下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
下面以显示设备是智能电视为例,详细说明本实施例。
图1是智能电视的示意图。如图1所示,智能电视可以包括调谐器101、用户接口102、系统控制器103、存储器104、EPG生成器105、视频显示处理器106和显示屏107等。调谐器101,用于接收广播信号并根据用户对用户接口102的操作、以及根据系统控制器103的控制进行广播频道调谐;存储器104,用于存储从调谐器101接收到的数字广播信号或模拟广播信号中包含的附加信息中提取的EPG信息;EPG生成器105,可包括OSD(On-screen Display,屏幕显示)生成器,用于根据存储器104中存储的EPG信息来生成EPG;显示屏107,用于显示通过视频显示处理器106处理后的EPG。
需要说明的是,本文中的处理器可包括上述的视频显示处理器106。
智能电视的显示屏107上显示的EPG(electronic program guide,电子节目指南)用户界面以矩阵形式排列和显示广播节目,其二维地显示频道和时间,并且以与广播节目的广播时间长度成比例的大小显示组成EPG的各广播节目。
具体的,在智能电视的显示屏107上显示广播节目的过程中,调谐器101接收广播信号,解码器(图中未示出)从所接收的广播信号中提取EPG信息,并将所提取的EPG信息输出至内部总线;从而使系统控制器103将输出至内部总线的EPG信息存储在存储器104中,以备显示EPG用户界面。
当用户通过用户接口102(例如遥控器)发送(例如按压遥控器上EPG按键)的EPG显示请求信号输入至系统控制器103后,响应于用户发出的EPG显示请求,系统控制器103从存储器104中读取EPG信息,使得EPG生成器105可基于所读取的EPG信息以及OSD生成器使用预先存储的图像数据(例如EPG界面标识)生成的EPG图像来构建EPG,进而通过视频显示处理器106将EPG用户界面显示在显示屏107上。
其中,上述广播信号称为TS(transport stream,传输流)信号,将该TS信号中不同于音频/视频部分的数据部分重建以构成节目信息表。节目信息表包括节目关联表(PAT,program association table)、节目映射表(PMT,program mapping table)、网络信息表(NIT,network information table)、事件信息表(EIT,event information table)等广播节目的信息。EIT内存储有上述提取的EPG信息,其可包括广播节目的起始播放时间和终止播放时间,以及多个描述符字段,例如标识广播节目的名称的短事件描述符字段,标识广播节目的主演、编剧、简介等的扩展事件描述符字段,标识广播节目的类型的组件描述符字段等。
图2是DVB(Digital Video Broadcasting,数字视频广播)标准和DTT(Digital Terrestrial Television,数字地面电视)标准下EIT内的描述符字段的示意图。如图2所示,EIT内的描述符字段根据标准不同而有所差异。示例性的,在DVB标准下,组件描述符字段中的节目类型有两个级别,一级节目类型包括:电影/戏剧、新闻/时事、表演/比赛、体育、儿童/青少年、音乐/芭蕾/舞蹈、艺术/文化、社会/政治/经济、教育/科学/专题,娱乐等;二级节目类型为一级节目类型提供更详细的分类情况,例如一级节目类型体育的二级节目类型可包括:世界杯、奥运会、羽毛球等。
本公开实施例中直接根据组件描述符字段指示的一级节目类型来详细描述,但是并不限制于只采用一级节目类型的分类。
图3是一种EPG用户界面的示意图。如图3所示,垂直方向是频道轴方向,以多行形式显示不同频道;水平方向是时间轴方向,每行内各个广播节目以播放时间顺序排列。其中,各个广播节目的显示区域的大小表示其广播时间长度,显示区域的起始位置表示其起始播放时刻,显示区域的结束位置表示其终止播放时刻,以及显示区域内仅显示其名称。图3中EPG用户界面内示出了五个频道(DC a-DC e),每个频道的广播节目按照节目播放时间顺序排列显示为一行。例如,图3示出了3:00PM到5:00PM之间的广播节目菜单,DC a频道的广播节目a0-a3,DC b频道的广播节目b0-b5,DC c频道的广播节目c0-c6,DC d频道的广播节目d0-d8,DC e频道的广播节目e0-e7。
