Abstract
一种无卡信用支付方法、系统、计算机设备和存储介质,涉及金融支付交易领域。该方法包括:建立付款方信用卡账号,采集人体生物特征信息后与信用卡账号绑定;接收付款方的付款请求和提交的人体生物特征信息;获取付款方提交的收款方信息并据此确定收款方和待付款额;定位到绑定的信用卡账号后根据信用卡账号获取历史支付记录;读取其中的未偿还金额并判断是否达到信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到时限制本次支付,在未达到时开放支付功能并完成支付。解决传统信用卡使用时必须随身携带且易丢失的问题,将信用支付向中小个体工商户推行使用,有助于信用支付技术的推广和普及
Description
本申请要求于2018年08月08日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810894634.4、发明名称为“无卡信用支付方法、系统、计算机设备和存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及金融支付交易领域,尤其涉及一种无卡信用支付方法、系统、计算机设备和存储介质。
目前的信用支付手段主要是以大型商场、酒店等大商家的POS机作为支付终端,通过刷信用卡,然后输入支付密码来实现相应的付款业务。但是直接使用信用卡完成信用支付极其不便,若用户忘记携带信用卡或者信用卡被损坏,则将不利于到用户消费时的信用支付。
因而,现有信用支付手段采用卡证作为信用支付凭证的缺陷主要有:
(1)用户携卡不便且易丢失;
(2)常用于较大的商户场合,无法在小商户等个体用户场合普及。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对在进行无卡信用支付时,针对传统信用支付方法采用卡证作为支付凭证载体,携带不便且易丢失和传统信用卡证使用时,受限于接收设备和支付体系,不适用小商户场合的问题,提供一种无卡信用支付方法、系统、计算机设备和存储介质。
一种无卡信用支付方法,所述无卡信用支付的方法,包括:建立付款方的信用卡账号,并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息;将所述人体生物特征信息与所述信用卡账号绑定;接收付款方的付款请求和提交的人体生物特征信息;获取付款方提交的收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定收款方和待付款额;根据与所述付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录;读取所述历史支付记录 中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请提供了一种无卡信用支付系统,包括:
开户单元,设置为建立付款方的信用卡账号并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息;绑号单元,设置为将所述人体生物特征信息与所述信用卡账号绑定;支付请求发起单元,设置为接收付款方的付款请求和一并提交的人体生物特征信息;支付信息提交单元,设置为获取付款方提交的收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定收款方和待付款额;历史支付记录获取单元,设置为根据与所述付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录;支付判断单元,设置为读取所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个所述处理器执行时,使得一个或多个所述处理器执行上述无卡信用支付方法的步骤。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个所述处理器执行如上述无卡信用支付方法的步骤。
上述无卡信用支付方法、系统、计算机设备和存储介质,通过使预先为付款方开设信用卡并采集其人体生物特征信息后,提取人体生物特征信息中的具 有唯一性的特征内容用作信用支付凭证,将这部分具有唯一性的特征信息绑定到为该付款方开设的信用卡账号上,以此进行后续无卡信用支付;在进行支付时,除了提交收款方账户信息和待付款额,还需同时提供付款方的人体生物特征信息,用作开启支付权限的开关;通过判断付款人的信用卡的历史支付记录中的累积的未偿还金额是否超出预先设定的支付功能冻结限额来决定是否开放支付功能,从而使无卡支付得以实现。付款方无需随身携带容易遗失的实体信用卡,通过人体生物特征信息即可享受信用卡支付的权限功能,同时,由于无需专门的信用卡读取设备,也易于将本申请的无卡信用支付技术向小商户应用场合推广。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
