本申请实施例中,前述的超声成像系统10的处理器103可以通过软件、硬件、固件或者其组合实现,可以使用电路、单个或多个专用集成电路(application specific integrated circuits,ASIC)、单个或多个通用集成电路、单个或多个微处理器、单个或多个可编程逻辑器件、或者前述电路或器件的组合、或者其他适 合的电路或器件,从而使得该处理器103可以执行下述各个方法实施例中的相应步骤。
如图2所示,在一个实施例中,提出了一种超声成像的方法,具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S202,获取受测对象的超声体数据。
在本申请实施例中,超声体数据可以是三维体数据也可以是四维体数据。三维体数据是以三维空间坐标体现图像的各个像素位置的数据集合,各个位置对应一个像素点以及对应的像素值。四维体数据是在三维体数据的基础上加上时间这一维度,即四维体数据是随着时间变化的三维体数据,可以动态体现受测对象的活动情况。如图3所示,为三维体数据的示意图。从图3可见,该体数据可以是由F帧大小为W×H的图像帧构成,其中W为图像帧的宽度,H为图像帧的高度,F的具体数值可以是任意大于或者等于2的整数。此外,由图3中可见,图3中将图像帧的宽度方向定义为X方向,将图像帧的高度方向定义为Y方向,多针图像帧排列的方向定义为Z方向。可以理解,其中X、Y和Z方向也可以以不同的方式定义。其中,受测对象可以是人或者动物的各种组织器官等。根据需要进行设定,例如受测对象可以是盆底、子宫内膜、胎儿心脏、成人心脏、肝脏以及胎儿颅脑中的一个或多个。可以通过超声成像系统10中的超声探头100对受测对象进行三维扫描,向受测对象发射超声波,超声探头100接收超声回波获得超声回波信号,处理器103将超声回波信号经过如前文的处理,从而获得受测对象的超声体数据。超声体数据可以是通过实时对受测对象发送超声波得到的,也可以是预先存储到超声成像系统的存储器中的。
步骤S204,从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息。
获得了超声体数据之后,在本申请实施例中,处理器103能够自动或者通过接收用户输入的指令从超声体数据中检测出受测对象中的目标解剖结构,处理器103根据目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标解剖结构对应的超声图像,从而实时为医生提供良好的图像信息和分析数据。
在本申请实施例中,目标解剖结构可以为一个或多个,多个可以是指两个以及两个以上,具体数值可以根据需要设置。需要确定位置信息的目标解剖结 构与受测对象的类型以及所需要查看的图像相关。例如,在盆底体数据中,耻骨联合、阴道气体线以及肛直肠角等解剖结构比较明显,就可以通过查找和识别上述解剖结构中的至少一个,作为目标解剖结构;又如,在子宫内膜体数据中,子宫内膜的回声和周围组织的回声存在明显的差异,特征比较明显,可以分割出子宫内膜作为目标解剖结构;又如,胎儿颅脑体数据中,颅脑光环、矢状面、小脑以及透明隔腔等解剖结构特征比较明显,就可以查找和识别上述解剖结构中的至少一个作为目标解剖结构;又如,在胎心体数据中,主动脉、四腔心以及胃泡等解剖结构比较明显,就可以查找和识别上述解剖解剖结构中的至少一个,作为目标解剖结构。各个受测对象对应的需要确定位置信息的目标解剖结构可以是预先设置的或者是实时地根据用户地选择得到。例如,预先设置盆底所要得到的目标解剖结构为颅脑光环、矢状面以及小脑,在得到超声体数据后,超声成像系统的处理器可以从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息。
在一个实施例中,从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息包括:获取对目标解剖结构进行标识的标识信息;根据标识信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息。
本申请实施例中,标识信息是用于从超声体数据中标识出目标解剖结构的信息。例如,可以显示超声体数据对应的超声图像,接收用户例如医生通过键盘或者鼠标等输入工具对超声图像的点击操作或者滑动操作等用于标识目标解剖结构的标识操作,将标识操作所对应的位置作为目标解剖结构的位置,进一步地,还可以获取该位置对应的目标解剖结构的名称。目标解剖结构的名称可以是接收用户的输入得到的。
在一个实施例中,从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息包括:获取目标解剖结构的结构特征信息;根据结构特征信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息。
