(4)固定压块处于缩回状态时,固定压块与触摸屏的外表面平齐,不会使缺口露出,保持了触摸屏外观的美观性和握持感。

在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本申请的技术方案。
实施例一:
请参阅图3至图8,为本申请实施例一的一种固定压块100,用于通过安装配件300安装于目标体200上,安装配件300包括相连接的螺杆310和凸缘320,螺杆310螺纹连接目标体200,凸缘320用于阻挡固定压块100脱离安装配件300;目标体200的背面上对应固定压块100设有缺口201。固定压块100包括压块本体10,压块本体10具有相对设置的第一端部11和第二端部12,压块本体10还具有相对设置的顶面13和底面14,压块本体10内设有相连通的长穿孔20和长容置槽30,长穿孔20贯穿底面14,用于供安装配件300的螺杆310穿过,长容置槽30贯穿顶面13,用于容置安装配件300的凸缘320;长容置槽30具有靠近第一端部11的第一槽部31和靠近第二端部12的第二槽部32,长容置槽30内设有阻挡结构,用以阻挡凸缘320从第二槽部32直线滑向第一槽部31。
预安装固定压块100于目标体200上时,先将固定压块100放置于缺口201内,固定压块100的底面14面向缺口201的底部,第一端部11位于第二端部12远离目标体200的中心的一侧;随后将安装配件300的螺杆310螺纹连接目标体200,并使安装配件300的凸缘320高于阻挡结构,以使固定压块100能相对于安装部300进行左右移动,从而使固定压块100的第一端部11能伸出目标体外实现固定压块100相对于目标体200的展开状 态,或使固定压块100的第一端部11缩回目标体实现固定压块100相对于目标体200的缩回状态。阻挡结构的设置使得凸缘320在固定压块100实现展开状态后能被限位于第二槽部32内,从而使得伸出缺口201的第一端部11在安装于整机上时不会因为外力被推回至缺口201内,有助于目标体200在整机上的安装。
安装配件300可选用为螺钉、螺栓或其他能螺纹连接目标体,且又不会使得固定压块100从目标体上脱离的物体;目标体可选用触摸屏、装饰板或其他板状的物体;在本实施例中,目标体选用为螺钉,目标体选用为触摸屏200,故固定压块100通过螺钉安装于触摸屏200上。为了便于触摸屏200的安装,触摸屏200的背面设有容置压块本体10的缺口201。在触摸屏200从整机上拆下来时,压块本体10缩回至触摸屏200,这时,缺口201被压块本体10填满,并且压块本体10的顶面13也与触摸屏200的背面齐平设置,达到缺口201不外露,增加触摸屏200的美观性和握持感的有益效果。
在本实施例中,阻挡结构为对应第一槽部31设置的凸台40,长穿孔20贯穿凸台40;凸台40使第一槽部31和第二槽部32呈阶梯状设置,第二槽部32的深度大于第一槽部31的深度。
请一并参考图5至图8,其中,图5为固定压块100在触摸屏200上的展开状态示意图;图7为固定压块100在触摸屏200上的缩回状态示意图;固定压块100从缩回状态转换到展开状态时,先通过工具将安装配件300稍微拧松,使凸缘320高于凸台40,然后通过工具推动固定压块100,使固定压块100的第一端部11进入至缺口201内;当固定压块100运动至极限位置后,第一端部11完成进入至缺口201内的动作,且第二槽部32运动至凸缘320所在的位置;随后通过工具向下拧紧安装配件300,直至凸缘320压于压块本体10上,展开工作完成;固定压块100从展开状态切换到缩回状态时,先通过工具将安装配件300稍微拧松,使凸缘320高于凸台40;然后通过工具推动固定压块100,使固定压块100的第一端部11伸出缺口201;当固定压块100运动至极限位置后,第一端部11完成伸出缺口201的动作,且第一槽部31运动至凸缘320所在的位置;随后通过工具向下拧紧安装配件300,直至凸缘320压于凸台40上,缩回工作完成。
在本实施例中,第二槽部32刚好容置安装配件300的凸缘320,这可以使凸缘320在固定压块100实现展开状态后能被完全限位于第一槽部31内,更有利于伸出缺口201的固定压块100的第一端部11在整机上的安装。