图1为本申请在一个实施例中的无卡信用支付方法的整体实现流程图,包括:S1:建立付款方的信用卡账号,并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息。本步骤采用Adaboost学习算法采集人体生物特征信息作为信用支付凭证,所述人体生物信息特征包括人脸、指纹、手掌纹、虹膜、视网膜、声音、体形、个人习惯(例如敲击键盘的力度和频率、签字)等,相应的识别技术就有人脸识别、指纹识别、掌纹识别、虹膜识别、视网膜识别、语音识别、体形识别、键盘敲击识别、签字识别等;具体实施时,可在银行等信用卡等开卡机构设置用 于采集人体生物特征信息的设备,在开卡过程中同时采集人体生物特征信息。
S2:将所述人体生物特征信息与所述信用卡账号绑定。本步骤通过提取人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息,与已经开设的信用卡账号进行绑定,后需支付仅需提供人体生物特征信息,即可作为信用卡支付的权限开关。
S3:接收付款方的付款请求和提交的人体生物特征信息。本步骤可通过远程的方式由付款方向银行等信用卡开户及支付机构发出付款请求,同时,由远程终端上的人体生物特征信息采集设备获取付款方的人体生物特征信息,所述远程终端可以采用手机等移动终端设备,利用其上的摄像头或者指纹读取功能模块获取付款方的人体生物特征信息后发送给银行等支付机构,所述远程终端还可以采用设置于商户端的联网的远程终端设备,该联网的远程终端设备需设置用于采集人体生物特征信息的采集单元,通过远程连接银行等支付机构后,提交付款请求和付款方的人体生物特征信息。
S4:获取付款方提交的收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定收款方和待付款额。本步骤中,付款方在提交付款请求和人体生物特征信息后,还会提交收款方信息,该信息中包含收款人的账号信息及本次支付的待付款额。比如,收款方向付款方提供包含其账号信息和待付款额的二维码,付款方扫描该二维码后解析其中的信息,将该信息会同S3步骤中的付款请求和人体生物特征信息一起发送给支付机构;也可以通过在收款方设置联网的支付设备,该设备上设置采集人体生物特征的功能模块,该设备本身具有唯一指定的网络物理地址用于指明其所属商户,当该商户与付款方的信用卡开户机构联网后,即可发送商户信息作为本次支付的收款方信息。
S5:根据与所述付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录。
本步骤中,在银行等支付机构接收到付款方的付款请求和随之一起发来的人体生物特征信息后,提取该人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息,并根据该具有唯一识别特征的信息在其数据库中查找符合的信息记录,找到的记录即为该付款方在开设信用卡时录入的人体生物特征信息,并根据此定位到绑定的信用卡账号,提取该账号中的付款方的历史支付记录。
S6:读取所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额。
本步骤中,银行等支付机构在访问付款方的信用卡账号的历史支付记录后,搜索该历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,并根据该金额与信用卡设置的支付功能冻结限额做比较,来判断是否开放本次支付。信用卡的支付功能冻结限额预先设置在信用卡账号中,对信用卡使用者支付的额度进行限制,比如单日最大支付额度,单笔交易支付额度,本申请中的信用卡支付功能冻结限额是指累积的未偿还金额达到一定额度后,冻结该信用卡的支付功能。
本申请通过上述方法步骤,实现付款方通过自身的人体生物特征信息作为支付凭证开启信用卡支付功能,使用时,无需配合实体信用卡,仅需通过远程终端设备与信用卡开户机构联网后提供自身的人体生物特征信息作为开启支付权限的凭证,避免了传统使用信用卡时必须携卡操作带来的信用卡失灵或者信用卡遗失的问题。
图2为本申请在一个实施例中的无卡信用支付方法的步骤S1的实施流程图,如图示,步骤S1包括步骤S101至步骤S103:
S101:接收付款方提供的信用卡开户所需的材料。
本实施例中,用户在具备年满18周岁;持有有效身份证;无不良信用记录的条件,可以具备有固定工作证明;盖有单位财务章的收入证明其它财力证明,如房产、汽车、股票、债卷等;社会养老保险证明;提供两名联系人的条件时,在银行办理申请银行卡或者信用卡的开户手续。
S102:核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料。
本实施例中,信用卡开户机构接收付款方提供的信用卡开户材料后,对其中的信息真实性进行核验,可通过连接开户机构自身的数据库核验已经通过此前核验的用户数据中的对应信息,也可以连接联网核查公民身份信息系统进行 用户身份的真实性核验。联网核查公民身份信息系统工作时,以人民银行现有的内网和网间互联平台为基础,向公安部的信息共享系统转发人民银行用户以及通过帐户系统、征信系统、反洗钱系统各自的前置系统发出核查请求;接受并转发商业银行用户以及通过其综合业务系统通过其前置系统发出的核查请求;接受并转发公安部信息共享系统的核查结果。
