具体的,两个所述勺子型凹槽13以及两个所述圆柱型凹槽14底部的槽口口径均小于其上部的槽口口径,通过采用上述技术方案,使得放入勺子型凹槽13以及圆柱型凹槽14内部的实验器材便于拿出,可避免用猛力将放入勺子型凹槽13以及圆柱型凹槽14内部的实验器材拿出时撞击到盒盖1底部 边沿处或者盒体2的上部边沿处,从而可有效防止实验器材因发生撞击而损坏。
具体的,所述盒盖1的底部边沿处以及所述盒体2的上部边沿处均黏粘有橡胶防护垫层,通过采用上述技术方案,可防止从该实验器材盒内部拿取实验器材时,实验器材因撞击到盒盖1底部边沿处或者盒体2的上部边沿处而发生损坏。
工作原理:该生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,通过在盒盖1的上表面镶嵌有第一太阳能电池板3,盒盖1的内顶壁上固定安装有蓄电池18,且盒盖1的内部位于蓄电池18的底部固定安装有第二太阳能电池板19,第一太阳能电池板3的接线端和第二太阳能电池板19的接线端均通过导线与蓄电池18的正负极相连接,通过采用上述技术方案,使得该实验器材盒在利用太阳光进行暴晒杀菌时,无论该实验器材盒处于打开或者关闭状态时,均可充分利用太阳能,将太阳能转化为电能储存在蓄电池18内部供发光装置20使用,从而使得该实验器材盒不仅具备利用太阳能的功能,还具备较好的环保价值;在盒体2的内部底部通过四组弹性件11安装有橡胶板12,橡胶板12的上表面上对称开设有两个勺子型凹槽13、对称开设有两个圆柱型凹槽14和对称开设有四个腰型槽15以及开设有一个长条形凹槽16,通过采用上述技术方案,使得该实验器材盒可以分类放置不同形状的实验器材,在四组弹性件11的作用下可有效防止易碎的实验器材因震动而发生破碎,从而使得该实验器材盒安全性能较好;通过在盒盖1的内顶壁上固定安装有发光装置20,发光装置20包括固定安装在盒盖1内顶壁上的透明方形壳体21,透明方形壳体21的内部通过两个灯座22安装有灯管23,两个灯座22的接线端通过导线与蓄电池18的正负极相连接,且两个灯座22与蓄电池18之间还串接有电源开关7,电源开关7固定安装在盒盖1的一端面上,灯管23为LED节能灯管或者UV灯管的一种或两种,通过采用上述技术方案,使得该实验器材盒不仅具备照明的功能,还具备利用紫外线杀菌的功能,值得推广和普及。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,包括盒盖(1)和盒体(2),其特征在于:所述盒盖(1)的后侧面通过合页(9)与所述盒体(2)的后侧面相铰接,且所述盒盖(1)的上表面镶嵌有第一太阳能电池板(3),所述盒盖(1)的内顶壁上固定安装有发光装置(20)和蓄电池(18),且所述盒盖(1)的内部位于所述蓄电池(18)的底部固定安装有第二太阳能电池板(19),所述第一太阳能电池板(3)的接线端和所述第二太阳能电池板(19)的接线端均通过导线与所述蓄电池(18)的正负极相连接,所述盒体(2)的内部底部通过四组弹性件(11)安装有橡胶板(12),所述橡胶板(12)的上表面上对称开设有两个勺子型凹槽(13)、对称开设有两个圆柱型凹槽(14)和对称开设有四个腰型槽(15)以及开设有一个长条形凹槽(16);
    所述发光装置(20)包括固定安装在所述盒盖(1)内顶壁上的透明方形壳体(21),所述透明方形壳体(21)的内部通过两个灯座(22)安装有灯管(23),两个所述灯座(22)的接线端通过导线与所述蓄电池(18)的正负极相连接,且两个所述灯座(22)与所述蓄电池(18)之间还串接有电源开关(7),所述电源开关(7)固定安装在所述盒盖(1)的一端面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(1)和所述盒体(2)均呈方形状,所述盒体(2)的底部四角对称设有四个橡胶支脚(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(1)的一端面上还设有充电接口(8),所述充电接口(8)通过导线与所述蓄电池(18)的正负极相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(2)的前侧面上居中转动安装有拉手(5),所述拉手(5)的外部还套设有橡胶套(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(1)和所述盒体(2)的前侧面交界处对称设有两个用于锁紧所述盒盖(1)与所述盒体(2)的搭扣(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在 于:所述弹性件(11)包括固定安装在所述橡胶板(12)底部的第一弹簧座(24)和固定安装在所述盒体(2)内底壁上的第二弹簧座(25)以及套设在所述第一弹簧座(24)与所述第二弹簧座(25)之间的弹簧(26)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在于:所述灯管(23)为LED节能灯管或者UV灯管的一种或两种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在于:两个所述勺子型凹槽(13)以及两个所述圆柱型凹槽(14)底部的槽口口径均小于其上部的槽口口径。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种生物实验用多功能实验器材盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖(1)的底部边沿处以及所述盒体(2)的上部边沿处均黏粘有橡胶防护垫层。
