技术领域
本申请涉及显示领域,具体涉及一种展示盒和展示装置。
发明背景
目前,展会中经常会出现一些展示盒,展示盒上设置有支撑架,展品放置于展示盒的支撑架上。但是,这些支撑架往往固定于展示盒上并与展示盒呈预设角度,这样导致展示盒体积过大、结构不稳定,从而对展示盒的运输产生了不利的影响,甚至有的展示盒、展品在运输的过程中会遭到损坏,导致展会不能如期举行。
因此,亟需提供一种结构更加稳定、更易于运输的展示盒。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种展示盒和展示装置,解决了展示盒体积过大以及结构不稳定的问题。
本申请的一个实施例提供一种展示盒包括:盒体,其中,盒体包括上盖;转轴,与上盖转动连接;支撑板,通过转轴设置于上盖的上表面上,用以固定展品,并且支撑板可随转轴转动以使展品与上表面呈预设角度。
在本申请实施例中,上盖的上表面还设置有第一凹槽,支撑板在预设角度为0°时位于第一凹槽内。
在本申请实施例中,转轴包括轴颈,其中,轴颈位于转轴的两端;盒体还包括两个转轴固定块,其中,两个转轴固定块上分别设置有第二凹槽,第二凹槽分别与转轴两端的轴颈配合,以将轴颈设置在上盖的下表面上,上盖的上表面还设置有开口,支撑板通过开口与转轴连接。
在本申请实施例中,展品包括显示屏,设置于支撑板的上方;盒体还包括主板,设置在上盖内,其中,主板与显示屏连接,用于驱动显示屏进行显示。
在本申请实施例中,支撑板上开设有缝隙;显示屏与柔性电路板连接;柔性电路板穿过缝隙与主板连接。
在本申请实施例中,沿转轴的圆周方向开设有预设距离的第一卡槽和第二卡槽;盒体还包括第一弹销组件,设置在上盖内;在预设角度为0°时,第一弹销组 件与第一卡槽配合;在预设角度大于0°时,第一弹销组件与第二卡槽配合。

本申请实施例提供的展示盒,通过转轴将支撑板设置于盒体上,使得支撑板在运输的过程中可以放置于第一凹槽内,在展示的过程中可以呈现一定角度,进而使得支撑板在运输的过程中不易被碰撞、损坏,展示盒更加容易被运输。在展示的过程中,预设角度的设置也便于参观者可以在一个舒适的角度参观展品。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
图1为本申请的展示盒的剖面图。
如图1所示,展示盒包括:盒体110、支撑板120和转轴130。盒体110包括上盖111,转轴130,转轴130与上盖111转动连接,支撑板120通过转轴130设置于上盖111的上表面上,用以固定展品140并可随转轴130转动以使展品140与上盖的上表面呈预设角度。
基于本申请的实施例,通过转轴将支撑板120设置于盒体110上,使得支撑板120与盒体110的上表面可以呈预设角度。在运输的过程中,支撑板120可以与上盖111的上表面呈0°,使得支撑板120在运输的过程中不易被碰撞、损坏,展示盒更加容易被运输。在展示的过程中,支撑板120可以与上盖111的上表面呈一定角度,使得参观者可以在一个舒适的角度参观展品。
如图1所示,上盖111的上表面还设置有第一凹槽150,支撑板120在预设角度为0°时位于第一凹槽150内。
具体而言,盒体110可以包括上盖111和其他组成部分112,其他组成部分112可以是下盖,例如,上盖111和下盖可以相互配合组成一个完整的盒体。当然,盒体110还可以包括其他的组成部分,本申请实施例对此不作限制。
支撑板120和转轴130可以是一体成型,也可以分别成型之后连接在一起,本申请实施例对此不做限制,其中,支撑板120的材料可以是高分子材料,例如,聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)或亚克力板等,转轴130的材料可以是高分子材料,也可以是金属材料。
展品140可以是手机、平板或显示屏等,展品140可以固定在支撑板120上,例如,可以选择使用双面胶将展品140固定在支撑板120上,也可以在手机或平板等展品中设计磁感应芯片,在支撑板120内设置磁条或金属条等,利用磁吸的方式将展品140固定在支撑板120上,本申请的实施例对此不作限制。在本申请的实施例中,展品140可以固定在支撑板120的上表面,也可以固定在支撑板120的下表面。当展品140固定在支撑板的下表面时,在运输的过程中可以保护固定在支撑板120上的展品140不被磨损或损坏。
