Le récipient comprend : un élément de retenue de substance cosmétique dans lequel est chargée une substance cosmétique ; un corps rotatif ayant un couple lui étant appliqué par un utilisateur ; un organe montant destiné à commander l'exposition de la substance cosmétique par son élévation/abaissement par la rotation du corps rotatif ; un organe de guidage montant dont le corps rotatif accouplé rotatif à ce dernier, et guidant le mouvement vertical de l'organe montant en empêchant la rotation de l'organe montant lorsque le corps rotatif tourne ; et un organe de guidage d'élément de retenue destiné à maintenir l'élément de retenue de substance cosmétique grâce à son extrémité inférieure disposée dans le côté interne du corps rotatif et son extrémité supérieure accouplée à l'élément de retenue de substance cosmétique, l'organe de guidage d'élément de retenue étant disposé de manière à être indépendant de la rotation du corps rotatif, ainsi la rotation de l'élément de retenue de substance cosmétique et de la substance cosmétique peut être empêchée lorsque le corps rotatif tourne.