本申请实施例中,目标解剖结构具有相应独特的结构特征,例如,对于颅脑中的透明隔腔,形状类似月牙状。胎心中的胃泡结构,通常表现为低回声或无回声的椭球状,因此,可以预先设置各个解剖结构对应的结构特征信息,当 需要识别目标解剖结构时,获取目标解剖结构的结构特征信息,在超声体数据中进行匹配,将匹配得到的解剖结构的位置信息作为目标解剖结构的位置信息。识别方法可以采用图像分割方法或者模板匹配方法中的一个或多个。例如,可以利用图像分割方法分割得到胃泡,首先根据灰度数据对超声体数据进行二值化分割以及形态学操作后得到多个候选区域,然后根据形状等特征判断各个候选区域是胃泡的概率,选择一个概率最高的区域作为胃泡区域。也可以采用其它图像分割方法,例如水平集(Level Set)方法、图割(Graph Cut)、Snake(蛇模型)、随机游走(Random walker)以及深度学习图像分割方法中的一种或多种等,深度学习图像分割方法例如可以是FCN(Fully Convolutional Networks、全卷积)或者UNet(Unity Networking)中的一个或多个。又例如,可以采用模板匹配方法识别得到颅脑中的透明隔腔。可预先收集一些透明隔腔的灰度数据建立模板,将超声体数据的各个图像区域的灰度数据与模板的灰度数据进行匹配,选择相似度高的区域为目标解剖结构对应的区域,其中,可以将超声体数据划分为与模板匹配的多个区域,超声体数据对应的图像的区域划分方法可以根据需要进行设置。相似度用于衡量模板与超声体数据中各个图像区域的相似性,相似度越高,则表示该图像区域为目标解剖结构的可能性越大。因此,可以将相似度最高的区域作为目标解剖结构对应的区域。相似度的计算方法可以根据需要设置,例如相似度可以是模板与图像区域中的像素点的灰度值的差的绝对值之和。用公式表示如下:

其中,E为相似度,I L为超声体数据对应的图像区域的像素点的灰度值,I R为模板的像素点的灰度值。H为模板中像素点的个数,I L—I R指将模板与图像区域中相同位置的像素点灰度值相减。可以理解,可以使用其它方法确定相似度,例如模板和超声体对应的图像区域之间的欧式距离、模板和超声体对应的图像区域之间的余弦相似度,等等。本申请不限于如何定义上述相似度的具体计算方式,只要是基于衡量模板和超声体对应的图像区域之间相似度的计算方法可用于本申请的各个实施例中。
在一个实施例中,还可以利用机器学习模型识别得到目标解剖结构的位置信息。机器学习模型可以是Adaboost算法、支持向量机(SVM)、神经网络算法、卷积神经网络算法(CNN)、递归神经网络算法(RNN)、Fast RCNN以及SSD(Single Shot MultiBox Detector)中的一种或多种训练得到的学习模型。在进行模型训练时,可以采用有监督的学习方式,对机器学习网络中的特征提取参数进行一定的学习,使其能够建立起从超声体数据到目标解剖结构的位置信息的映射。可以收集用于进行模型训练的正样本以及负样本,通过正样本以及负样本进行模型训练,训练得到能够区分正样本和负样本的模型参数,得到解剖结构识别模型。然后将超声体数据输入到解剖结构识别模型中,得到超声体数据对应的各个图像区域为目标解剖样本的概率,选择概率最大的区域作为目标解剖结构对应的区域。其中,正样本是指为目标解剖结构的样本,负样本是指不是目标解剖结构的样本。
步骤S206,根据目标解剖结构的位置信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的超声图像。
本申请实施例中,目标解剖结构的超声图像包括全部或者部分目标解剖结构。目标解剖结构的超声图像可以是目标解剖结构对应的切面的超声图像以及目标解剖结构对应的感兴趣容积的超声图像中的一个或两个。目标解剖结构对应的切面是包括目标解剖结构的全部或者部分的切面,目标解剖结构对应的感兴趣容积包围目标解剖结构的全部或者部分。得到目标解剖结构后,处理器103根据目标解剖结构的位置信息确定包括目标解剖结构的图像区域,从超声体数据中取出该区域所对应的图像,从而得到超声图像。
在一个实施例中,处理器103可以从目标解剖结构中选取多个特征点,根据多个特征点拟合得到切面对应的切面方程,从而得到目标切面,根据多个特征点确定一个平面可以使用多种方法实现,例如加权Hough变换法、随机Hough变换法、最小二乘估计法以及Radon变换法中的至少一个。特征点可以是从每个目标解剖结构中任意选取一个特征点或者多个特征点。选取的位置可以根据需要设置,例如,可以将各个目标解剖结构的中心点作为特征点。
例如,颅脑中的小脑切面包含了小脑、透明隔腔以及丘脑等解剖结构,因 此,可以通过从小脑、透明隔腔以及丘脑中各选取一个位置点,得到三个位置点,且这三个位置点是不共线的,从而根据三个不共线的点可以得到唯一平面的原理确定平面,使该平面通过各个目标解剖结构。
步骤S208,显示超声图像。
本申请实施例中,得到超声图像后,通过超声成像系统10中的显示器104显示该超声图像。
上述超声成像的方法,由于能够根据目标解剖结构的位置确定对应的超声图像,因此降低了获取超声图像的时间,节约了超声仪器资源。而且还可以为医生提供更加精确定位的超声图像,使得医生可以方便地观察受测对象的超声图像的情况,可以为医师提供大量重要的关键信息且提高工作效率。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,步骤S206即根据目标解剖结构的位置信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的超声图像包括:
步骤S402,根据目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面的位置信息。
本申请实施例中,目标切面是包括全部或者部分目标解剖结构的切面。得到目标解剖结构后,可以根据预先设置的方法确定目标切面。例如,可以采用遍历的方法,遍历得到能够通过每个目标解剖结构的候选切面,再从候选切面中选取包括目标解剖结构的区域最大的候选切面作为目标切面。或者,可以是在遍历的过程中,如果得到的候选切面中各个目标解剖结构所占据的区域大于预设阈值,则将该候选切面作为目标切面,并停止遍历。
在一个实施例中,根据目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面的位置信息包括:根据目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面方程;根据目标切面方程得到目标切面的位置信息。

为平面参数。得到目标解剖结构的位置信息后,可以从目标解剖结构选取一个或多个特征点,将特征点的位置信息代入到平面方程中,求解得到平面参数,得到目标切面对应的切面函数,从超声体数据中获取切面函数对应的区域,得到目标切面对应的位置信息。
在一个实施例中,可以采用三点不共线的方式根据所述三个子目标解剖结构的位置信息确定所述目标切面方程。
本申请实施例中,若目标解剖结构有三个,则可以从三个目标解剖结构中各获取一个位置点,得到不共线的三个位置点,因此可以根据三点不共线的方式根据三个目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面方程,即可以将各个位置点对应的位置信息代入到切面方程中,然后求解得到目标切面方程,即切面函数,该切面函数对应的在超声体数据中的切面为目标切面。其中,从目标解剖结构中获取位置点的方法可以根据需要设置,例如,可以是获取各个目标解剖结构的中心点。
在一个实施例中,若目标解剖结构至少有四个,则可以采用拟合的方式根据该至少四个目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面方程,其中,拟合的方式包括最小二乘估计,霍夫Hough变换中的至少一种方式。
本申请实施例中,最小二乘法是一种数学优化技术。它通过最小化误差的平方和寻找数据的最佳函数匹配,利用最小二乘法可以简便地求得未知的数据,并使得这些求解得的数据与实际数据之间误差的平方和小于预设的值。Hough变换的原理是将特定图形上的点变换到一组参数空间上,根据参数空间点的累计结果找到一个极大值对应的解,那么这个解就对应着要寻找的几何形状的参数。由于存在四个或四个以上的目标解剖结构,因此得到的特征点为四个或四个以上,四个或四个以上不共线的特征点可以确定多个切面,故可以采用拟合的方式根据至少四个目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面方程。在利用最小二乘估计拟合时,可以从各个目标解剖结构中选取特征点,得到切面对应的函数参数,然后重复选取特征点、得到函数参数的步骤,直至求解得的数据与实际数据之间误差的平方和小于预设的值或者重复次数达到预设次数时,将最终得到的函数参数作为切面方程的参数。在利用霍夫Hough变换拟合时,可以从各个目标解剖结构中选取特征点,利用特征点的位置信息求解得到切面对应的函数参数,利用函数参数更新Hough矩阵,然后重复选取特征点、得到函数参数,利用函数参数更新Hough矩阵的步骤,直至重复次数达到预设次数时,计算Hough矩阵中最大值对应的函数参数,根据该函数参数得到最终的函数函数 值。预设次数可以根据需要进行设置,例如为10000次。
步骤S404,根据目标切面的位置信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的切面图像。
步骤S406,将切面图像确定为目标解剖结构的超声图像。
本申请实施例中,得到目标切面的位置信息后,处理器103获取超声体数据中该位置信息对应的像素点的灰度值,得到切面图像,将该切面图像作为目标解剖结构的超声图像。

步骤S504,根据目标切面的位置信息从超声体数据中设置感兴趣容积VOI的大小和位置信息,VOI包围目标解剖结构的全部或者部分。
本申请实施例中,感兴趣容积(volume of interest,VOI)是需要查看的立体图像的区域。VOI的大小指的是VOI的尺寸。例如,可以设置VOI的长、宽以及高三个方向的尺寸。可以根据目标切面的位置信息确定VOI的大小以及位置信息,使得VOI包围目标解剖结构的全部或者部分。例如,可以预先设置体积阈值,并设置VOI所要包围的目标解剖结构对应的体积占全部目标解剖结构体积的比例大于设置的体积阈值,因此,得到目标切面的位置信息后,在超声体数据中调整感兴趣容积VOI的大小和位置信息使得VOI所包围的目标解剖结构的体积占全部目标解剖结构体积的比例大于预设的体积阈值。
步骤S506,对VOI进行渲染得到目标解剖结构的立体图像,将立体图像确定为目标解剖结构的超声图像。
本申请实施例中,得到VOI后,处理器103根据VOI对应的像素点的灰度值进行渲染,得到立体图像,该立体图像作为目标解剖结构的超声图像。
