需要说明的是,所述缺口515的形状与所述凸出部5031的形状适配,所述凸出部5031从所述缺口515的下端穿过、延伸至所述受话器前音腔504内,所述受话器前音腔504与所述导音管516连通。凸出部5031从所述缺口515内延伸至所述受话器前音腔504内,这样减小了受话器前音腔504内的体积,使得高频频宽变宽,从而使受话器500通话音质更加清晰。同时,这种设置在没有增加受话器组件50的整体厚度的情况下,增大了受话器500内部的音腔体积,从而进一步的提高了受话器500的出音效果。
本申请实施例提供的受话器组件50包括受话器500和受话器音腔支架510,所述受话器500包括受话器支架501、振膜502以及受话器前罩503,所述受话器支架501包括第一侧5011以及与所述第一侧相反的第二侧5012,所述振膜502设置在靠近所述受话器支架501第一侧2011内部,所述受话器前罩503设置在所述受话器支架501第一侧2011外部,所述受话器前罩503包括朝远离所述受话器支架501第一侧5011凸出的凸出部5031,所述受话器音腔支架510包括一缺口515,所述凸出部5031伸入所述缺口515内与所述受话器音腔支架510形成受话器前音腔504。通过更改受话器500的结构,让受话器前罩503具有凸出部5031,将凸出部5031放入缺口515内与受话器500导音管516联通,减少受话器500前腔的体积,提高受话器500高频频宽,从而提升手机通话音质。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请实施例中受话器500的结构示意图,其中,所述受话器500包括受话器支架501、振膜502以及受话器前罩503。所述振膜502安装在所述受话器支架501内侧,所述受话器前罩503安装在所述受话器支架501外侧。
在一些实施例中,所述振膜502设置在靠近所述受话器支架501第一侧5011内部,所述受话器前罩503设置在所述受话器支架501第一侧5011外侧,所述受话器前罩503包括朝远离所述受话器支架501第一侧5011凸出的凸出部5031。在所述受话器前罩503上包括一凸出部5031,这样可以增加受话器500腔体内的体积,从而提高受话器500的出音效果。
其中,所述受话器前罩503包括安装板5032,所述凸出部5031位于所述安装板5032中心位置,所述安装板5032用于与所述受话器支架501固定连接。需要说明的是,所述凸出部5031也可以与所述安装板5032一体成型,当然所述凸出部5031也可以与所述安装板5032固定连接,具体的,凸出部5031可以通过焊接的形式与所述安装板5032固定连接,当然凸出部5031还可以通过其他方式与所述安装板5032固定连接,本申请实施例中对于所述凸出部5031与所述安装板5032具体的连接方式并不做具体限定。但需要注意的是,当所述凸出部5031与安装板5032连接时,需要保证凸出部5031与所述安装板5032的密封性,比如,在凸出部5031与所述安装板5032之间设有密封垫。
其中,所述凸出部5031的形状为四边形,所述凸出部5031外周缘包括第一面50311、第二面50312、第三面50313以及第四面50314,所述第一面50311与第二面50312连接处形成第一拐角部501315,所述第二面50312与第三面50313连接处形成第二拐角部50316,所述第三面50313与第四面50314连接处形成第三拐角部50317,所述第四面50314与第一面50311连接处形成第四拐角部50318,所述第一拐部角部、第二拐角部50316、第三拐角部50317以及第四拐角部50318为弧面。因为所述第一拐部角部、第二拐角部50316、第三拐角部50317以及第四拐角部50318为弧面,这样凸出部5031安装到缺口515内时,能够更加方便的进行安装。需要说明的是,凸出部5031可以是长方形、正方形,当然所述凸出部5031还可以是圆形等其他形状,本申请实施例中,对于所述凸出部5031的形状并不做具体限定。
其中,所述凸出部5031外周缘与所述凸出部5031外表面连接处设有弧形倒角505。当然,所述凸出部5031外周缘与所述凸出部5031外表面连接处也可以不用设置弧形倒角505,设置弧形倒角505,在凸出部5031伸入所述缺口515内时,能够方便凸出部5031伸入,方便受话器前罩503的安装。
其中,所述受话器500还包括固定螺丝,所述安装板5032包括四个安装孔50321,所述安装孔50321分别设置在所述安装板5032的四个边角上,所述固定螺丝穿过所述安装孔50321将所述受话器前罩503与所述受话器支架501固定连接。通过在安装板5032四个边角上设置安装孔50321,通过螺丝穿入安装孔50321将所述受话器前罩503与所述受话器支架501固定连接,这种固定连接的方式比较牢固,当然也可以在所述安装板5032的对角上设置安装孔50321,这样能够在保证受话器前罩503与受话器支架501牢固连接的情况下,减少安装工序。当然受话器前罩503与受话器支架501还可以通过其他固定连接,比如受话器前罩503与所述受话器支架501通过卡固连接的形式固定连接,本申请实施例中对于所述受话器前罩503与所述受话器支架501的固定连接方式并不做具体限定。