当用户通过操作遥控器控制焦点落入某一位置的广播节目时,EPG用户界面上同时示出该广播节目的向导(Guide),该向导可以包括该广播节目的频道名称、播放时间、节目类型和内容简介等。如图3所示,当控制焦点落在广播节目a2时,在位于EPG用户界面上侧的向导区域内显示广播节目a2所属频道的频道标识DC a,广播节目a2的播放时间29/3 4:19PM-29/3 5:19PM、广播节目a2的节目类型“电影”以及广播节目a2的内容简介。
在上述示例中,当用户需要查看某一广播节目的类型时,需要通过操作遥控器方向键以使焦点落入该广播节目,进而在该广播节目的向导区域查看其类型,导致用户无法直观的区分当前EPG用户界面中显示的广播节目的类型,影响用户体验。此外,由于各广播节目的显示区域有限,有时节目名称都无法显示完整,因而在广播节目的显示区域内增加显示节目类型不太现实。
为解决上述问题,本申请提供一种解决方案:通过解析EPG信息中标识广播节目的类型的描述符字段,得到各广播节目的类型;进而查找与不同节目类型对应的EPG界面标识,并以查找到的EPG界面标识来标记EPG用户界面中的各广播节目。这样,用户可以根据不同的EPG界面标识,直观地区分这些EPG界面标识对应的广播节目的类型,以便于用户在当前EPG用户界面中显示的同一时间段内不同频道的各广播节目内,快速查找到需要观看的广播节目,提高了用户体验。
图8是一种在智能电视上显示EPG用户界面的方法的流程图。如图8所示,本申请的实施例提供一种在智能电视上显示EPG用户界面的方法,包括如下步骤:
S101、显示屏上显示广播节目。
S102、接收指示显示EPG用户界面的指令。
S103、响应于该指令,生成EPG用户界面,并在广播节目画面上显示EPG用户界面。
具体的,在系统控制器103的控制下,调谐器101对电视频道进行调谐后,从接收到的TS信号中不同于音频/视频部分的数据部分中提取出EPG信息,并将该EPG信息存储在存储器104中。
当智能电视接收到用户通过遥控器发送的EPG显示请求信号后,系统控制器103开始读取存储器104中的EPG信息,并解析该EPG信息中的描述符字段。例如,系统控制器103读取五个频道的与当前时间段3:00PM到5:00PM对应的EPG信息,并通过解析所读取EPG信息中的描述符字段,获取各频道的频道信息以及各频道在当前时间段内所有广播节目的信息,例如节目名称、节目的起始播放时刻和终止播放时刻、节目类型、节目的内容简介等。
接着,EPG生成器105根据解析得到的广播节目的起始播放时刻和终止播放时刻,确定表示各广播节目的显示区域,其中显示区域的大小表示广播节目的时间长度(起始播放时刻与终止播放时刻之间的持续时间长度);再根据各个频道内各广播节目的播放时间顺序,绘制前述确定的各个显示区域;以及在前述确定的各个显示区域上,绘制对应的节目名称。
再接着,对于解析得到的各个广播节目,EPG生成器105根据该广播节目的类型,从预先存储在存储器104中的节目类型和EPG界面标识的对应关系中,查询出与该广播节目的类型对应的EPG界面标识。进而,将查询到的EPG界面标识绘制在表示该广播节目的显示区域上,以生成EPG用户界面。
这里,EPG界面标识用于指示EPG用户界面中各广播节目的类型,且其绘制在EPG用户界面中各广播节目的显示区域。EPG界面标识可以是颜色、图案、阴影等任一个或几个的组合。最后,生成的EPG用户界面经视频显示处理器106处理后,显示在智能电视的显示屏107上的广播节目画面中。
如此,能够通过EPG界面标识直观区分EPG用户界面中示出的广播节目的类型,同时也无需在有限的广播节目的显示区域内增加显示节目类型。
在一实施例中,在EPG用户界面的右上角区域还可显示提示信息,该提示信息用于指示不同EPG界面标识和其对应的节目类型。
