具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。以下将由所列举之实施例结合附图,详细说明本发明的技术内容及特征。需另外说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。为叙述方便,下文中所述的“上”、“下”与附图的上、下的方向一致,但这不能成为本发明技术方案的限制。
请参阅图1至图4,本实施例公开了一种附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,用于在施工电梯12的附墙架13安装于核心筒墙体11上。该附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台包括:电葫芦1、吊篮2、四根导轨3以及限位用插销4,所述四根导轨3通过螺栓下挂于钢平台钢梁5上,其中两根导轨3之间等间距设有若干连接杆6形成爬梯,所述四根导轨3的下端通过型钢8连接并铺设封闭钢板(未标示),所述吊篮2通过电葫芦1悬挂于所述四根导轨3围成的空间内,所述四根导轨3围成一个正方形框架,所述 吊篮2的横截面为正方形,所述导轨3沿自身纵向设有一排插销孔即第一插销孔,所述吊篮2的四周立柱上分别开设一插销孔即第二插销孔,所述吊篮2的插销孔与导轨3上的插销孔通过所述插销4连接,所述吊篮2的四周立柱上分别设置以卡槽块,所述卡槽块设有与对应导轨3的外轮廓相匹配的卡槽9。
本实施例提供的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,将四根导轨3通过螺栓下挂于钢平台钢梁5上,四根导轨3在安装工人安装施工电梯附墙架13的时候能够承受吊篮2及安装工人的重量,并可以跟随钢平台同步爬升,减少了不断装拆的过程,节约时间及劳动力;其中两根导轨3之间等间距设有若干连接杆6形成爬梯,不但可以增强导轨3的刚度,而且可以兼做上下爬梯使用;所述四根导轨3的下端通过型钢8连接并铺设封闭钢板,不但可以加强导轨3侧向的刚度提高四根导轨3的整体刚度,而且在插销4和电葫芦1失效时起到支撑吊篮2的作用,提高施工的安全性;所述吊篮2通过电葫芦1悬挂于所述四根导轨3围成的空间内,所述导轨3沿自身纵向设有一排插销孔,所述吊篮2的四周立柱上分别开设一插销孔,所述吊篮2的插销孔与导轨3上的插销孔通过所述插销4连接,可以借助电葫芦1调整吊篮2的高度,并利用插销4将吊篮2固定于适宜安装施工电梯附墙架的位置。所述吊篮2的四周立柱上分别设置以卡槽块,所述卡槽块设有与对应导轨3的外轮廓相匹配的卡槽9,吊篮2的卡槽9卡住导轨3,提高安装平台的侧向刚度,防止吊篮2在风荷载的作用下侧向摇摆,减小安装工人的恐惧心理,提高施工安全性。由上可见,本实施例的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,集合三层安全防线,分别为插销4、电葫芦1、导轨3下端的封闭钢板,使得施工更加安全可靠。
本实施例中,吊篮2四根方管立柱即吊篮2的四周立柱都设有一个插销孔,分别对应各导轨3上一排插销孔,当吊篮2到达不同高度时,可以使得吊篮2上的插销孔对应导轨3上不同高度的插销孔。当需要调节高度时,取下插销4,采用电葫芦1控制吊篮2的高度。在调节吊篮2高度时,吊篮2及安装工人的重量由电葫芦1承担。当吊篮2高度调节完成后,插上插销4,调节电葫芦1稍微向下,插销4阻止吊篮2下沉,将吊篮2及安装工人的重量从电葫芦1转移至导轨3上。
优选的,在上述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台中,其中两根导轨3之间等间距设有若干连接杆6形成爬梯,所述连接杆6为40x40mm角钢,间隔为300mm,不但可以增强导轨3的刚度,而且可以兼做上下爬梯使用。
优选的,在上述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台中,所述导轨3为H型钢,在上述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台中,所述卡槽9呈C字形,套设于H型钢的一端翼板外侧,从而可以提高安装平台的侧向刚度大,防止吊篮2在风荷载的作用下侧向摇摆,减小安装工人的恐惧心理,提高施工安全性。
优选的,在上述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台中,每根导轨3与钢平台钢梁5之间设有一斜向的导轨支撑10,可以进一步提高导轨3的侧向刚度,从而提高安装平台的整体刚度。
优选的,在上述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台中,所述爬梯位于四根导轨3中远离拟安装施工电梯附墙架的那一侧。
请继续参阅图1至图4,本实施例还公开了一种如上所述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台的施工方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步,在拟安装施工电梯附墙架的一侧,将四根导轨3采用螺栓固定于钢平台钢梁5下方,其中两根导轨3之间等间距设有若干连接杆6形成爬梯;
