发明内容

其中,所述外表面为所述第一分体1或第二分体2上与对应屏幕相对设置、且连接对应屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边和第二侧边的表面(第一分体的外表面为第一分体上与第一分体的屏幕相对设置、且连接第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边和第二侧边的表面;第二分体的外表面为第二分体上与第二分体的屏幕相对设置、且连接第二分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边和第二侧边的表面)。
本公开实施例提供的所述终端通过采用第一翻转带和第二翻转带连接第一分体和第二分体,实现一种分体式无轴两边都可翻折的折叠屏幕的终端;通过无轴翻折的折叠设计实现折叠展开,降低制造难度、节省生产成本;翻折状态的配合间隙减小,可提高产品精致精细度;而且没有转轴占用厚度、 宽度空间,整机厚度可以做得更薄,还可以左右两边折叠翻转,折叠翻转自由不受限制,形式变化多样,产品外观颜色能随翻折方向在两种色之间切换变化;展平时两块屏(两个分体的屏幕)拼接成一平面大屏,完全折叠后两分体紧密扣合,两块屏幕叠合在内,受到很好地保护,不会被摔碎或刮花;另外,两块屏幕可拼接成一平面大屏使用和分开单独使用其中一个屏;折叠翻转的状态都是一体化外观效果,没有多余的外凸形体;很好的解决了相关技术中折叠终端精细度差、生产成本高、整机厚度较大,并且折叠翻转形式单一的问题。
其中,当所述终端处于闭合状态下时,所述第一分体的屏幕与第二分体的屏幕相邻平行设置,所述第一翻转带贴合在所述第一分体或第二分体的外表面,所述第二翻转带贴合在所述第二分体或第一分体的外表面。
如图3和图4所示,所述第一翻转带3和第二翻转带4均包括两层补强保护层11以及设于所述两层补强保护层11之间的柔性电路板层12。其中,所述柔性电路板层包括传输数据的数据线以及传输电能的电源线。
这样能够保证在实现分体翻转的同时,实现电能和数据的传输。
本公开实施例中如图3所示,所述第一翻转带3的数量可为两个,所述第二翻转带4的数量可为一个,所述第二翻转带4设置于两个所述第一翻转带3之间,两个所述第一翻转带3的中心线到所述第二翻转带4的中心线之间的距离相等。
这样能够在实现分体翻转的同时,尽可能的节省资源(通过采用尽可能少的翻转带),保证分体翻转的顺利实现。
如图3所示,所述第一翻转带3的第一端5的宽度与所述第二翻转带4的第一端7的宽度之和,等于所述第一分体1的屏幕9的长度方向的第一侧边的长度;所述第一分体1的屏幕9的长度方向的第一侧边的长度等于所述第二分体2的屏幕10的长度方向的第一侧边的长度;
所述第一翻转带3的第二端6的宽度与所述第二翻转带4的第二端8的宽度之和,等于所述第一分体1的屏幕9的长度方向的第二侧边的长度;所述第一分体1的屏幕9的长度方向的第二侧边的长度等于所述第二分体2的屏幕10的长度方向的第二侧边的长度。
这样能够在一定程度上保证翻转带的强度(通过尽可能的加大翻转带的宽度),延长使用寿命。
如图3所示,所述第一分体1和第二分体2的外表面均为弧形表面。
这样能够更加便于分体的翻转,以及翻转带与分体的紧密贴合,保证使用安全。
如图3所示,所述第一分体1的外表面与所述第二分体2的外表面形状一致,且展平长度相等。
这样更加便于翻转带的设计,采用一样的翻转带即可。
如图3所示,所述第一翻转带3的非固定部分13的长度等于所述第一分体1或第二分体2的外表面的展平长度;以及所述第二翻转带4的非固定部分14的长度等于所述第一分体1或第二分体2的外表面的展平长度;其中,所述第一翻转带3的非固定部分13是指除了与第一分体1的第一侧边连接的第一端5以及与第二分体2的第二侧边连接的第二端6外的其他可自由活动的部分;所述第二翻转带4的非固定部分14是指除了与第二分体2的第一侧边连接的第一端7以及与第一分体1的第二侧边连接的第二端8外的其他可自由活动的部分。
这样能够保证分体翻转的充分性,防止翻转带长度不够导致的分体无法翻转到位。
如图3所示,所述第一翻转带3的第一端5嵌入所述第一分体1的屏幕9与外表面之间,与所述第一分体1的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接;和/或所述第一翻转带3的第二端6嵌入所述第二分体2的屏幕10与外表面之间,与所述第二分体2的屏幕10的长度方向的第二侧边连接。
这样能够保证第一翻转带的连接强度,以免第一翻转带在使用过程中因连接不牢靠而与第一分体或第二分体分离。
如图3所示,所述第二翻转带4的第一端7嵌入所述第二分体2的屏幕10与外表面之间,与所述第二分体2的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接;和/或所述第二翻转带4的第二端8嵌入所述第一分体1的屏幕9与外表面之间,与所述第一分体1的屏幕9的长度方向的第二侧边连接。
