在一个实施例中,所述插接槽的槽壁上开设有两个防脱孔,两所述翼形弹片分别插接在对应的所述防脱孔内;两所述防脱孔位于垂直于所述凸起部插接于所述插接槽的方向上,两所述翼形弹片相对于所述连接片的中心线对称布置。
在一个实施例中,所述安装件为钣金件,且所述安装件的所述连接片具有弹性且呈突起的弧形结构。

有益效果
本申请实施例中提供的智能眼镜,包括多款镜架组件和多款框架,至少有一款框架为智能框架,其中,各镜架组件包括两镜片和设置为在两镜片之间连接两镜片的镜梁,各框架包括两上眉框、在两上眉框之间连接两上眉框的横眉框以及分别连接在两上眉框的端部的两眼镜腿,通过镜梁和横眉框之间的可拆卸式连接,即可实现各镜架组件与各框架之间的任意组装,以此组装出不同款式的智能眼镜或其它款式的非智能眼镜,显然,人们在购买时可事先配齐常用的几款镜架组件和框架,这样,当需要使用时,即可根据不同场合的实际需要,自由更换不同款式的镜架组件或框架,从而搭配出不同效果,更换操作方便快捷,无需专业人士指导操作,体验感佳,一物多用,省时省力。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需说明的是,当部件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个部件,它可以直接在另一个部件上或者间接在该另一个部件上。当一个部件被称为是“连接于”另一个部件,它可以是直接或者间接连接至该另一个部件上。术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本专利的限制,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于便于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明技术特征的数量。“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
如图1至图3所示,该智能眼镜包括多款镜架组件100和多款框架200,其中,至少有一款框架为智能框架。如图3(图中仅示出一款镜架组件和一款智能框架的配对情况)所示,各镜架组件100包括两镜片110和镜梁120,其中,镜梁120位于两镜片110之间,主要设置为连接两镜片110,也即,镜梁120的两端分别连接一镜片110。
需说明的是,在本实施例中,两镜片110均为光学镜片或太阳镜片,具体地,光学镜片可以为近视镜片、远视镜片、老花镜片、散光镜片、防蓝光镜片或防辐射镜片等,不仅如此,光学镜片和太阳镜片采用的材质可以为通用玻璃、树脂、有机玻璃等。另外,在本实施例中,镜架组件100可以为半框或无框或全框结构。镜架组件100可以为一体结构,例如,镜架组件100中的镜梁120和两镜片110一体注塑成型,当然,实际上,镜架组件100也可不为一体结构。由此可以理解地,因两镜片110的功用、材质和/或颜色不同、镜架组件100的框体结构不同以及镜梁和两镜片110的组装结构不同等因素,镜架组件100自身可以成型出多种款式供人们选择,例如可以成型为一体式的老花眼镜用镜架组件或太阳眼镜用镜架组件等。
如图3所示,各框架200包括两上眉框210、横眉框220和两眼镜腿230。各上眉框210上开设有安装槽211。其中,该安装槽211主要设置为安装对应的镜片110,且方便安装时尽快地为镜片110导向安装定位到安装槽211内,并确保安装后镜片110能稳固地定位在安装槽211内。优选地,为确保各镜片110和对应的上眉框210能稳定地安装配合,安装槽211的槽型和大小分别适配于插接在安装槽211内的镜片110部分的形状和大小。再如图3所示,横眉框220位于两上眉框210之间,主要设置为连接两上眉框210。另外,两眼镜腿230分别连接在两上眉框210的端部上。具体地,在本实施例中,如图7和图8所示,眼镜腿230和上眉框210之间通过庄头240连接,这样,方便进一步确保镜架组件100和框架200能稳固地组装在一起。
如图1至图3所示,为方便人们及时地更换不同款式的眼镜,各镜架组件100与各框架200之间通过镜梁120和横眉框220之间的可拆卸式连接实现任意组装,以此形成对应款式的眼镜。可以理解地,镜架组件100和框架200的款式均可事先配置,用户在购买时,只需将自己选定的各种款式镜架组件100和框架200组成眼镜套装,其中,该眼镜套装内至少要有一个智能框架,以便至少可以组装成一副智能眼镜,一次性购买后,即可在需要时,随时快速地将各款镜架组件100与各款框架200任意配对。这样,一方面,方便人们根据不同场合的实际需要自由更换不同款式的眼镜;另一方面,实现一物多用,相比传统眼镜,大大地减小用户的使用成本,且省时省力,无需找专业人士更换,方便快捷。
