Description
本发明涉及多功能焊接工作台。
工作台适合于模具、焊接、检测、维修、组装等各种不同应用场合,具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐脏性、抗冲击性和承重能力强。许多部件在生产过程中需要对其进行焊接,因此需要用到焊接工作台,但是现有焊接工作台只是单纯的提供一个供焊接件放置的平台,无法及时对焊接台面上的焊接废料进行清理,造成焊接质量差,且焊工需要从别处找来东西进行清理,工作效率低下,另外,焊接台面面积有限,适用范围窄。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单的多功能焊接工作台。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种多功能焊接工作台,包括台板、固定在所述台板底端的四个支脚以及固定在所述台板上的立板,所述台板包括台板本体、与所述台板本体滑动连接的左扩展板、右扩展板和前扩展板,所述台板本体上设置有第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔和U形槽,所述台板本体的上端呈前低后高的倾斜状,所述左扩展板上设置有第一挡块和第一卡槽,所述右扩展板上设置有第二挡块和第二卡槽,所述前扩展板上设置有第三挡块和第三卡槽,所述立板上设置有储水箱,所述储水箱的底端设置有出水孔,所述立板内设置有进水通道,所述出水孔与所述进水通道相连通。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,多功能焊接工作台进一步包括所述U形槽连通有出水管,所述出水管连接有储水槽。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,多功能焊接工作台进一步包括所述U形槽的槽底壁呈倾斜状。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,多功能焊接工作台进一步包括所述左扩展板、右扩展板和前扩展板从上往下依次设置。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,多功能焊接工作台进一步包括所述左扩展板、右扩展板和前扩展板上均固定有拉手。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,多功能焊接工作台进一步包括四个所述支脚分为左右两组,每组支脚上设置有隔尘垫。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,多功能焊接工作台进一步包括每组支脚包括前后两个所述支脚,每个所述支脚上均固定有挂钩,每个所述隔尘垫上固定有两个套环,所述套环套在所述挂钩上。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,多功能焊接工作台进一步包括每个所述支脚的底端均固定有橡胶垫。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明左扩展板、右扩展板和前扩展板用于实现对台板本体的长度和宽度的调节,便于适用不同尺寸的工件的焊接,适用范围广,储水箱内的冷却水通过进水通道流在台板本体上,再流入U形槽内,避免冷却水流到地面上,在工件进行焊接的时候同时通过冷却水进行冷却,确保焊接质量,同时提高焊接效率,台板本体的上端呈前低后高的倾斜状便于水的流动,避免长久的积聚,双重保障,提高工件的焊接质量。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。

现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化 的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-图3所示,一种多功能焊接工作台,包括台板10、固定在台板10底端的四个支脚12以及固定在台板10上的立板14,台板10包括台板本体16、与台板本体16滑动连接的左扩展板18、右扩展板20和前扩展板22,左扩展板18、右扩展板20和前扩展板22用于实现对台板本体16的长度和宽度的调节,便于适用不同尺寸的工件的焊接,适用范围广,台板本体16上设置有第一通孔24、第二通孔26、第三通孔28和U形槽30,台板本体16的上端呈前低后高的倾斜状,左扩展板18上设置有第一挡块32和第一卡槽34,右扩展板20上设置有第二挡块36和第二卡槽38,前扩展板22上设置有第三挡块40和第三卡槽42,立板14上设置有储水箱44,储水箱44的底端设置有出水孔46,立板14内设置有进水通道48,出水孔46与进水通道48相连通,立板14安装在台板本体16上,立板14的底端与台板本体16之间具有间隙,这样就便于储水箱44内的冷却水通过进水通道48流在台板本体16上,再流入U形槽30内,避免冷却水流到地面上,在工件进行焊接的时候同时通过冷却水进行冷却,确保焊接质量,同时提高焊接效率,台板本体16的上端呈前低后高的倾斜状便于水的流动,避免长久的积聚,进一步提高工件的焊接质量。
本发明优选U形槽30连通有出水管50,出水管50连接有储水槽52,通过储水槽52对多余的冷却水进行回收,避免浪费。
为了便于冷却水的汇集,本发明优选U形槽30的槽底壁呈倾斜状。
本发明优选左扩展板18、右扩展板20和前扩展板22从上往下依次设置,避免左扩展板18、右扩展板20和前扩展板22的相互干涉。
为了便于对左扩展板18、右扩展板20和前扩展板22的推拉,本发明优选左扩展板18、右扩展板20和前扩展板22上均固定有拉手54。
本发明优选四个支脚12分为左右两组,每组支脚上设置有隔尘垫56。进一步优选每组支脚包括前后两个支脚12,每个支脚12上均固定有挂钩58,每个隔尘垫56上固定有两个套环60,套环60套在挂钩58上,隔尘垫56在需要使用时从挂钩58上取下放置在地面上,避免直接将一些焊接废渣弄到地面上,确保地面的干净整洁,提高焊工的工作环境。
本发明优选每个支脚12的底端均固定有橡胶垫62,避免刮伤地面。
本发明优选通过第一销轴64穿过第一通孔24插入第一卡槽34,实现左扩展板18的定位,通过第二销轴66穿过第二通孔26插入第二卡槽38,实现右扩展板20的定位,通过第三销轴68穿过第三通孔28插入第三卡槽42,实现前扩展板22的定位,定位和移动均方便快捷。通过第一挡块32、第二挡块36和第三挡块40的设置,便于实现左扩展板18、右扩展板20和前扩展板22的限位,从而使得第一通孔24与第一卡槽34对齐,使得第二通孔26与第二卡槽38对齐,使得第三通孔28与第三卡槽42对齐,快速实现第一销轴64、第二销轴66和第三销轴68的插接,提高焊接效率。

- 多功能焊接工作台,包括台板、固定在所述台板底端的四个支脚以及固定在所述台板上的立板,其特征在于:所述台板包括台板本体、与所述台板本体滑动连接的左扩展板、右扩展板和前扩展板,所述台板本体上设置有第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔和U形槽,所述台板本体的上端呈前低后高的倾斜状,所述左扩展板上设置有第一挡块和第一卡槽,所述右扩展板上设置有第二挡块和第二卡槽,所述前扩展板上设置有第三挡块和第三卡槽,所述立板上设置有储水箱,所述储水箱的底端设置有出水孔,所述立板内设置有进水通道,所述出水孔与所述进水通道相连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能焊接工作台,其特征在于:所述U形槽连通有出水管,所述出水管连接有储水槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多功能焊接工作台,其特征在于:所述U形槽的槽底壁呈倾斜状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能焊接工作台,其特征在于:所述左扩展板、右扩展板和前扩展板从上往下依次设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能焊接工作台,其特征在于:所述左扩展板、右扩展板和前扩展板上均固定有拉手。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能焊接工作台,其特征在于:四个所述支脚分为左右两组,每组支脚上设置有隔尘垫。
- 根据权利要求6所述的多功能焊接工作台,其特征在于:每组支脚包括前后两个所述支脚,每个所述支脚上均固定有挂钩,每个所述隔尘垫上固定有两个套环,所述套环套在所述挂钩上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的多功能焊接工作台,其特征在于:每个所述支脚的底端均固定有橡胶垫。