预设角度可以是在支撑板120被打开时支撑板120被打开的角度,即支撑板120与盒体111上表面之间的角度,例如,被打开的角度可以大于等于0°且小于180°。可以根据展品140摆放的位置、展示盒摆放的展台的高度和展示盒的大小 等来确定预设角度,尽量使参展者的视觉得到满足。例如,当展品140固定在支撑板120的上表面时,预设角度可以大于等于0°且小于等于90°;当展品140固定在支撑板120的下表面时,预设角度可以大于等于90°且小于180°。另外,在运输的过程中,预设角度可以为0°,支撑板120放置于第一凹槽内,减小了展示盒的体积,使得支撑板120在运输过程中不易被碰撞、损坏,进而使展示盒更容易被运输,其中,展品140可以固定于支撑板120上进行运输,当然,展品140和展示盒也可以分开分别运输。在展示的过程中,预设角度可以为60°或120°,便于参观者在一个舒适的角度参观展品140。
图2A为本申请的转轴的主视图。
图2B为本申请的转轴固定块的结构示意图。由于本申请中的两个转轴固定块结构类似,图2B中只示出了一个转轴固定块。
如图1、图2A和2B所示,转轴130包括轴颈131和轴颈132,其中,轴颈131和轴颈132位于转轴130的两端;盒体110还包括两个转轴固定块114,其中,两个转轴固定块上分别设置有第二凹槽1140,第二凹槽1140分别与转轴130两端的轴颈配合,以将轴颈131和轴颈132设置在上盖111的下表面上,上盖111的上表面还设置有开口160,支撑板120通过开口160与转轴130连接。
如图1、图2A和2B所示,在第一凹槽150的右侧还开设有开口160,支撑板120和转轴130可以从上盖111的内侧装入对应的转轴结构处,然后从160开口处伸出。转轴130包括轴颈131和轴颈132,转轴130的总长度大于开口的长度,使得上盖111在160处的上表面可以将轴颈131和轴颈132阻挡在上盖111内。如图2B所示,盒体110内包括两个转轴固定块114,设置于上盖111内,两个转轴固定块114的中间部位上都设置有第二凹槽1140,第二凹槽1140分别与转轴130两端的轴颈131和轴颈132配合,其中,两个转轴固定块114上可以设置螺纹连接孔1141,可以通过螺纹连接等连接方式与上盖111连接。也就是说,可以利用这两个转轴固定块114和上盖111的上表面限定转轴130两端的轴颈不可以上下移动,可以在第二凹槽1140内转动,从而将转轴130固定在上盖111的上表面上。当然,转轴130还可以通过其它连接方式与上盖111连接,例如,铰链连接,本申请对此不作限制。
根据本申请的实施例,展品140包括显示屏,设置于支撑板120的上方;盒体110还包括主板,设置在上盖111内,其中,主板与显示屏连接,用于驱动显示屏进行显示。
具体而言,显示屏可以是柔性显示屏或其它任意的显示屏,它可以位于支撑板120的上方,也可以位于支撑板120的下方,本申请的实施例对此不作限制。
盒体110还包括主板,设置在上盖111内,其中,主板与显示屏连接,用于驱动显示屏进行显示。例如,主板可以包括控制模块,控制模块可以通过信号线 与显示屏连接并通过控制指令对显示屏进行控制。当显示屏接收到控制模块发出的控制指令时,显示屏可以根据控制指令来进行显示。在本申请的实施例中,控制模块可以是单片机、ARM(Advanced RISC Machines)等微控制器,也可以是其他微处理器,本申请的实施例对此不作限制。
基于本申请的实施例,展品是显示屏时,显示屏并不能自主显示内容,需要上盖内的主板控制显示屏进行内容的显示。而且,由于目前显示屏的展示还是需要与其底座或展示盒相对固定,使得显示屏在携带时体积大,在运输的过程中很容易被损坏。本申请的展示盒既可以维持显示屏的显示,还可以使得显示屏的携带更加便捷,运输更加容易,减少损毁率。
根据本申请的实施例,支撑板120上开设有缝隙;显示屏与柔性电路板连接;柔性电路板穿过缝隙与主板连接。
具体而言,显示屏可以与柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)连接,可以利用双面胶等将显示屏固定在支撑板120的上方,FPC可以穿过支撑板120上的缝隙伸向支撑板120的下方。然后,可以将显示屏、FPC和支撑板一起从上盖111的内侧组装在上盖111上,其中,FPC可以通过连接器与主板连接。
根据本申请的实施例,沿转轴130的圆周方向开设有预设距离的第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134;盒体110还包括第一弹销组件,设置在上盖111内;在预设角度为0°时,第一弹销组件与第一卡槽133配合;在预设角度大于0°时,弹销组件与第二卡槽134配合。
