Ventajosamente, la invención permite contactar con la empresa de telefonía/paquetería mediante sistemas de telecomunicación, y recibir correspondencia a cualquier hora del día independientemente del tamaño del paquete de forma segura y sin necesidad de estar en casa.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una consigna urbana multifunción, que ofrece un terminal de teléfono para realizar llamadas, y que complementariamente incluye una pluralidad de compartimentos para la admisión y entrega de paquetería, todo ello conectado vía móvil con los servidores de las Empresas de Paquetería y Telefonía.
Con este nuevo dispositivo se ofrece un servicio de entrega y recogida de paquetería a los usuarios dados de alta en el sistema de recogida digital y, de forma adicional, la consigna presenta medios para recoger y transmitir información ambiental del entorno donde se ubica la consigna, sirviendo de soporte para inclusión de una antena de telefonía móvil, una cámara de grabación 360e y permitiendo la colocación de publicidad en sus laterales. Así mismo, estará dotado de enchufes tipo USB para carga de Teléfonos móviles por este sistema o bien por carga inalámbrica por inducción.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de las nuevas tecnologías y de la irrupción del comercio por internet, se hace una apuesta por un nuevo modelo de venta a distancia.
Para apoyar este objetivo, entre otras medidas, se está creando una gran red de terminales de entrega y recogida pero esta red es incompleta y no es universal, ya que no cubre todos los escenarios posibles, como, por ejemplo:
- Limitación a comunidades de vecinos grandes.
- Limitación de espacio en las porterías o zona de ascensores de la comunidad.
Debido a la necesidad de aprovechar el espacio, los zaguanes de los edificios son cada día más pequeños y las comunidades son reacias a colocar terminales. - Limitación por falta de cobertura o cobertura deficiente de la señal telefónica. Hay casos que la comunidad pide colocar en subsuelos o cocheras los terminales, con los consiguientes fallos de cobertura.
- Publicidad indirecta del propio terminal casi nula, ya que el mismo sólo lo ven los vecinos.
En este sentido, el modelo de utilidad ES1 156183U de mismo solicitante que la presente invención, divulgaba un buzón urbano mixto que presentaba el servicio de admisión y entrega de paquetería y de recepción de cartas. Sin embargo, la invención divulgada en el documento ES1 156183U adolecía, entre otras funciones, de ofrecer medios para realizar llamadas por parte del usuario, y de generar y enviar información sobre el entorno donde se ubicase el citado dispositivo.
Conocidos los antecedentes anteriormente detallados, se ha desarrollado un nuevo concepto de consigna urbana multifunción que resuelva la problemática anteriormente expuesta con el fin de ofrecer un dispositivo más completo y mejorado.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La consigna que se preconiza ha sido concebido para para llevar a cabo la admisión y entrega de paquetería, otorgando un servicio las 24 horas al día a cualquier ciudadano. Igualmente, la invención ofrece un terminal para realizar llamadas telefónicas e incluye elementos accesorios que ofrecer información sobre el entorno en el que se encuentra localizado la citada consigna.
La presente ¡invención incluye medios de anclaje al suelo, lógicamente con el correspondiente sistema de seguridad para que no pueda ser levantado ni extraído, con la particularidad que la consigna propiamente dicha, que puede tener cualquier configuración geométrica, preferentemente la clásica configuración de paralelepípedo conocida para cabinas telefónicas. En cualquier caso, la consigna está constituida por un cuerpo en el que se definen dos partes o sectores, uno donde se ubica un terminal para realizar llamadas telefónicas, una pantalla digital táctil, un lector de código de barras y sistema de carga móviles, y otro donde se ubican los compartimentos para alojar la paquetería.
Así, tanto la pantalla digital táctil como el lector de código barras permitirá gestionar la apertura y cierre de los correspondientes compartimentos donde quedará alojada la paquetería.
En cuanto al segundo sector de la consigna, éste está destinado a la paquetería, el mismo comprende varios compartimentos situados según planos horizontales y/o verticales, incluso con diferentes alturas, de manera que los compartimentos tendrán diferentes volumetrías para poder alojar paquetes de diferentes tamaños. Así, por ejemplo, en un mismo nivel la consigna puede comprender varios compartimentos.