S103:通过采集设备获取开户成功后的所述付款方的人体生物特征信息。
本实施例中,在开户机构处设置采集设备,对付款方在开卡时同时进行人体生物特征信息的采集,可以通过使用Adaboost学习算法采集用户人体生物信息特征,例如人脸、指纹或者虹膜等,在银行后台系统中备案。
图3为一个实施例中一种无卡信用支付方法的步骤S2的实施流程图,如图所示,步骤S2包括步骤S201和步骤S202:
S201:提取所述人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息。
本实施例对付款方的人体生物特征信息采集后,提取其中具有唯一识别特征的信息作为支付凭证,用于与开户后的信用卡账号绑定,例如,通过AVS03A图像处理器对人脸明暗进行侦测,自动调整动态曝光补偿,提取人脸中具有唯一识别特征的部分作为生成信用支付凭证的依据。
S202:将所述具有唯一识别特征的信息与所述信用卡账号绑定。付款方可通过移动终端或者远程控制端绑定用户信用卡信息,所述移动端包括手机、平板电脑,所述远程客户端包括接入互联网络的个人计算机或ATM终端机,绑定用户信用卡的真实信息,包括信用卡卡号、真实姓名、身份证号等,以建立用户信用卡和信用支付凭证之间的绑定关系。
本实施例通过对人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的部分的提取,与信用卡绑定后,实现信用卡的支付权限与人体生物特征信息的一一对应,为后续实现无法信用支付提供实现基础。
在一个实施例中,实施本申请的无卡信用支付方法的步骤S2之前还需对付款方身份信息的真实性进行核验,验证过程通过连接联网核查公民身份信息系统获取付款方的基本信息来核实付款方的身份真实性,验证结果包括:若验证 通过,则确定该付款方身份信息真实,允许绑定付款方开户的信用卡和采集并提取的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一性识别特征的信息;若验证不通过,则确定该付款方信息不实,不允许绑定,且给出提示信息要求提供真实的人体生物特征信息以便进行继续核验和信用卡绑定。
本实施例中,对付款方的身份信息的真实性进行核验包括对付款方的真实姓名,人体生物特征信息、身份证号码等的验证,通过在移动设备或者远程终端提交付款方的身份信息,若发现接收到的用户身份信息与联网核查公民身份信息系统中存储的该用户信息一致,则判定该用户为真实且有效用户,则成功绑定用户信用卡和信用支付凭证。验证时,对付款方提供的身份信息与联网核查公民身份信息系统中存储的该用户信息进行匹配,完全相同或者人体生物信息特征的相似度匹配值达到了预设的百分之九十,则认为信息之间是一致的,否则判断为不一致。举例来说,人脸信息的识别匹配包括:提取的人脸图像的特征数据与数据库中存储的特征模板进行搜索匹配,通过设定一个阈值,当相似度超过这一阈值,则把匹配得到的结果输出。人脸识别就是将待识别的人脸特征与已得到的人脸特征模板进行比较,根据相似程度对人脸的身份信息进行判断。这一过程又分为两类:一类是确认,是一对一进行图像比较的过程,另一类是辨认,是一对多进行图像匹配对比的过程。人脸识别方法包括识别算法和识别数据,一般来说,人脸识别系统包括图像摄取、人脸定位、图像预处理、以及人脸识别(身份确认或者身份查找)。系统输入一般是一张或者一系列含有未确定身份的人脸图像,以及人脸数据库中的若干已知身份的人脸识别、人脸图象或者相应的编码,而其输出则是一系列相似度得分,表明待识别的人脸的身份,其中,人脸识别算法包括:基于人脸特征点的识别算法;基于整幅人脸图像的识别算法;基于模板的识别算法;利用神经网络进行识别的算法等等。人脸识别数据包括:人脸识别需要积累采集到的大量人脸图像相关的数据,用来验证算法,不断提高识别准确性,这些数据诸如A Neural Network Face Recognition Assignment(神经网络人脸识别数据)、orl人脸数据库、麻省理工学院生物和计算学习中心人脸识别数据库、埃塞克斯大学计算机与电子工程学 院人脸识别数据等。
图4为本申请在一个实施例中的无卡信用支付方法的步骤S4的流程图,如图所示,步骤S4包括步骤S401至步骤S403:
S401:接收所述付款方提供的所述收款方信息,所述收款方信息包括收款方账户识别信息和待付款额。付款方通过远程终端设备通过网络连接信用卡开户机构后,向其提供收款方的信息,包括收款方的账户识别信息,待付款额和付款请求的时间等信息。所述远程终端设备包括手机、平板电脑、接入互联网络的个人计算机或ATM终端机等,在实施过程中,也可以通过在中小个体商户处设置用于接收付款的接收终端来实现无卡信用支付,设置接收终端后,建立商户端与信用卡开户机构的支付业务之间的连接,通过将商户接收终端安装在信用卡的特约商户和受理网点中,并与计算机联成网络,以实现电子资金的自动转账
S402:提取所述收款方信息中的收款账户识别信息,并确认所述收款账户识别信息对应的收款账户处于可用状态,否则反馈出错信息给所述付款方。