具体而言,沿转轴130的圆周方向不仅可以开设有预设距离的第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134,还可以开设第三卡槽、第四卡槽等,不同的卡槽可以控制支撑板120和上盖111所呈的角度,而且,它们的结构都可以相似。预设距离和预设角度对应,例如,预设距离和预设角度可以呈正比。在展示盒运输时,预设角度为0°,展示盒的体积更小,更容易运输,此时,第一弹销组件与第一卡槽133配合;在展示盒打开进行展品的展示时,第一弹销组件与第二卡槽134配合,使得支撑板120固定供参观者参观展品。
在本申请的实施例中,第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134可以位于转轴130的圆周表面的中间部位,这样可以使得支撑板的支撑更加平稳。
可选地,在本申请的另一实施例中,第一卡槽和第二卡槽位于转轴130的一端,转轴130的另一端还开设有第三卡槽和第四卡槽,盒体110还包括第二弹销组件,在预设角度为0°时,第二弹销组件与第三卡槽配合;在预设角度大于0°时,第二弹销组件与第四卡槽配合。
具体地,第一卡槽、第二卡槽、第三卡槽和第四卡槽的形状可以类似,第三卡槽和第四卡槽的位置与第一卡槽和第二卡槽的位置也可以类似。例如,第三卡槽和第一卡槽可以设置在沿转轴130的轴线平行的直线上,而且第三卡槽和第一 卡槽距离转轴130的轴心的距离也可以相等,这样可以使得支撑板的支撑更加平稳。
在预设角度为0°时,第一弹销组件与第一卡槽配合,第二弹销组件与第三卡槽配合;在预设角度大于0°时,第一弹销组件与第二卡槽配合,第二弹销组件与第四卡槽配合。
可替代地,第一卡槽和第二卡槽可以既设置于转轴130的中间部位,又设置于转轴130的两端。当然,它们还可以位于转轴130的其它位置,本申请的实施例在此不作限制。
根据本申请的实施例,第一弹销组件包括至少一个弹销和至少一个弹簧,其中,弹销和弹簧一一对应;弹销的一端与第一卡槽133或第二卡槽134配合,弹销的另一端与弹簧配合,弹销的一端的第一截面的形状为半圆形,弹销的另一端的形状为柱形,第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134的第二截面的形状为半圆形,其中,第一截面和第二截面垂直于转轴的轴线。
具体而言,第一弹销组件可以包括一个弹销和一个弹簧,也可以包括两个弹销和两个弹簧,一个弹销对应一个弹簧,还可以包括一个弹销和两个弹簧,一个弹销对应两个弹簧,本申请对此不作限制。弹销的一端的形状可以为柱形,弹簧可以套在弹销的柱形一端。弹销的另一端垂直于转轴130的轴线的截面的形状可以是半圆形与第一卡槽133或第二卡槽134配合,其中,第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134垂直于转轴130的轴线的截面的形状也可以为半圆形。例如,弹销的另一端的形状可以是近似半球形、近似半椭球形等。当然,本申请的实施例对弹销的形状并不作任何限制,同时对第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134的形状也不作限制,只要弹销与第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134配合即可。第二弹销组件的结构可以与第一弹销组件的结构类似,在此不再赘述。
图2C为本申请的第一弹销组件的分解示意图。图2C中有2个弹簧,另一个弹簧未示出,未示出的弹簧与弹簧2131类似。
图3为本申请的转轴与第一弹销组件配合时的剖面图。转轴330与转轴130的结构类似,弹销2130与弹销3130的结构类似,弹簧2131与弹簧3131的结构类似。
如图2C所示,弹销组件213包括弹销2130和弹簧2131,还包括弹销固定块2132和弹簧固定盖2133,其中,弹销2130的一端为近似半椭球形,另一端为两个圆柱,弹簧2131套在圆柱上,弹簧固定盖2133用来阻挡弹簧不会掉出,同时在弹簧被施加压力时给予其反作用力,弹销固定块2132和弹簧固定盖2133、弹销固定块2132和上盖的连接方式都可以是螺纹连接等。如图2A和图3所示,第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134垂直于转轴330的轴线的截面的形状为半圆形。弹销3130与第一卡槽133和第二卡槽134配合的一端垂直于转轴330轴线的截面的形 状也为半圆形。
如图3所示,在预设角度为0°时,转轴330的第一卡槽133与弹销3130配合。此时,弹簧3131被压缩,需要有外力的存在才可以将支撑板转动。转轴沿顺时针转动一定角度时,在转轴330的第二卡槽134与弹销3130配合时,弹簧3131被压缩,产生了弹簧的弹力,该弹力可以支撑支撑板与上盖呈一定角度,便于参观者参观支撑板上的展品。