例如,具体在本实施例中,该智能眼镜配备有两款镜架组件,其中一款为太阳眼镜用镜架组件,另一款为光学眼镜用镜架组件。对应地,该智能眼镜还配备有两款框架,其中一款框架为设有智能模块231的智能框架,另一款框架为非智能框架。可以理解地,通过镜架组件100中的镜梁120和框架200中的横眉框220之间的可拆卸式连接,太阳眼镜用镜架组件100可与智能框架200或非智能框架组装配对,对应地,光学眼镜用镜架组件也可与智能框架200或非智能框架组装配对,由此,即可快速地配对出四款眼镜。
需说明的是,在本实施例中,为方便组装及考虑眼镜的整体结构,如图1和图2所示,智能模块231设于智能框架200的眼镜腿230的容腔(图未示)内,且智能框架200的前端设有摄像头(图未示),具体地,摄像头设置在眼镜腿230的前端或庄头240的前端。还需说明的是,具体在本实施例中,该智能模块231包括有微处理器(图未示)、存储器、语音播放模块、通信模块及电池等,显然,摄像头可与智能模块231信号连接,且该智能框架200具有拍摄、实时语音播放等功能。
在一个实施例中,进一步地,如图9所示,该智能眼镜还包括呈中空的连接夹400。再如图9所示,连接夹400包括底托410、顶护栏430和两侧护栏420,其中,两侧护栏420分别设于底托410的两端,顶护栏430的两端分别连接两侧护栏420的顶部,且顶护栏430与底托410相对。再如图9所示,任一侧护栏420上开设有第一夹持槽421和位于第一夹持槽421上方的第二夹持槽422,顶护栏430上开设有连接入口431。
安装时,让各镜架组件100的镜梁120进入连接入口431,然后将进入中空的连接夹400的镜梁120紧配合卡设在第一夹持槽421内,让各框架200的横眉框220能进入连接入口431,然后将进入中空的连接夹400的横眉框220紧配合卡设在第二夹持槽422内,由此,即可将镜架组件100和对应的框架200通过该连接夹400连接在一起,且该智能眼镜组装完成后,因有底托410的支撑,故此,镜架组件100不会掉下来,因有顶护栏430的拦挡,框架200也不会从上面跑出,同理,镜架组件100和框架200也不会从前面或后面脱落而出,只有当人工用力将镜梁120和横眉框220分别从第一夹持槽421和第二夹持槽422内拔出后才能依次从连接入口431出拆卸下来。
或者,在另一个实施例中,进一步地,各镜架组件100的镜梁120上开设有凹槽(图未示),且凹槽的槽壁上开设有与凹槽连通的扣孔(图未示)。各框架200的横眉框220的中间部分凸设有具有倒钩(图未示)的弹性卡件(图未示),这样,通过将弹性卡件插接于凹槽内,与此同时,倒钩卡扣于扣孔内,镜架组件100即可与框架200组装在一起,拆卸时,手动用力反向将框架200的横眉框220的弹性卡件(图未示)从镜梁120的凹槽(图未示)中拔出即可。
具体在本实施例中,优选地,弹性卡件呈倒立的伞状,当然,实际上,弹性卡件的形状还可为其它合适的形状。为确保镜架组件100和框架200的连接稳定性,通常,弹性卡件适配于凹槽。
或者,在又一个实施例中,进一步地,如图3所示,各镜架组件100的镜梁120上凸设有凸起部121,对应地,如图4所示,各框架200的横眉框220上开设有插接槽221,凸起部121通过卡扣结构(图未示)可拆卸式安装于插接槽221内,这样,即可将镜架组件100的镜梁120可拆卸式连接在框架200的横眉框220上,由此实现镜架组件100和框架200的配对组装,不仅拆装简便且组装后的结构较稳固。可以理解地,该凸起部121主要为镜梁120的可拆卸式连接起到导向和定位的作用。
在一个实施例中,如图4和图7所示,为确保镜架组件100和框架200的组装配合松紧适宜,进而确保镜架组件100组装后的稳定性,各框架200的横眉框220的插接槽221内埋设有具有弹性的安装件300,其中,组装时,镜架组件100的镜梁120的凸起部121可拆卸式连接于安装件300上。也即是说,在本实施例中,镜梁120的凸起部121是通过连接在安装件300上以安装在横眉框220的插接槽221内,而不是直接安装在插接槽221的槽壁上。当然,在实际应用中,镜梁120的凸起部121也可根据需要直接可拆卸式安装在插接槽221的槽壁上。
在一个实施例中,如图4和图6所示,安装件300包括连接片310和设于连接片310两端的弹性卡扣320,其中,该两弹性卡扣320可确保安装件300能更方便且更牢固地设置在横眉框220的插接槽221内。另外,镜梁120的凸起部121由两弹性卡扣320夹持,以此确保镜梁120能更稳固地插接在横眉框220的插接槽221内,进而进一步确保镜架组件100的整体稳定性,同时也方便镜梁120的凸起部121更顺利地插接在横眉框220的插接槽221内。