其中,所述受话器前罩503上设有多个出音孔5033,所述出音孔5033贯穿所述凸出部5031,所述出音孔5033均匀的的设置在所述凸出部5031上。需要说明的是,所述出音孔5033的形状可以为圆形、正方形、长方形等多种形状,本申请实施例中对于所述出音孔5033的具体形状并不做具体限定。出音孔5033均匀的设置在所述凸出部5031上,这样可以使得出音效果更好。
请参阅图7,图7是本申请实施例中受话器500的另一结构示意图。其中,所述振膜502固定在所述受话器支架501内部。在一些实施例中,所述受话器支架501内设置有固定部520,所述固定部520上设有固定槽521,所述振膜502安装在所述固定槽521内。将所述振膜502安装在固定槽521内,这样可以牢固的将所述振膜502固定安装。这样可以保证受话器500出音更加稳定。当然,所述振膜502也可以通过其他方式与所述受话器支架501固定连接,例如,通过螺丝将所述振膜502与所述受话器支架501固定连接,对于所述振膜502与受话器支架501的其他固定方式,本申请中不再做过多赘述。
请参阅图8,其中,该电子设备70可以包括控制电路,该控制电路可以包括存储和处理电路71。该存储和处理电路71可以存储器,例如硬盘驱动存储器,非易失性存储器(例如闪存或用于形成固态驱动器的其它电子可编程只读存储器等),易失性存储器(例如静态或动态随机存取存储器等)等,本申请实施例不作限制。存储和处理电路71中的处理电路可以用于控制电子设备70的运转。该处理电路可以基于一个或多个微处理器,微控制器,数字信号处理器,基带处理器,功率管理单元,音频编解码器芯片,专用集成电路,显示驱动器集成电路等来实现。
存储和处理电路71可用于运行电子设备70中的软件,例如互联网浏览应用程序,互联网协议语音(Voice over Internet Protocol, VOIP)电话呼叫应用程序,电子邮件应用程序,媒体播放应用程序,操作系统功能等。这些软件可以用于执行一些控制操作,例如,基于照相机的图像采集,基于环境光传感器的环境光测量,基于接近传感器的接近传感器测量,基于诸如发光二极管的状态指示灯等状态指示器实现的信息显示功能,基于触摸传感器的触摸事件检测,与在多个(例如分层的)显示器上显示信息相关联的功能,与执行无线通信功能相关联的操作,与收集和产生音频信号相关联的操作,与收集和处理按钮按压事件数据相关联的控制操作,以及电子设备70中的其它功能等,本申请实施例不作限制。
电子设备70还可以包括输入-输出电路72。输入-输出电路72可用于使电子设备70实现数据的输入和输出,即允许电子设备70从外部设备接收数据和也允许电子设备70将数据从电子设备70输出至外部设备。输入-输出电路72可以进一步包括传感器73。传感器73可以包括环境光传感器,基于光和电容的接近传感器,触摸传感器(例如,基于光触摸传感器和/或电容式触摸传感器,其中,触摸传感器可以是触控显示屏的一部分,也可以作为一个触摸传感器结构独立使用),加速度传感器,和其它传感器等。
输入-输出电路72还可以包括一个或多个显示器,例如显示器74。显示器74可以包括液晶显示器,有机发光二极管显示器,电子墨水显示器,等离子显示器,使用其它显示技术的显示器中一种或者几种的组合。显示器74可以包括触摸传感器阵列(即,显示器74可以是触控显示屏)。触摸传感器可以是由透明的触摸传感器电极(例如氧化铟锡(ITO)电极)阵列形成的电容式触摸传感器,或者可以是使用其它触摸技术形成的触摸传感器,例如音波触控,压敏触摸,电阻触摸,光学触摸等,本申请实施例不作限制。
电子设备70还可以包括音频组件75。音频组件75可以用于为电子设备70提供音频输入和输出功能。电子设备70中的音频组件75可以包括扬声器,麦克风,蜂鸣器,音调发生器以及其它用于产生和检测声音的组件。
通信电路77可以用于为电子设备70提供与外部设备通信的能力。通信电路77可以包括模拟和数字输入-输出接口电路,和基于射频信号和/或光信号的无线通信电路。通信电路77中的无线通信电路可以包括射频收发器电路、功率放大器电路、低噪声放大器、开关、滤波器和天线。举例来说,通信电路77中的无线通信电路可以包括用于通过发射和接收近场耦合电磁信号来支持近场通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)的电路。例如,通信电路77可以包括近场通信天线和近场通信收发器。通信电路77还可以包括蜂窝电话收发器和天线,无线局域网收发器电路和天线等。
电子设备还可以进一步包括电池,电力管理电路和其它输入-输出单元77。输入-输出单元77可以包括按钮,操纵杆,点击轮,滚动轮,触摸板,小键盘,键盘,照相机,发光二极管和其它状态指示器等。
用户可以通过输入-输出电路72输入命令来控制电子设备70的操作,并且可以使用输入-输出电路72的输出数据以实现接收来自电子设备70的状态信息和其它输出。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种受话器,其中,包括受话器支架、振膜以及受话器前罩,所述受话器支架包括第一侧以及与所述第一侧相反的第二侧,所述振膜设置在靠近所述受话器支架第一侧内部,所述受话器前罩设置在所述受话器支架第一侧外部,所述受话器前罩包括朝远离所述受话器支架第一侧凸出的凸出部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其中,所述受话器前罩包括安装板,所述凸出部位于所述安装板中心位置,所述安装板用于与所述受话器支架固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的受话器,其中,所述凸出部外周缘包括第一面、第二面、第三面以及第四面,所述第一面与第二面连接处形成第一拐角部,所述第二面与第三面连接处形成第二拐角部,所述第三面与第四面连接处形成第三拐角部,所述第四面与第一面连接处形成第四拐角部,所述第一拐角部、第二拐角部、第三拐角部以及第四拐角部为弧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的受话器,其中,所述凸出部外周缘与所述凸出部外表面连接处设有弧形的倒角。