信用卡开户机构在收到收款方信息后,对其中的收款方账户识别信息进行提取并识别,判断该收款方是否在该开户机构中有账户,并判断该账户是否处于可用状态,如果发现无账户或者账户不可用,则反馈出错信息给付款方处的设备,并提示无账户或者账户不可用的原因。
S403:提取所述收款方信息中的待付款额并确认该待付款额在所述付款方的信用卡的可支付限额以内。在确认收款方账户可用时,开户机构提取其中的待付款额并核实该付款方的信用卡账户是否可用,并判断其中的可用额度,在账户不可用或者可用额度不足时,反馈对应的报错信息给付款方。
本实施例通过远程获取并核验付款方给出的待付款信息,包括收款方信息和待付款额,确保支付的顺利进行,并在信息核验失败是给出对应信息,以协助付款方修正提交的信息。
图5为本申请在一个实施例中的无卡信用支付方法的步骤S5的实施流程图,如图所示,步骤S5包括步骤S501至步骤S502:
步骤S501:提取付款方在提交付款请求时一起提交的人体生物特征信息中 的具有唯一识别特征的信息。信用卡开户机构在获取到付款方的付款请求后,对其一并提交的人体生物特征信息进行具有唯一识别特征的部分的提取,用于与其数据库中在付款方的信用卡开户时提交的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的数据进行比较,以此判断付款方的付款请求是否合法。
步骤S502:根据提取后的所述具有唯一识别特征的信息检索并定位到与其绑定的信用卡账号,访问所述信用卡账号的历史支付记录。在提取人体生物特征信息中具有唯一识别特征的信息后,以此作为检索对象对开户机构的用户数据库进行检索匹配,当命中对应的记录时,则确认本次付款请求为合法请求,并以此开启对应信用卡的访问权限,用于访问其中的历史支付记录,为后续支付判断提供依据。
本实施例通过对付款方的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的部分的提取,以此作为信用支付凭证来开启信用卡的访问权限,并读取其中的历史支付记录,为后续支付中的判断提供依据。
图6为本申请在一个实施例中的无卡信用支付方法的步骤S6的实施流程图,如图所示,步骤S6包括步骤S601至步骤S602:
步骤S601:当未偿还金额大于或者等于支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付,并提示所述付款方支付未偿还金额后使所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额总数小于支付功能冻结限额或者小于设定限额。
在信用卡开户机构的后台系统中设置信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,通过设定一阈值,根据实际需要设置该阈值的数额,当付款方使用该信用卡支付的累计未偿还额超过该阈值时,该信用卡的支付功能被冻结。配合该支付功能冻结限额,设置先偿再支付功能,在当付款方的支付功能被冻结而又需要支付时,给出提示要求其偿还一定未还款额,使累计的未偿还额低于一定额度,再开放支付功能,该一定额度可根据付款方的信用值设置,也可以独立设置。
步骤S602:当未偿还金额小于支付功能冻结限额时,根据所述收款方信息完成本次支付作业。在付款方的历史支付记录中的累计未偿还额低于信用卡的支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能完成本次支付,并比较本次支付后的累计额与支付功能冻结限额的比值,通过设置支付预警功能来告知后续支付被冻结 的风险,所述支付预警功能即是提醒付款方后续支付由于未偿还额的累计数过高而存在支付失败的风险。本实施例通过设置支付功能冻结限额来约束付款方的支付行为,并可根据灵活地设置该额度,既能够提高付款方的偿还积极性又能够降低开户机构的风险。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请还提出了一种无卡信用支付系统,如图7所示,所述无卡信用支付系统包括开户单元、绑号单元、支付请求发起单元、支付信息提交单元、历史支付记录获取单元和支付判断单元,其中:开户单元,设置为建立付款方的信用卡账号并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息;绑号单元,设置为将所述人体生物特征信息与所述信用卡账号绑定;支付请求发起单元,设置为接收付款方的付款请求和一并提交的人体生物特征信息;支付信息提交单元,设置为获取付款方提交的收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定收款方和待付款额;历史支付记录获取单元,设置为根据与所述付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录;支付判断单元,设置为读取所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额。
