Description
本发明涉及冰箱领域,特别是涉及一种冰箱门体边框组件。
冰箱的门体边框为由多个连接件组成的框架结构,通常包括平行布置的上下饰条和位于左右侧的钣金饰条。钣金饰条在长时间的使用过程中,端部易出现生锈及侵蚀。
现有技术中为了避免钣金饰条被侵蚀,通常在上下饰条处设置包边结构,以将钣金饰条的端部包裹住。

图3是根据图2中A处的放大图。如图3所示,一个实施例中,把手饰条10设有贯穿其长度方向的凹槽11和凸条12,饰条连接件20面向把手饰条10的一侧设有向把手饰条10方向凹陷的凹块21,凹块21插入凹槽11的端部以形成第二插接连接。且饰条连接件20还设有凸孔22,把手饰条10的凸条12插入凸孔22以形成第三插接连接。
由于冰箱门体边框组件100为左右对称件,在把手饰条10的两端均设有与把手饰条10形成第一插接连接和第二插接连接的饰条连接件20,这种插接结构使得饰条连接件20紧密结合与把手饰条10的两端,安装时只需将饰条连接件20插入把手饰条10的相应处即可,安装简单方便。并且由于把手饰条10的凹槽11和凸条12是沿其长度方向设置的,因此把手饰条10与饰条连接件20的第一插接连接和第二插接连接能够很好地限制沿冰箱竖向和冰箱厚度方向的自由度。
可选地,如图3所示,凸孔22和凸条12的连接处还设有沿冰箱的宽度方向设置的第一紧固件50,以固定饰条连接件20和把手饰条10。通过设置沿冰箱宽度方向的第一紧固件50,使得饰条连接件20固定于把手饰条10,配合前述的第一插接连接和第二插接连接使得两者的连接更加稳固。
另一个实施例中,如图5所示,钣金饰条30为薄板件,包括本体32和围立部33。本领域技术人员均知晓,薄板件是指厚度不超过8mm的板件,例如8mm、7mm、6mm、5mm、4mm、3mm、2mm、1mm或小于1mm。本体32沿竖向延伸。围立部33设置于本体32的周边且指向饰条连接件20,围立部33的顶端配置成与第一卡槽101相配合的卡条31。也就是说,钣金饰条30顶部的边缘即围立部33指向饰条连接件20,该围立部33插入第一卡槽101形成第一插接连接。其中,围立部33和第一卡槽101的形状可能 是不规则的,这是由于把手饰条10本身的结构限制,其端部所形成的横截面很可能是不规则的形状,因此把手饰条10与饰条连接件20之间形成的第一卡槽101也是不规则的,如图3所示,图示的实施例中卡条31和第一卡槽101是阶梯形的。
一个实施例中,如图3所示,卡条31和第一卡槽101的下部设有贯穿其厚度方向的第二紧固件60,第二紧固件60用于固定把手饰条10、饰条连接件20和钣金饰条30。如图3所示,该第二紧固件60从把手饰条10的前侧拧入,依次穿过把手饰条10的开孔102、钣金饰条30的开孔301和饰条连接件20的开孔201,将把手饰条10、钣金饰条30和饰条连接件20相连。
可选地,把手饰条10可以采用铝合金材质,通过挤压成型工艺成型,凹槽11、凸条12和开孔102均可通过机加工成型。
图6是根据本发明另一个实施例的冰箱门体边框组件的分解示意图。图7是根据图6中C处的放大图。另一个实施例中,围立部33的后侧与把手饰条10的后侧还形成有第一卡扣连接。可选地,如图7所示,在把手饰条10的后侧设置凸块13,钣金饰条30的围立部33设置于凸块13相配合的卡孔302。安装钣金饰条30时,将其围立部33插入第一卡槽101,围立部33的后侧与把手饰条10的后侧卡接,再在钣金饰条30的前侧拧入第二紧固件60,将钣金饰条30稳固地安装于把手饰条10上。由于插接和卡扣连接在安装时都比较简单,再用一个第二紧固件60进行固定,使得钣金饰条30的整体安装较为简单并且连接稳固。也就是说,通过设置饰条连接件20可以对钣金饰条30和把手饰条10起到固定作用。
进一步地,饰条连接件20的表面可以进行相关的表面涂覆工艺处理,例如电化学沉积、物理气相沉积等,或者饰条连接件20直接采用染色注塑加工,从而起到装饰作用。
图4是根据图2中B处的放大图。如图4所示,一个实施例中,注塑饰条40包括平铺的平板部41和围板部42。该围板部42垂直于平板部41一侧且位于平板部41周边,即在平板部41的周边向上翻折出围板部42。
图8是根据图6中D处的放大图。一个实施例中,如图4所示,围板部42的两侧底部与平板部41之间设有开槽43。钣金饰条30的围立部33的下部伸入开槽43且与开槽43形成第二卡扣连接,钣金饰条30与注塑饰条40还在开槽43处通过第三紧固件70相连。也就是说,注塑饰条40的左右两 侧设有开槽43,该开槽43的方向与形状与钣金饰条30下部的围立部33相配合,例如开槽43的凹陷方向由注塑饰条40的两侧端指向注塑饰条40的中部,钣金饰条30的围立部33插入该卡槽中。并且在开槽43处,可选地,如图4所示,开槽43的底部设置凸块44,钣金饰条30的围立部33设置开孔303(参见图8),两者形成第二卡扣连接。
可选地,如图4所示,开槽43底部还可以设置开孔45,相应地如图8所示,钣金饰条30的插入开槽43部分的围立部33也设有开孔304,两者通过第三紧固件70,例如螺钉相连。运输过程中钣金饰条30可能会朝外侧脱扣,钣金饰条30的开孔与开槽43底部的开孔会产生成偏心,第三紧固件70打入时,通过第三紧固件70产生的横向拉力将钣金饰条30与注塑饰条40紧固连接在一起。