在其他可行的实施例中,可在凸台40远离长穿孔20的侧面上设置与凸缘320相匹配的限位槽,限位槽用于在固定压块100实现缩回状态后对压于凸台40上的凸缘320进行限位,以使固定压块100不会在外力的作用下发生移动。
第一端部11上设有限位块50,限位块50自底面14朝着远离顶面13的方向延伸。限位块50用于与安装触摸屏200的整机的钣金件的表面接触,在缩回状态下打紧安装配件300后,可以将触摸屏200压紧在钣金上,达到将触摸屏200紧固在整机设备上的效果。
在本实施例中,限位块50与压块本体10一体成型设置。在其中一实施例中,限位块50与压块本体10分体设置。进一步地,限位块50可拆卸连接压块本体10。通过设置限位块50可拆卸连接诶压块本体10,便于根据整机对固定压块100的固定形式更换相对应结构的限位块50。可选的,限位块50通过卡接的方式连接压块本体10,例如,限位块50上设有卡接凸起,压块本体10上对应卡接凸起设有卡接槽,卡接凸起插设于卡接槽内。
为了进一步加强压块本体10和触摸屏200的连接,以使固定压块100不易从触摸屏200上掉落下来,在其中一实施例中,压块本体10的外部设有导向结构,导向结构用于压块本体10滑接触摸屏200。导向结构为用于插于触摸屏200对应设置的导向槽202内的导向凸起60,导向凸起60可以如图9和图10所示对称设于压块本体10的相对两侧,当然,也可以如图11所示设置于压块本体10的底面14上。当导向凸起60设于底面14上时,导向凸起60的横截面可以呈T型或梯形。
上述的固定压块100,通过在压块本体10上设置相连通的长穿孔20和长容置槽30,设置长容置槽30具有第一槽部31和第二槽部32,并在长容置槽30内设置用于阻挡凸缘320从第二槽部32直线滑向第一槽部31的阻挡结构,从而具有以下优点:
使得固定压块100具有两种安装状态,分别是第一端部11进入至缺口201内的展开状态和第一端部11伸至缺口201外的缩回状态;切换到展开状态时可以把触摸屏200通过固定压块100的第一端部11安装到整机上;当触摸屏200从整机上取下来时,固定压块100可以切换到缩回状态,避免固定压块100伸出触摸屏200,保证触摸屏200的美观性;切换过程只要稍微拧松安装配件300,使凸缘320高于阻挡结构,即可将压块本体10的第一端部11推出或推入缺口201,切换过程方便快捷,当切换好状态后,再拧紧安装配件300,使安装配件300的凸缘320压于压块本体10上,即可将固定压块100紧固于触摸屏200上,无须再将固定压块100重新放置于触摸屏200上再通过打紧螺钉固定,从而使得固定压块100的安装也变得非常便捷。
在两种状态切换过程中,固定压块100始终通过安装配件300与触摸屏200连接,不会引起固定压块100的丢失。
固定压块100相对于触摸屏200展开后,由于阻挡结构的阻挡作用,使得安装配件300的凸缘320被限制于第二槽部32内,可以防止固定压块100的第一端部11被外力推回至缺口201内,有助于触摸屏200安装于整机上。
固定压块100处于缩回状态时,固定压块100与触摸屏200的外表面平齐,不会使缺口201露出,保持了触摸屏200外观的美观性和握持感。
本申请还提供了一种空调机组,包括如上所述的固定压块100。
实施例二:
请参阅12,为本申请实施例二的固定压块100的结构示意图,本实施例与实施例一的不同点在于:阻挡结构为位于第一槽部31和第二槽部32之间的限位部,限位部位于长穿孔20的周边。在本实施例中,限位部为限位突起,进一步的,限位突起可以为限位筋条70,限位筋条70的数量为两个,两限位筋条70对称设于长穿孔20的两侧。
当固定压块100从缩回状态转换到展开状态时,先通过工具将凸缘320位于第一槽部31内的装配件300稍微拧松,使凸缘320高于限位筋条70;然后通过螺丝刀或其他工具拨动固定压块100,使固定压块100的第一端部11伸出缺口201,当固定压块100运动至极限位置后,第一端部11完成伸出缺口201动作,且第二槽部32运动至凸缘320所在的位置,通过工具向下拧紧装配件300,直至凸缘320压于压块本体10上,展开工作完成。当固定压块100从展开状态切换到缩回状态时,先通过工具将凸缘320位于第二槽部32内的安装配件300稍微拧松,使凸缘320高于限位筋条70;然后通过工具拨动固定压块100,使固定压块100的第一端部11进入缺口201内;当固定压块100运动至极限位置后,第一端部11完成进入缺口201动作,且第一槽部31运动至凸缘320所在的位置;通过工具向下拧紧安装配件300,直至凸缘320压于压块本体10上,缩回工作完成。