下面以实际的受测对象为例,对本发明实施例提供的方法进行说明。在小脑切面检测中,根据颅骨光环、小脑以及透明隔腔的等目标解剖结构的位置, 计算出小脑切面的空间位置,得到对应的小脑切面,在此基础上再设置VOI的大小和位置,使VOI把颅骨光环、小脑以及透明隔腔等至少一个目标解剖结构包住,即可得到小脑切面的立体图像,即VOI对应的图像。又如,在盆底肛提肌裂孔成像中,识别出耻骨联合下缘和肛直肠角等目标机构的位置,根据耻骨联合下缘和肛直肠角的位置将两者自动旋转至同一水平位置,并将VOI调整至VOI正好包含耻骨联合下缘和肛直肠角,然后对VOI进行渲染,得到肛提肌裂孔图像。又如,在子宫内膜成像中,识别出子宫内膜的位置,根据子宫内膜的位置,通过调节体数据方位和VOI,将VOI曲线调整至和子宫内膜下边缘重合,然后对VOI对应的区域进行渲染,得到立体图像。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,步骤S206即根据目标解剖结构的位置信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的超声图像的步骤具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S602,根据目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面的位置信息。

步骤S604,获取预设的立体图像尺寸。
本申请实施例中,立体图像尺寸是预先设置的。具体的尺寸可以根据需要进行设置,例如可以当受测对象为盆底肛提肌裂孔时,可以将VOI设置成长、宽以及高均为2cm。
步骤S606,根据目标切面的位置信息以及预设的立体图像尺寸从超声体数据中得到VOI的位置信息。
本申请实施例中,目标切面是在感兴趣容积VOI中的,可以目标切面为中心,根据预设的立体图像尺寸在各个空间维度上延伸,得到感兴趣容积VOI。例如,假设VOI的长、宽以及高均为2cm,则在超声体数据中,以目标切面的中心点为心,在X轴正方向、X轴负方向、Y轴正方向、Y轴负方向、Z轴正方向以及Z轴负方向分别延伸1cm,得到VOI的位置信息。
步骤S608,对VOI进行渲染得到目标解剖结构的立体图像,将立体图像确定为目标解剖结构的超声图像。
本申请实施例中,得到VOI后,处理器103对VOI对应的区域进行渲染, 得到立体图像,该立体图像作为目标解剖结构的超声图像。
在一个实施例中,如图7所示,处理器103从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息之后,超声成像的方法还可以包括步骤S702:根据目标解剖结构的位置信息优化超声体数据。
本申请实施例中,得到目标解剖结构的位置信息后,处理器103可以根据目标解剖结构的位置信息确定优化的目标位置区域,对目标位置区域对应的超声体数据进行优化,例如目标位置区域可以是目标切面对应的区域,也可以是VOI对应的区域。可以对灰度值进行优化。例如,提高灰度值,或者而降低灰度值等。可以立即额,当对超声体数据优化后,根据优化得到的超声体数据显示对应的超声图像。
在一个实施中,处理器103可以根据目标解剖结构的位置信息降低非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值,以使得目标解剖结构的超声体数据参数值与非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值的差值在预设范围内。
本申请实施例中,超声体数据参数值可以是灰度值。预设范围可以是大于预设的第一阈值以及小于预设的第二阈值,其中,第二阈值比第一阈值大,具体的范围可以根据需要进行设置。非目标解剖结构区域是在超声体数据中目标解剖结构以外的其他区域。
在一个实施例中,也可以提高目标解剖结构对应的区域的超声体数据参数值,以使得目标解剖结构的超声体数据参数值与非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值的差值在预设范围内。
由于目标解剖结构通常是用户感兴趣的区域,非解剖结构位置通常是要抑制的背景或噪声区域,因此可以根据目标解剖结构的位置降低目标解剖结构区域外的灰度值或者提高解剖结构区域本身的灰度值,从而可以抑制噪声、提升目标解剖结构的信号强度,自适应提高渲染的图像的对比度。
在一个实施例中,根据目标解剖结构的位置信息优化超声体数据包括:根据目标解剖结构的位置信息获取目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值;根据预设条件整体调整目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值。
