不易倾倒的安全斗柜 技术领域
本发明不易倾倒的安全斗柜，属于家具技术领域，特别涉及一种不易倾倒的斗柜。
背景技术
斗柜，也叫抽屉柜，是一种主要用于存放东西的柜子，由多个抽屉并排组合，便于收纳小型物品，其收纳能力很强，一般家庭里面都会配备。但其具有安全隐患，近年来，关于斗柜倾倒压死儿童的报道屡见不鲜，宜家甚至因此在美国和加拿大召回了3500多万个马尔姆抽屉柜。斗柜虽然一般比较重，儿童推不倒，但其大部分是抽屉的重量，拉出抽屉后，斗柜并不稳定，容易整体向前倾倒。儿童生性好动，如果拉出斗柜抽屉往上爬的话，斗柜很容易倾倒压住孩子而发生危险。国家标准《儿童家具通用技术条件》中明确规定：“所有高桌台及高度大于600毫米的柜类产品，应提供固定产品于建筑物上的连接件。”，但是在市场上，很难看到符合标准的儿童家具。另外，人们为了使用方便，选购斗柜时，并不会去专门选择儿童斗柜，而是选择普通斗柜，而普通斗柜更加没有任何防倾倒的措施，即使有可固定到墙上的装置，也因会破坏墙面和家具，或是不美观而被人们拒绝。所以，对于家有小孩的家庭来说，斗柜安全隐患相当大，而研发一款自身即可防倾倒的斗柜，就显得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术存在的不足，所要解决的技术问题为提供一种安装便捷、不影响整体移动、不影响外观、安全不容易倾倒的斗柜，消除斗柜的安全隐患。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：不易倾倒的安全斗柜，包括柜体、多个抽屉、导轨和联动装置，多个抽屉的两侧分别通过导轨安装在柜体上形成多层斗柜，最下层抽屉的面板底部安装有支撑体，所有抽屉之间用联动装置联动，所述联动装置使最下层抽屉随着任意一层上层抽屉的打开而打开，且最下层抽屉关闭时任意打开的上层抽屉都关闭；
所述联动装置的结构为包括：垫块、固定块和滑杆，每个导轨的两端均分别通过一个垫块固定在柜体侧板上，使导轨和柜体侧板之间存在空隙，最下层抽屉的后部两侧均固定有一根滑杆，所述滑杆的下端固定在最下层抽屉上，滑杆杆体位于导轨和柜体侧板之间的空隙中，滑杆的上端延伸到最上层抽屉处，除最下层抽屉外，每层上层抽屉的后部两侧均固定有一个固定块，所述所有固定块均位于滑杆的后方。
所述支撑体为支撑滚轮，或为支撑杆，所述支撑滚轮的最低点和柜体底部相平齐， 接触到地面，所述支撑杆的底部和地面之间具有间隙。
所述滑杆为高强度杆。
所述最下层抽屉上的导轨通过一根垫条固定在柜体侧板上。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明中的最下层抽屉底部支撑体在抽屉打开时可扩大整个斗柜的支撑面，使得斗柜在抽屉打开重心前移时，仍处于支撑面的有效安全范围内，不易倾倒，非常安全，适合人们使用，特别是适合有小孩的家庭使用，且结构简单，适于工业生产。
2、本发明通过固定块和滑杆的配合，实现了最下层抽屉随着任一抽屉的打开而打开，起到支撑作用的功能，而关闭最下层抽屉时，其它抽屉随之全部关闭，杜绝了安全隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本发明不易倾倒的安全斗柜，包括柜体1、多个抽屉2、导轨3和联动装置，多个抽屉2的两侧分别通过导轨3安装在柜体1上形成多层斗柜，最下层抽屉4的面板底部安装有支撑体，所有抽屉2之间用联动装置联动，所述联动装置使最下层抽屉4随着任意一层上层抽屉的打开而打开，且最下层抽屉4关闭时任意打开的上层抽屉都关闭；
