Abstract
本实用新型提供一种扬声器箱,包括围成收容空间的上盖和下盖,以及固定收容于收容空间内的扬声器单体;上盖包括围成收容空间的侧壁,扬声器单体将收容空间分隔成前腔和与前腔相对的后腔,扬声器箱还包括位于后腔中的插板,扬声器箱上设置有与插板配合设置的第一限位结构,插板的一端插设于第一限位结构中,并与侧壁共同围成一两端开口的填充吸音材料的吸音腔;插板包括自第一限位结构远离扬声器单体延伸的第一部分和自第一部分的一端朝向侧壁弯折延伸的第二部分。该扬声器箱通过设置弯折的插板,增大了扬声器箱后腔的吸音通道面积,提升了扬声器箱性能。
Description
本实用新型涉及电声领域,特别地涉及一种扬声器箱。
扬声器箱是便携式电子设备的重要声学部件,用以完成电信号与声音信号之间的转换。随着扬声器箱的腔体容积越来越小,为了使得扬声器能够发挥出良好的性能,降低模组的谐振频率,提高声音质量,技术人员通常会在后腔内添加吸音材料,以吸收掉部分声能,等效于扩大后腔的容积,从而达到降低模组谐振频率的效果。
现有技术中,扬声器箱的收容空间内收容有扬声器单体,扬声器箱的后腔包括灌装有吸音材料的吸音腔,吸音腔由扬声器盖板和收容空间内的插板围成,受限于插板的材质插板一般为直板,这样,扬声器箱内的吸音通道的大小受到限制,进而影响到扬声器的性能。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器箱,包括围成收容空间的上盖和下盖,以及固定收容于所述收容空间内的扬声器单体;所述上盖包括围成所述收容空间的侧壁,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和与所述前腔相对的后腔,所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后腔中的插板,所述扬声器箱上设置有与所述插板配合设置的第一限位结构,所述插板的一端插设于所述第一限位结构中,并与所述侧壁共同围成一两端开口的填充吸音材料的吸音腔;所述插板包括自所述第一限位结构远离所述扬声器单体延伸的第一部分和自所述第一部分的一端朝向所述侧壁弯折延伸的第二部分。
作为一种改进,所述插板包括金属支架以及贴设于所述金属支架上的网布。
作为一种改进,所述第一限位结构为设置于所述侧壁上的插槽。
作为一种改进,所述上盖上设置有朝向所述收容空间内部的凸块,所述扬声器箱还包括与所述插板相配合的第二限位结构,所述第二限位结构包括由所述侧壁以及所述凸块形成的插缝,所述插板的一端之外的另一端插设于所述插缝中。
作为一种改进,所述第一部分的侧面包括第一连接部,自所述第一连接部朝远离所述上盖方向倾斜延伸的第二连接部,以及自所述第二连接部沿远离所述第一连接部的方向延伸的第三连接部。
作为一种改进,所述第二部分的侧面包括沿所述第一部分的一端朝接近所述上盖的方向倾斜延伸的第四直线。
作为一种改进,所述金属支架包括不锈钢支架。
作为一种改进,所述网布包括以下任一种:无纺布、防尘网布和金属网布。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的扬声器箱通过设置弯折的插板,增大了扬声器箱后腔的吸音通道面积,提升了扬声器箱性能。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图1至图4对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,以便能够更好地理解本实用新型的方案以及其各方面的优点。在以下的实施例中,提供以下具体实施方式的目的是便于对本申请公开内容更清楚透彻的理解,而不是对本实用新型的限制。其中上、下、左、右等指示方位的字词仅是针对所示结构在对应附图中位置而言。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实用新型提供的扬声器箱10,包括围成收容空间的上盖11和下盖12,以及固定收容于收容空间内的扬声器单体15。如图2所示,上盖包括围成收容空间的侧壁113,扬声器单体15将收容空间分隔成前腔和与前腔相对的后腔,扬声器箱10还包括位于后腔中的插板13,扬声器箱上盖11上设置有与插板13配合设置的第一限位结构,插板13的一端插设于第一限位结构中,并与侧壁113共同围成一两端开口的填充吸音材料的吸音腔。如图3所示,插板13包括自第一限位结构远离扬声器单体15延伸的第一部分133和自第一部分133的一端朝向侧壁弯折延伸的第二部分134。
这样,第一部分133与设置于收容空间内的固定扬声器单体的固定壁114之间,第二部分134与侧壁之间形成有面积较大的吸音通道,可以提升扬声器箱的性能。
如图4所示,本实用新型实施例中,插板13包括金属支架131以及贴设于金属支架上的网布132。其中,金属支架131可以为不锈钢支架。不锈钢或者其它金属材质的支架可以更灵活的选择区域封装吸音材料颗粒,有效增大吸音通道面积,提升声学性能。
这里,网布132可以为无纺布、防尘网布或金属网布。声能穿透过网布132后,可以被吸音腔中的吸音颗粒吸收。
如图3所示,第一限位结构为设置于侧壁113上的插槽111,扬声器箱还包括与插板13相配合的第二限位结构,插板13的两端分别插设在第一限位结构和第二限位结构中。上盖11上也可以设置有朝向收容空间内部的凸块,第二限位结构包括由侧壁以及凸块形成的插缝,插板13的一端之外的另一端插设于插缝中。
在实际应用中,并不局限于此,第一限位结构也可以为插缝结构,第二限位结构也可以为插槽结构。其目的都是限制插板在后腔中的位置。
为了与下盖的形状相配合,如图4所示,第一部分133的侧面包括第一连接部1331,自第一连接部1331朝远离上盖方向倾斜延伸的第二连接部1332,以及自第二连接部1332沿远离第一连接部1331的方向延伸的第三连接部1333。第二部分134的侧面包括沿第一部分133的一端朝接近上盖的方向倾斜延伸的第四连接部1341。
与现有技术相比,该扬声器箱通过设置弯折的插板,增大了扬声器箱后腔的吸音通道面积,提升了扬声器箱性能。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种扬声器箱,其包括围成收容空间的上盖和下盖,以及固定收容于所述收容空间内的扬声器单体;所述上盖包括围成所述收容空间的侧壁,所述扬声器单体将所述收容空间分隔成前腔和与所述前腔相对的后腔,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后腔中的插板,所述扬声器箱上设置有与所述插板配合设置的第一限位结构,所述插板的一端插设于所述第一限位结构中,并与所述侧壁共同围成一两端开口的填充吸音材料的吸音腔;所述插板包括自所述第一限位结构远离所述扬声器单体延伸的第一部分和自所述第一部分的一端朝向所述侧壁弯折延伸的第二部分。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述插板包括金属支架以及贴设于所述金属支架上的网布。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一限位结构为设置于所述侧壁上的插槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖上设置有朝向所述收容空间内部的凸块,所述扬声器箱还包括与所述插板相配合的第二限位结构,所述第二限位结构包括由所述侧壁以及所述凸块形成的插缝,所述插板的一端之外的另一端插设于所述插缝中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一部分的侧面包括第一连接部,自所述第一连接部朝远离所述上盖方向倾斜延伸的第二连接部,以及自所述第二连接部沿远离所述第一连接部的方向延伸的第三连接部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第二部分的侧面包括沿所述第一部分的一端朝接近所述上盖的方向倾斜延伸的第四直线。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述金属支架包括不锈钢支架。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述网布包括以下任一种:无纺布、防尘网布和金属网布。