第二步,用电葫芦1将吊篮2吊起,使得吊篮2的卡槽9卡住导轨3,并插上插销4;
第三步,四根导轨3的下端采用型钢8连接成一体并铺设封闭钢板,从而在拟安装施工电梯附墙架的一侧完成附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台的安装;
第四步,以相同的方法在拟安装施工电梯附墙架的另一侧安装附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台;
第五步,安装平台随钢平台钢梁5提升后,安装工人沿着爬梯下至吊篮2内;
第六步,取下插销4,通过电葫芦1调节吊篮2高度至适宜安装施工电梯附墙架的位置;
第七步,插上插销4,调节电葫芦1使得吊篮2下沉,以将吊篮2的重力从而电葫芦1转移至导轨3上;
第八步,安装工人开始安装施工电梯附墙架;
第九步,施工电梯附墙架安装完成后,安装工人沿爬梯离开吊篮2。
本实施例提供的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台的施工方法,在拟安装施工电梯附墙架的一侧,将四根导轨3采用螺栓固定于钢平台钢梁5下方作为导轨3,其中两根导轨3之间等间距设有若干连接杆6形成爬梯,使得该安装平台可以跟随钢平台同步爬升,减少了不断装拆的过程,节约时间及劳动力;用电葫芦1将吊篮2吊起,使得吊篮2的卡槽9卡住导轨3,可以提高安装平台的侧向刚度,防止吊篮2在风荷载的作用下侧向摇摆,减小安装工人的恐惧心理,提高施工安全性;四根导轨3的下端采用型钢8连接成一体并铺设封闭钢板,从而实现一侧附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,不但可以加强导轨3侧向的刚度提高四根导轨3的整体刚度,而且在插销4和电葫芦1失效时起到支撑吊篮2的作用,提高施工的安全性;安装平台随钢平台钢梁5提升后,安装工人沿着爬梯下至吊篮2内,取下插销4,通过电葫芦1调节吊篮2高度至适宜安装施工电梯附墙架的位置,插上插销4,调节电葫芦1使得吊篮2下沉,从而使得吊篮2的重力从而电葫芦1转移至导轨3上,安装工人开始安装施工电梯附墙架,从而实现了电梯附墙架的安全施工。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,其特征在于,包括:电葫芦、吊篮、四根导轨以及插销,所述四根导轨通过螺栓下挂于钢平台钢梁上,其中两根导轨之间等间距设有若干连接杆形成爬梯,所述四根导轨的下端通过型钢连接并铺设封闭钢板,所述吊篮通过电葫芦悬挂于所述四根导轨围成的空间内,所述导轨沿自身纵向设有一排插销孔,所述吊篮的四周立柱上分别开设一插销孔,所述吊篮的插销孔与导轨上的插销孔通过所述插销连接,所述吊篮的四周立柱上分别设置卡槽块,所述卡槽块设有与对应导轨的外轮廓相匹配的卡槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,其特征在于,所述导轨为H型钢。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,其特征在于,所述卡槽呈C字形,套设于H型钢的一端翼板外侧。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,其特征在于,每根导轨与钢平台钢梁之间设有一斜向的导轨支撑。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,其特征在于,所述爬梯位于四根导轨中远离拟安装施工电梯附墙架的那一侧。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台,其特征在于,所述连接杆为40x40mm角钢,间隔为300mm。
  7. 一种如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台的施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    第一步,在拟安装施工电梯附墙架的一侧,将四根导轨采用螺栓固定于钢平台钢梁下方,其中两根导轨之间等间距设有若干连接杆形成爬梯;
    第二步,用电葫芦将吊篮吊起,使得吊篮的卡槽卡住导轨,并插上插销;
    第三步,四根导轨的下端采用型钢连接成一体并铺设封闭钢板,从而在拟安装施工电梯附墙架的一侧完成附着于钢平台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台的安装;
    第四步,以相同的方法在拟安装施工电梯附墙架的另一侧安装附着于钢平 台模架的施工电梯附墙架安装平台;
    第五步,安装平台随钢平台钢梁提升后,安装工人沿着爬梯下至吊篮内;
    第六步,取下插销,通过电葫芦调节吊篮高度至适宜安装施工电梯附墙架的位置;
    第七步,插上插销,调节电葫芦使得吊篮下沉,以使吊篮的重力从电葫芦转移至导轨上;
    第八步,安装工人开始安装施工电梯附墙架;
    第九步,施工电梯附墙架安装完成后,安装工人沿爬梯离开吊篮。