这样能够保证第二翻转带的连接强度,以免第一翻转带在使用过程中因 连接不牢靠而与第一分体或第二分体分离。
下面对本公开实施例提供的终端进行进一步说明,以两根第一翻转带、一根第二翻转带、第一分体和第二分体的外表面均为弧形表面为例。
针对上述技术问题,本公开实施例提供了一种终端,可实现一种分体式无轴两边都可翻折的折叠屏幕的电子设备设计方式:通过无轴翻折的折叠设计实现折叠展开,制造难度降低;翻折状态的配合间隙减小,可提高产品精致精细度;没有转轴占用厚度、宽度空间,整机厚度可以做得更薄,可以左右两边折叠翻转,折叠翻转自由不受限制;形式变化多样,产品外观颜色能随翻折方向在两种色之间切换变化。展平时两块屏拼接成一平面大屏,完全折叠后两分体紧密扣合,两块屏幕叠合在内,受到很好地保护,不会被摔碎或刮花。两块屏幕可拼接成一平面大屏使用和分开单独使用其中一个屏。折叠翻转的状态都是一体化外观效果,没有多余的外凸形体。
具体如图3至图9所示,两分体之间连接的由柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)层12和设于FPC层正反面的补强保护层11组成的翻转带(第一翻转带3和第二翻转带4),翻转带的两端固定到两分体两个盖的背面边缘:两边的固定在上盖的下边和下盖的上边两边段,中间的固定在上盖的上边缘中间段和下盖的下边缘中间段(所述第一翻转带3的第一端5与所述第一分体1的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接,所述第一翻转带3的第二端6与所述第二分体2的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接;所述第二翻转带4的第一端7与所述第二分体2的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接,所述第二翻转带4的第二端8与所述第一分体1的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接;所述第二翻转带4与所述第一翻转带3间隔设置),然后就可以向两面翻动。
翻转带的长短与分体外观表面的展平长度相关,实际产品是紧密绑定拉不开的,图3为拉开看的示意,就是这样的三个翻转带。翻转带是贴合并追随各自的分体表面滚动翻转实现两块屏幕打开和合并。无轴的翻转带很薄占宽度空间小,展平时两块屏幕拼接之间的间隙很小,外观精致精细度有很大提升。
也就是,两分体与翻转带连接形成一体折叠机;翻转带有FPC层和两层补强保护层,其中FPC层传输数据和电源,实现两分体之间的互动;翻转带 两端可分别固定在第一分体1和第二分体2的不同侧边上(如图3所示);
其中,翻转带可三等分分体长边宽度(即第一翻转带的宽度等于第二翻转带的宽度,三根翻转带的宽度之和等于分体的侧边长度),但并不限于三等分。
本公开实施例中的第一分体1和第二分体2均可自由翻转,翻转时翻转带紧贴各分体外观表面(所述第一翻转带3贴合在所述第一分体1或第二分体2的外表面,所述第二翻转带4贴合在所述第二分体2或第一分体1的外表面),两分体外观表面的运动轨迹为分体外观表面的外形线,外形线不限于圆形。
两分体翻转运动时分体外观表面与翻转带紧贴并同步运动,翻转带由于分别固定在一个分体的内边与另一个分体的外边(所述第一翻转带3的第一端5与所述第一分体1的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接,所述第一翻转带3的第二端6与所述第二分体2的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接;所述第二翻转带4的第一端7与所述第二分体2的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接,所述第二翻转带4的第二端8与所述第一分体1的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接;所述第二翻转带4与所述第一翻转带3间隔设置),运动时两外边翻转带(第一翻转带3)与中间的翻转带(第二翻转带4)会反向运动与两分体外观表面贴合,抱紧两分体不散开。
本公开实施例中翻转带有传输两分体数据和电源的作用、绑定分体的作用、以及翻转导向分体的作用,而且第一翻转带与第二翻转带可采用不同的颜色,实现一机两套外观颜色。
其中,翻转带的长短与分体外观表面的展平长度相关,翻转带的反向绑定,使得终端在折合状态要打开时左右两边都可以(如图7和图8所示),不会受到限制。
上面结合附图对本公开的实施例进行了描述,但是本公开并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的启示下,在不脱离本公开宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本公开的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端,包括:
    第一分体、第二分体、至少两根第一翻转带以及至少一根第二翻转带;
    其中,所述第一翻转带的第一端与所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接,所述第一翻转带的第二端与所述第二分体的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接;
    所述第二翻转带的第一端与所述第二分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接,所述第二翻转带的第二端与所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接;所述第二翻转带与所述第一翻转带间隔设置;
    当所述终端处于展平状态下时,所述第一分体的屏幕与第二分体的屏幕在同一平面,所述第一翻转带贴合在所述第一分体或第二分体的外表面,所述第二翻转带贴合在所述第二分体或第一分体的外表面;
    其中,所述外表面为所述第一分体或第二分体上与对应屏幕相对设置、且连接对应屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边和第二侧边的表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述第一翻转带和第二翻转带均包括两层补强保护层以及设于所述两层补强保护层之间的柔性电路板层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述第一翻转带的数量为两个,所述第二翻转带的数量为一个,所述第二翻转带设置于两个所述第一翻转带之间,两个所述第一翻转带的中心线到所述第二翻转带的中心线之间的距离相等。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的终端,其中,所述第一翻转带的第一端的宽度与所述第二翻转带的第一端的宽度之和,等于所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边的长度;所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边的长度等于所述第二分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边的长度;
    所述第一翻转带的第二端的宽度与所述第二翻转带的第二端的宽度之和,等于所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边的长度;所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边的长度等于所述第二分体的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述第一分体和第二分体的外表面均为弧形表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述第一分体的外表面与所述第二分体的外表面形状一致,且展平长度相等。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其中,所述第一翻转带的非固定部分的长度等于所述第一分体或第二分体的外表面的展平长度;以及
    所述第二翻转带的非固定部分的长度等于所述第一分体或第二分体的外表面的展平长度;
    其中,所述第一翻转带的非固定部分是指除了与第一分体的第一侧边连接的第一端以及与第二分体的第二侧边连接的第二端外的其他可自由活动的部分;
    所述第二翻转带的非固定部分是指除了与第二分体的第一侧边连接的第一端以及与第一分体的第二侧边连接的第二端外的其他可自由活动的部分。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述第一翻转带的第一端嵌入所述第一分体的屏幕与外表面之间,与所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接;和/或
    所述第一翻转带的第二端嵌入所述第二分体的屏幕与外表面之间,与所述第二分体的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述第二翻转带的第一端嵌入所述第二分体的屏幕与外表面之间,与所述第二分体的屏幕的长度方向的第一侧边连接;和/或
    所述第二翻转带的第二端嵌入所述第一分体的屏幕与外表面之间,与所述第一分体的屏幕的长度方向的第二侧边连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的终端,其中,所述柔性电路板层包括传输数据的数据线以及传输电能的电源线。