可选的,在实际场景中,用户可能更集中关注几个喜爱的类型的广播节目,例如用 户想直观区分当前EPG用户界面各频道上电影类、表演类、新闻类的广播节目,从而更加便于用户选择自己喜爱的广播节目观看。因此本申请实施例还提供另一种在智能电视上显示EPG用户界面的方法,如图9所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101、显示屏上显示广播节目。
S102、接收指示显示EPG用户界面的指令。
S103、响应于该指令,生成EPG用户界面,并在广播节目画面上显示EPG用户界面。
具体的,当智能电视接收到用户通过遥控器发送的EPG显示请求信号后,系统控制器103通过解析存储器104中的EPG信息,获取各频道的频道信息以及各频道内所有广播节目的信息,例如节目名称、节目的起始播放时刻和终止播放时刻、节目类型、节目的内容简介等。
进而,EPG生成器105根据广播节目的信息内与播放时间相关的信息,确定表示各广播节目的显示区域;根据各个频道内各广播节目的播放时间顺序,绘制前述确定的各个显示区域;以及在前述确定的各个显示区域上绘制对应的节目名称;最终生成EPG用户界面,并经视频显示处理器106处理后显示在智能电视的广播节目画面上。例如,图4所示的EPG用户界面,示出了DC a-DC e频道内3:00PM到5:00PM之间的广播节目菜单,各广播节目的显示区域内仅显示其名称。
S104、判断是否接收到显示EPG界面标识的指令;若否,则执行步骤S107;若是,则执行步骤S105。
S105、当接收到显示EPG界面标识的指令时,获取与解析得到的广播节目的类型对应的EPG界面标识。
S106、将获取到的EPG界面标识绘制在EPG用户界面中该解析得到的广播节目对应的显示区域中。
具体的,当智能电视接收到用户通过遥控器发送的显示EPG界面标识的显示请求信号后,首先获取解析得到的广播节目的类型。然后判断上述获取到的节目类型与用户预先定义的需要显示EPG界面标识的节目类型是否相同。若相同,则返回该节目类型对应的EPG界面标识。最后EPG生成器105将获取到的广播节目的类型对应的EPG界面标识,绘制在EPG用户界面中对应该广播节目的显示区域内,以刷新显示EPG用户界面。
示例性的,图5为用户自定义设置需要显示EPG界面标识的节目类型的示意图。如图5所示,这里EPG界面标识为颜色标识,例如,设置三种颜色标识分别为浅灰色标识、深灰色标识、黑色标识。再如,用户自定义设置需要显示EPG界面标识的节目类型为电影、表演、新闻,且设置浅灰色标识对应节目类型电影、深灰色标识对应节目类型表演、黑色标识对应节目类型新闻。
当用户通过遥控器发送显示EPG界面标识的显示请求信号后,开始确定图4所示的EPG用户界面中各广播节目的类型对应的颜色标识。首先获取解析到的广播节目a0的类型为音乐,判断出该广播节目a0的类型音乐与用户自定义需要显示颜色标识的节目类型(即电影、表演、新闻)不同,那么不返回该广播节目a0的类型对应的颜色标识;继续获取解析到的广播节目a1的类型为电影,判断出该广播节目a1的类型与用户自定义需要显示颜色标识的类型中的电影相同,那么返回该广播节目a1的类型对应的浅灰色标识;继续获取解析到的广播节目a2的类型为表演,判断出该广播节目a2的类型与用户自定义需要显示颜色标识的类型中的表演相同,那么返回该广播节目a2的类型对应的深灰色标识。依次执行上述步骤。
最终,将上述确定的各广播节目的类型对应的颜色标识,绘制在图4所示EPG用户界面中对应广播节目的显示区域内,并刷新EPG用户界面。
例如图6中,返回Dc a频道内广播节目a1和a2的类型分别对应浅灰色标识、深灰色标识,则在Dc a频道内广播节目a1和a2的显示区域底侧部分分别填充浅灰色、深灰色,表示广播节目a1和a2的类型分别为电影、表演;返回Dc b频道内广播节目b0和b4的类型均对应深灰色标识,则在Dc b频道内广播节目b0和b4的显示区域底侧部分填充深灰色,以表示广播节目b0和b4的类型为表演;返回Dc c频道内广播节目c1的类型对应浅灰色标识,则在Dc c频道内广播节目c1的显示区域底侧部分填充浅灰色,以表示广播节目c1的类型为电影;返回Dc d频道内广播节目d1和d3的类型分别对应黑色标识、浅灰色标识,则在Dc d频道内广播节目d1和d3的显示区域底侧部分分别填充黑色、浅灰色,以表示广播节目d1和d3的类型分别为新闻、电影;返回Dc e频道内广播节目e3和e7的类型分别对应深灰色标识、黑色标识,则在Dc e频道内广播节目e3和e7的显示区域底侧部分分别填充深灰色、黑色,以表示广播节目e3和e7的类型分别为表演、新闻。