需说明的是,在本实施例中,为实现镜梁120和横眉框220之间的可拆卸式连接,上述的卡扣结构(图未示)由镜梁120的凸起部121与连接片310之间形成。具体在本实施例中,如图3所示,凸起部121开设有卡扣孔1211,如图6所示,连接片310上开设有凸扣311,由此,组装时,镜梁120的凸起部121通过卡扣孔1211与凸扣311的扣接即能可拆卸式连接于安装件300上。可以理解地,连接片310的凸扣311和凸起部121的卡扣孔1211之间即可形成一卡扣结构。另外,在另一实施例中,还可将卡扣孔1211开设在连接片310上,对应地,将凸扣311凸设在镜梁120的凸起部121上以形成该卡扣结构。当然,在实际应用中,该卡扣结构(图未示)还可为其它合适的结构。
在一个实施例中,如图4和图6所示,弹性卡扣320设置为防止凸起部121从插接槽221内松脱的翼形弹片。具体在本实施例中,该翼形弹片320呈“7”字形或者呈倒“U”字形,当然,实际上,翼形弹片320还可为其它合适的结构。
在一个实施例中,如图4和图5所示,插接槽221的槽壁上开设有两个防脱孔222,其中,两翼形弹片320分别插接在对应的防脱孔222内,这样,即可更加方便将安装件300埋设在横眉框220的插接槽221内,进而更好地确保将镜架组件100连接组装在框架200上,另外,还可方便确保镜架组件100和框架200之间的连接牢固性,也即镜架组件100不会轻易地从框架200上脱落下来。
具体地在本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,两防脱孔222位于垂直于凸起部121插接于插接槽221的方向上,也即,两防脱孔222位于横向方向上。不仅如此,两翼形弹片320相对于连接片310的中心线对称布置,这样,即可确保安装件300对镜梁120的凸起部121的夹持力以及卡扣力度等是均衡的,不会存在一边受力大一边受力小的不平衡情况,由此,确保组装后的镜架组件100整体具有很好的稳定性和连接牢固性。
优选地,具体在本实施例中,为简化结构及提高安装件300的强度,通常,安装件300为钣金件,可以理解地,该安装件300为金属预埋件。具体地,该安装件300可与横眉框220一体注塑成型,也可直接卡设在插接槽221内的防脱孔222内,当然,还可通过其它合适的方式来设置该安装件300。另外,为进一步确保镜梁120和横眉框220之间的配合松紧适宜且连接更稳定,安装件300的连接片310具有弹性且呈突起的弧形结构。
在一个实施例中,如图7和图8所示,各镜架组件100的两侧端设有定位部(图未示),各框架200的两上眉框210的侧端开设有定位槽241,任意组装时,各镜架组件100和各框架200之间能通过各定位部和对应的定位槽241之间的配合以及凸起部121和插接槽221之间的插接形成3点定位结构。也即,各定位部和对应的定位槽241之间相配合能方便各镜架组件100和各框架200之间的任意组装。另外,可以理解地,镜架组件100和框架200组装时为3点定位结构,这样,利于确保配对组装后镜架组件100能牢固且平稳地连接在框架200上。
需说明的是,当镜架组件100为无框架200结构时,镜架组件100两侧相应设置的定位部通常为镜片110本体的凸出部(图未示)。具体在本实施例中,镜架组件100两侧相应设置的定位部为夹口,或者为夹口形状的凸块,其中,该凸块即为庄头240。
以上仅为本申请的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 智能眼镜,其中,包括多款镜架组件和多款框架,至少有一款所述框架为智能框架;各所述镜架组件包括:
    两镜片;和,
    镜梁,设置在两所述镜片之间连接两所述镜片;
    各所述框架包括:
    两上眉框,开设有安装槽,所述安装槽设置为安装所述镜片;
    横眉框,在两所述上眉框之间连接两所述上眉框;以及,
    两眼镜腿,分别连接在两所述上眉框的端部;
    其中,各所述镜架组件与各所述框架之间通过所述镜梁和所述横眉框之间的可拆卸式连接实现任意组装以形成对应款式的眼镜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述智能眼镜还包括呈中空的连接夹,所述连接夹包括:
    底托;
    两侧护栏,分别设于所述底托两端;其中,任一所述侧护栏上开设有第一夹持槽和位于所述第一夹持槽上方的第二夹持槽;以及,