根据本申请的实施例,盒体还包括下盖、移动电源和电源固定盖,其中,下盖位于上盖下,电源固定盖上设置有放置电源的第三凹槽,下盖和电源固定盖上设置有磁铁,其中,在没有供电电源时,磁铁用于将放置有移动电源的电源固定盖吸附至下盖上。
具体而言,下盖位于上盖下,移动电源位于下盖下,电源固定盖位于移动电源下。盒体还可以包括直流(Direct Current,DC)控制板,设置在上盖内,在有外部供电电源存在时,可以通过DC控制板为展示盒供电。此时,移动电源和电源固定盖可以存在,也可以不存在。在没有外部供电电源时,移动电源可以为展示盒供电,使得展示盒不会因为电源地理位置的限制而限制展品的摆放位置。进一步地,在盒体的任意侧面可以设置USB接口、Type-c接口等,用于为移动电源充电。在盒体的任意侧面还可以设置充电指示灯,这样可以通过充电指示灯的颜色变化得知移动电源是否充满。
图4为本申请的柔性屏展示盒的分解示意图。图4中的各个部件与图1至3的实施例部分的各个部件结构类似。
如图4所示,柔性屏展示盒包括盒体410、支撑板420、转轴430、柔性屏440、FPC 450,其中,支撑板420和转轴430一体成型。
具体地,盒体410包括上盖411、下盖412、弹销组件413、转轴固定块414、主板415、DC控制板416、移动电源417和电源固定盖418。上盖411的上表面设置有第一凹槽150并在凹槽的右侧设置有一个开口160,用以安装支撑板420,其中,可以先利用双面胶等将柔性屏440固定在支撑板420上与支撑板420一起运动,支撑板420和柔性屏440可以一起从上盖411的内测装入到上盖411对应的转轴结构处。转轴430侧面的中间部位平行设置有沿轴线方向的两个半椭球形卡槽。转轴430的两端有对称的两个轴颈,可以用两个转轴固定块414压住转轴430两端的轴颈,将转轴430固定在上盖411内,其中,转轴固定块414可以通过螺纹连接等连接方式与上盖411连接。
上盖411内还设置有弹销组件413,与卡槽配合来控制支撑板420与上盖411所呈的角度,其中,弹销组件413通过螺纹连接等方式固定于上盖411内。如图2C和图3所示,弹销组件413可以包括弹销2130、弹簧2131、弹销固定块2132和弹簧固定盖2133。
弹销2130的第一端垂直于转轴轴线的截面的形状为半圆形,与卡槽配合,用以限定支撑板420与上盖411所呈的角度。弹销2130的第二端可以是圆柱形,弹簧2131可以套在圆柱上。弹销固定块2132上设置有通孔,弹销2130和弹簧2131可以依次安装至通孔中,然后将弹簧固定盖2133通过螺纹连接等方式与弹销固定块2130相连接,用以固定弹簧2131使其在力的作用下不会掉出,其中,弹销固定块2132与上盖411也可以通过螺纹连接等方式进行连接。如图3和图4所示,当支撑板420放置在第一凹槽150内时,弹销2130的第一端与转轴430上的第一卡槽433配合,此时,弹簧2131被压缩,支撑板420被限位、固定。随着支撑板420向上转动,第一卡槽433和第二卡槽434顺时针转动,第一卡槽433慢慢远离弹销2130的位置,第二卡槽434慢慢接近弹销2130的位置,当弹销2130卡入第二卡槽434时,弹簧2131再次被压缩,支撑板420再次被限位固定,使得支撑板420与上盖呈一定角度。
上盖411内还可以设置主板415和DC控制板416等,它们可以依次固定在盒体410内。由于FPC 450是可折叠的,所以可以通过缝隙421伸入上盖411中并进行弯折与主板415相连。当盒体420通电时,主板415就可以通过FPC 450控制柔性屏440的显示内容。
下盖412和电源固定盖418上都设置有磁铁,电源固定盖418上设置有可以存放移动电源417的凹槽。在没有其他外部电源供电的情况下,可以将移动电源417放入电源固定盖418的凹槽中,通过下盖412和电源固定盖418磁铁的相互吸引,将移动电源417吸附至盒体410的本体上,用以为盒体410供电。
本申请的实施例还提供了一种展示装置,包括:以上所述的展示盒和展品,其中,展品设置于展示盒的支撑板上。
如图4所示,展示装置可以包括盒体410、支撑板420、转轴430和展品440。支撑板420和转轴430连接,转轴430与盒体410转动连接,这样可以使得支撑板420随转轴430转动预设角度。展品440可以固定在支撑板420的上表面或下表面。例如,当展品440固定在支撑板420的上表面时,预设角度可以大于等于0°且小于等于90°;当展品140固定在支撑板120的下表面时,预设角度可以大于等于90°且小于180°。
基于本申请的实施例,通过转轴将支撑板设置于盒体上,使得支撑板与盒体的上表面可以呈预设角度。在运输的过程中,支撑板和展品可以与盒体的上表面呈0°,在运输的过程中保护盒体和展品不被碰撞或损坏,使得展示装置更加容易被运输。在展示的过程中,展品可以与盒体的上表面呈一定角度,使得参观者可以在一个舒适的角度参观展品。