在一个实施例中,所述开户单元包括:材料接收模块,设置为接收付款方提供的信用卡开户所需的材料;材料核实模块,设置为核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料;生物特征信息获取模块,设置为通过采集设备获取开户成功后的所述付款方的人体生物特征信息。
在一个实施例中,所述绑号单元包括:生物特征信息处理模块,设置为提取所述人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息;绑定模块,设置为将所述具有唯一识别特征的信息与所述信用卡账号绑定。
在一个实施例中,所述无卡信用支付系统还包括验证处理单元,所述验证处理单元设置为对付款方的身份信息真实性验证,验证过程通过连接联网核查 公民身份信息系统获取付款方的基本信息来核实付款方的身份真实性,若验证通过,则确定该付款方身份信息真实,允许绑定付款方开户的信用卡和采集并提取的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一性识别特征的信息,若验证不通过,则确定该付款方信息不实,不允许绑定,且给出提示信息要求提供真实的人体生物特征信息以便进行继续核验和信用卡绑定。
在一个实施例中,所述支付信息提交单元包括:收款方信息模块,设置为接收所述付款方提供的所述收款方信息,所述收款方信息包括收款方账户识别信息和待付款额;收款账户识别信息处理模块,设置为提取所述收款方信息中的收款账户识别信息,并确认所述收款账户识别信息对应的收款账户处于可用状态,否则反馈出错信息给所述付款方;待付款额信息提取模块,设置为提取所述收款方信息中的待付款额并确认该待付款额在所述付款方的信用卡的可支付限额以内。
在一个实施例中,所述历史支付记录获取单元包括:识别特征提取模块,设置为提取付款方在提交付款请求时一起提交的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息;历史记录获取模块,设置为根据提取后的所述具有唯一识别特征的信息检索并定位到与其绑定的信用卡账号,访问所述信用卡账号的历史支付记录。
在一个实施例中,所述支付判断单元包括:支付限制模块,设置为当未偿还金额大于或者等于支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付,并提示所述付款方支付未偿还金额后使所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额总数小于支付功能冻结限额或者小于设定限额;支付开放模块,设置为当未偿还金额小于支付功能冻结限额时,根据所述收款方信息完成本次支付作业。
在一个实施例中,所述支付请求发起单元包括用户数据核验模块,设置为核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料,所述用户数据核验模块包括:数据库连接模块,设置为连接开户机构的数据库;内部核验模块,设置为核验已经通过此前核验的用户数据中的对应信息。
在一个实施例中,所述支付请求发起单元包括用户数据核验模块,设置为 核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料,所述用户数据核验模块包括:联机模块,设置为连接联网核查公民身份信息系统;外部核验模块,设置为对付款方提供的身份信息与所述联网核查公民身份信息系统中存储的该用户信息进行匹配,完全相同或者人体生物信息特征的相似度匹配值达到了预设的百分之九十,则认为信息之间是一致的,否则判断为不一致。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个所述处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现上述各实施例中的无卡信用支付方法的步骤。
基于相同的技术构思,本申请实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现上述各实施例中的无卡信用支付方法的步骤。所述存储介质可以为非易失性存储介质。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读数据库(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取数据库(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本申请的说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请一些示例性实施例,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利所要求保护范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些变形和