本申请实施例中,超声体数据参数值是与超声体数据相关的参数,例如为灰度值。预设条件可以是目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值的差值位于预设范围、对比度在预设范围内或者超声体数据对应的灰度的概率密度呈均匀分布等。整体调整是指目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域对应的超声体数据参数值均进行调整。根据目标解剖结构的位置信息可以得到非目标解剖结构区域以及目标解剖结构对应的区域,不同的区域采取的调整策略或者调整数值不同。例如,可以统计超声体数据的平均灰度值,将平均灰度值和预设的灰度值进行比较,如果平均灰度值小于预设的灰度值,则提高灰度值,反之,则降低灰度值。又例如,可以用于直方图均衡化方法对超声体数据参数值进行调整,直方图均衡化是对图像进行非线性拉伸,重新分配图像像素,使得一定灰度范围内的像素数量大致相同的方法。
在一个实施例中,处理器103可以调整目标解剖结构以及非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值中的一个或两个。例如,可以统计目标解剖结构对应的平均灰度值,将目标解剖结构对应的平均灰度值与预设的灰度值进行比较,如果平均灰度值小于预设的灰度值,则提高灰度值,反之,则降低灰度值。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S206即根据目标解剖结构的位置信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的超声图像之后,超声成像的方法还包括:优化超声图像。
本申请实施例中,处理器103优化的是与超声图像相关的参数,例如可以是优化超声图像的阈值,增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种,其中这里的阈值是目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的灰度值的差值,非目标解剖结构区域是在超声体数据中目标解剖结构以外的其他区域。目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的灰度值的差值可以为对应的平均灰度值的差值。
在一个实施例中,优化超声图像的阈值包括:获取超声图像的阈值;若超声图像的阈值不满足预设阈值范围,则调整超声图像的阈值。
本申请实施例中,预设阈值范围可以根据需要进行设置。预设阈值范围可以是大于预设的第三阈值以及小于预设的第四阈值,其中,第四阈值比第三阈值大。如果超声图像的阈值不满足预设阈值范围,则可以调整目标解剖结构以 及非目标解剖结构区域的灰度值中的一个或两个,使得到的阈值满足预设阈值范围。例如,如果超声图像的阈值小于第三阈值,则可以提高目标解剖结构对应的灰度值或者降低非目标解剖结构区域的灰度值。如果超声图像的阈值大于第三阈值,则可以降低目标解剖结构对应的灰度值。
在一个实施例中,处理器103优化超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种包括:获取超声图像的信号强度值;若信号强度值大于预设值,则减小超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种;若信号强度值小于预设值,则增加超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种。
本申请实施例中,信号强度可以用超声探头返回的超声波流量表示。增益是指信号的放大倍数。预设值可以根据需要设置。若信号强度值大于预设值,则减小超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种,若信号强度值小于预设值,则增加超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种。以使得超声图像更加清晰。其中,信号强度值与减少的增益,亮度和对比度的数值的对应关系可以根据需要设置。信号强度值与增加的增益,亮度和对比度的数值的对应关系可以根据需要设置。或者可以根据预设的速度减少或者增加增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种,直至接收到用户输入的停止指令。
在一个实施例中,处理器103还可以根据超声图像的信号强度值优化超声图像对应的TGC(Time Gain Control,时间增益控制),由于超声强度随探测深度的增加而减弱,致使不同深度的发射回波强弱不等,因此可以对来自不同深度的回声给与不同的增益补偿。若信号强度值大于预设值,则表示所需的增益补偿小,则减小超声图像的增益补偿;若信号强度值小于预设值,则增加超声图像的增益补偿。
在一个实施例中,处理器103还可以是根据目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的灰度值确定进一步确定用于区分目标解剖结构和背景的背景区分灰度阈值。得到背景区分灰度阈值后,渲染大于背景区分灰度阈值的区域,得到超声图像,而灰度低于背景区分灰度阈值的区域通常认为是背景或噪声区域,将不会被渲染。可以获取目标解剖结构的灰度分布数据和非目标解剖结构区域的灰度分布数据,根据目标解剖结构的灰度分布数据和非目标解剖结构区域的灰 度分布数据确定背景区分阈值。