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的受话器,其中,所述安装板与所述凸出部一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的受话器,其中,所述受话器还包括固定螺丝,所述安装板包括四个安装孔,所述安装孔分别设置在所述安装板的四个边角上,所述固定螺丝穿过所述安装孔将所述受话器前罩与所述受话器支架固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其中,所述凸出部上设有贯穿所述凸出部的出音孔,所述出音孔包括多个,所述出音孔均匀的设置在所述凸出部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的受话器,其中,所述受话器支架内设置有固定部,所述固定部上设有固定槽,所述振膜安装在所述固定槽内。
  9. 一种受话器组件,其中,包括受话器和受话器音腔支架,所述受话器包括受话器支架、振膜以及受话器前罩,所述受话器支架包括第一侧 以及与所述第一侧相反的第二侧,所述振膜设置在靠近所述受话器支架第一侧内部,所述受话器前罩设置在所述受话器支架第一侧外部,所述受话器前罩包括朝远离所述受话器支架第一侧凸出的凸出部,所述受话器音腔支架包括一缺口,所述凸出部伸入所述缺口内与所述受话器音腔支架形成受话器前音腔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的受话器组件,其中,所述受话器音腔支架内安装有导音管,所述导音管与所述受话器前音腔连通。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的受话器组件,其中,所述受话器前罩包括安装板,所述凸出部位于所述安装板中心位置,所述安装板用于与所述受话器支架固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的受话器组件,其中,所述凸出部外周缘包括第一面、第二面、第三面以及第四面,所述第一面与第二面连接处形成第一拐角部,所述第二面与第三面连接处形成第二拐角部,所述第三面与第四面连接处形成第三拐角部,所述第四面与第一面连接处形成第四拐角部,所述第一拐角部、第二拐角部、第三拐角部以及第四拐角部为弧面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的受话器组件,其中,所述凸出部外周缘与所述凸出部外表面连接处设有弧形的倒角。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的受话器组件,其中,所述安装板与所述凸出部一体成型。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的受话器组件,其中,所述受话器还包括固定螺丝,所述安装板包括四个安装孔,所述安装孔分别设置在所述安装板的四个边角上,所述固定螺丝穿过所述安装孔将所述受话器前罩与所述受话器支架固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的受话器组件,其中,所述凸出部上设有贯穿所述凸出部的出音孔,所述出音孔包括多个,所述出音孔均匀的设置在所述凸出部。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的受话器组件,其中,所述受话器支架内设置有固定部,所述固定部上设有固定槽,所述振膜安装在所述固定槽内。
  18. 一种电子设备,其中,包括受话器组件、显示屏组件以及壳体,所述受话器组件安装在所述显示屏组件与所述壳体之间,所述收受话器组件包括受话器,所述受话器包括受话器支架、振膜以及受话器前罩,所述受话器支架包括第一侧以及与所述第一侧相反的第二侧,所述振膜设置在靠近所述受话器支架第一侧内部,所述受话器前罩设置在所述受话器支架第一侧外部,所述受话器前罩包括朝远离所述受话器支架第一侧凸出的凸出部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子设备,其中,所述受话器前罩包括安装板,所述凸出部位于所述安装板中心位置,所述安装板用于与所述受话器支架固定连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其中,所述凸出部外周缘包括第一面、第二面、第三面以及第四面,所述第一面与第二面连接处形成第一拐角部,所述第二面与第三面连接处形成第二拐角部,所述第三面与第四面连接处形成第三拐角部,所述第四面与第一面连接处形成第四拐角部,所述第一拐角部、第二拐角部、第三拐角部以及第四拐角部为弧面。
