其不足之处在于:该支撑架结构相对复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手机折叠支架,使其成本低廉,易于折叠和携带,加工极其简单。
为此,本发明提供的一种手机折叠支架,包括片状的本体,本体整体呈矩形结构,本体上设有至少三条切缝,三条切缝均成左右对称设置;其中,第一条切缝和第二条切缝呈U形,所述U形的开口相背设置;第一条切缝和第二条切缝端头之间的连接线平行于矩形的短边,第三条切缝的端头之间的连线也平行于矩形的短边,第一条切缝整体上位于第三条切缝及第三条切缝端头连线所围合成的区域范围内,矩形的长边上设有向矩形内延伸的凹陷,第三条切缝两侧设有向所述凹陷凸起的突出部。
本发明使用时,可将其支起成三角形,做法是将第一条切缝端头之间、第二条切缝端头之间及第三条切缝的端头之间进行折叠,同时,需将凹陷和突出部之间进行折叠,第一条切缝的端头折叠后,形成突出的钩,可以勾住矩形的上短边,这样整体上形成一个三角形,具有较稳稳定的结构;第二条切缝的端头之间进行折叠后,可以形成一个挡块,在利用手机观看视频时,可以将手机背面靠在三角形的一条边上,底部靠在挡块上,可防止手机滑下。该装置展平后呈片状,易于携带,使用时支起方便,加工时,采用冲裁加工,生产方便,成本低廉,其用于手机观看视屏,也可用于搁置展示用的相框、画等。
作为本发明的进一步改进在于,所述凹陷和突出部呈圆弧形或三角形。其折叠后,外形圆润美观,突出部形成两个翼,保证手机搁置稳定。
为便于折叠,所述第一条切缝的端头之间、第二条切缝的端头之间及第三条切缝的端头之间分别设置有折痕线,所述凹陷和突出部之间也设置有折痕线。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述矩形的上短边上设有第一定位槽口,第一定位槽口的形状与第一条切缝相对应;当沿第三条切缝对应的折痕、第一条切缝对应的折痕折叠时,第一条切缝折叠处恰好可以卡在所述第一定位槽口内,使得折叠后的矩形的长边和第三条切缝对应的侧边之间形成稳定的三角形支撑。
为便于调整支起后的角度,一种方案是:所述第一条切缝上方或下方还设有第四条切缝,第四条切缝与第一条切缝同形。通过不同位置勾住矩形的上短边可以形成不同角度的支撑结构;还有一种方案是:所述第一条切缝两侧分别对称设有两个L形的第五条切缝,第五条切缝两侧延伸接通第三条切缝。进一步地,所述第五条切缝顶部设有与矩形短边平行的折痕线。所述矩形的上短边上与第五条切缝相对应的第二定位槽口。

如图1所示,为一种手机折叠支架,包括片状的本体1,本体1由耐折弯的塑料材料制成,本体1整体呈矩形结构,该矩形长边位于两侧,短边在上下位置,本体1上设有至少三条切缝,三条切缝均成左右对称设置;其中,第一条切缝4和第二条切缝8呈U形,所述U形的开口相背设置;第一条切缝4和第二条切缝8端头之间的连接线平行于矩形的短边,第三条切缝7的端头之间的连线也平行于矩形的短边,第一条切缝4整体上位于第三条切缝7及第三条切缝7端头连线所围合成的区域范围内,矩形的长边上设有向矩形内延伸的凹陷6,第三条切缝7两侧设有向所述凹陷6凸起的突出部5。所述凹陷6和突出部5呈圆弧形,也可以是三角形。第一条切缝4的端头之间、第二条切缝8的端头之间及第三条切缝7的端头 之间分别设置有折痕线3,所述凹陷6和突出部5之间也设置有折痕线3。矩形的上短边上设有第一定位槽口2,第一定位槽口2的形状与第一条切缝4相对应;当沿第三条切缝7对应的折痕、第一条切缝4对应的折痕折叠时,第一条切缝4折叠处恰好可以卡在所述第一定位槽口2内,使得折叠后的矩形的长边和第三条切缝7对应的侧边之间形成稳定的三角形支撑。
本发明使用时,可如图4所示,将其支起成三角形,做法是将第一条切缝4端头之间、第二条切缝8端头之间及第三条切缝7的端头之间进行折叠,同时,需将凹陷6和突出部5之间进行折叠,第一条切缝4的端头折叠后,形成突出的钩,可以勾住矩形的上短边,这样整体上形成一个三角形,具有较稳稳定的结构;第二条切缝8的端头之间进行折叠后,可以形成一个挡块,在利用手机11观看视频时,可以将手机11背面靠在三角形的一条边上,底部靠在挡块上,可防止手机11滑下。

如图2所示,为第二种手机11折叠支架,其与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述第一条切缝4上方或下方还设有第四条切缝9,第四条切缝9与第一条切缝4同形。

如图3所示,为第二种手机11折叠支架,其与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述第一条切缝4两侧分别对称设有两个L形的第五条切缝10,第五条切缝10两侧延伸接通第三条切缝7。第五条切缝10顶部设有与矩形短边平行的折痕线3。矩形的上短边上与第五条切缝10相对应的第二定位槽口。