如图8所示,可以分别根据目标解剖结构的灰度分布数据和非目标解剖结构区域的灰度分布数据得到对应的灰度直方图,其中,灰度直方图的横坐标是灰度值,纵坐标是像素点的个数。选择两个直方图的交点(如图中点C)作为阈值;也可以分别计算出非目标解剖结构区域对应的灰度直方图的峰值(如图中点A)和目标解剖结构区域的峰值(如图中的B点),然后用A点对应的峰值灰度和B点对应的峰值灰度进行加权求和得到背景区分灰度阈值,用公式可以表示为T=a*A+(1-a)*B,a为预设的加权系数,具体可以根据需要设置,例如a取0.5。
在一个实施例中,可以对灰度直方图进行平滑处理,平滑处理的方法可以采用高斯平滑方法,以减少超声图像灰度值的随机波动对灰度分布数据的影响。
如图9所示,在一个实施例中,提出了一种优化超声体数据的方法,具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S902,获取受测对象的超声体数据。
步骤S904,从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息。
步骤S906,根据目标解剖结构的位置信息优化超声体数据。
本申请实施例中,步骤S902~S906的实现方法可以参照上述任意实施例中对应的描述,本申请在此不再赘述。由于能够根据目标解剖结构的位置优化超声体数据,因此降低了优化超声体数据的时间,节约了超声仪器资源。
如图10所示,在一个实施例中,提出了一种优化超声图像方法,具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S1002,获取受测对象的超声体数据。
步骤S1004,从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息。
步骤S1006,根据目标解剖结构的位置信息从超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的超声图像。
步骤S1008,优化超声图像。
本申请实施例中,步骤S1002~S1008的实现方法可以参照上述任意实施例中对应的描述,本申请在此不再赘述。
图11示出了一个实施例中计算机设备的内部结构图。如图11所示,该计算机设备包括该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口、输入系统和显示屏。其中,存储器包括非易失性存储介质和内存储器。该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统,还可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器实现超声成像的方法、优化超声图像的方法以及优化超声体数据的方法。该内存储器中也可储存有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行超声成像的方法、优化超声图像的方法以及优化超声体数据的方法。计算机设备的显示屏可以是液晶显示屏或者电子墨水显示屏,计算机设备的输入系统可以是显示屏上覆盖的触摸层,也可以是计算机设备外壳上设置的按键、轨迹球或触控板,还可以是外接的键盘、触控板或鼠标等。

  1. 一种超声成像的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取受测对象的超声体数据;
    从所述超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息;
    根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的超声图像;
    显示所述超声图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的超声图像包括:
    根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面的位置信息;
    根据所述目标切面的位置信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的切面图像;
    将所述切面图像确定为所述目标解剖结构的超声图像。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的超声图像包括:
    根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面的位置信息;
    根据所述目标切面的位置信息从所述超声体数据中设置感兴趣容积VOI的大小和位置信息,所述VOI包围所述目标解剖结构的全部或者部分;
    对所述VOI进行渲染得到所述目标解剖结构的立体图像;
    将所述立体图像确定为所述目标解剖结构的超声图像。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的超声图像包括:
    根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面的位置信息;