此外,为更好的使用户能够直观区分不同颜色标识对应的广播节目的类型,本实施例中在EPG用户界面的右上角区域还可显示提示信息,该提示信息用于指示不同颜色 标识和其对应的节目类型。例如图6中右上角区域显示浅灰色对应节目类型电影、深灰色对应节目类型表演、黑色对应节目类型新闻的提示信息。
这样,能够基于不同颜色标识,使用户直观区分出当前时段(例如3:00PM到5:00PM)内的广播节目菜单上类型为电影、表演、新闻的广播节目,无需用户操作弹出广播节目的向导而了解各广播节目的类型,也无需用户分别搜索类型为例如电影、表演、新闻的广播节目而仅显示一种类型的广播节目。
需要说明的是,当用户重新自定义设置需要显示颜色标识的节目类型时,重复执行图5所示的设置步骤,例如图7所示,用户自定义设置需要显示颜色标识的节目类型为娱乐、体育、音乐,且设置浅灰色标识对应节目类型娱乐、深灰色标识对应节目类型体育、黑色标识对应节目类型音乐。重新获取当前EPG用户界面显示的各广播节目的类型对应的颜色标识,并基于获取的颜色标识重新绘制广播节目的显示区域,以刷新EPG用户界面。
S107、当未接收到显示EPG界面标识的指令时,仍然显示步骤103中生成的EPG用户界面。
具体的,当智能电视未接收到用户通过遥控器发送的显示EPG界面标识的显示请求信号时,EPG用户界面中各广播节目无EPG界面标识,那么仍然显示图4所示的EPG用户界面,例如在图4中右上角区域显示提示信息,三种颜色标识未打开(OFF),也即三种颜色标识都无对应节目类型。
需要说明的是,上述EPG界面标识不仅局限于颜色标识,还可以是图案标识,例如在广播节目的显示区域显示三角形、心形、矩形等指示不同节目类型,还可以是阴影标识,例如在广播节目的显示区域显示水平线阴影、竖直线阴影、斜线阴影等指示不同节目类型。上述EPG界面标识的位置也不仅局限于广播节目的显示区域的底侧,还可以是广播节目的显示区域的上侧或全部等。
本公开实施方式提供的显示EPG用户界面的方法和显示设备,通过建立“EPG信息中标识节目类型的描述符字段-广播节目的类型-用于指示广播节目的类型的EPG界面标识”这样一种对应关系,以及在EPG用户界面中以EPG界面标识来标记各频道的不同广播节目所属的类型,使用户能够直观区分当前EPG用户界面中同一时间段内不同频道的各广播节目的类型,而无需操作遥控器弹出广播节目的详细信息页面以了解节目类型,减少用户操作步骤,也无需在有限的广播节目的显示区域内增加显示节目类型, 从而提高用户体验。
应理解,在本公开的各种实施例中,上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本公开实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。

    响应于所述第一输入指令,通过基于解析EPG信息中的节目类型标识字段得到的节目类型查询相应的EPG界面标识,生成EPG用户界面,以及
    在所述显示设备上显示所述EPG用户界面;
    其中,所述EPG用户界面包括以频道和节目播放时间顺序进行排序的二维节目菜单,所述节目菜单上显示不同节目类型对应的EPG界面标识。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,通过基于解析所述EPG信息中的节目类型标识字段得到的节目类型查询相应的EPG界面标识,包括:
    从所述EPG信息中解析用于标识节目类型的所述节目类型标识字段,得到各节目的类型;

    从所述EPG信息中解析用于标识节目类型的所述节目类型标识字段,得到各节目的类型;
    从预先存储的节目类型和EPG界面标识的对应关系中,查询与解析得到的所述节目的类型对应的EPG界面标识。

  10. 一种显示设备,包括:
