本发明涉及针织袜生产设备技术领域,具体为一种针织袜生产用裁剪装置。
背景技术
针织袜裁剪是最初的最根本的针织袜结构设计形式,首先用布料覆于人台上,通过收省、分割、褶裥等手法而作出预期的艺术造型,再将人台的布料裁切,而后铺在纸上制成正规的针织袜样板,立体结构设计可以直接看出针织袜效果,包含了所有的针织袜设计在内,既能得其样板,又能探其风格,现有的裁剪装置没有立式裁剪,对所需的弧度和角度都不能很好地裁剪出来,在裁剪过程中,没有对毛屑的收集和清理,导致生产环境毛屑乱飞,有损人体健康;现有的裁剪装置不具备减震降噪的设备,导致工作环境嘈杂;现有的裁剪装置工作时,会产生大量的热,导致工作环境温度上升,不能及时散热。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针织袜生产用裁剪装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