    顶护栏,两端分别连接两所述侧护栏的顶部,与所述底托相对,开设有连接入口;
    其中,各所述镜架组件的所述镜梁能进入所述连接入口并紧配合卡设在第一夹持槽内,各所述框架的所述横眉框能进入所述连接入口并紧配合卡设在所述第二夹持槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜,其中,各所述镜架组件的所述镜梁上开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的槽壁上开设有与所述凹槽连通的扣孔;各所述框架的所述横眉框的中间部分凸设有具有倒钩的弹性卡件,所述弹性卡件插接于所述凹槽内,所述倒钩卡扣于所述扣孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述弹性卡件呈倒立的伞状,所述弹性卡件适配于所述凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜,其中,各所述镜架组件的所述镜梁上凸设有凸起部,各所述框架的所述横眉框上开设有插接槽,所述凸起部通过卡扣结构可拆卸式安装于所述插接槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述插接槽内埋设有具有弹性的安装件,所述凸起部可拆卸式连接于所述安装件上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述安装件包括连接片和设于所述连接片两端的弹性卡扣;所述镜梁的所述凸起部由两所述弹性卡扣夹持,所述凸起部与所述连接片之间形成有所述卡扣结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述凸起部开设有卡扣孔,所述连接片上开设有凸扣,所述凸起部通过所述卡扣孔与所述凸扣的扣接可拆卸式连接于所述安装件上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述弹性卡扣设置为防止所述凸起部从所述插接槽内松脱的翼形弹片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述插接槽的槽壁上开设有两个防脱孔,两所述翼形弹片分别插接在对应的所述防脱孔内;两所述防脱孔位于垂直于所述凸起部插接于所述插接槽的方向上,两所述翼形弹片相对于所述连接片的中心线对称布置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述安装件为钣金件,且所述安装件的所述连接片具有弹性且呈突起的弧形结构。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜,其中,各所述镜架组件的两侧端设有定位部,各所述框架的两所述上眉框的侧端开设有定位槽,各所述定位部和对应的所述定位槽之间相配合能方便各所述镜架组件和各所述框架之间的任意组装。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述镜梁和两所述镜片一体注塑成型。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述镜架组件为半框或无框或全框结构。
  15. 根据权利要求5所述的智能眼镜,其中,各所述镜架组件的两侧端设有定位部,各所述框架的两所述上眉框的侧端开设有定位槽,各所述定位部和对应的所述定位槽之间相配合能方便各所述镜架组件和各所述框架之间的任意组装。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述镜梁和两所述镜片一体注塑成型。
  17. 根据权利要求8所述的智能眼镜,其中,各所述镜架组件的两侧端设有定位部,各所述框架的两所述上眉框的侧端开设有定位槽,各所述定位部和对应的所述定位槽之间相配合能方便各所述镜架组件和各所述框架之间的任意组装。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述框架设有两款,其中一款为设有智能模块的所述智能框架,另一款为非智能框架。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的智能眼镜,其中,所述智能模块设于所述智能框架的所述眼镜腿的容腔内,且所述智能框架的前端设有摄像头。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的智能眼镜,其中:所述框架设有两款,其中一款为设有智能模块的所述智能框架,另一款为非智能框架。