    显示屏,用于显示节目;
    存储器,用于存储计算机指令和与所述节目关联的内容;
    处理器,配置为运行所述计算机指令以实现:
    响应于指示显示电子节目指南EPG用户界面的第一输入指令,通过根据EPG信息中各频道上节目的起止时间,确定用于表示各节目的显示区域以及各节目的播放时间顺序,生成EPG用户界面,并在所述显示屏上显示所述EPG用户界面;
    响应于指示显示EPG界面标识的第二输入指令,通过解析所述EPG信息中的节目类型标识字段,确定所述EPG用户界面上显示的每个节目所属的类型;对于所述EPG 用户界面上显示的每个所述节目,在解析得到所述节目所属的类型与用户定义的需要显示EPG界面标识的节目类型相同时,返回所述节目类型对应的EPG界面标识,并以返回的所述EPG界面标识刷新所述EPG用户界面中对应所述节目的显示区域。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的显示设备,不同节目类型对应的所述EPG界面标识以颜色和/或图案标记彼此区分。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的显示设备,所述EPG用户界面中还显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示不同节目类型和各自对应的所述EPG界面标识。
  13. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时实现:
    在显示设备显示节目时,响应于指示显示EPG用户界面的第一输入指令,通过基于解析EPG信息中的节目类型标识字段得到的节目类型查询相应的EPG界面标识,生成EPG用户界面;以及在所述显示设备上显示所述EPG用户界面;
    其中,所述EPG用户界面包括以频道和节目播放时间顺序进行排序的二维节目菜单,所述节目菜单上显示不同节目类型对应的EPG界面标识。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机指令被所述处理器执行还实现:
    当通过基于解析所述EPG信息中的节目类型标识字段得到的节目类型查询相应的EPG界面标识时,从所述EPG信息中解析用于标识节目类型的所述节目类型标识字段,得到各节目的类型;
    从预先存储的节目类型和EPG界面标识的对应关系中,查询与解析得到的所述节目的类型对应的EPG界面标识。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时还实现:不同节目类型对应的所述EPG界面标识以颜色和/或图案标记彼此区分。
  16. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时实现:
    在显示设备显示节目时,响应于指示显示EPG用户界面的第一输入指令,通过根据EPG信息中各频道上节目的起止时间,确定用于表示各节目的显示区域以及各节目的播放时间顺序,生成EPG用户界面,并在所述显示设备上显示所述EPG用户界面;
    响应于指示显示EPG界面标识的第二输入指令,通过解析所述EPG信息中的节目类型标识字段,确定所述EPG用户界面上显示的每个节目所属的类型;对于所述EPG 用户界面上显示的每个所述节目,在解析得到所述节目所属的类型与用户定义的需要显示EPG界面标识的节目类型相同时,返回所述节目类型对应的EPG界面标识,并以返回的所述EPG界面标识刷新所述EPG用户界面中对应所述节目的显示区域。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时还实现:不同节目类型对应的所述EPG界面标识以颜色和/或图案标记彼此区分。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时还实现:所述EPG用户界面中还显示提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示不同节目类型和各自对应的所述EPG界面标识。