Cada compartimento se cierra mediante una puerta practicable anti-vandálica que se abre de forma autónoma a través de una cerradura electromecánica que se activa a través de la oportuna orden.
Superiormente el compartimento correspondiente cuenta con una puerta también anti vandálica y practicable, en cuya parte interna va situada la parte electrónica de la consigna, y tras ella una bandeja desplazable externamente sobre correspondientes guías para facilitar el acceso a dicha electrónica en caso de mantenimiento y/o reparación, estando la electrónica asistida por una batería, opcionalmente recargable, asociada a un panel solar situado externa y superiormente en el cuerpo de la consigna. En el caso de falta de fluido eléctrico, la consigna dispone de un sistema mecánico de apertura de cerraduras de puertas que se acciona mediante una empuñadura. De esta forma, al accionar la empuñadura todas las puertas se abrirán simultáneamente.
La consigna incluye un circuito PLC con software de conexión a la empresa a través de una tarjeta de comunicación, que está asociado a un lector de códigos que permitirá identificar cada paquete y se comunicará con el usuario a través de una pantalla táctil provista de un cristal anti vandálico. Opcionalmente, en la puerta se dispone una cerradura mecánica para que el operario tenga acceso, alojándose todos los elementos, preferentemente en la parte superior donde se encuentra todo el sistema de alimentación del terminal.
En base a la estructura descrita, se soluciona la problemática de limitación de espacios, coberturas y, ventajosamente, al estar en la vía pública, sirve de publicidad estática o incluso para la publicidad digital.
La consigna urbana multifunción estará obtenida preferentemente en acero galvanizado, y lacado, material resistente ante golpes o intentos de forzado, así como ante condiciones meteorológicas adversas.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de planos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de las figuras reseñadas, puede observarse la consigna urbana multifunción que se preconiza configurado según la realización mostrada el cual presenta un cuerpo estructurado preferentemente de paralelepípedo (2) con el mismo aspecto que el de una cabina de teléfono tradicional.
El cuerpo de la consigna (1 ) incluye dos sectores diferenciados, donde uno de los sectores presenta un teléfono (2), una pantalla digital táctil (3) y un lector de código de barras programable (4).
Mientras que el otro sector diferenciado del cuerpo de la consigna está integrado por una pluralidad de compartimentos (5) de diferente volumetría, incluso recogiendo a una misma altura varios compartimentos, situados preferentemente en planos horizontales, para posibilitar el almacenamiento de paquetes de diferentes tamaños.
Cada compartimento (5) está dotado de una puerta individual practicable anti-vandálica con cerradura electromecánica controlada por un ordenador/circuito de control para dar acceso a los oportunos compartimentos interiores.
De forma complementaria, tal y como se puede observar en la figura 1 , el cuerpo de la consigna (1 ) presenta un compartimento, preferentemente en su parte superior, con la oportuna puerta practicable anti-vandálica (5’) y cerradura, en cuya parte interior se establece la electrónica de control de la consigna, el sistema de emergencia de apertura mecánica de las puertas, así como una batería de alimentación (no representadas en las figuras).
De esta forma, la electrónica interna está asociada a la pantalla digital táctil (3) y el lector de códigos de barras (4) con el fin de posibilitar la comunicación con la empresa de telefonía y/o paquetería a través de los que gestionar la apertura electromecánica de cada uno de los compartimentos.
Además de los compartimentos (5) para la recogida y entrega de paquetería, existe un compartimento superior con la oportuna puerta (5’) donde se almacena la correspondiente electrónica de control de la consigna, contando con una batería para su alimentación eléctrica, recargable mediante un panel solar situado sobre la base superior del cuerpo de la consigna. La consigna contará con un ordenador, preferentemente un microprocesador, para el control de sus elementos eléctricos y electromecánicos y para la apertura de los compartimentos. Tanto el ordenador como la batería de alimentación se localizan, preferentemente, en el compartimento superior con su oportuna puerta (5’).
La consigna de la invención cuenta con un sistema de apertura mecánica de emergencia de las puertas, el cual podrá ser accionado en caso de fallo del fluido eléctrico para abrir las puertas de todos los compartimentos simultáneamente.