改进都属于本申请所要求的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种无卡信用支付方法,包括:建立付款方的信用卡账号,并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息;将所述人体生物特征信息与所述信用卡账号绑定;接收付款方的付款请求和提交的人体生物特征信息;获取付款方提交的收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定收款方和待付款额;根据与所述付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录;读取所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述建立付款方的信用卡账号,并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息包括:接收付款方提供的信用卡开户所需的材料;核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料;通过采集设备获取开户成功后的所述付款方的人体生物特征信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述将所述人体生物特征与所述信用卡账号绑定,包括:提取所述人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息;将所述具有唯一识别特征的信息与所述信用卡账号绑定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述人体生物特征与所述信用卡账号绑定之前,包括对付款方的身份信息真实性的验证,验证过程通过连接联网核查公民身份信息系统获取付款方的基本信息来核实付款方 的身份真实性,验证结果包括:若验证通过,则确定该付款方身份信息真实,允许绑定付款方开户的信用卡和采集并提取的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一性识别特征的信息;若验证不通过,则确定该付款方信息不实,不允许绑定,且给出提示信息要求提供真实的人体生物特征信息以便进行继续核验和信用卡绑定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述获取收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定所述付款方对应的收款方和待付款额的待付款信息,包括:接收所述付款方提供的所述收款方信息,所述收款方信息包括收款方账户识别信息和待付款额;提取所述收款方信息中的收款账户识别信息,并确认所述收款账户识别信息对应的收款账户处于可用状态,否则反馈出错信息给所述付款方;提取所述收款方信息中的待付款额并确认该待付款额在所述付款方的信用卡的可支付限额以内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述根据与付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录,包括:提取付款方在提交付款请求时一起提交的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息;根据提取后的所述具有唯一识别特征的信息检索并定位到与其绑定的信用卡账号,访问所述信用卡账号的历史支付记录。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述读取所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开 放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额,包括:当未偿还金额大于或者等于支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付,并提示所述付款方支付未偿还金额后使所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额总数小于支付功能冻结限额或者小于设定限额;当未偿还金额小于支付功能冻结限额时,根据所述收款方信息完成本次支付作业。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料,包括:连接开户机构的数据库;核验已经通过此前核验的用户数据中的对应信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种无卡信用支付方法,其中,所述核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料,包括:连接联网核查公民身份信息系统;对付款方提供的身份信息与所述联网核查公民身份信息系统中存储的该用户信息进行匹配,完全相同或者人体生物信息特征的相似度匹配值达到了预设的百分之九十,则认为信息之间一致,否则判断为不一致。
