请参阅图1-6,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种服饰生产用布料裁剪装置,包括外壳1、升降装置2、顶板3、滚动轴承13、裁剪装置本体16、传动装置26、熨烫装置33和滚轮40,外壳1的底部通过螺栓安装有四个滚轮40,升降装置2设置在外壳1内部,且升降装置2顶部与顶板3连接;升降装置2包括第一连杆4、第一锥传动齿轮5、第二锥传动齿轮6、传动螺杆7、滑杆8、螺套9、滑套10、第一摇把11、拉伸弹簧12、第一正回棘爪 14、第一棘轮15和固定板41,第一连杆4通过滚动轴承13固定在外壳1两侧,第一棘轮15设置在外壳1的一侧,且通过焊接与第一连杆4固定,第一摇把11安装在第一棘轮15的一侧,第一正回棘爪14通过螺栓固定在外壳1的一侧,且与第一棘轮15啮合连接,防止传动螺杆7反转,第一连杆4的外部两端对称固定有两个第一锥传动齿轮5,第二锥传动齿轮6与第一锥传动齿轮5啮合连接,且第二锥传动齿轮6通过焊接固定在传动螺杆7一端,传动螺杆7穿过螺套9通过滚动轴承13与顶板3连接,且螺套9通过焊接固定在固定板41内,外壳1顶部的一端通过螺栓固定有滑杆8,且滑杆8与传动螺杆7对称分布,滑杆8穿过滑套10与顶板3连接,滑套10通过焊接固定在固定板41内,且滑套10与螺套9对称分布,固定板41与顶板3之间设置有拉伸弹簧12,且拉伸弹簧12分别套接在传动螺杆7和滑杆8的外部,防止升降装置2下坠,裁剪装置本体16安装在固定板41内部;裁剪装置本体16包括裁剪刀17、刀柄18、齿条19、传动齿轮20、第二连杆21、第二摇把22、第一滑槽23、第二棘轮24、第二正回棘爪25、滑轮42和第二滑槽43,裁剪刀17通过螺栓安装在刀柄18的一端,便于裁剪刀17的拆卸和更换,齿条19有两对,且每对齿条19通过焊接固定在刀柄18的两侧,有利于裁剪装置本体16运行平稳,固定板41内部开设有两条第一滑槽23,且第一滑槽23内壁的底部分别对称开设有两条第二滑槽43,滑轮42安装在第二滑槽43内部,且滑轮42通过螺栓固定在齿条19底部,刀柄18的一端和齿条19安装在第一滑槽23内部,固定板41内部的一端安装有四个传动齿轮20,且四个传动齿轮20分别与四根齿条19啮合连接,传动齿轮20通过焊接固定在第二连杆21外部,第二连杆21通过滚动轴承13固定在固定板41两侧,第二棘轮24通过焊接固定在第二连杆21一端,第二摇把22安装在第二棘轮24一侧,第二正回棘爪25通过螺栓固定在固定板41的一侧,且第二正回棘爪25与第二棘轮24啮合连接,防止传动齿轮20反转,传动装置26安装在外壳1内部;传动装置26包括挡板27、第一传动辊28、第二传动辊29、第三传动辊30、第四传动辊31和腰型槽32,挡板27的一侧开设有腰型槽32,第一传动辊28、第二传动辊29、第三传动辊30和第四传动辊31通过转轴安装在挡板27的两侧,且第四传动辊31穿过腰型槽32便于调整第四传动辊31的位置,有利于控制布料张紧力度;熨烫装置33安装在第三传动辊30的内部,熨烫装置33包括加热管34、连接套35、滴水孔36、喷汽孔37、水箱38和加水口39,第三传动辊30内腔安装有若干个加热管34,加热管34通过连接套35连接,第三传动辊30中间的空腔内设置有水箱38,水箱38的一侧开设有加水口39,水箱38的表面开设个有若干个滴水孔36,第三传动辊30的表面开设有若干个喷汽孔37,第三传动辊30外部的材质为铸铁,铸铁具有较好的传热性能,且硬度较高,有利于增加熨烫效果,且使用寿命较长;外壳 