另一个实施例中,如图4所示,围板部42的前侧与钣金饰条30的围立部33的前侧设有贯穿其厚度的第四紧固件80。如图4所示,围板部42的前侧设有开孔46,钣金饰条30的围立部33的前侧设有开孔305,第四紧固件80穿过开孔46和开孔305将注塑饰条40的前侧与钣金饰条30的前侧固定连接。
可选地,围板部42的后侧与钣金饰条30的围立部33的后侧设有第三卡扣连接,例如,如图8所示,在围板部42的后侧设置凸块47,在钣金饰条30的围立部33设置开孔306,通过凸块47卡入开孔306形成第三卡扣连接。
一个实施例中,如图8所示,注塑饰条40的后侧设有向上的翻边48,翻边48与围板部42的后侧形成开口向上的第二卡槽49,用于插入钣金饰条30的围立部33的后侧。该翻边48的设置可以防止钣金饰条30因时效回弹而引起的第三卡扣连接处的脱扣。
图9是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱门体的示意图。如图9所示,上述任一实施例中的冰箱门体边框组件100是应用于冰箱门体1000的边框部件,该冰箱门体1000为抽拉式冰箱门体。通常冰箱门体1000包括面向冰箱箱体的门衬400,设置于门衬400四周的门封200,以及背向冰箱箱体的玻璃门面300,本发明中的冰箱门体边框组件100设置于玻璃门面300和门衬400之间,是冰箱门体1000的边框。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明 的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。
Claims (10)
- 一种冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述冰箱门体边框组件为左右对称件,包括:把手饰条,沿冰箱的宽度方向延伸;饰条连接件,连接于所述把手饰条的一端,且所述饰条连接件与所述把手饰条之间形成第一卡槽,所述第一卡槽沿所述把手饰条的端部向所述把手饰条的中部凹陷;钣金饰条,沿所述冰箱的高度方向延伸且连接于所述饰条连接件远离所述把手饰条的一侧,所述钣金饰条的一端靠近所述饰条连接件的一侧设有凸起的卡条,所述卡条伸入所述第一卡槽并与所述第一卡槽形成第一插接连接;和注塑饰条,平行设置于所述把手饰条的下方,所述注塑饰条的一端与所述钣金饰条远离所述饰条连接件的一端相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述把手饰条设有贯穿其长度方向的凹槽和凸条,所述饰条连接件面向所述把手饰条的一侧设有向所述把手饰条方向凹陷的凹块,所述凹块插入所述凹槽的端部以形成第二插接连接;且所述饰条连接件还设有凸孔,所述把手饰条的所述凸条插入所述凸孔以形成第三插接连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述凸孔和所述凸条的连接处还设有沿所述冰箱的宽度方向设置的第一紧固件,以固定所述饰条连接件和所述把手饰条。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述钣金饰条为薄板件,包括:沿竖向延伸的本体;和设置于所述本体的周边且指向所述饰条连接件的围立部,所述围立部的顶端配置成与所述第一卡槽相配合的所述卡条。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述卡条和所述第一卡槽的下部设有贯穿其厚度方向的第二紧固件,所述第二紧固件用于固定所述把手饰条、所述饰条连接件和所述钣金饰条。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述围立部的后侧与所述把手饰条的后侧形成第一卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述注塑饰条包括:平铺的平板部;和垂直于所述平板部一侧且位于所述平板部周边的围板部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述围板部的两侧底部与所述平板部之间设有开槽;所述钣金饰条的所述围立部的下部伸入所述开槽且与所述开槽形成第二卡扣连接,所述钣金饰条与所述注塑饰条还在开槽处通过第三紧固件相连。
- 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述围板部的前侧与所述钣金饰条的所述围立部的前侧设有贯穿其厚度的第四紧固件。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱门体边框组件,其特征在于,所述围板部的后侧与所述钣金饰条的所述围立部的后侧设有第三卡扣连接,且所述注塑饰条的后侧设有向上的翻边,所述翻边与所述围板部的后侧形成开口向上的第二卡槽,用于插入所述钣金饰条的所述围立部的后侧。
