Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une ébauche métallique à finition quasi-immédiate de forme complexe métallique de haute résistance, lequel procédé comprend les étapes suivantes, consistant à : fabriquer une ébauche de lingot métallique à l'aide d'un procédé de formage par pulvérisation de métal ; chauffer l'ébauche de lingot métallique à une température d'état semi-solide ; et mouler une ébauche de lingot métallique semi-solide sous la forme d'une pièce métallique à finition quasi-immédiate à l'aide de processus tels que l'extrusion. Le procédé utilise la caractéristique selon laquelle la coagulation à ultra-haute vitesse de formage par pulvérisation peut créer directement une texture sphéroïdale fine et uniforme qui a une meilleure caractéristique de thixoformage semi-solide qu'un matériau fabriqué à l'aide d'un procédé classique, et est directement utilisé pour produire une pièce à finition quasi-immédiate complexe et de haute résistance formée semi-solide, avec pour avantages de faibles coûts pour l'équipement et le processus de production, une efficacité élevée et une qualité plus stable et plus fiable.