1的底部通过螺栓安装有四个滚轮40,便于设备快速移动,升降装置2包括第一连杆4、第一锥传动齿轮5、第二锥传动齿轮6、传动螺杆7、滑杆8、螺套9、滑套10、第一摇把11、拉伸弹簧12、第一正回棘爪14、第一棘轮15和固定板41,通过摇动第一摇把11带动第一连杆4转动,使焊接在第一连杆4外部两端的两个第一锥传动齿轮5转动,通过第一锥传动齿轮5与第二锥传动齿轮6啮合连接,带动第二锥传动齿轮6与焊接在第二锥传动齿轮6一侧的传动螺杆7转动,传动螺杆7穿过焊接在固定板41内部的螺套9,使固定板41做升降运动,便于调整裁剪装置本体16的高度,便于裁剪不同厚度的布料,且便于批量加工,有利于提高生产效率,裁剪装置本体16包括裁剪刀17、刀柄18、齿条19、传动齿轮20、第二连杆21、第二摇把22、第一滑槽23、第二棘轮24、第二正回棘爪25、滑轮42和第二滑槽43,通过摇动第二摇把22使第二连杆21转动,带动焊接在第二连杆21外部的两对传动齿轮20转动,通过两对传动齿轮20分别和两对齿条19啮合连接带动齿条19移动,带动焊接在齿条19一侧的刀柄18移动,使裁剪刀17前后移动,便于调整裁剪刀17的下刀位置,适用于更多的裁剪范围,传动装置26包括挡板27、第一传动辊28、第二传动辊29、第三传动辊30、第四传动辊31和腰型槽32,通过电机带动第一传动辊28转动,布料缠绕在第四传动辊31外部,布料的一端依次穿过第三传动辊30外壁的底部与第二传动辊29外壁的顶部固定在第一传动辊28外部,通过电机带动第一传动辊28转动,使固定在第一传动辊28外部的布料运动,通过裁剪刀17与布料接触,且布料移动完成布料的裁剪,第四传动辊31穿过腰型槽32与挡板27两侧连接,可以调整第四传动辊31的高度,便于控制布料的张紧力度,适用于裁剪不同弹性的布料,熨烫装置33包括加热管34、连接套35、滴水孔36,喷汽孔37、水箱38和加水口39,通过与外部电源连接使加热管34加热,通过加水口39向水箱38内注水,当第三传动辊30转动时水箱38内部的水受重力影响通过滴水孔36滴到加热管34外部与第三传动辊30内壁,使水滴受热产生蒸汽,蒸汽通过喷汽孔37喷出,对布料进行熨烫,熨烫后的布料会更平整,有利于布料裁剪,且减少了布料裁剪前的准备步骤,有效减少了劳动量提高了生产效率。

- 一种服饰生产用布料裁剪装置,包括外壳(1)、升降装置(2)、顶板(3)、滚动轴承(13)、裁剪装置本体(16)、传动装置(26)、熨烫装置(33)和滚轮(40),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的底部通过螺栓安装有四个滚轮(40),所述升降装置(2)设置在外壳(1)内部,且升降装置(2)顶部与顶板(3)连接;所述升降装置(2)包括第一连杆(4)、第一锥传动齿轮(5)、第二锥传动齿轮(6)、传动螺杆(7)、滑杆(8)、螺套(9)、滑套(10)、第一摇把(11)、拉伸弹簧(12)、第一正回棘爪(14)、第一棘轮(15)和固定板(41),所述第一连杆(4)通过滚动轴承(13)固定在外壳(1)两侧,所述第一棘轮(15)设置在外壳(1)的一侧,且通过焊接与第一连杆(4)固定,所述第一摇把(11)安装在第一棘轮(15)的一侧,所述第一正回棘爪(14)通过螺栓固定在外壳(1)的一侧,且与第一棘轮(15)啮合连接,所述第一连杆(4)的外部两端对称固定有两个第一锥传动齿轮(5),所述第二锥传动齿轮(6)与第一锥传动齿轮(5)啮合连接,且第二锥传动齿轮(6)通过焊接固定在传动螺杆(7)一端,所述传动螺杆(7)穿过螺套(9)通过滚动轴承(13)与顶板(3)连接,且螺套(9)通过焊接固定在固定板(41)内,所述外壳(1)顶部的一端通过螺栓固定有滑杆(8),且滑杆(8)与传动螺杆(7)对称分布,所述滑杆(8)穿过滑套(10)与顶板(3)连接,所述滑套(10)通过焊接固定在固定板(41)内,且滑套(10)与螺套(