- 一种无卡信用支付系统,包括:开户单元,设置为建立付款方的信用卡账号并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息;绑号单元,设置为将所述人体生物特征信息与所述信用卡账号绑定;支付请求发起单元,设置为接收付款方的付款请求和一并提交的人体生物特征信息;支付信息提交单元,设置为获取付款方提交的收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定收款方和待付款额;历史支付记录获取单元,设置为根据与所述付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述 信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录;支付判断单元,设置为读取所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额。
- 根据权利要求10所述的无卡信用支付系统,其中,所述开户单元包括:材料接收模块,设置为接收付款方提供的信用卡开户所需的材料;材料核实模块,设置为核实所述信用卡开户所需的材料的真实性,核实通过后提供一开户后的信用卡账号,否则给出不能开户的报错信息并提示所述付款方提供真实材料;生物特征信息获取模块,设置为通过采集设备获取开户成功后的所述付款方的人体生物特征信息。
- 根据权利要求10所述的无卡信用支付系统,其中,所述绑号单元包括:生物特征信息处理模块,设置为提取所述人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息;绑定模块,设置为将所述具有唯一识别特征的信息与所述信用卡账号绑定。
- 根据权利要求10所述的无卡信用支付系统,其中,还包括验证处理单元,所述验证处理单元设置为对付款方的身份信息真实性验证,验证过程通过连接联网核查公民身份信息系统获取付款方的基本信息来核实付款方的身份真实性,若验证通过,则确定该付款方身份信息真实,允许绑定付款方开户的信用卡和采集并提取的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一性识别特征的信息,若验证不通过,则确定该付款方信息不实,不允许绑定,且给出提示信息要求提供真实的人体生物特征信息以便进行继续核验和信用卡绑定。
- 根据权利要求10所述的无卡信用支付系统,其中,所述支付信息提交单元包括:收款方信息模块,设置为接收所述付款方提供的所述收款方信息,所述收款方信息包括收款方账户识别信息和待付款额;收款账户识别信息处理模块,设置为提取所述收款方信息中的收款账户识别信息,并确认所述收款账户识别信息对应的收款账户处于可用状态,否则反馈出错信息给所述付款方;待付款额信息提取模块,设置为提取所述收款方信息中的待付款额并确认该待付款额在所述付款方的信用卡的可支付限额以内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的无卡信用支付系统,其中,所述历史支付记录获取单元包括:识别特征提取模块,设置为提取付款方在提交付款请求时一起提交的人体生物特征信息中的具有唯一识别特征的信息;历史记录获取模块,设置为根据提取后的所述具有唯一识别特征的信息检索并定位到与其绑定的信用卡账号,访问所述信用卡账号的历史支付记录。
- 根据权利要求10所述的无卡信用支付系统,其中,所述支付判断单元包括:支付限制模块,设置为当未偿还金额大于或者等于支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付,并提示所述付款方支付未偿还金额后使所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额总数小于支付功能冻结限额或者小于设定限额;支付开放模块,设置为当未偿还金额小于支付功能冻结限额时,根据所述收款方信息完成本次支付作业。

- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个所述处理器执行时,使得一个或多个所述处理器执行以下步骤:建立付款方的信用卡账号,并采集所述付款方的人体生物特征信息;将所述人体生物特征信息与所述信用卡账号绑定;接收付款方的付款请求和提交的人体生物特征信息;获取付款方提交的收款方信息,并根据所述收款方信息确定收款方和待付款额;根据与所述付款请求一起提交的人体生物特征信息定位到绑定的信用卡账号,根据所述信用卡账号获取所述付款方的历史支付记录;读取所述历史支付记录中的未偿还金额,判断所述未偿还金额是否达到付款方的信用卡的支付功能冻结限额,在达到支付功能冻结限额时,限制本次支付并提示付款方降低未偿还金额至支付功能冻结限额以下,在未达到支付功能冻结限额时,开放支付功能,以向收款方信息中的收款方支付待付款额。