A través del lector de códigos de barras (4) y la pantalla digital táctil (3), se podrá identificar el paquete a enviar o recoger, cuya solicitud habrá sido gestionada previamente de forma informática, de manera que el usuario en dicha tramitación informática recibirá un código de barras en su terminal móvil para mostrarlo al lector de códigos, que permitirá una vez leído por el dispositivo de la invención, procederá a la apertura del correspondiente compartimento y retirada o entrega del paquete.
De esta forma se pueden enviar y recibir paquetes, respetando incluso la imagen ¡cónica que tienen las actuales cabinas telefónicas.
En la figura 2 se representa el lateral exterior de la consigna urbana multifunción el cual está provisto de un cristal transparente anti-vandálico (6). Este cristal cubre total o parcialmente la superficie exterior del cuerpo del dispositivo, de forma que se genera una zona protegida para la colocación de publicidad. De esta forma, la publicidad se puede exponer empleando medios físicos, como posters, o el cuerpo de la propia consigna puede estar provisto de una pantalla digital recubierta por el cristal transparente anti-vandálico (6) para ofrecer publicidad mediante medios digitales.
Ciertamente, empleando medios digitales para la exposición de publicidad se posibilita un control a distancia y centralizado de los cambios a aplicar en la publicidad ofrecida.
Complementariamente, la consigna incluye una cámara para la grabación de los 360 grados del ángulo de visión (7) y un sistema de carga de móviles inalámbrico, y de forma adicional, la consigna incluye preferentemente en su parte superior un analizador de presencia de polen en tiempo real (8), un medidor de dióxido de carbono (9) y una estación meteorológica (10).
Finalmente, con el objeto de ofrecer un soporte para albergar una antena de telefonía móvil, la cual está instalada en el interior del dispositivo (1 1 ) representado en las figuras 1 y 2.

1 a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, caracterizada porque se constituye a partir de un cuerpo que comprende dos sectores diferenciados, uno donde se dispone un teléfono, una pantalla digital táctil , un lector de código de barras, y un segundo sector que comprende una pluralidad de compartimentos de diferente volumetría, situados en planos horizontales y/o verticales, para paquetes de diferentes tamaños, estando cada compartimento dotado de una puerta practicable anti-vandálica con cerradura electromecánica controlada por un ordenador; y donde el cuerpo de la consigna presenta un compartimento superior con la oportuna puerta practicable anti-vandálica y cerradura, en cuya parte interior se establece la electrónica de control de la consigna, el sistema de emergencia de apertura mecánica de las puertas, así como una batería de alimentación, donde la electrónica está asociada a la pantalla digital táctil y al lector de códigos de barras para la comunicación con la empresa de paquetería y/o telefonía a través de los que gestionar la apertura electromecánica de cada uno de los compartimentos.
2a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque la batería de alimentación es recargable mediante un panel solar previsto al efecto en la parte superior y externa del cuerpo de la consigna.
3a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque la electrónica de control se dispone sobre una bandeja extraíble del correspondiente alojamiento.
4a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque el ordenador que controla la apertura de los compartimentos y la batería de alimentación se localizan en la parte superior interior del cuerpo de la consigna.
5a. Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque el lateral exterior del cuerpo de la consigna está provista de un cristal transparente anti-vandálico, que cubre la superficie exterior del cuerpo total o parcialmente, para la colocación de publicidad. 6a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque el lateral exterior del cuerpo de la consigna está provista de una pantalla digital recubierta por un cristal transparente anti-vandálico, que cubre la superficie exterior del cuerpo total o parcialmente, para la proyección de publicidad.
7a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque incluye una cámara para la grabación de los 360 grados del ángulo de visión.
8a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque incluye un cargador inalámbrico para móviles.
9a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque incluye, preferentemente en su parte superior, un analizador de presencia de polen en tiempo real, un medidor de dióxido de carbono y una estación meteorológica.
10a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque incluye una antena de telefonía móvil.
1 1 a.- Consigna urbana multifunción, según reivindicación 1 a, caracterizado porque inferiormente incluye elementos de anclaje al pavimento, ocultos desde el exterior.