9)对称分布,所述裁剪装置本体(16)安装在固定板(41)内部;所述裁剪装置本体(16)包括裁剪刀(17)、刀柄(18)、齿条(19)、传动齿轮(20)、第二连杆(21)、第二摇把(22)、第一滑槽(23)、第二棘轮(24)、第二正回棘爪(25)、滑轮(42)和第二滑槽(43),所述裁剪刀(17)安装在刀柄(18)的一端,所述齿条(19)通过焊接固定在刀柄(18)外部的两侧,所述固定板(41)内部开设有两条第一滑槽(23),且第一滑槽(23)内壁的底部分别对称开设有两条第二滑槽(43),所述滑轮(42)安装在第二滑槽(43)内部,且滑轮(42)通过螺栓固定在齿条(19)底部,所述刀柄(18)的一端和齿条(19)安装在第一滑槽(23)内部,所述固定板(41)内部的一端安装有四个传动齿轮(20),且四个传动齿轮(20)分别与四根齿条(19)啮合连接,所述传动齿轮(20)通过焊接固定在第二连杆(21)外部,所述第二连杆(21)通过滚动轴承(13)固定在固定板(41)两侧,所述第二棘轮(24)通过焊接固定在第二连杆(21)一端,所述第二摇把(22)安装在第二棘轮(24)一侧,所述第二正回棘爪(25)通过螺栓固定在固定板(41)的一侧, 且第二正回棘爪(25)与第二棘轮(24)啮合连接,所述传动装置(26)安装在外壳(1)内部;所述传动装置(26)包括挡板(27)、第一传动辊(28)、第二传动辊(29)、第三传动辊(30)、第四传动辊(31)和腰型槽(32),所述挡板(27)通过焊接固定在外壳(1)内部的两侧,所述第一传动辊(28)、第二传动辊(29)、第三传动辊(30)和第四传动辊(31)依次安装在挡板(27)的两侧;所述熨烫装置(33)安装在第三传动辊(30)的内部,所述熨烫装置(33)包括加热管(34)、连接套(35)、滴水孔(36)、喷汽孔(37)、水箱(38)和加水口(39),所述第三传动辊(30)内腔安装有若干个加热管(34),所述加热管(34)通过连接套(35)连接,所述第三传动辊(30)中间的空腔内设置有水箱(38),所述水箱(38)的一侧开设有加水口(39),所述水箱(38)的表面开设个有若干个滴水孔(36),所述第三传动辊(30)的表面开设有若干个喷汽孔(37)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种服饰生产用布料裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述裁剪刀(17)通过螺栓安装在刀柄(18)的一端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种服饰生产用布料裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述固定板(41)与顶板(3)之间设置有拉伸弹簧(12),且拉伸弹簧(12)分别套接在传动螺杆(7)和滑杆(8)的外部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种服饰生产用布料裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述挡板(27)的一侧开设有腰型槽(32),所述第一传动辊(28)、第二传动辊(29)、第三传动辊(30)和第四传动辊(31)通过转轴安装在挡板(27)的两侧,且第四传动辊(31)穿过腰型槽(32)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种服饰生产用布料裁剪装置,其特征在于:所述齿条(19)有两对,且每对齿条(19)通过焊接固定在刀柄(18)的两侧。