    获取预设的立体图像尺寸;
    根据所述目标切面的位置信息以及所述预设的立体图像尺寸从所述超声体数据中得到VOI的位置信息;
    对所述VOI进行渲染得到所述目标解剖结构的立体图像,将所述立体图像 确定为所述目标解剖结构的超声图像。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面的位置信息包括:
    根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面方程;
    根据所述目标切面方程得到所述目标切面的位置信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定目标切面方程包括:
    采用三点不共线的方式根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定所述目标切面方程。

    采用拟合的方式根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息确定所述目标切面方程,其中,所述拟合的方式包括最小二乘估计,霍夫Hough变换中的至少一种方式。

    获取所述目标解剖结构的结构特征信息;

  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息优化所述超声体数据包括:
    根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息获取所述目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值,其中,所述非目标解剖结构区域是在所述超声体数据中所述目标解剖结构以外的其他区域;
    根据预设条件整体调整所述目标解剖结构和所述非目标解剖结构区域的超声体数据参数值。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的超声图像之后,所述方法还包括:
    优化所述超声图像。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述优化所述超声图像包括:
    优化所述超声图像的阈值,增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种,其中,所述阈值为所述目标解剖结构和非目标解剖结构区域的灰度值的差值,所述非目标解剖结构区域是在所述超声体数据中所述目标解剖结构以外的其他区域。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述优化所述超声图像的阈值包括:
    获取所述超声图像的阈值;
    若所述超声图像的阈值不满足预设阈值范围,则调整所述超声图像的阈值。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述优化所述超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种包括:
    获取所述超声图像的信号强度值;
    若所述信号强度值大于预设值,则减小所述超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种;
    若所述信号强度值小于预设值,则增加所述超声图像的增益,亮度和对比度中的至少一种。
  17. 一种优化超声体数据的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取受测对象的超声体数据;
    从所述超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息;
    根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息优化所述超声体数据。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息包括:
    获取所述目标解剖结构的结构特征信息;
    根据所述结构特征信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的位置信息。

  28. 一种超声成像系统,其特征在于,所述超声成像系统包括:
    超声探头,用于向受测对象发射超声波并接收超声回波,以获取对所述受测对象进行超声检测得到的超声波信号;
    存储器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令;
    处理器,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:对所述超声波信号进行处理,获取得到所述受测对象对应的超声体数据;从所述超声体数据中确定目标解剖结构的位置信息;根据所述目标解剖结构的位置信息从所述超声体数据中确定所述目标解剖结构的超声图像;
    显示器,用于显示所述超声图像。
