以及分别连通所述第二进水口的第一流道和第二流道;还包括一切换件和第二操作件;所述第二操作件带动切换件在第三位置和第四位置之间切换,所述切换件位于第三位置时,第一流道和第二进水口连通;所述切换件位于第四位置时,第二流道和第二进水口连通;所述第二操作件包括一船型开关和第二连杆,所述船型开关与第二连杆连动设置;所述切换件为套设在第二连杆外壁的密封件;当所述密封件位于第三位置时,第二进水口与第一流道连通,并且第二进水口与第二流道的连通处被所述密封件密封;当所述密封件位于第四位置时,第二进水口与第二流道连通,并且第二进水口与第一流道的连通处被所述密封件密封。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述第一连杆与第二连杆上下平行设置。