    支撑板,通过所述转轴设置于所述上盖的上表面上,用以固定展品,并且所述支撑板可随所述转轴转动以使所述展品与所述上表面呈预设角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的展示盒,其中,所述上盖的上表面还设置有第一凹槽,所述支撑板在所述预设角度为0°时位于所述第一凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的展示盒,其中,
    所述转轴包括轴颈,其中,所述轴颈位于所述转轴的两端;
    所述盒体还包括两个转轴固定块,其中,所述两个转轴固定块上分别设置有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽分别与所述转轴两端的轴颈配合,以将所述轴颈设置在所述上盖的下表面上,所述上盖的上表面还设置有开口,所述支撑板通过所述开口与所述转轴连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的展示盒,其中,所述展品包括显示屏,设置于所述支撑板的上方;
    所述盒体还包括主板,设置在所述上盖内,其中,所述主板与所述显示屏连接,用于驱动所述显示屏进行显示。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的展示盒,其中,所述支撑板上开设有缝隙;所述显示屏与柔性电路板连接;所述柔性电路板穿过所述缝隙与所述主板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的展示盒,其中,沿所述转轴的圆周方向开设有预设距离的第一卡槽和第二卡槽;
    所述盒体还包括第一弹销组件,设置在所述上盖内;
    在所述预设角度为0°时,所述第一弹销组件与所述第一卡槽配合;
    在所述预设角度大于0°时,所述第一弹销组件与所述第二卡槽配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的展示盒,其中,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽位于所述转轴的圆周表面的中间部位。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的展示盒,其中,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽位于所述转轴的一端,所述转轴的另一端还开设有所述第三卡槽和所述第四卡槽,所述盒体还包括第二弹销组件,在所述预设角度为0°时,所述第二弹销组件与所述第三卡槽配合;在所述预设角度大于0°时,所述第二弹销组件与所述第四卡槽配合。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的展示盒,其中,所述第一弹销组件包括至少一个弹 销和至少一个弹簧,其中,所述弹销和所述弹簧一一对应;
    所述弹销的一端与所述第一卡槽或所述第二卡槽配合,所述弹销的另一端与所述弹簧配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的展示盒,其中,所述弹销的一端的第一截面的形状为半圆形,所述弹销的另一端的形状为柱形,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽的第二截面的形状为半圆形,其中,所述第一截面和第二截面垂直于所述转轴的轴线。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的展示盒,其中,当所述支撑板向上转动,所述第一卡槽向远离所述弹销的位置转动,所述第二卡槽向接近所述弹销的位置转动,当所述弹销卡入所述第二卡槽时,所述弹簧被压缩,所述支撑板被限位固定,使得所述支撑板与所述上盖呈一定角度。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的展示盒,其中,所述盒体还包括下盖、移动电源和电源固定盖,其中,所述下盖位于所述上盖下,所述电源固定盖上设置有放置所述电源的第三凹槽,所述下盖和所述电源固定盖上设置有磁铁,其中,所述磁铁用于将放置有所述移动电源的电源固定盖吸附至所述下盖上。
  13. 一种展示装置,包括:
    如权利要求1所述的展示盒;
    展品,设置于所述展示盒的支撑板上。