所述联动装置的结构为包括：垫块6、固定块7和滑杆8，每个导轨3的两端均分别通过一个垫块6固定在柜体1侧板上，使导轨3和柜体1侧板之间存在空隙，最下层抽屉4的后部两侧均固定有一根滑杆8，所述滑杆8的下端固定在最下层抽屉4上，滑杆8杆体位于导轨3和柜体1侧板之间的空隙中，滑杆8的上端延伸到最上层抽屉处，除最下层抽屉4外，每层上层抽屉的后部两侧均固定有一个固定块7，所述所有固定块7均位于滑杆8的后方。
所述支撑体为支撑滚轮5，或为支撑杆，所述支撑滚轮5的最低点和柜体底部相平齐，接触到地面，所述支撑杆的底部和地面之间具有间隙。
所述滑杆8为高强度杆。
所述最下层抽屉4上的导轨3通过一根垫条9固定在柜体1侧板上。
本发明在使用时，最下层抽屉4会随着上层任意一层或多层抽屉的打开而打开，在最下层抽屉4面板底部支撑体的支撑下，本发明会很稳固，不易倾倒；关闭上层任一抽屉，最下层抽屉4并不会关闭，但只要关闭最下层抽屉4，上层所有打开的抽屉会随之一起关闭。这样，只要有上层抽屉是打开状态，最下层抽屉4一定也是打开状态，起到稳固支撑的作用，使之不易倾倒，非常安全。
以上功能是这样实现的：当拉动上层任一抽屉时，其两侧的固定块7带动滑杆8也向前移动，由于滑杆8的下端固定在最下层抽屉4上，从而带动最下层抽屉4也向前移动而打开。最下层抽屉4打开后，上层任意抽屉的开闭就不再影响最下层抽屉4了，最下层抽屉4一直处于打开状态，起到很好的支撑作用。当推动最下层抽屉4关闭时，带动滑杆8一起向后移动，当上层抽屉都关闭时，抽屉之间互不影响，最下层抽屉4自己关闭；当有上层抽屉处于打开状态时，滑杆8会推动其上的固定块7，带动打开状态的抽屉一起关闭。如此，避免了有上层抽屉单独打开的情况，保证了本发明整体的稳定性。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例作了详细说明，但是本发明并不限于上述实施例，在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化，如所述支撑体不限于支撑滚轮5或支撑杆，只要起到支撑作用即可。

  1. 不易倾倒的安全斗柜，包括柜体(1)、多个抽屉(2)、导轨(3)和联动装置，多个抽屉(2)的两侧分别通过导轨(3)安装在柜体(1)上形成多层斗柜，其特征在于：最下层抽屉(4)的面板底部安装有支撑体，所有抽屉(2)之间用联动装置联动，所述联动装置使最下层抽屉(4)随着任意一层上层抽屉的打开而打开，且最下层抽屉(4)关闭时任意打开的上层抽屉都关闭；
    所述联动装置的结构为包括：垫块(6)、固定块(7)和滑杆(8)，每个导轨(3)的两端均分别通过一个垫块(6)固定在柜体(1)侧板上，使导轨(3)和柜体(1)侧板之间存在空隙，最下层抽屉(4)的后部两侧均固定有一根滑杆(8)，所述滑杆(8)的下端固定在最下层抽屉(4)上，滑杆(8)杆体位于导轨(3)和柜体(1)侧板之间的空隙中，滑杆(8)的上端延伸到最上层抽屉处，除最下层抽屉(4)外，每层上层抽屉的后部两侧均固定有一个固定块(7)，所述所有固定块(7)均位于滑杆(8)的后方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的不易倾倒的安全斗柜，其特征在于：所述支撑体为支撑滚轮(5)，或为支撑杆，所述支撑滚轮(5)的最低点和柜体底部相平齐，接触到地面，所述支撑杆的底部和地面之间具有间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的不易倾倒的安全斗柜，其特征在于：所述滑杆(8)为高强度杆。