可选的,第一槽部31刚好容置安装配件300的凸缘320,这可以使凸缘320在固定压块100处于缩回状态时被完全限位,从而使得固定压块100在缩回状态时不易因为外力发生移动。
在凸缘320高于限位筋条70的情形下,为了避免限位筋条70刮伤移动的安装配件300的螺杆310,在其他实施例中,限位筋条70靠近长穿孔20的一端可呈圆弧状设置。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定压块(100),用于通过安装配件(300)安装于目标体上,所述安装配件(300)包括相连接的螺杆(310)和凸缘(320),所述螺杆(310)螺纹连接所述目标体,其特征在于,所述固定压块(100)包括压块本体(10),所述压块本体(10)具有相对设置的第一端部(11)和第二端部(12),所述压块本体(10)内设有相连通的长穿孔(20)和长容置槽(30);所述长穿孔(20)用于供所述螺杆(310)穿过,所述长容置槽(30)用于容置所述凸缘(320),所述长容置槽(30)具有靠近所述第一端部(11)的第一槽部(31)和靠近所述第二端部(12)的第二槽部(32),所述长容置槽(30)内设有阻挡结构,用以阻挡所述安装配件(300)的凸缘(320)从所述第二槽部(32)直线滑向所述第一槽部(31)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述阻挡结构为对应所述第一槽部(31)设置的凸台(40),所述长穿孔(20)贯穿所述凸台(40);所述凸台(40)使所述第一槽部(31)和所述第二槽部(32)呈阶梯状设置,所述第二槽部(32)的深度大于所述第一槽部(31)的深度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述压块本体(10)具有所述长穿孔(20)贯穿的底面(14)和所述长容置槽(30)贯穿的顶面(13),所述凸台(40)靠近所述顶面(13)的侧面上设有与所述安装配件(300)的凸缘(320)相匹配的限位槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述阻挡结构为位于所述第一槽部(31)和所述第二槽部(32)之间的限位部,所述限位部设于所述长容置槽(30)的槽壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述限位部为限位突起。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述限位突起为限位筋条(70)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述压块本体(10)具有所述长容置槽(30)贯穿的顶面(13)和所述长穿孔(20)贯穿的底面(14);所述第一端部(11)上设有限位块(50),所述限位块(50)自底面(14)朝着远离顶面(13)的方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述压块本体(10)设有导向结构,所述导向结构用于压块本体(10)滑接目标体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的固定压块(100),其特征在于,所述导向结构为设于压块本体(10)相对两侧的导向凸起(60),所述导向凸起(60)用于插设于目标体对应设置的导向槽(202)内。
  10. 一种空调机组,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的固定压块(100)。
